🚨 IF YOU WANT TO HAVE THE BEST NIGHT OF YOUR LIFE, OF YOUR FAMILY'S LIVES, CALL GENEVIEVE RN!
Guys, I called this lady with TWO MONTHS until my wedding. My wive's vision was amazing and too much for her to handle. But guess what? EASY WORK for my girl Gen, who I had never met before. This is important because I'd never know it otherwise--she treated us like we were her little siblings who she wanted the very best for.
When I say she went above and beyond to make the most beautiful and warm wedding happen for us, I'm underselling it.
What initially sold me on Gen was a video I saw where she was holding court with her assistants and going over the very smallest details with them to ensure it went right. Well, at my own wedding, I experienced this in 8K Dolby Digital Surround Real Life situations. She and her wonderful team unfucked many possible crashouts, and I didn't even notice any of them.
I could write a novel, I probably will, but 5 days after our wedding, my wife and I are still on cloud 9, shit I'm working rn even and that's still true, all because Gen made it happen for us. I can't express this enough.

We are so grateful we chose Events by Genevieve (EBG) to be our wedding planner. Gen’s holistic approach not only attended to our hopes for the big day but also was sensitive to individual needs. As an introvert, she made sure I had built in breaks throughout the day so that I didn’t get too overstimulated or overwhelmed by the festivities and socializing. Throughout the planning process, she was open to honest feedback to ensure our day was perfect. Gen thoughtfully integrated our cultural heritage in a symbolic and meaningful way, and coordinated with vendors to ensure consistency and smooth day-of-service. Her professional network includes top-tier vendors which helped bring our dream wedding to life despite a tighter timeline (7 months!)
The full-planning package was beyond worth it, and we cannot recommend Gen and her team enough to anyone looking for a wedding and/or event planner. We already miss working/meeting with Gen, so if that doesn’t say something about how enjoyable and stress-free she made the process, we don’t know what would!

We cannot express enough gratitude for Gen and her team. Every single aspect and detail of our wedding was perfectly executed. Gen and her team are extremely professional, organized, and communicative. Naturally, we’ve worked with many vendors/partners in our lives and in our work. Without a doubt, working with Gen and her team has easily been one of the best experiences we’ve had.
Gen has the perfect balance between being involved and letting us explore our creatively, making the overall experience so fun. Gen listened and understood our vision. To say that our wedding was beautiful would be an understatement. We would choose Events by Genevieve all over again and highly recommend them.

I genuinely don’t know how I would’ve gotten through my wedding day without her. From the very beginning, she brought a sense of calm, control, and professionalism that made all the difference. Even though I had planned most of the details myself, she stepped in and made sure everything ran as smoothly as humanly possible—no small feat, considering the beautiful chaos that unfolded!
She was cool under pressure, handled every curveball with grace, and somehow managed to keep me calm throughout it all. Her presence was like a warm, steady anchor in the middle of a whirlwind. I fully believe the day wouldn’t have happened—at least not the way it did—without her.
If you're looking for someone who’s organized, kind, totally on it, and genuinely invested in making your day perfect, this is the planner you want. She’s a miracle worker and hands down the best planner on the planet.

My now wife and I both work a ton and we had procrastinated on planning our wedding for a year until we found Genevieve. We had a rather tight timeline (~4 months) and Genevieve went above and beyond to make sure our special day was perfect. Genevieve was able to organize and streamline the entire planning process for us, and it was obvious that she had a ton of experience and network, as she gave us a ton of helpful tips before and during the wedding. Even when there was a minor hiccup at the event (our fault, not hers), Genevieve was able to resolve the issue immediately by going out to pick up extra supplies! We loved working with Genevieve and couldn't have asked for a better planner. -

Gen is an incredible wedding planner who helped make our wedding day so magical and special! I get stressed when it comes to planning parties or gatherings but Gen and her team helped me feel relaxed and I was able to fully enjoy the wedding without worries. Thanks to Gen we were also able to get connected with some fantastic vendors and even for things we wouldn't have considered for ourselves like calligraphy and giant flowers. Let's just say the giant flowers and other decor were a big hit at the wedding ;) If you are looking for a wedding planner who takes the time to get to know you and works hard to help your visions come to life, Gen and her team are the right choice! -

