We hired Gen and her team for our NYE wedding at the Four Seasons and it was hands-down the best decision we made.
Gen is incredibly detailed-oriented, has the best eye for design and style, and works so unbelievably hard. From the beginning she cared so much about the quality, design, and flow of our entire event, and it showed in every single moment of the day. She is quick to respond, thoughtful, and has the an amazing team of vendors, and her relationships and reputation in the industry truly make a huge difference.
What stood out most to us was her design eye and her ability to understand and elevate our vision. We trusted her fully, and our wedding turned out even better than we could have imagined. And we had so much fun with her during our meetings it was like connecting with a friend who just understood us. Every one of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to, and that is entirely thanks to Gen and her incredible team.
Gen also took time to understand our preferences, including our culture and family dynamics. My husband's family speaks Vietnamese, and Gen even arranged for some of her team members to be present on the wedding day to help with the language barrier- something so small impressed us so much just ensuring that the entire experience was smooth and inclusive.
She and her team also brought so many thoughtful, creative touches: from sourcing beautiful on-site items for stunning photos, to having a builder customize a tiered stand tower for champagne and our NYE hats, to also using that builder to hang our 1,000 gold paper cranes that become such a breathtaking focal point of the wedding and our photos.
Gen and her team create unforgettable experiences. We are so grateful for her talent, dedication, and cannot recommend her highly enough. I hope we can find a way to work with her in another capacity! Thank you Events by Genevieve! -

🚨 IF YOU WANT TO HAVE THE BEST NIGHT OF YOUR LIFE, OF YOUR FAMILY'S LIVES, CALL GENEVIEVE RN!
Guys, I called this lady with TWO MONTHS until my wedding. My wive's vision was amazing and too much for her to handle. But guess what? EASY WORK for my girl Gen, who I had never met before. This is important because I'd never know it otherwise--she treated us like we were her little siblings who she wanted the very best for.
When I say she went above and beyond to make the most beautiful and warm wedding happen for us, I'm underselling it.
What initially sold me on Gen was a video I saw where she was holding court with her assistants and going over the very smallest details with them to ensure it went right. Well, at my own wedding, I experienced this in 8K Dolby Digital Surround Real Life situations. She and her wonderful team unfucked many possible crashouts, and I didn't even notice any of them.
I could write a novel, I probably will, but 5 days after our wedding, my wife and I are still on cloud 9, shit I'm working rn even and that's still true, all because Gen made it happen for us. I can't express this enough.

We are so grateful we chose Events by Genevieve (EBG) to be our wedding planner. Gen’s holistic approach not only attended to our hopes for the big day but also was sensitive to individual needs. As an introvert, she made sure I had built in breaks throughout the day so that I didn’t get too overstimulated or overwhelmed by the festivities and socializing. Throughout the planning process, she was open to honest feedback to ensure our day was perfect. Gen thoughtfully integrated our cultural heritage in a symbolic and meaningful way, and coordinated with vendors to ensure consistency and smooth day-of-service. Her professional network includes top-tier vendors which helped bring our dream wedding to life despite a tighter timeline (7 months!)
The full-planning package was beyond worth it, and we cannot recommend Gen and her team enough to anyone looking for a wedding and/or event planner. We already miss working/meeting with Gen, so if that doesn’t say something about how enjoyable and stress-free she made the process, we don’t know what would!

We cannot express enough gratitude for Gen and her team. Every single aspect and detail of our wedding was perfectly executed. Gen and her team are extremely professional, organized, and communicative. Naturally, we’ve worked with many vendors/partners in our lives and in our work. Without a doubt, working with Gen and her team has easily been one of the best experiences we’ve had.
Gen has the perfect balance between being involved and letting us explore our creatively, making the overall experience so fun. Gen listened and understood our vision. To say that our wedding was beautiful would be an understatement. We would choose Events by Genevieve all over again and highly recommend them.

