After Our first meeting, it was clear that our wedding day was going to be in the best hands. We can’t express enough how truly grateful we are for having had Doyin Fash as our wedding planner. Not only did she exceed every expectation, but she also made the entire journey enjoyable, stress-free, and full of unforgettable moments.
Every detail, no matter how big or small, was handled with exceptional care and thoughtfulness. From coordinating with the best vendors to designing a wedding that was beyond our wildest dreams, Doyin brought our vision to life in ways we didn’t even imagine. The level of professionalism, dedication, and creativity shown was unparalleled.
What truly sets Doyin apart is how she goes above and beyond. It wasn’t just about getting everything right for the big day – it was about ensuring every moment leading up to it was special. She took the time to listen to our ideas, understand our needs, and then worked tirelessly to ensure our dream wedding became a reality. Even when we I would mentioned being overwhelmed and stressed between life, work and wedding planning decision making , she made sure to not add to my stress and also gave me breaks in-between wedding planning to feel less stressed or overwhelmed.
The day of the wedding was nothing short of magical. We were able to fully immerse ourselves in the celebration, knowing that every detail was taken care of with the utmost precision. Our guest also had a blast and some have asked for my planners details, that how impressed they were.

I can't express enough how amazing our experience was with Doyin Fash and her team! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make our wedding day everything we dreamed of. The entire planning process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to Doyin and her team's attention to detail, professionalism, and advice.
Doyin and her team were always available to answer questions, and calm me down during stressful moments. She truly listened to my vision and brought it to life in the most beautiful way. On the big day, everything went seamlessly and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect celebration. She helped us combine two cultures in the most beautiful way and I am so grateful.
The entire team was fantastic, and we felt so supported throughout the process. I would like to give a special shout out to Kelly-Ann and Donna, thank you so much! Exceptional and friendly planner
Doyin is an excellent planner and great communicator. She executed my vision and brought it to life. It was a successful and glorious wedding. I celebrated my Nigerian traditional and white wedding on the same day and both were on schedule and very organized. We had monthly meetings through the entire wedding planning process to make sure we were on track with all our tasks. She took the stress off of me and made my wedding a showstopper and the talk of town. I highly recommend her! -

There aren't enough wonderful things to say about Doyin. She and her team made our wedding day, and all of the days leading up to it perfect. She's the ideal combination of personable and professional; so, you always feel comfortable to share thoughts, ideas, or concerns. Her assistants communicate effectively, and frequently update you on vendor communications and timelines. Scheduling appointments were seamless via her website. She is very hands on with your planning process; as she makes time to personally meet with your vendors. (She accompanied us to tastings, and had a group chat with my dress designer). Additionally, if you're struggling with vendor selections, she has a great list for you as well. As an added bonus, cultural/ fusion weddings are her specialty. She perfectly helped to capture our Nigerian and Louisiana cultures. If I had to do it all again, I'd definitely choose Doyin. You should too! Happy wedding planning! -

We had the pleasure of using Doyin Fash's wedding planning service for our Ghanaian and American weddings. I was so thankful that everything turned out beautifully! On the day of both ceremonies, I was so relaxed knowing that Doyin and her team worked so hard in the background to ensure everything was going well. Doyin kept me on track with all the timelines and made sure to use her expertise with the best vendor selections. She was so calm and had a charming demeanor so it is really easy to talk and share ideas with her. I would highly recommend her if you're looking for a well-planned beautiful event! -

Everything went so smoothly and everyone was calm during the wedding day. There was no African time for the wedding and we were already done by midnight 🙌🏾 Wow the team planning is one of the best I have ever seen!! Doyin did a great job for my wedding. I will start by saying that I always told myself that I would not be a bridezilla and a micro-manager but unfortunately, I was! lol
Doyin was like the peace in the midst of a storm, anytime I called she would be very diplomatic and assured me that everything would be fine and the wedding would be a success!
Not only did Doyin help me with basic wedding planning items, she also helped to find and communicate with vendors in Nigeria who ultimately made all 3 of the dress I wore for my wedding and the reception. Doyin is great and I highly recommend her! She has great relationships with many decor, DJ and Photo/ videographer vendors. Doyin was made for this! Hope she doesn't hate me for my bridezilla ways! LOL!! -

Hands down - best wedding planner
Ms. Doyin Fash is a planner extraordinaire. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. She executed our vision beyond words. I was very particular about my decor & cake while my husband was focused on entertainment. She listened so well & over-wowed us. She knows the best vendors in the industry, so you can expect great recommendations at different budget levels.
On my wedding days, Ms. Doyin was very calm BUT super productive. She and her assistants treated us like royalty.........honestly, the service we received was WAY MORE than what we paid for. That's why I'm making it a mission to tell everyone about Ms. Doyin Fash's services.

25 Year Renewal - Amazing Wedding Planner!
Doyin and her team were amazing! My husband and I were planning our 25 year renewal and interviewed many planners as we wanted this to be memorable for us and our guest. We selected Doyin based on her knowledge, access to a diverse vendor network and she was very engaging. We started right before the pandemic and had to weather all sort of possible scenarios of rescheduling, moving or even cancelling. This along with the normal process of planning an event like this can be extremely overwhelming. Doyin was extremely organized, thoughtful and listened. My schedule was as times very limited but that never got in the way to getting everything done ahead of time with Doyin building a plan and working in the background. I would highly recommend you consider her for your event you will be pleased and your guest will have a memorable set of moments of your special occasion. -

The best decision I made was working with Doyin!!
Doyin is hands down the best wedding planner ever!!! I was initially hesitant about working with a planner, and thought I could somehow manage coordinating the wedding preparations by myself...but I'm soooo glad I worked with Doyin. She has this amazing calmness about her that somehow rubbed off on me throughout the entire planning process... when I hear other people talk about how STRESSFUL planning their wedding was, I honestly can't relate and it's because I had Doyin! Even though she was always calm, she was just as effecient in handling everything and I never had to worry about the small details because I knew she was in charge and wouldn't miss anything. I could go on and on about how great Doyin is...but please just hire her to plan your wedding! I promise you won't regret it! -

Princess Sent on 10/05/2017Our wedding was ABSOLUTELY magical. There are no other words to describe how pleased my husband and I were with the outcome. Planning a destination can seem quite difficult due to the fear of the unknown, especially not being present in the same country. Doyin and her team gave us the satisfaction we needed to proceed with our dream wedding in Cancun, Mexico. From the lush decor to our gorgeous wedding cake to our lovely party favors, everything was amazing. Even when things seemed impossible, approaching our actual wedding date, Doyin was able to pull through to get the job done. Though I have never worked with other event planners, I must say Doyin exudes the patience and kindness needed for this business which has allowed her success to flourish. Thanks again Doyin the beautiful wedding gift and your warming presence at my bridal shower. We love you!

I highly recommend her if she can pull off my 1,000 guest wedding with 2 different cultures to incorporate in a short time span she can definitely pull off yours.
