Amanda was truly incredible from start to finish. She made the entire wedding planning process feel absolutely seamless, both leading up to the wedding and on the day itself. Every recommendation she made surpassed our expectations, and her professionalism, organization, and attention to detail were elite.
Her design input was also absolutely critical to the event — she brought our vision to life in a way that exceeded anything we could have imagined, and every single detail looked incredible together. Because of Amanda, we were actually able to enjoy our wedding day without stress, knowing everything was handled perfectly behind the scenes.

My husband and I were living in Philly and unaware of the JAX area when we chose our venue, so we knew choosing a reputable planner from that area would be key. Not only did she make amazing recommendations for vendors based on our budget, but she also ensured everything ran so smoothly the day of. She was always so readily available and easy to work with. We hired Amanda for our March 2026 wedding as early as November 2024. I knew from her photos that she could bring my vision to reality, and after our first phone conversation I knew she was THE ONE! I cannot recommend her enough, she’s an expert in the business, she knows all the right vendors, and will always give the best advice! Wedding planning is such a stressful endeavor, I don’t know what I would have done without Amanda. She helped us plan our 3 events for our wedding weekend. She had everything under control so that we could let go and enjoy every moment. Even our guests noticed the phenomenal quality of her work and couldn’t stop raving about how smart we were in hiring her! As an out of state bride, Amanda was beyond helpful to make our dream wedding come to life in Jekyll Island. Amanda was available, timely and went above and beyond to have all the many moving parts organized. A literal hurricane was headed to our venue and she had plan a, b & c ready to go to give us the most beautiful day no matter what. We love Amanda and her amazing team! -

Amanda booked venues, coordinated logistics, and took so much stress off my plate. She genuinely made my life easier. On the wedding day itself, everything went perfectly, and that is entirely because of her. I was able to relax and actually enjoy the day knowing she had everything under control.

Amanda is amazing at what she does as a planner. What drew me to her was energy and passion she has for weddings. She has the contacts, great relationships and connections with all the great vendors, and has a creative eye to bring your wedding vision to life. I could not have planned my wedding without her! She would always respond quick to me and made sure to keep me accountable with all of my tasks to complete each month. She is SO organized and has an answer to all your questions. Amanda was my lifeline
Wow, where do I start? Hiring Amanda was one of the best decisions I made. I have two elderly parents who cannot travel, so my then-fiancé (now husband) and I brought our wedding to them in St. Augustine, Florida. Since I know little about weddings and am not from St. Augustine, I really needed help with the planning. We also needed to plan the wedding relatively quickly due to health issues with members of both our families. My mom couldn’t help much and I didn’t have local bridesmaids to help, so I relied on Amanda heavily.
Amanda lives in St. Augustine, she knows and works well with all the vendors, was able to make excellent recommendations based on what we wanted for the wedding. She also recommended the officiant, professionals for hair and makeup, the photographer, DJ, and florist, all of whom were outstanding. Amanda arranged all my meetings with the vendors for trials, and throughout the wedding planning. She has such a great personality and kept me on track in a way that was forceful but also compassionate. Amanda also stayed on top of the vendors in the same manner to keep us all on track. She helped me figure out how to formulate what I wanted my wedding to be like and figure out how to communicate this with the vendors to bring that vision to life.
Amanda met up with us before the rehearsal, got there hours early the day of the wedding to make sure everything was set up correctly, and stayed there with her assistant throughout the wedding to make sure that anything we needed was provided. I’m sure she did many other things behind the scenes that I don’t even know about as well.
Amanda was there whenever there were snafus or emergencies. She guided me through difficult situations, such as when a big emergency happened with a close family member. She knew what to say and how to handle the situation. She also was extremely helpful when, the night before the rehearsal dinner, we found out that the restaurant where we had our reservation would be closed unexpectedly. Amanda immediately gave us three other excellent recommendations and the rehearsal dinner went off without a hitch and seemed to be enjoyed by all.
Everyone should be lucky enough to have Amanda’s assistance when planning their wedding. While getting married is the happiest day of your life, it is also scary! Not only did Amanda do such a great job helping me plan the wedding with class, she also was there whenever I needed her, no matter how big, small, or strange my questions were. I never felt like I couldn’t ask Amanda a question and she always responded quickly. For five months, I texted her numerous times a week, sometimes a day, and she always responded promptly without fail. In short, I don’t think that anyone could do better than having Amanda as their planner for a St. Augustine wedding! -