I genuinely don’t know how I would’ve gotten through my wedding day without her. From the very beginning, she brought a sense of calm, control, and professionalism that made all the difference. Even though I had planned most of the details myself, she stepped in and made sure everything ran as smoothly as humanly possible—no small feat, considering the beautiful chaos that unfolded!
She was cool under pressure, handled every curveball with grace, and somehow managed to keep me calm throughout it all. Her presence was like a warm, steady anchor in the middle of a whirlwind. I fully believe the day wouldn’t have happened—at least not the way it did—without her.
If you're looking for someone who’s organized, kind, totally on it, and genuinely invested in making your day perfect, this is the planner you want. She’s a miracle worker and hands down the best planner on the planet.

My now wife and I both work a ton and we had procrastinated on planning our wedding for a year until we found Genevieve. We had a rather tight timeline (~4 months) and Genevieve went above and beyond to make sure our special day was perfect. Genevieve was able to organize and streamline the entire planning process for us, and it was obvious that she had a ton of experience and network, as she gave us a ton of helpful tips before and during the wedding. Even when there was a minor hiccup at the event (our fault, not hers), Genevieve was able to resolve the issue immediately by going out to pick up extra supplies! We loved working with Genevieve and couldn't have asked for a better planner. -

Gen is an incredible wedding planner who helped make our wedding day so magical and special! I get stressed when it comes to planning parties or gatherings but Gen and her team helped me feel relaxed and I was able to fully enjoy the wedding without worries. Thanks to Gen we were also able to get connected with some fantastic vendors and even for things we wouldn't have considered for ourselves like calligraphy and giant flowers. Let's just say the giant flowers and other decor were a big hit at the wedding ;) If you are looking for a wedding planner who takes the time to get to know you and works hard to help your visions come to life, Gen and her team are the right choice! -

We got married on May the Fourth and Chelsea implemented our Star Wars theme incredibly. She took the time to get to know us and ask us questions to really understand our vision and everything came together better than what we imagined on the day of! We hired Genevieve for our 2023 Fall wedding. I heard about Genevieve through a friend of a friend and I am happy that I found her! From the get, Genevieve was incredibly communicative, supportive, interested in my vision and willing to go above and beyond what was asked of her. She put both me and my husband at ease leading up to our big day. Not only was she incredible as we planned our wedding, she and Chelsea became our florists by proxy- creating and designing the greenery that would showcase our ceremony and the decor that surrounded our guests while celebrating our big day. Genevieve and Chelsea's eye for this sort of thing was insane. They are seriously talented ladies that have a knack for design while also keeping everything else on track. During our wedding, Genevieve was always there when I needed her. She made sure I was comfortable, calm and did all the bossy things I didn't want to do on our wedding day (shout out to you Genevieve for getting me a glass of wine before the ceremony to calm my nerves!!).
If I could, I'd hire Genevieve and her team again in an INSTANT (banking on the fact that I don't need her again, any time soon!). How many times can I say that Genevieve was incredible. -

We can't thank Gen and her team enough for the wonderful job they did for our wedding reception in Vegas!
We started our wedding planning on our own and later hired Gen as our day of coordinator. I felt that Gen went above and beyond what I had expected from a day of coordinator to help us plan our day and I can't thank her enough for that. As a DIY bride there were so many moments during wedding planning when I felt alone or stressed out about whether or not things would work out or look right but she was always just a text/call away if we needed anything. Gen was always just so calm and sweet about everything and just talking to her put me at ease about about the direction and process of our wedding planning.
Gen and her team are as professional as they come and we're just so incredibly lucky to have had them as part of our team. My only regret is not having hired her to plan our entire wedding sooner because I could only imagine what beautiful things she would have been able to come up with if we had her from the start. -

Genevieve, from our very first call, where you grilled us with 200 questions about wedding details, I knew you would be the right wedding planner for us!
We had a very specific vision for our wedding. Unlike most couples, we wanted to be involved in every wedding detail with no surprises! Genevieve gladly obliged our requests. She involved us in every decision making clearly and timely communicated all updates. On our wedding day, I was still pleasantly surprised and genuinely mesmerized by how well everything turned out - better than we had planned. That was all thanks to Genevie and her incredible team.
We both can be so decisive on certain things and continue debating about many little things. Genevieve has been so gracious and patient in dealing with both of us. She gave inputs and vendor recommendations. She was also able to manage and work well with multiple out-of-town and overseas vendors that we hired for the day.
We wouldn’t be able to do it without you. Thank you for making our dream wedding a reality. -

