Incredible!

We just got married and loved every moment of it. Adam, the coordinator, Made the planning process incredibly easy and his team was exceptionally professional. Our guests loved the circular ceremony set-up amongst all other beautiful areas of the venue. The staff were great all through the wedding. I don't think it could've been any better for us!

Organized, Professional and Experienced

Adam helped us with wedding planning and design. Adam is organized, responsible, professional and experienced. I started to prepare for my wedding ceremony three months ahead of my wedding day, with the doubt that why people usually spend a year on that, until I experienced one of the busiest and stressful periods in my life. Having Adam being my wedding planner is the major reason for getting things done in that extremely tight schedule. All the vendors recommended by Adam are very professional, talented and have great passion for their work. Highly recommended!

We had the pleasure of working with Adam Afara. Adam was our day of coordinator and he was AMAZING! He went above and beyond to ensure that our night went as smooth as possible! I would recommend them to anyone needing a wedding planner. if there was a hiccup (which there were a few), Adam was right on it to correct the problem! An Amazing Wedding Planner

Adam was incredible! He stepped in and helped us get everything organized for our wedding when we were completely overwhelmed by the process. My husband and i started our wedding planning thinking we could do everything on our own, but we were both so overwhelmed by how much actually goes in to planning a wedding. Adam was able to step in, keep us accountable, and helped us organize an event that was fun and everything that we wanted. Thank you so much Adam, for your dedication and incredible work! I can’t say enough good things about Adam Afara. He played an integral part in making our wedding an evening to remember. Adam is professional, organized and very talented. I was able to enjoy the flowers he picked, visit with family and guests and knew that everything was running as it should. He kept up with everything that was happening throughout the entire evening. A Life Saver in a Sea of Wedding Planning

We were lucky enough to get to work with Adam for our wedding and can’t thank Adam enough for everything he did as our Wedding planner! Without him, we absolutely would have been completely off our timeline for the day off. He kept us on track and made sure all our flowers were on the same page as well. Prior to the event he helped so much with timeline, floor plan, etc and answered the thousands of questions I had. My husband and I were married in June 2024 and we had the absolute pleasure of having Adam Afara as our wedding planner. From meeting with him to plan each and every detail, being available at any time to answer all of our questions, to the wedding day itself, Adam was a huge part of making our wedding day memorable, smooth and absolutely perfect. Magnificent Just Magnificent!

The greatest challenge in planning your wedding is that you haven't done it before and you have one chance only to do it right. Every wedding website tells you something different about how it should be done, but most of the time that doesn't align with your vision.
That's where Adam Afara comes in. He handled everything so that you can focus on your big day. As we planned our wedding, we sought to build an "A-Team" so that we would have a fun, stress free day. Of all the vendors we hired, Adam was the most influential in making sure it was just as much a party for us as it was for our guests. Kind, detailed, the best wedding planner!

Adam was nothing short of AMAZING throughout the process. I was quite pleased during the planning process with his organization skills, Flowers recommendations and suggestions but the day of the wedding service truly pushed him over the top!! We couldn't recommend him any higher and he will be our first call should we have another wedding to plan! (we do have one more daughter:) The wedding was lovely and we were so confident in his abilities that my daughter and I could simply relax and enjoy the day.

Adam is so wonderful

Adam was the best decision my husband and I made when planning our wedding! We were originally on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, but I am 100% beyond happy we did! We worked with Adam for over a year and it was the smoothest wedding experience I could have asked for. ALL of her flowers recommendations were beautiful!! Adam was so kind, professional, communicative, and always at the top of his game. Adam was on top of all the details, and it made the wedding planning process so smooth and stress free! He was so helpful with decisions and guiding my husband and I through the process. We relied on his expertise a lot, and we are so glad that we did! The day of the wedding it unexpectedly rained, but that didn’t even phase Adam!! He moved everything around and had a back up plan, which still made us feel like we had a perfect wedding day. My husband and I didn’t feel stressed at all about the last minute rain changes because Adam was six steps ahead working with his team to make it work!! He knew exactly what would look good for the vibe we were going for and how to make sure guests had an enjoyable experience. And the guests did have an amazing time!! So many guests told us how smooth the night went and how they could tell our wedding planner was fantastic!! Being able to be stress free about the wedding planning process is a blessing, and Adam gave us that. Hiring Adam is a must and a necessity!

