  Thoughtful and knowledgeable!

  We found Jacklyn through several referrals from friends of friends and she lived up to her glowing reviews! Not only is she organized and super knowledgeable, but she is incredibly thoughtful and puts the time in to get to know her couples. She is experienced and thought of everything to make our wedding day as smooth for us as possible so we could just enjoy it. All of her vendor referrals were great to work with too. We were so glad to have her- 10/10 recommend!

  Jacklyn and her team are amazing and made sure the wedding went smoothly!

  Jacklyn and her team were phenomenal in every way - she exceeded our expectations and became a friend in the planning process. She made the day of the wedding and the day before stress free and made our wedding and reception look GORGEOUS. I would recommend Jacklyn to anyone who is getting married!!!!

  Just wonderful

  Jacklyn is one of the most amazing people I have ever had the privilege meeting. She has an incredible ability to be professional but personal all at the same time. I cannot say enough good things about Jacklyn and her amazing performance at my bonus daughters wedding. I would recommend her over and over again! I’m actually sad the wedding is over because I enjoyed spending time with her! ...And her husband was the DJ who was fantastic as well!! Thank you Jacklyn!!!

  Simply Amazing Wedding Planner and Team!

  I was thrilled to work with Jacklyn and her team this past weekend at at the Smithfield Winery. They all are joy to work with and if you book them for your wedding, you are in great hands! Leading up to the event Jacklyn was easy to get in touch with and provided all the necessarily details so that the event ran smoothly and everyone knew what they were doing at all times. She did a great job a the end of the night ensuring all the items went to their proper place. Can't recommend her and her team enough!!

  I have a really type A personality, and we wanted our wedding theme/style to be really laid back, so I knew we would only need a day-of coordinator. I emailed Jacklyn and she was so kind (and a fellow JMU alum!) and we were able to set up a Skype session soon after. She was so thorough and was able to give so much advice and input into a lot of finite details that I was really unsure about. On the day-of, she and a summer intern (shout-out Allison for being amazing!) were all hands on deck to help us set up and coordinate with our vendors. I seriously don't know what I would have done without her. We were able to fully enjoy the day knowing Jacklyn had it under control. We are so thankful for her work and her ability to serve others. She is wonderful and someone you definitely want by your side on your wedding day!

  One word to describe Jacklyn: Amazing! I can't thank Jackyln enough for all she has done (and continues to do) in regard to planning the most memorable day of my life. From the first day we sat down to discuss my wedding day vision at Starbucks, she has literally been a god-send. We hired Jacklyn for partial planning. Jacklyn was thorough and detailed in every way. She kept in constant touch with me and all the vendors. She met me at our venue in downtown Suffolk multiple times. Jacklyn was always a text or email away of we had any questions. The week of the wedding, Jacklyn and her team followed through with every single detail I had planned, even the DIY items. Knowing that she was there taking care of all things wedding, it allowed me and my now husband to enjoy our special day. We really can't say Thank You enough!

I wanted to be very involved but I had no idea what I was doing and we were trying to plan it in less than 4 months. I could not have asked for a better planner! She had many brides but made me feel like I was the only one. She went above and beyond in every way and spent so much time helping us plan our perfect day! She helped us stick to our budget but adjusted it to our priorities and where we thought the money was more worth spending. From great vendor recommendations, to decor planning, and making sure every detail turned out just as imagined, she was a dream come true!

  Jacklyn was recommended to me by our florist, Roost Flowers. I had already done a bulk of the planning but she offered day of coordination services that were perfect for our wedding. Jacklyn was wonderful. Not only was she there as our coordinator day of but she was available through the year leading up to our wedding. When I had questions she was available and provided recommendations. Repeatedly Jacklyn assured me that I wasn't crazy, which was needed as I stressed some silly things. She also coordinated with our vendors for some of the final details that were slipping through my fingers. Jacklyn and her crew went above and beyond all weekend long. My mother-in-law contracted Jacklyn to help execute the rehearsal dinner (as the MIL lives in Alabama) and the rehearsal dinner went off without a hitch. She made my mother-in-law comfortable from afar and allowed the family to enjoy some time together. We can absolutely say that without Jacklyn our wedding would not have been the amazing, magical day that it was. She and her crew in concert with our other vendors went above and beyond to set up the days and make all the details come together. Had we known about Jacklyn prior to planning a lot of the wedding we would have used her full planning services. She was wonderful.

  Jacklyn has been a pleasure to work with during this potentially nerve wracking process of wedding planning! She became not only a solid wedding planner but a friend as well who talked me off many ledges but also helped walk off of them with me too! (Like buying a dress from China!) I would say one of her biggest strengths is in venue decor and arrangement. The reception and ceremony area seriously looked magazine quality. She communicated with vendors and did it in a sweet, fun, and totally winsome way. I think everyone who met her loved her. I hired her about 6 months out from the wedding and she helped bring everything up to speed and helped me choose a plan that was right for me.
  
  Thanks to Jacklyn, I had ZERO concerns on my wedding day. I told everyone, "don't ask me anything! Talk to Jacklyn!" and she made it work. There were tons of crazy things that went wrong/awry/askew on the wedding day, but it all worked out and it was the best party I've ever had. She's a great problem solver and great fun to work with. There were times when I wanted her to respond RIGHT AWAY to ALL my texts but there were come compounding issues (phone issues, location issues!) that impacted that. And really, who wants bridezilla to raise her ugly head anyway? Would totally recommend!
  
  Oh, and her husband? Best. DJ. Ever. Seriously. If you can snag them both, DO IT.

  My daughter, Kaitlyn, was married in May 2016 in Lexington. It was a destination wedding for all of us -- her family from PA, his family from WA and the bride and groom from Fairfax. From the very beginning my daughter had a vision for her big day and we did the majority of the planning and preparations on our own.
  However several months before the wedding reality hit -- it was going to be an impossible task for me to coordinate all the vendors and make sure the plans were executed on the day of the wedding and still fulfill my role as mother-of-the-bride. So we decided to look into "day of" coordinators. My daughter and I met with Jacklyn and during the course of our discussion and review of the wedding day plans we realized some key details had been overlooked. Not only did we end up hiring Jacklyn but we also hired her husband, Joey, as the emcee for the reception.
  Jacklyn's organization and attention to detail ensured that everything came together seamlessly on the day of the wedding and I didn't have to worry about a thing. The wedding theme was rustic and casual with an outdoor ceremony and reception that included lawn games, s'mores by the fire and music and dancing in the barn. Even the brief rain showers during the reception were handled without panic. And having Joey was a God-send when the sign designed to hang above the ceremony site didn't have the appropriate hardware for hanging. Out came the drill and other tools -- the sign was hung and ready for the wedding vows.
  Jacklyn is easy going and has a calming influence when necessary. Her efforts ensured my daughter's wedding day was the "dream come true" she hoped it would be. And working with both Jacklyn and Joey felt more like having the help of friends than a business relationship.

  Joy to work with!

  Jacklyn & her team was a true joy to work with! She helped us feel super organized before the big day and truly acted as my eyes and ears throughout the entire evening without missing a beat. I would definitely recommend her to any brides that need assistance the day of!!