Lucky to be a couple that looks back and ADORES their wedding
My fiance and I had spoken to a couple wedding planners and was feeling discouraged that we wouldn't find the right one for us. That's when with sheer luck I came across eventsbygenevieve one day and messaged her that same night. With us being Asian American, her portfolio with past experiences and expertise made me so excited and I was praying she and her team would be available! She responded that same day and we couldn't be more grateful that we were lucky to work with her. I can not imagine what the planning process would have been like without her and her team. The consultation alone made us feel more prepared for the wedding than any other planner we spoke to, and that was without the guarantee of us even signing a contract or choosing her. She really just has your best interest at heart. Though we only hired her on as a day of coordinator she was with us every step of the way, from beginning to end. From creating an exact timeline of how your day should and can go, to helping create your vision come to life with decor and design, and even cleaning up after the day is over. I cannot thank her enough for her amazing communication and dedication to details. She always had quick solutions and advice to give whenever we needed. In addition they have a great collection of items that you can use once you sign to work with them. She brought our handmade mirror sign, supplied candles, and these amazing pedestals that were a huge part of our ceremony design, without extra charge. I'm telling you now, if you need someone to be there for you and respond to every question you have in an incredible response rate you need to work with EventsbyGenevieve/Infinity Weddings and Events. Your day should not be stressful and you should feel secure that everything will be taken care of and I KNOW she will be able to do that for you, because that's exactly what she did for us. -

We have nothing but positive things to say about Gen and her team! We chose Gen for partial planning for our first day and then day of coordinator for our second day of wedding festivities. Oh my goodness, where do I begin? I was lucky to come across Events by Genevieve’s Instagram’s page and was looking for a day of coordinator to 1. Keep me sane on my wedding day and 2. Be able to help me incorporate Filipino elements into my wedding. I was so happy Gen paired me with Chelsea because she was exactly what I was looking for and MORE. From our first video consultation, she exceeded my expectations – she answered questions I didn’t even know I had about our wedding plans and she honestly felt like talking to an old friend right off the bat. We clicked instantly and she really was a rock for me during the month leading up to my wedding and the day of. She understood and sorted everything for me when I couldn’t (because wedding fatigue was so real for me) and was so patient and responsive answering all of my questions. Not only that, but Gen and Chelsea helped me to find other vendors, like my photobooth, signage and decor rentals. Gen’s decor inventory had everything I could’ve wanted and matched my tropical wedding Pinterest board. And Taylor who did all of the signage for our wedding also matched my tropical style exactly and was able to incorporate our corgi into the design as well. Bonus points to her!!
On the day of my wedding, Chelsea was a ROCKSTAR! I can’t even count how many times she had to go back and forth for me to round my family for pictures, find items for me and keep the wedding flowing at the same time. Chelsea did it all with grace and calmness that really helped to keep me afloat and she always made sure I was enjoying myself throughout my wedding day. Chelsea and her assistant Huyen were superwomen handling all of my wedding details and arranging everything exactly how I envisioned it. Any little blip that happened on my wedding day, they were quick to fix everything and kept me stress free. A million thank you’s to Gen, Chelsea, Huyen and Taylor for exceeding my wedding expectations. I seriously would not have been able to execute my dream wedding without you ladies!