There are so many things to say about Amanda from start to finish. Within booking our venue and date, we had all of our vendors contract signed and booked by the end of the week. She had tons of recommendations and connections when it came to all vendors. She constantly made sure I was on track, anytime I had a question no matter what day or time it was, she answered. She is beyond professional and truly a master at event planning. She made everything so seamless and hands off for me. I never worried about a thing, she took care of it. She is the absolute best to work with and made wedding planning g fun which in my eyes, is the best of it all. She checked in constantly, especially 90 day, 60 day, 30 day etc. on the day of the wedding, I had 0 complaints. We were on the same page and she takes the time to really get to know her brides. Not just my planner but now a family friend. I would refer her to anyone and everyone. She’s the best in her class y’all! I wouldn’t have been able to do it without her and when people compliment our wedding, all I can say is…..it’s because of Amanda. So Amanda, I love you and thank you so much. -

From the start, Amanda was informative, passionate, and honest. What impressed me most was her attentiveness and timely responses. When I left our initial meeting, she had reached out to vendors and gotten responses before I had even gotten home! I could text or call her at any and all hours of the night and she would respond almost immediately. She had wonderful vendor recommendations and plenty of experience to help me plan the wedding of my dreams!
When it came to the day of the wedding, Amanda blew all my expectations out of the water. Everything I had dreamt of was perfectly executed. I was in awe of the design of our wedding, the organization and the flow of the entire day. I did not worry for one second of my wedding day because I knew Amanda had everything taken care of and had thought through anything that could go wrong.

From the initial consultation to the big day, Amanda's professionalism and attention to detail were evident at every step of the planning process. She was always available to answer any questions I had and was quick to respond to any changes or concerns.
On the day of the wedding, Amanda's organization and coordination skills shone through. She made sure every aspect of the event ran smoothly, from the ceremony to the reception. Her ability to keep the timeline on track while still making sure everyone had a great time was truly impressive.

Events by Amanda is the BEST!
There’s a reason why vendors and other brides refer to Amanda as the best in the industry….because she is!!! Her level of communication, energy, and commitment to us through out the planning process never wavered. You would never know she did 50 weddings in one year. We always felt like a priority. She took our vision of a fun and glamourous wedding and made it a reality. Amanda listened to what was most important to us. She made amazing vendor suggestions, so we had an all-star line up on our wedding day. There were many times I wanted to go rogue with the budget. She helped us prioritize and stay within a reasonable budget for the type of wedding we wanted. Our guest had an amazing time, but most importantly my husband and I had the best time of our lives. The day after our wedding my father mentioned how impressed he was with how smooth everything ran and that there was no drama. If there were any hiccups during our wedding, we were unaware. Simply put it was the most spectacular day of our lives! We are eternally grateful to have found Amanda. -

The Best in the Biz!!!!
Two words…HIRE AMANDA! When I started planning my wedding 2 years ago I truly had no idea where to start. I had all these ideas and visions and just didn’t know how to execute! I found Amanda, filled out an inquiry and within an hour she called me! I knew right away that I needed her as my planner. Throughout the whole process she was so helpful and responsive. The monthly check-ins were amazing and kept me on track throughout the wedding planning process! Not to mention that she gave recommendations for the most fabulous vendors that fit right into our budget (my dad will forever adore her for that LOL). She listened to every vision I had and made every dream of mine come true. I had no idea how vital having her was until the day of our wedding! I seriously don’t know how she does it all! I had the most relaxing morning getting ready with my bridesmaids because I knew everything was in good hands with Amanda. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing the entire day! Positive vibes and Professional!!
My husband (eek) and I had a long engagement and I had beyond too much time researching wedding inspiration on social media. I saw there were two “main” wedding planners in NEFL and began following them. Amanda just really stood out because her posts were always positive, fun, and she genuinely seemed to love her job and seemed professional and a hard worker. I finally pulled the trigger and reached out and after an hour long free consultation call I did not hesitate to book her. She provided so many ideas for my dream wedding in our first call I was honestly surprised. Throughout the journey she called, texted, emailed and kept me on track. Being a busy working mom I really needed that! She was able to help me book all my other vendors I had been social media stalking and we met early on with my dream florist. I still don’t think I was prepared for the feeling I felt when seeing my reception room the night of my wedding, it exceeded my expectations and I was blown away. Since the wedding I have had so many people text me that it was the best wedding they have been to. We had a cigar roller, photo booth, and a ton of personal details that they said made the wedding stand out from others they had been to. It rained a few minutes right before the ceremony but Amanda some how handled that too and the whole night still went as planned. She does some very high end weddings and mine was on the lower end budget but she still made it look just like all her Insta pics :) the best part of the night is when my Husband (eek) and I were dancing and he told me the wedding was so awesome and he was so happy we had one and having all his family there, it was a really special evening for us all! -