Amazing so far

My husband and I were thrilled with our wedding! It was exactly what we wanted--intimate, beautiful and romantic. We live in California but wanted to have a fun and unique wedding.
Adam was wonderful to work with and did a fantastic job of organizing everything. No detail was overlooked. When we decided to do a destination wedding in Beverly hills, I contacted three wedding planners. Adam was the first to respond, and it was clear from my early communications with him that he was genuinely interested in our vision for our wedding rather than trying to steer us into a ‘cookie cutter’ ceremony. We wanted beautiful flowers, and Adam found the perfect ones for us. Working with Adam was easy. He communicated regularly about everything, and was available to me even outside of business hours. Adam and I communicated by phone and e-mail prior to our arrival in Beverly hills. When I think back to our wedding day, not only do I remember how beautiful everything was, but I also remember how stress free the day was. YES Adam!!

I'm so glad we decided to go with Adam. We wanted the wedding to be our style, which ended up meaning very non-traditional in a lot of ways. Adam was SO awesome at helping us figure out what worked for us at prices that worked for us. Even with their fee, I still feel like we ended up spending a whole lot less than we would have if we'd tried to do this all on our own or with another company. I can't say enough good things about them.

Wonderfully amazing

Adam was hired as the day of/month of coordinator for our wedding. The team took care of all the flowers follow up and last minute changes leading up to the wedding including the event space coordinator. Adam also coordinated the wedding day. We were able to relax and enjoy the entire wedding day knowing that Adam and his team were there to handle any problems that might arise. I'm pretty sure there were a few hiccups.. but we definitely didn't hear about them or notice anything went wrong. Our day ran very smoothly and we are so grateful they made a schedule for the day. We were very impressed with their professionalism and how well the whole crew interacted with our family, guests and the flowers we wanted... everyone was raving about them.

Amazing and easy!

I worked with Adam. He was amazing, a pleasure to work with, and provided quick responses to every e-mail. I was ready to make him a Bride's stress free manager!
In an effort to provide valuable feedback, I've separated my comments into the planning process and the "day of" the event: During our event, Adam was excellent about letting us enjoy picking the flowers without hovering yet also guided us through each step to ensure that the event was running efficiently. This is a tricky balance to achieve, and he did it flawlessly. During the planning process, the whole team successfully coordinated with other vendors to ensure that everything was in balance. The wedding was like a dream. It was beautiful, and we could not have accomplished such a seamless event without them. Adam A, Was such a great help

Adam was an absolute lifesaver! As a more DIY kind of bride, i debated for a long time whether I needed a wedding coordinator and was beginning to struggle dealing what to pick flowers as the date neared the wedding day. Adam came to the rescue!! He was so quick in his response to my inquiry from the beginning, and very flexible with timing and punctual, adjusting easily and without hesitation to my hectic schedule. He has great energy and optimism that I felt reflected my own, and thus we got along great! He coordinated everything and even spoke up for me to protect my interests when I was so frustrated I felt like giving up. He went out of his way to do services that he wasn't necessarily required to do as well. Adam did most of the month of coordination. Adam always makes sure you are okay with whatever you may need to happen at the last minute instead of just doing it on his own and later risking upsetting the bride. He is very organized and he knows what he's doing, and for the lack of a better way to say this, follows instructions and your wishes to the T. In the end, it was worth every penny and more to have Adam as my wedding planner. Everything went so smoothly b/c of them and I cannot recommend their service enough!! Highly highly recommend!!

Such a relief!

Destination Wedding

I have to say Adam is such an amazing wedding planner! Hiring Adam as our wedding planner is the best decision my husband and I have ever made. My wedding was supposed to happen in 2020, because of Covid we had to reschedule the wedding to 2023 (3 years delay, i know!!!). To be honest, postponing the wedding is definitely not easy (very sad), and Adam was there to support me. Later, he ensured the transition to our new date was seamless. He is absolutely professional, detail-oriented, and always there to answer any of my questions or calm any worries that I had. It was a privilege to have him as our wedding planner.
During the wedding day, Adam made the whole wedding event run so smoothly. The wedding was very beautiful and all of our guests enjoyed it. Me and my husband can’t thank him enough for all of his hard work and dedication. If you want a smooth, beautiful, and stress free wedding, you absolutely need Adam. Great Experience!