We did a partial planning package with her and from start to finish she went above and beyond. Incredibly detail oriented and flexible team! Delightful to work with :)
When starting our wedding planning process, Gen was so incredibly helpful. At the beginning, planning seemed like a daunting task, but she made the process approachable and enjoyable. My partner and I knew we wanted to use our wedding as an opportunity to hire vendors who were women or people of color. We wanted our wedding to be a celebration full of things we enjoy and that are meaningful to us. Because of our Chinese and Mexican heritage, we wanted to lean into the cultural aspect of the wedding.
Gen was so on top of everything, always accommodating and flexible to do video calls or venue visits. She was always available and open to communicating via text and email, which made reaching out easy whenever we had questions. She knew exactly what we needed to decide on in order to make our wedding possible.
Gen was able to connect us with vendors we might not have known about otherwise. She also went above and beyond as well with making decor and organizing vendors.
On top of it all, Gen and her team really were exceptional on the day of the wedding! They took care of every little detail and made sure that my partner and I were eating and staying hydrated throughout the night. They made sure that our needs were taken care of and made sure that everything went smoothly. Having them there on the day gave us the opportunity to really enjoy our time during our special day :)
With our many unique requests, Gen and her team truly made our wedding a truly special celebration.

Genevieve from the start was an amazing wedding planner. My wedding was more than half way across the continental united states and she made sure it went perfectly. Prior to the wedding she even flew down to Arkansas from Washington state to be here in person day of the wedding offering guidance and coordination. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and has all the tools and planning you'll need to make your wedding or event fantastic. She planned the wedding with my wife and I digitally and gave us documents laying everything out. Not a detail went unnoticed from the lighting, DJ, photography, decorations, ceremony, venue, and even had back-up plans to the backup plans while scheduling everything down to the minute when we needed it. Not only did she plan the logistics of the wedding but the logistics of where all my family members would stay, changing the setup of the rooms, and assisted the wedding crew with their taskings. The wedding was fantastic and I would highly recommend Genevieve and her event planning services to anyone for any event. She made the entire process stress-free for my wife and I and catered to any of our requirements. 11/10 highly recommend. -

Gen and Chelsea were the most dynamic of duos on our wedding day! We brought Gen on for day of coordination and she instantly put us at ease with her attention to detail, patience, charm, and to put it bluntly, she KNOWS her stuff.
From our initial conversation all the way to our big day, she took the pressure off of us and it allowed us to truly to enjoy our wedding day. For example, I completely forgot my seating chart and cake topper and Gen/Chelsea didn’t even blink and got it all sorted out for me. No stress or fuss. Gen also comes with an array of rentals which if you are a semi DIY bride like I was, this was a LIFESAVER! Gen/Chelsea took care of set up, tear down, and everything in between. TRUST HER!
TLDR - we highly recommend her services. A worthwhile investment for all the memories!!! -

I highly recommend booking Events by Genevieve - my only regret is not booking Gen for full planning services. Gen was our day of coordinator and we were blown away by how personable and professional she was. Every time we had a question, she responded quickly. This was surprising since we only booked her for DOC duties and I know that's usually considered a lower priority. However, Gen genuinely cared, gave us her full attention, and made us feel important. She was there to answer questions, make recommendations, take care of issues during our wedding, etc. The value she provides goes well beyond what she charges! Our wedding day would not have run as smoothly had we not booked Gen and we are so grateful we did. -