By far the best expense to our wedding. Do yourself a favor and hire her. Amanda immediately feels like your best friend and made our day possible. I didn't know the extreme of how much she really did the day of until it was happening. If she saw you move she immediately came up asking what you needed or better yet, she could read your mind and just show up with the drink that you were on the way to order for yourself. Where to start about Amanda. I cannot stress enough how vital of a role Amanda played in planning our wedding from day one. From Phenomenal suggestions on vendors, to monthly check ins even when I wasn’t the easiest to get a ahold of (work amirite). Extremely friendly, and outgoing she’s very easy to get a long with. Her true magic truly sparkled the week of the wedding. Wedding planned for a Saturday.. and a Florida Hurricane planned for Thursday. What?! A brides worst nightmare. Fear not! Amanda was there. She called me daily to keep me updated on venue and wedding situation and maintained a calmness that helped my sanity. Along comes Hurricane Ian and floods st Augustine under 3 feet of water. Miraculously the weather turns for the best, and wedding day arrives. When I tell you, it was the most perfect day, it was actually the most perfect day. Flawless from start to finish. If there was an issue on my wedding day, I couldn’t tell you because Amanda took care of everything. She made decisions exactly how I would have. If you’re looking for a planner stop your search here because she IS your girl. -

Amanda was an absolute godsend when it came to our wedding. After getting engaged our top priority was finding a planner that we trusted to make our wedding day perfect. Two minutes into my first meeting with Amanda, I knew she was our girl. We worked with Amanda from the beginning of our planning and she was accessible throughout the entire process, always making us feel like a priority. She is super organized, efficient, and professional. Whether through text, a phone call, FaceTime, or email, Amanda was always on her A-game. During our in-person meetings, Amanda was enthusiastic and totally got our "vision". She connected us with amazing vendors to turn that vision into reality. She took care of all the communication with the vendors and the venue which was a huge stress relief. Amanda did all the work behind the scenes which allowed us to fully enjoy planning the little details and special touches for the day. I want to start off and say that Amanda is SO amazing. If you are starting your wedding search for a planner, stop here.
Amanda was recommended to Kyle and I by a friend after we had countless day of planners stop responding to us or disregard our messages.
We reached out to Amanda and she immediately made time to speak with us and made us feel like we were the only couple that mattered. I knew in that moment that we had to work with her. Amanda went above and beyond to make our wedding a dream come true.
As someone who loves to "DIY", I may have taken on too much when planning this wedding. Even though Amanda was only our day of, she went out of her way to send us recommendations for vendors, set up our florals super last minute (so sorry!), think of things when plans changed last minute, and overall was super supportive and responsive when we needed her most. Amanda is super knowledgeable of St.Augustine and all of the vendors the town has to offer. She found us an amazing catering team and helped problem solve whenever something went wrong. She was straight forward and didn't sugar coat any situation which is definitely what you need with a planner.
10 out of 10 would recommend her to all my family and friends getting married in the near future.

