WOW! Events By Kennedy made our wedding a dream come true! From the first meeting we had to placing the last cocktail napkin, the had our best interest at heart. The two of them truly listened to my vision and made sure it was possible. On the day of the wedding, I thought I would be running around asking friends and family to assist with final details. When I was done with my hair and makeup, I went into the reception area to find that Ashly and Melissa were well under way with coordinating every detail. I cried with relief and excitement that it not only was almost done, but it was like they read my mind on exactly how I wanted everything to look. Throughout the process, the two of them were there (with a smile) to give ideas, research alternatives, make phone calls, jump on last minute calls to make changes, share honest feedback, and most importantly to keep me calm! I HIGHLY recommend Events by Kennedy to anyone that wants their wedding to be gorgeous, detail oriented, and a dream come true! Thank you both! -

Events by Kennedy MADE my wedding day!
I cannot recommend Melissa and Ashly enough. They were recommended to me by a friend who said hiring Events by Kennedy was the best decision she made for her wedding and my experience with them was exactly the same!
I might have been the most indecisive bride ever but these ladies stayed so incredibly patient with me and held my hand through every decision I needed help with. They always answered any emails, texts or calls in a timely manner and were always available to chat if I needed to talk something out that was causing me stress. They are also SO talented and made all of the signs and some of the decor for my actual wedding day, they truly do it all.
On the day of the wedding these two were absolutely incredible. I don't even know what went wrong on my wedding day because they handled every single thing for me. From taking care of a bridesmaid with the stomach flu to bustling my dress and to making sure there was always a drink in my hand and food in my belly, these two made my day so easy and stress free. If you're considering hiring Events by Kennedy DO IT, I can promise you won't regret it! -

We cannot thank Events by Kennedy enough for helping us pull off 2 weddings practically during COVID. We signed our contract with Ashly and Melissa knowing that our wedding was in the best hands, but never knew what the year would hold and quickly taking action to reschedule our wedding due to COVID. We were impressed with how quickly they took action, notifying our vendors and venue to get plans in place in case we had to reschedule which we unfortunately did reschedule and it still turned out perfectly! The reason it did was because we had Ashly and Melissa. We wanted to still get married on our original date, so Melissa helped with locations in Tennessee where we live to have a small intimate ceremony with our parents. As we nervously waited days and months to pass we finally were ready to accept the new wedding date. This meant we had to send out yet again wedding invitations, which again was thankful to have the help from both Ashly and Melissa. My favorite part about working with them was their knowledge in the industry and vendor recommendations along with the timeline that was so detailed it made our day run so smoothly. The day went so fast where I remember feeling that night “wow I did not have to do a thing” it was wonderful to be free to enjoy the day with my new husband knowing that Ashly and Melissa had it all taken care of! I will always recommend them as they made our day so very special!!! -

Mel and Ashly are a breath of fresh air for any bride needing a little more assistance with their special day! They can do just about anything from assisting with vendors to creating beautiful signage. They are the WHOLE package! I enjoyed working with them every step of the way! The day of was so special and relaxing and I give them so much credit for that! I love you guys! -

Ash and Mel are two of the most fierce and organized leaders I’ve ever met. They took every necessary step to ensure our day was perfect. To contacting each and every vendor prior to our event to perfectly leading us into our “first look” photos and ensuring the ceremony and reception went off without a hitch, these ladies exemplified excellence every step of the way. My husband and I got married this past September in Indianapolis. Events by Kennedy (EBK) was the GREATEST decision we could have made. I am very indecisive and have no experience planning. We desperately wanted a beautiful wedding, but we were so terrified of planning that we almost eloped. Once EBK came into our lives, all of our anxiety melted.
From the start, they ensured that our happiness and well-being came first. They cared about us as people and worked their hardest to execute our vision. As another client perfectly said, the answer was always YES. EBK exudes professionalism and experience, which is apparent in their organization, attention to detail, and knowledge of the wedding/event planning industry. Weddings can feel chaotic with the sheer amount of vendors, individuals, and details involved, but EBK made it feel orderly. They walked us though each step and steamrolled any issues that popped up! It made the process exciting and fun- JUST as it should be!
On the wedding day, EBK literally did everything (decorated, worked with the vendors, cut the cake, maintained the timeline, picked up items, dealt with issues, cleaned up, made sure everyone was in the right place at the right time, calmed us down, answered questions, helped guests, paid bills/tips, supervised, made sure that we ATE, etc.)! Nobody had to lift a finger, which was crucial toward having a stress free and fun-day. Ask my husband, family, and bridesmaids- I was calm as a cucumber and beaming the entire day! We received so many compliments from friends and family about our gorgeous and well-thought-out wedding, and it was all because of EBK. Even after our special day, EBK continued to have a positive impact. We had a wedding-related problem pop on our honeymoon. I immediately got a text from EBK saying they were on it and the problem went away within hours. Not to mention they decorated my in-laws Christmas tree this year (and holy smokes it is STUNNING).
If you take away anything from this review, I hope that you see EBK is exceptional. They are a MUST HAVE. They are friends, support systems, and fun-loving people. I cherish these women like no other. If I could recommend ONE must-have for an event, it would be Events by Kennedy. They are a sure-fire way to have an incredible day. -

Whenever a bride asks me my number one piece of advice from my wedding, it is by far, to hire a coordinator/planner. Ashly and Melissa are truly magic. They make everything look and feel special. Their attention to detail and ability to make everything in their path beautiful is a true gift. My favorite thing about this duo is their energy. They made me feel like I was the only bride/mother-to-be they know or have ever worked with. They are always smiling and creating a space where every event is more fun because they are involved! You won't regret working with them and you'll probably make two new friends in the process! Love you both! -