Events by Gen was the BEST decision I've ever made!
I got Chelsea as my day-of coordinator and she was the best person for the job. Chelsea is organized, pays close attention to detail, has a two-step-ahead mindset, and is beloved by everyone in the bridal party.
Just to give a little bit of background: I didn't grow up in the U.S. so I wasn't familiar with the American wedding planning culture. I felt incredibly lost because I had to figure everything out on my own.
When I reached out to Chelsea in our initial consultation, I explained my situation and she reassured me that she was very familiar with different styles of weddings, and could tailor one to my needs. After the call, I knew that Chelsea was the person I could trust. I must admit, I did spend a couple of months shopping around. I spoke to a couple of
planners but I didn't feel the trust and energy that Chelsea gave.
Ideally, I would hire Chelsea as a partial or full-service planner but I wanted to stay within my budget so I was prepared to do the heavy lifting and only hired her for day-of (it's actually more like final month management). Throughout the 9 months I booked her, Chelsea checked in with me to answer questions I had. She gave me pointers on where to source rentals, when to contact vendors, and what to do with music. Even though it was a bit outside our contract, I appreciate that she went above and beyond.
Fast-forward to the final month, I still had a lot I hadn't figured out. First, music. I wanted a budget-friendly version and had a lot of trouble finding someone affordable. I asked Chelsea and she recommended a DJ with a competitive price range who even offered a discounted deal. Even though I decided to move forward with a band instead of a DJ, I still appreciate the fact that Chelsea took the time to make the connection.
Also, during the final month, Chelsea's communication was at lightning speed. Whenever I texted her a question, no matter how big or small, she replied to me even before I put down my phone! That was the commitment she had and she really made me like I was her priority.
In the last two weeks of the wedding, we had a walkthrough with Chelsea and the Woodmark catering manager. Chelsea knew exactly the questions to ask her and made sure that every detail of the day was accurate to the tee. As someone who is easily anxious and unrested, I honestly was really grateful for Chelsea - for her being punctual, for being detailed-oriented, and for her constant reminder that 'everything will be ok.'
On the wedding day, Chelsea took care of the set-up and worked very well with the vendors. From ceremony to reception, she navigated the event smoothly. Again, me being an anxious bride, I wanted to get through the program one after the other. Chelsea reassured me that we had a lot of time and all I needed to do was enjoy the party. I NEEDED THAT! She was my calm in the storm of a wedding.
There was this incident when I was changing from my ceremony dress to my first dance dress. I forgot my bra insert in my hotel room (not to mention I stupidly left the keys IN the room when I left). Chelsea, again at lightning speed, rushed to the concierge to get a copy so I could get in the room. We got the bra insert and she, as someone who thinks two steps ahead, took the gift box to the room and stored it safely there. BIG THANK YOU FOR THAT ONE!
Overall, my wedding was AMAZING. I had fun with my loved ones and danced my feet off. Chelsea has a great personality and got along superbly with my family. Thanks to her, I could enjoy my big day! -

We chose Gen as our Day of Coordinator and we have zero regrets. She is absolutely amazing and we were so lucky to have her with us on our wedding day. From the moment we had our first consultation not only did we notice that she's warm and friendly, but also organized, detail oriented, a true professional. I spent so much time planning every little thing about the wedding, stressing out every day up until the big day. What people don't really point out is that on the actual wedding day you don't think about how it'll all come together. Gen made the day easy and enjoyable for us, she took care of so many things that I never had to worry about. I knew I didn't have to worry about the vendors being on the same page because she's a great communicator. I didn't have to worry about the decor being set up right because I trusted her vision and style. I didn't have to worry about being on schedule because she's organized AF. We are so grateful for her and her team. She is the best!! -

From the very first phone call, I could tell that I was in good hands. Gen cared about me and my wedding and didn’t see me as just another bride. Gen was the second coordinator I interviewed and she was a breath of fresh air. The first coordinator I chatted with ran through her questions and told me how much she charged all in less than 10 minutes then followed up immediately via email with how I could pay her. It felt impersonal and just like a transaction. But when I talked to Gen, she was amazing. She took the time to learn about me and my vision. Gen was easy to talk to, on top of her stuff and asked me about details I hadn’t even thought of.
Fast forward to the days leading up to the wedding, I was never concerned or nervous about the wedding having any issues. Gen had the details and all the vendors under control. She worked hard behind the scenes and our day was absolutely perfect. She was professional but she was also my girl, she was so kind and so fun. It felt like she had been one of my girl friends all along. If you want a coordinator who is your #1 support and cheerleader, I highly recommend Gen!

We had such an amazing experience with Events by Genevieve! We hired the team for their day of coordination for our wedding and we couldn't be any more thankful. We had our initial consultation with Gen and knew right away we're hiring the team. She was so easy to talk to and informative with all our our questions, we knew she and her team would take good care of us. Gen was wonderful to work with on the back end and piecing everything together.
Most importantly, we wanted to give huge shoutout to CYNTHIA who executed and led our wedding! Cynthia is literally the sweetest person and honestly more like a friend to us when we approached closer to event. Her attention to details and organization skills was on point and aligned with my type A personality LOL. I spent all morning getting ready at the venue upstairs, and I came down and the ceremony & reception was all put together so beautifully. Everything on our wedding went as planned and executed so smoothly, I could not believe how she could give us literally everything we wanted during our big day! It was also so important for us to have someone who was Vietnamese since we know we were going to be so busy with the wedding itself and Cynthia was there to help! She guided and kept our family and relatives together so well. It was truly such a perfect day overall, Cynthia is literally the best person we ever wished for.