My husband and I got married on 2/12/22. I researched wedding planners, knowing I needed someone to help with a 200 person wedding. I loved the planning process and felt comfortable doing a lot of the work, so I really wanted someone for day-of coordinating services because I knew that all the people I trusted and loved to help facilitate and organize things would be apart of our big day already. I came across Amanda, and first of all loved that her last name is my now married last name! After speaking with her, I knew she was the one. She was available to answer questions (even the weird detailed ones) and give advice on vendors. Looking back now, and I do not say this lightly, our wedding COULD NOT have been what it was without Amanda. Do not have a wedding without a coordinator, and if you’re going to choose a coordinator, choose Amanda! She is decisive, strong willed, and knows what will make your wedding the best. She picked up on our style and ran with it. Since it was day-of coordinating we were able to do a lot of the work, which was fun being apart of the planning process, but don’t underestimate just how much work it is. Amanda is well versed with vendors, being in the business for as long as she has, and has so much experience with wedding etiquette and the flow of things. I just can’t imagine what it would have been like without her. She had meetings with us so we were on the same page and created a timeline of events, did a venue walk through, helped us through rehearsal, and KILLED it on our wedding day. She was so calm and helpful. Setting up all of our reception area, facilitating the timeline, and getting everyone where they needed to be when they needed to be there, including the groom and myself. She even kept our drinks full and made sure we were fed! There just aren’t enough words to thank her! Thank you for helping make our wedding so beautiful and everything we dreamed of. We highly recommend booking Amanda as your wedding coordinator! -

Amanda will make the wedding planning process fun, enjoyable and easy - I promise you that!! I got married 12/31/21, Amanda will do anything and everything to make sure your day, as a bride, goes incredibly smooth, stress-free and seamless. But she also has the same care for the family of the bride, the groom, the grooms family, even the wedding guests. She has the biggest, most caring heart and it shows in every aspect of planning, communication, decorating and so much more. Amanda is the most passionate person I know about her job! This beautiful lady helped my daughter, her future husband and myself plan the most magical day! She laid out a plan to keep us in budget which is amazing but it was the little things that mattered most to this momma. She was hands on every step she of the way even when the it was just a nervous mom and the father of the bride tossed in changes last minute! The vendors she hooked us up with were 1000% the best of the best! Amanda is priceless, full time of energy and truly treats you like family! Our daughters wedding day was pure magic! I'm normally not the type to hire a day-of-coordinator or planner, but now I thank the Lord that I did and that it was Amanda! She made everything so easy and without hassles! I live in Europe so I was really worried about communication and that my vision wouldn't be seen, but that wasn't the case at all! Amanda is so matter-of-fact and has an answer for everything. All of our guests said that they've never seen a bride and groom so relaxed and stress-free, and it's all thanks to Amanda. We didn't have to think about anything the whole night - all we had to do was have fun! If you want to really enjoy your special day and absorb all of the little moments that everyone says go by so quickly, then definitely hire Amanda! I HIGHLY recommend her!!! -

“This was the best wedding I’ve ever been to!” We have heard this over and over since my daughter’s wedding and, having Amanda direct us to the best vendors, made my daughter’s wedding day magical. Amanda took time to meet with us to hear my daughter’s vision for the wedding of her dreams. It was no small task to ask her to direct us to the perfect vendors who were able to create the romantic, forest atmosphere in a warehouse space. She found us choices with ease. Amanda had a professional and friendly relationship with each of our chosen vendors which made them even easier to work with. She answered each of our questions or requests that we had via text or phone call almost in an instant. Where do I even begin? Amanda was by my side through it all. She’s caring, understanding, and professional! I hired her back in 2019 for our big wedding that was set for the fall of 2020. Due to Covid, we made the decision to postpone our reception to this year. During these past two years, Amanda helped me make important decisions without feeling pressured. You need to stop, and book Amanda right now. She is the absolute best and will make the wedding process as easy as possible. We booked her as our "day of coordinator" and if I had to do it again, I would book her as a full planner. I don't care what it costs, for real. I would just book it. She's that good. She has ideas, is available to you, and so friendly and fun. She is the ideal planner... always going above and beyond. Reaching out to our other vendors to make sure things are right, coming to the table with ideas. Knowing exactly what needs to be done next, when you are at a crossroads. This was also a "covid wedding." She didn't skip a beat... she jumped right in when we were re-planning, changing dates, changing numbers, etc. Nothing was too big of a job for her. Totally flawless!
My husband and I can’t praise Amanda enough. She was by our side from day one for each step of our two year engagement (through pandemic and all!) and brought our jewel-toned/celestial/art deco wedding dreams to life! She introduced us to each of our amazing vendors and kept us on track and on schedule with appointments, decisions, and payments. She made sure our wedding day ran smoothly and that every detail, no matter how small, was perfectly in place. She’s an absolute doll and a joy to work with, she will easily become a friend and confidante. No question is silly and she always answers, even when your girlfriends are sick of talking/hearing about “the wedding” Amanda is there with a smile and an open ear (and a glass of wine when necessary!) Our day was absolutely perfect, even with so many moving parts (a tented lighting installation, a party bus to and from the ceremony/reception space, an outdoor room flip, a classic getaway car) and we have Amanda to thank for it. We love her to pieces and would recommend her to anyone, and definitely already have! -