We got married on May the Fourth and Chelsea implemented our Star Wars theme incredibly. She took the time to get to know us and ask us questions to really understand our vision and everything came together better than what we imagined on the day of! Chelsea is professional and an expertise in the wedding industry, she helped guide us throughout the whole process and supported us with so many details we didn't even think of while searching and communicating with vendors. We were so glad to have her by our side and our wedding day was so special thanks to her and the team at Events by Genevieve. -

We hired Genevieve for our 2023 Fall wedding. I heard about Genevieve through a friend of a friend and I am happy that I found her! From the get, Genevieve was incredibly communicative, supportive, interested in my vision and willing to go above and beyond what was asked of her. She put both me and my husband at ease leading up to our big day. Not only was she incredible as we planned our wedding, she and Chelsea became our florists by proxy- creating and designing the greenery that would showcase our ceremony and the decor that surrounded our guests while celebrating our big day. Genevieve and Chelsea's eye for this sort of thing was insane. They are seriously talented ladies that have a knack for design while also keeping everything else on track. During our wedding, Genevieve was always there when I needed her. She made sure I was comfortable, calm and did all the bossy things I didn't want to do on our wedding day (shout out to you Genevieve for getting me a glass of wine before the ceremony to calm my nerves!!).
If I could, I'd hire Genevieve and her team again in an INSTANT (banking on the fact that I don't need her again, any time soon!). How many times can I say that Genevieve was incredible. -

We can't thank Gen and her team enough for the wonderful job they did for our wedding reception in Vegas!
We started our wedding planning on our own and later hired Gen as our day of coordinator. I felt that Gen went above and beyond what I had expected from a day of coordinator to help us plan our day and I can't thank her enough for that. As a DIY bride there were so many moments during wedding planning when I felt alone or stressed out about whether or not things would work out or look right but she was always just a text/call away if we needed anything. Gen was always just so calm and sweet about everything and just talking to her put me at ease about about the direction and process of our wedding planning.
Gen and her team are as professional as they come and we're just so incredibly lucky to have had them as part of our team. My only regret is not having hired her to plan our entire wedding sooner because I could only imagine what beautiful things she would have been able to come up with if we had her from the start. -

Thank you for making our dream wedding come true
Genevieve, from our very first call, where you grilled us with 200 questions about wedding details, I knew you would be the right wedding planner for us!
We had a very specific vision for our wedding. Unlike most couples, we wanted to be involved in every wedding detail with no surprises! Genevieve gladly obliged our requests. She involved us in every decision making clearly and timely communicated all updates. On our wedding day, I was still pleasantly surprised and genuinely mesmerized by how well everything turned out - better than we had planned. That was all thanks to Genevie and her incredible team.
We both can be so decisive on certain things and continue debating about many little things. Genevieve has been so gracious and patient in dealing with both of us. She gave inputs and vendor recommendations. She was also able to manage and work well with multiple out-of-town and overseas vendors that we hired for the day.
We wouldn’t be able to do it without you. Thank you for making our dream wedding a reality. -

Lucky to be a couple that looks back and ADORES their wedding
My fiance and I had spoken to a couple wedding planners and was feeling discouraged that we wouldn't find the right one for us. That's when with sheer luck I came across eventsbygenevieve one day and messaged her that same night. With us being Asian American, her portfolio with past experiences and expertise made me so excited and I was praying she and her team would be available! She responded that same day and we couldn't be more grateful that we were lucky to work with her. I can not imagine what the planning process would have been like without her and her team. The consultation alone made us feel more prepared for the wedding than any other planner we spoke to, and that was without the guarantee of us even signing a contract or choosing her. She really just has your best interest at heart. Though we only hired her on as a day of coordinator she was with us every step of the way, from beginning to end. From creating an exact timeline of how your day should and can go, to helping create your vision come to life with decor and design, and even cleaning up after the day is over. I cannot thank her enough for her amazing communication and dedication to details. She always had quick solutions and advice to give whenever we needed. In addition they have a great collection of items that you can use once you sign to work with them. She brought our handmade mirror sign, supplied candles, and these amazing pedestals that were a huge part of our ceremony design, without extra charge. I'm telling you now, if you need someone to be there for you and respond to every question you have in an incredible response rate you need to work with EventsbyGenevieve/Infinity Weddings and Events. Your day should not be stressful and you should feel secure that everything will be taken care of and I KNOW she will be able to do that for you, because that's exactly what she did for us. -