Gen was the very first vendor that we had booked for our wedding and the easiest one as that. There was an instant connection when we had our consultation and I knew that she would be the one. Best decision that we made! Gen is extremely thoughtful, professional, responsive and caring. Please remember that you are not the only couple that she works with, she is constantly juggling and multitasking so a little patience I’m sure is appreciated. She connected me with almost all of my vendors and her network is very reliable and trustworthy. I knew that if Gen vetted them, that I could trust them. She made sure that I was reassured and had all of my questions answered and helped me navigate the on-going unknowns of the pandemic. She was extremely realistic and gave me all the options to stay within my budget (even if I went outside of it because of my own decisions!). She is organized and has all the checklists and items to help keep you on track as well. I was “normal” stressed for my wedding but Gen made the experience 10000x easier and smoother. Day of, she is an absolute must. I didn’t have to worry about anything on the day because I knew Gen had our best interest in mind and let us enjoy our special day. Down to every little detail. I don't think she could have been better!
Beyond saying yes, hiring Genevieve was the best decision we made at our wedding. We can't say enough good things. She's responsive, she knew all the timings we should hit so that things would go smoothly, and she was a great resource to bounce ideas off while still being true to our vision. She knew places to save money and places to splurge depending on our priorities, she knew connections with great vendors, and she knew how to navigate venues new to weddings. Several friends, family, and even other vendors told us specifically how "on it" Gen was. No wedding is perfect, including ours. We wanted an outdoor ceremony and the day of, the weather forecast changed to have rain throughout the ceremony. Within a few hours Gen changed the ceremony space to the reception area and coordinated the redecorating before and after. Also, we had a Desi wedding with two events with both Pakistani and Indian elements and Gen researched and learned our traditions easily and seamlessly planned and executed those without any experience in Desi weddings. We simply cannot thank Gen enough. -

After postponing my wedding due to COVID in 2021, my previous coordinator was unavailable for a 2022 wedding. I found Genevieve and knew instantly she was the Day of Coordinator I wanted! Our venue is very particular and Genevieve had been a bride there herself before COVID and had also coordinated a couple weddings.
I brought my husband to the walkthrough and both he and I were blown away by her knowledge, professionalism, and take charge attitude. I was a tough bride. A perfectionist at heart, I was obsessive about every little thing and Genevieve was patient and understanding the whole way through.
For someone who doesn't let go easily, on the day of our wedding, I happily basked in the knowledge that Genevieve had me covered. I never once stressed about vendors arriving or things being done correctly. Our day turned out so perfect and everything I could have hoped for thanks to her!

Gen was truly made for this job and went above and beyond from start to finish. Gen's attention to detail, creative touch, knowledgeable ideas, and organizational skills made our day turn out exactly how we could've imagined if not better. Gen had such phenomenal communication with everyone from my photographer to my makeup artist and the catering which not only took a lot off my plate as the bride but also streamlined the entire day; You know your wedding planner is legit when even your other vendors comment on how wonderful she is. She anticipated any issues before they even happened, going as far as staying late checking every single decor I dropped off with her day before the wedding and finding even the smallest issue & presenting me with solutions. For example, we had a candle lighting ceremony and it turns out the candle sticks I bought didn't even fit into the candle stick holders!! And the twinkle lights I wanted hung up didn't have batteries! She supplied all of those little things that I had missed and left me with absolutely no worries on my big day.
As a bride I literally had NOTHING to worry about day of. My entire bridal party could get pampered & dolled up while Gen & her team handled it all. If you're even contemplating hiring a coordinator this is your sign to just do it and to save you a lot of time on research, trust me when I say Gen is the best the greater Pacific Northwest has to offer! BEST MONEY SPENT HANDS DOWN. You won't be dissapointed with Gen and her killer team. -