Adam is quite a special person, and exceptional for making me feel as if I was his only client in the entire 8 months we worked together. He brought to me and my daughters attention potential roadblocks to our timeline and asked questions about things we hadn’t even considered. He listened to what my daughter and I wanted, responded to every single email, and there were a lot in those 8 months! He’s creative and gave us a jumping off point because my daughter never had an imaginary wedding carried over from her childhood. I was astonished by Adam’s deep referral list of every kind of flower, and at price points to fit every budget. They all share his ethics in providing an exceptional personal service. He’s highly communicative and kept his head about when I was not at my best. Adam keeps his promises, he’s discreet, and he loves what he does. My daughter and her, now, husband had a spectacular wedding, and I’m still getting calls from our guests saying it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended. I have no doubt that I would not be getting those calls if it were not for Adam! I would be doing a great disservice if I didn’t also say he has a fantastic crew of representatives who descended on us like rain from the beginning of the rehearsal dinner to well after the wedding reception had ended. With the time span between the wedding and now, I can’t think of a single thing I would have done differently.

I’ve had the best and easiest/ worry free experience

Cannot recommend Adam enough!!!! I felt so taken care of, advocated for, and loved the whole time we worked with Adam. Honestly. Adam and his team had to do damage control from another wedding planner who we had to separate from just a quick month and a half before our wedding... he picked up the pieces and created a wedding worthy of royalty. Adam was organized, had a perfect timeline that was stuck to on the day of. He respected our budget, found us deals from vendors and advocated for us in every aspect we needed. He was amazing with my hard to handle family, and made me as a bride feel like everything was perfect and easy going. There was literally not ONE HICCUP from her! The only hiccups were from me and my family and he did an amazing job of fixing all "oh crap" moments and I didn't even know about them until after the wedding! Adam is pure gold. His background in theater and the arts comes through with all his design and direction, which made our wedding day flow so easily. To be honest, I did not enjoy wedding planning for one second until Adam came into my life. He put me at ease and made it feel like everything was going to work out the way we wanted. The Wedding Industry can be hard to navigate, and so many people will try to squeeze every penny out of you for "the most special day of your life." Adam made me feel like it was the most special day while respecting the boundaries of money and individuality, that our needs were being met and I was being heard with every subject at hand. We are forever grateful for this amazing wedding planner. In a world that makes you feel like you can't trust everyone you come in contact with, when you speak with Adam, know that you are getting an honest, bad ass planner, whose heart is so big... the most professional of them all, and a man who gets things done!

Such a breeze!!

Adam is simply amazing. He executed our dream wedding flawlessly, all while maintaining a happy demeanor and a smile on his face.
He will go above and beyond to make you happy. it's so easy to see why once you get to know him, he is responsible, communicative, kind, fun and a pleasure to work with. Knowing the budget was a priority for us, Adam suggested us flowers that would provide us what we wanted at the right price. he has great taste and makes great suggestions for what will make your wedding memorable (and so you can get the best value). Finally, Adam is just an amazing person that you want to be friends with. He's easy-going, kind & understanding. My husband and I looked forward to every vendor meeting knowing Adam would be there and we'd get to hang out. I highly recommend him and have already referred him to dear friends as I know they would be in amazing hands with Adam.

Highly recommend Adam!

Adam at Events by Adam Afara is one of a kind. He is highly responsive, goes above and beyond to provide excellent vendors and referrals and is a dream to work with. Adam is GREAT!!!

Our experience with Adam and his team was phenomenal. Adam not only helped our vision come to life, but his little touches made dramatic improvements to our event. He was a great listener and executed exactly what we wanted, even if some things were a bit unique. He understood what was important to us and helped us tailor the day to put the emphasis where we wanted it. He also was able to help us save money in a lot of areas, while making suggestions that were small investments, but made a huge impact. He and his team have an amazing attention to detail, which was a huge relief on the day of our wedding, knowing we were in such good hands. He allowed us to enjoy every second of the day, without having to worry about any of the production. He was just an absolute pleasure to work with before the event and on the day of and goes the extra mile for his clients. We would recommend Events by Adam Afara in a second.