We have nothing but positive things to say about Gen and her team! We chose Gen for partial planning for our first day and then day of coordinator for our second day of wedding festivities. She went above and beyond and truly made sure both day would be a huge success. From the get go, she turned our vague ideas into a cohesive vision and wrangled all of our vendors together to deliver a perfect wedding day. On the day of, she was also so on top of everything that we had nothing to worry about (and even had a few surprises for us throughout the day)! Would truly recommend her to anyone looking for top notch wedding planner! -

Oh my goodness, where do I begin? I was lucky to come across Events by Genevieve’s Instagram’s page and was looking for a day of coordinator to 1. Keep me sane on my wedding day and 2. Be able to help me incorporate Filipino elements into my wedding. I was so happy Gen paired me with Chelsea because she was exactly what I was looking for and MORE. From our first video consultation, she exceeded my expectations – she answered questions I didn’t even know I had about our wedding plans and she honestly felt like talking to an old friend right off the bat. We clicked instantly and she really was a rock for me during the month leading up to my wedding and the day of. She understood and sorted everything for me when I couldn’t (because wedding fatigue was so real for me) and was so patient and responsive answering all of my questions. Not only that, but Gen and Chelsea helped me to find other vendors, like my photobooth, signage and decor rentals. Gen’s decor inventory had everything I could’ve wanted and matched my tropical wedding Pinterest board. And Taylor who did all of the signage for our wedding also matched my tropical style exactly and was able to incorporate our corgi into the design as well. Bonus points to her!!
On the day of my wedding, Chelsea was a ROCKSTAR! I can’t even count how many times she had to go back and forth for me to round my family for pictures, find items for me and keep the wedding flowing at the same time. Chelsea did it all with grace and calmness that really helped to keep me afloat and she always made sure I was enjoying myself throughout my wedding day. Chelsea and her assistant Huyen were superwomen handling all of my wedding details and arranging everything exactly how I envisioned it. Any little blip that happened on my wedding day, they were quick to fix everything and kept me stress free. A million thank you’s to Gen, Chelsea, Huyen and Taylor for exceeding my wedding expectations. I seriously would not have been able to execute my dream wedding without you ladies!

It’s difficult to put into words how much we loved working with Gen and her team, but we will give it a shot 😃. We did a partial planning package with her and from start to finish she went above and beyond. We trusted her amazing vision and she created a beautiful visual for us when we were first getting started. Our wedding was more beautiful than anything we could’ve ever imagined. Not only that but it also was run smoothly and very efficiently. Gen is kind and thoughtful but she was also able to wrangle our large (and crazy) bridal party easily. We had a few amazing surprises even on our big day that took it to the next level. I also want to mention that she was always awesome at communicating with us and very responsive. Incredibly detail oriented and flexible team! Delightful to work with :)
When starting our wedding planning process, Gen was so incredibly helpful. At the beginning, planning seemed like a daunting task, but she made the process approachable and enjoyable. My partner and I knew we wanted to use our wedding as an opportunity to hire vendors who were women or people of color. We wanted our wedding to be a celebration full of things we enjoy and that are meaningful to us. Because of our Chinese and Mexican heritage, we wanted to lean into the cultural aspect of the wedding.
Gen was so on top of everything, always accommodating and flexible to do video calls or venue visits. She was always available and open to communicating via text and email, which made reaching out easy whenever we had questions. She knew exactly what we needed to decide on in order to make our wedding possible.
Gen was able to connect us with vendors we might not have known about otherwise. She also went above and beyond as well with making decor and organizing vendors.
On top of it all, Gen and her team really were exceptional on the day of the wedding! They took care of every little detail and made sure that my partner and I were eating and staying hydrated throughout the night. They made sure that our needs were taken care of and made sure that everything went smoothly. Having them there on the day gave us the opportunity to really enjoy our time during our special day :)
With our many unique requests, Gen and her team truly made our wedding a truly special celebration.