I decided last minute that I would need a day of coordinator for my wedding and Gen and her team really came through. Gen had helped me from the beginning all the way to our special day. Gen, Amy, and Chelsea all made sure things were the way I wanted it to be. Gen also made us a gorgeous sign and even had robes delivered for me & my bridesmaids. These ladies also gave me amazing advice when it came to all the planning & even on the day of. I promise, Gen and her team make it look so easy. I genuinely don’t know how they do it. On my actual wedding day, Amy and Chelsea were running the show flawlessly!! The whole day was absolutely perfect. I am so happy Amy and Chelsea were there to overlook things. If it weren’t for them, my wedding day would’ve been a hot mess. They are truly the best at what they do and I have absolutely no regrets!! 10/10 Gen & her team know exactly what they’re doing & I love that they made sure to include important cultural practices into my wedding day. -

Amazing experience!

Gen was INCREDIBLE as our day-of coordinator. As a wedding photographer myself, I am sure I was pretty high-maintenance (hello, color-coordinated spreadsheets), but she never made me feel bad and always welcomed questions. She was super prompt in her replies via both email and Instagram leading up to the big day. When the day itself actually came, she was beyond amazing. There were a few things that went wrong (nothing that was her fault - totally on us!) - roses that were supposed to be cut still had long stems, we ran out of Corona beer before dinner started, and the projector we had brought didn't work. But all of these mishaps were taken care of by Gen SO smoothly and easily without me even having to bat an eye or lift a finger. I knew my day was in perfectly capable hands with Gen! We hired her for half the day and then her assistant came for the second half of the day and was fabulous to work with as well. I'm pretty sure we set a record time for clean-up at the end of the night - it was amazing. I can't recommend Infinity Weddings and Events by Gen enough! -

Gen was so great! My husband and I clicked with her as soon as we first met her. We needed a day of coordinator for our wedding and Gen and her team were awesome! Our original wedding was suppose to be 300 people in Oct 2020, but due to covid we had to postpone. We decided to just do a small ceremony and reception with 30 people. Gen and her assistant were so much help and everything was able to go smoothly without me not having to worry. Also, even with a new baby she always responded so quickly! Thank you so much!! -

Amazing Experience!
We originally hired Gen for a 170 person wedding to take place in June 2020. By April, it was becoming increasing clear that large summer gatherings would not happen due to COVID-19. Between April and our eventual new wedding date in August 2020, we planned and re-planned five times. Gen was there throughout this entire process, sending ideas, helping with new timelines and touring venues. She was so flexible throughout the entire process. We had a check in phone call the night before the wedding when I realized I forgot to rent a welcome sign. Gen was able to make a sign that night and bring it for us the next day. She also supplied the arch and carpet that went perfectly with our theme and borrowed a beautiful ring box for us when I could not find one (just a few of the many examples of Gen going above and beyond). In the end, we had a very intimate ceremony and Gen beautifully set up the entire space, including setting up a physically-distanced seating chart in the uneven terrain of the forest (I showed her the décor and she did all the set up and clean up). We highly recommend hiring Gen for your event! Not only is she amazing at all things planning and coordination, she is also a genuinely wonderful person to be around!

Wonderful experience!
Gen was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire planning process. She guided me through the wedding planning process with grace and offered creative solutions to help me create my dream wedding during a pandemic. With ever changing state mandates she made sure I was the first to know and helped offer solutions with understanding and flexibility. From scaling back the wedding ceremony size to a change of venues, we ended up getting married in the backyard of a cabin we rented at Suncadia, she helped me adapt my vision, providing reassurance and guidance throughout. She goes above and beyond, offering many additional services and is generous with her time. She offers several things beyond planning I highly recommend, from wedding day signage to her signature champagne wall, adding these little touches bring a lot to the day.
There are so many moving parts on the wedding day, she was always several steps ahead allowing me to truly enjoy the big day with my nearest and dearest without a worry in the world. Highly recommend, Gen is fantastic! -