Amanda was the best! I was so nervous about getting married, I am not a planner at all, I overanalyze everything and get overwhelm very quickly. During the process, I had multiple anxiety attacks and Amanda was ALWAYS there to calm my nerves and to solve every dilemma I had. I honestly do not know how anyone can plan a wedding without her. If you are looking for the best wedding planner in the game you have found her! When I started my wedding journey I was working two jobs and just had a baby. No words can truly describe how amazing Amanda was throughout this entire process...but I will try!!. From the minute we talked on the phone, I knew it was a perfect match. Amanda was such a godsend to us during our time wedding planning, and after talking to almost every planner in St. Augustine, hiring her was hands down the best wedding decision we made. We’ll never be able to thank her enough for what a rock star she’s been for almost 2 years now. Even before covid, and over a year out from our wedding, Amanda was always there to answer any of our questions. Not only is she organized and extremely knowledgeable, she is friendly, kind, and patient.
We live on the other side of the state and she recommended an amazing, top notch vendor team, even setting up and attending our meetings with us while we were in town visiting. The result was a wedding day that ran SO smoothly. I hate to use the word perfect, because nothing is truly “perfect”, but having Amanda as our planner and day of coordinator resulted in a wedding day that can only be described as absolutely perfect!!

Let me tell you about this gem that is Amanda. Our original wedding date was May 17th, 2020. Amanda did everything for us and even did a meeting via Skype while my (now) husband was deployed just so he could be apart of the planning ! Then as our original day was getting closer, COVID-19 caused us to postpone. I remember her calling me telling me she was already working with my vendors and told me everything would be ok. And because of her we were able to secure a new date without losing ANY of our vendors. Our new date January 10th 2021 was the best day of our lives all because of Amanda’s hard work and dedication. I happened across the GEM that is Amanda by chance. I had been searching for a “day of coordinator” and had all but given up when my photographer told me he thought Amanda might have had a wedding post-poned due to covid on my wedding date. I was a little unsure at first, as Amanda is located in St. Augustine and my wedding was in South Georgia. However, she promptly reached out to me to let me know she was available for my date and location, explained her service options and told me to call her or text her with any questions. When Amanda tells you she is available anytime to answer questions, via text or phone call, she means it. Throughout the planning process, little details would come up that I didn’t know what was standard and she would give me quick responses with expert knowledge. The most loyal and professional wedding planner
I could not recommend Amanda and her staff enough! Amanda has been with me before, during, and after COVID. She not only planned my first wedding at the Omni in Amelia Island in March but, due to COVID, she planned my 2nd wedding at One Ocean and Mezza. She has been with me through thick and thin. I am not good at planning/organizing and she made the process so easy (2x). You will NOT be disappointed working with Amanda. For my wedding in October I chose a location for my reception that was not an actual venue, I had a vision and just couldn't imagine another venue to live out my dream. A friend of mine mentioned that I call Amanda because she coordinated a wedding there and I had some questions/ ideas and just couldn't figure how to get all of my thoughts together. On a random morning I sent Amanda a text asking if she had a second to answer some questions for me, I had no intention of booking her (of course to me I could do it all and it was all under control) and she did not one time on our 45 minute plus conversation try to persuade me to book her. Within that phone call she helped me out tremendously, answered all of my questions, gave me the biggest help with do's and don'ts, told me what I would need to make things run smoothly, gave me names to venders and went above and BEYOND to simply just help me. The second I got off of the phone I called my maid of honor, told her I needed Amanda and booked her that day. Let me tell you she was one of the top 5 best decisions in my wedding process. I knew she would make my dreams come true, and she absolutely did. From the very first meeting she knew exactly what I wanted, at any point in the process I could shoot her a text to call me and she would help be with any hurtle, up until the day before, as we all know crazy things happen and that was the case for me she was so calm, handled all of my last minute changes with ease and was in total control of everything I could not be. My wedding was magical, it ran so smoothly from the second she got to the location to the second my husband and I left. I had the time of my life and Amanda is the main person to thank for that.