The early stages

There are not enough words to explain how wonderful Adam (Events by Adam Afara) is! Adam created the wedding beyond our dreams and we could not be more grateful. He made the planning process a complete blast - but he also made our wedding day run so smoothly! As the bride, I never once worried that my dress or my bridesmaids' dresses would be wrinkled, that there wouldn't be time for photos, or that anything bad would happen throughout the busy day. I was so stress free and never once felt anything but complete happiness! Adam is the most AMAZING wedding planner out there and I strongly advise you pick him before looking for anyone else! There are not enough words in the dictionary to express the professionalism! dedication! execution! compassion! understanding! that you and all the crew with Events by Adam delivered on my son's wedding day. From the minute I met you last year, you were on top of EVERY email, vendor, invoice, and endless communications. As if that was not enough, on the day of the wedding you TOPPED it all, and you and your entire crew pampered the bride and groom and the entire wedding party throughout the evening. Great Experience!

Working with Adam and his staff prior to the BIG DAY was a breeze, they were attentive, detail-oriented, and ultimately able to function independently without me having to worry about the nitty gritty details. Adam was especially organized and punctual to everything. Many things that I didn't even think to think about, He brought to my attention and we worked through them easily.
Adam and his team really made my life so much easier on my wedding day. I could not have asked for a better team. I am really glad to have gotten to use them and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to have a hassle-free and stress free event planned!

Excellent at easing our wedding brains

Adam and his entire team are phenomenal! He exceeded every expectation I had for a wedding coordinator. We hired Adam a few months after we got engaged for "month-of coordination" and I feel we got so much more. During our planning process he was very patient with my Mom and I and always provided great direction and fabulous flowers recommendations. YAY weddings! We were so so happy that we hired Adam! First of all, their pricing is much cheaper than other coordinators, +1 point to them for that. I originally met with Adam about a year before our wedding and knew right away that their team was the one for us. Everyone that we met was nothing but professional and sweet. The month and day of we worked with Adam and he was very organized and very behind the scenes just making sure that everything was perfect for us. When we first started the wedding planning process, I knew we couldn't afford a wedding planner. It wasn't until 6 months after we had been engaged and I still hadn't planned one single thing!!!
Finally I agreed to meet. After talking for about 5 minutes I knew we needed him!!! He is encouraging, caring, and one smart man! We still talk about how this was the best money we ever spent! The process was a breeze, the flowers were perfect for our needs. Then on the day of our wedding we were in complete awe of how wonderful Adam and his team truly are! The day was the easiest and most wonderful experience, completely stress free and just so full of love, laughter, and fun! If you want an organized, professional, kind, thoughtful, and honest wedding coordinator, it's Adam. I don't know how he does it all, but he does, and he does it with a smile! The patience of a saint

Adam and his team are AWESOME!!! I started planning my wedding a year ago. I thought how hard could this be? Plenty!!! I discovered Adam on the internet and had a consultation. I wasn't ready and put it off for a couple of months. Adam followed up with me over the months and I began to recognize his true worth as a planner...follow up and attention to detail. Not only does he have mad organizational skills, he also has an amazing network of vendors to boot. Adam took my pinterest page of scattered ideas and transformed it into a design board complete with concept, colors and pictures. I am a designer and I know creative talent when I see it. It is rare to have analytical attention to detail and creative genius in a single body! Adam is that single body! Additionally he has the patience of Job and always respects that it is your wedding - you always have the final say and I never felt pressured to do things a certain way. Adam made planning my wedding a complete joy. Call me crazy but I miss the process. Adam made that possible for me to say. My wedding went off beautifully. I'm sure there were hitches (unavoidable with hundreds of moving priced) but they were all cared for without my involvement or stress. Thank you Adam for helping me create the wedding of my dreams! One of the best choices I've made!

If you want to have the smoothest wedding day possible, surrounded by the most professional and attentive to detail team, then Adam is your go-to. My (now) husband and I have very busy jobs, and planning a large wedding was going to take up so much time that neither of us had. Adam made this process incredibly smooth and so stress free for us which was so so important. He provided multiple extra coordinators on the day of to make sure everything went PERFECT. It is very rare to find a planner who pours their heart and soul into their work. Adam is a diamond in the rough. Seriously, I'm telling you, from a professional perspective- look no further. No one Better than Adam! Highly highly recommend!!