Gen has been a DREAM during these crazy covid times. Even though I hired her for her day of coordinator services, she gave me so much more than that. She has been a huge resource, friendly person to turn to, and a strong communicator. She heard what you need, and will provide you that and more. She has been available in person, Zoom, and via text. She also has access to a creative studio so she can make signs and other items for you at a reduced price. Gen also has rentals available, as well as discount info for things such as tux rentals. She will come to your wedding with assistants, which gave me such relief since past family weddings would always rely on relatives to do extra things (and I did not want to put that pressure on them for our own wedding).
Due to covid, we sadly did have to postpone our wedding. Gen helped me review the vendor contracts and gave me advice on how to move forward. We are planning on doing a “redo” party later on, and Gen has graciously agreed to help with that since we can’t hold a wedding right now.
I’m so fortunate to have come across her services and strongly recommend Gen for any of your future event!! -

Simply the BEST!
Infinity Weddings & Events was the first vendor that we hired for our wedding, and it was the BEST decision we made. As we got to know Genevieve over the course of several months and began to understand how multi-talented, detail-oriented, and seasoned in the industry she is, I felt 100% confident going into our wedding day that everything would go smoothly, and it did without a hitch. For our wedding, we decided not to hire a DJ, and she was able to do some light emceeing and managed our music perfectly. Thanks to her suggestions, we were able to identify and hire other amazing vendors. She gifted me the cutest robes for getting ready, and our package also included signage and place card printing, both of which looked fantastic. She and her team arrived early for setup (and made everything look even better than I had imagined!), managed the event like it was clockwork, and quickly facilitated breakdown once our event wrapped up. They had Plans B and C for everything that could possibly have gone wrong. Because we had communicated with Genevieve so much before the wedding, and because she is so friendly, professional, and thorough, it felt as if I had a trusted friend managing our event the entire day. She LOVES weddings, and her enthusiasm radiated throughout the day. It would not have been the same without her and her amazing team, and I can't recommend them enough! -

It’s been said before, but I will say it again. Gen & Infinity Weddings & Events is an 11 out of 10. Gen goes above and beyond in all that she does. What started out as asking her to do “day-of wedding coordinating” morphed into her helping us with sourcing vendors, creating table decorations, a seating chart, swag for a family reunion, and awesome sweatshirts for the “bride tribe”. She is creative, responsive, professional and really can do it all! We also had an unfortunate incident on the day of the wedding with a no-show DJ even after checking-in with him the morning of the wedding, but Gen and her team had it covered. They had our songs ready to go and we didn’t have to worry about a single thing! This review hardly does justice to her ability to put everyone at ease. I never had to think twice about anything throughout the entire wedding process as she had it covered! My only regret was not calling her sooner!! If you are even remotely considering asking her for help, my now husband and I could not recommend her enough! -

Gen served as my wedding planner this past summer at Cedar Springs Wedding Venue in Port Orchard, WA. She wore many hats at my event and was a lifesaver! She was able to anticipate problems and needs before I could so they could get smoothed out before the event. She helped coordinate the vendors, manage the food, set up, take down, and most importantly was my back up photographer and videographer! I don't know how she did it all. I had a professional photographer there and Gen worked great with her. I had no idea that Gen would capture my favorite photo from my wedding, and not my professional photographer, but I am so thankful! I did not have a videographer, so Gen helped capture some main moments and delegated other clips to other people so I could send the clips to a budget video service to save money. Gen offered to be the "bad guy" if I wanted something on my wedding day that a relative wouldn't like, and watched those crazy uncles at the bar to make sure they stayed in line. She also went above and beyond to make edits ASAP on the wedding photos that she took, so I didn't have to wait months for good photos of our special day. It was a relief to have her there, and my husband and I could concentrate on enjoying every second of our special day. Gen is professional, efficient, and very determined to make your event exactly how you want it! -

Chelsea helped me with my partial planning of my wedding reception. She was so easy to work with and really flexible and understanding of my budget. No pressure to spend more on things, which I really appreciated. She did my flowers and set up everything perfect for my sweetheart table and guest tables. My venue wasn’t the prettiest place but she transformed it completely and exceeded my all expectations! -