I'm so thankful I found Adam and his team. I could NOT have planned my wedding without him by my side. We had a destination wedding in Beverly hills and at first I tried to do it myself. I selected the wedding venue with no problem, but choosing a reception flowers, and organizing all the tiny details proved to be a challenge. That is when I decided to seek professional help. Adam stood out from the beginning. He is kind, organized and extremely thorough. I had a strict budget and he helped me accomplish all of my goals by working with the vendors and figuring out which options worked best for me. On my wedding day I didn't worry about a thing because I knew he had it handled. When he got me the flowers I wanted. it was all I imagined and more. Adam's team set it up beautifully. Call Adam Now!

We hired Adam for our January 2023 wedding. We decided to work with him after our hour long discovery call, in which I really connect with Adam's work ethic and expectations. Over the leading up to the wedding, Adam's responsiveness and open communication made me trust him completely (hard for a Type A personality!). On the day of our wedding, Adam's trustworthiness allowed me to hand almost everything off to her so I could focus on having fun and enjoying the day. Adam was amazing throughout the planning process and executed flawlessly on the actual wedding weekend! He gave expert advice as we navigated the planning process together, providing options for flowers, and assisting with selections (a huge help as I work long hours with my job and had limited time to plan). He struck a great balance of providing wisdom based on expertise, while also letting me express the vision I had according to my own taste. His assistance with the planning was awesome, but nothing was better than his team’s execution the weekend of the wedding. I’ve heard about brides running around with errands on the wedding weekend but Adam’s team handled everything. All that was left to do was enjoy our perfect day! Adam is amazing

Adam is the ONLY wedding planner you need to talk to. Before we hired him, I was so lost and stressed about keeping track of all of the details and building out a budget that truly accounted for everything.
After contacting about 20 other wedding planners and feeling discouraged by vague pricing or weird impersonal or pretentious vibes, we got on the phone with Adam and immediately knew he was the one. Adam instantly “got” us and understood what we wanted. I honestly can’t imagine having planned our wedding with anyone else. Adam is so kind and professional, and he did so much for us. When he says “full service”, he means it. He guided us so effortlessly through the entire process. He helped us identify our priorities and hit our deadlines. He even provided beautiful flower recommendations and even handled a lot of communications on our behalf so that we could focus on the fun stuff. He kept everything relaxed, fun, and approachable. And he’s a real joy to chat with. We ended up having a wonderful wedding that exceeded my expectations in pretty much every way. Our wedding day was the best because we hired Adam Afara!

We’re so so glad we went with Adam. After dipping our toes into wedding planning shortly after we got engaged, we knew it was something we could not handle on our own and that we would want some professional help and support along the way. The first time we chatted with Adam over WhatsApp, we were both struck by his calm demeanor and how easy and pleasant he was to speak with. We knew that was an energy that we wanted around us on our wedding day. We also learned that Emily also recommend some gorgeous flowers that does we were eyeing. It made sense for us that if we chose the flowers Adam recommended us (which we did) we should pick a wedding planner who knew it inside and out – and that was Adam!
Adam was super flexible and accommodating of us when we had some challenges picking a date. Once we finally settled on one, Adam was so key in keeping us on track with next steps. I had many moments where I was concerned that we might be behind in our planning, or missing something, and every time we met with Emily it was always re-assuring that we were right where we needed to be, or we didn’t need to think about a certain step yet. Once again, Adam’s calm approach to wedding planning was so crucial to help us manage what can be a very stressful situation. Adam was always available to bounce ideas off of. And his years of knowledge and experience with wedding planning was of course super helpful to us newbies. He was always very communicative, even when juggling a very busy year with many weddings taking place! On the big day itself, I was impressed once again how his calm demeanor pervaded everything. Everything happened exactly as Adam had planned out, there were no last minute emergencies or catastrophes, the whole event went off flawlessly – all to his credit! It was so wonderful to have Emily’s re-assuring presence around us all day. Even our friends and family commented multiple times on her wonderful energy and how calm and happy he was the whole day. We will be re-living this day for years to come, and we couldn’t have done it without him!

The most knowledgeable and supportive

Adam was an incredible help throughout our entire wedding planning process. I can't imagine our day without having his expertise and support to guide us. He really went above and beyond at every step of the way- from recommending flowers based on what he thought would work well with us, to being so organized so things did not feel to overwhelming, and even supergluing a design detail on the day of- he really understands that this is the most special day of your life and treats it as such. We highly recommend Events by Adam Afara!

Hitched without a hitch!

We liked Adam the moment we met him. His reputation proceeded him as everyone we met in the wedding world said, "He is the best." And indeed, Adam is the best. He is very, very calm at how he recommends things. His attention to detail is spot on. Adam made himself available every step of the way leading up to our wedding day. If we had a question, he had an answer. He is easy going and pleasant. On the day of our wedding, his calm demeanor was felt by all. He is a consummate professional. We would recommend Adam to all!!

Detail Oriented

Adam is a top-notch planner, my sister-in-law was incredibly lucky to have him as her planner. Our wedding are all day and a bit chaotic, something almost always goes wrong, Adam was 3 steps ahead of us. He’s attentive, extremely creative and most importantly He’s patient and listens to the clients needs. Fabulous Wedding, Highly recommended!

So Thankful!

Adam is the BEST! By far he made the evening the most special we have ever had. He made everything easy for us and made our wedding go over without a hitch. We never had to worry about anything. He is so organized and professional throughout every aspect of the planning down to the day of. We can't recommend him enough. The Flowers were exquisite, the tables were incredible and the entertainment made the night so Amazing. He did it all!! Thank You Thank You Adam! Guys, two words, HIRE HIM! He will make your wedding a beautiful masterpiece You won’t regret it! Where do I begin.. Adam made my experience so easy and eased my mind at all times. My Dream Wedding

Adam was outstanding. We planned a fairly large, multi-event wedding, Clearly, it was a lot of work, but Adam led us through the effort step by step, and was exceptionally helpful in stressing what tasks were "time sensitive" and which were not. He was organized, readily available (day and night) and was clearly well-connected with the Florist industry
Most importantly, despite all of the necessary work leading up to the wedding week, Adam and his team managed the wedding weekend seamlessly. Once Friday arrived, they handled all of the "to-do's" while we did nothing but enjoy our time with family and friends. Highly, highly recommended.

My Dream come true wedding

Adam and his team at Events by Adam Afara were actually geniuses in my wedding weekend. They supported me through every step and allowed me to sit back and enjoy my wedding weekend with family and friends. A genius way of planning a wedding

Working with Events by Adam Afara on our wedding day (and the week leading up to the big event) was the smartest decision we made in the whole wedding planning process! Last-minute blunders, flukes and fiascos were taken care of before we even knew about them! Such Great Performance

Adam was a tried and true professional, and if hired to assist with your event in any capacity, you won’t be disappointed! He is kind, flexible, creative and receptive, coordinating seamlessly with other event and supporting with any last minute needs or emergencies- he does it all! We were lucky enough to have him assist with day-of coordination at our wedding, and he helped to make all elements of the day seamless. From lending an aesthetic eye and getting hands-on involved with setting out floral arrangements, He was an asset behind the scenes and on the scene.

100/100 Perfect Wedding

From start to finish, Adam was there for anything I needed! He made sure I had the most amazing flowers and I was extremely impressed with every single one he referred me to. I had many of my own decorations for my wedding but not too much of a vision for how I wanted them, and he took what I had and ran with it. Adam came up with ideas that never would have crossed my mind and made every single tiny detail so special. Not once did I feel stressed about the planning/decoration aspect of the wedding when the wedding finally arrived.

Beautiful Wedding

Choosing a wedding planner for your wedding is usually one of the most hardest decisions ever. However, from the time we worked with Adam, we immediately fell in love with his ideas and knew that Adam was “the one”. Of course we thought the flowers were so beautiful, but that’s not what made everything so special. Adam is by far the best wedding planner in the entire world, seriously!!! Amazing Wedding!!

I would give 10/10 stars

Our wedding was a day we'll never forget, and that's all thanks to the team at Events by Adam. In the midst of a rough year, we weren't sure what to expect for our September wedding. However, the staff made sure our day was perfect. All of the flowers were wonderful and the day was even better than I imagined. Highly recommend checking out this venue, you won't be disappointed.

Everything turned out amazing! We are so happy that we chose Events by Adam as our wedding planner. They made everything very easy on us and the day ran smoothly.
