There are no words to describe how AMAZING Eve and her team were through my wedding planning process! Eve and I met about a year out from my wedding date and right off the bat she was there for us through the whole process and made this dream wedding possible! We threw many challenges at Eve and she came through with everything. I had some specialty request for rentals that were not available at our finger tips in PV and Eve and her team worked with vendors from different cities in Mexico to make it all possible. She really can do it all! I myself am a full time event planner in the states and know the ins and outs of event planning, but when it came to a destination wedding out of the country I knew I couldn't do it on my own. The best thing I did was hire Eve. From connections, to communication, to professionalism, and transparency her and her team are your go to team to make your dream destination wedding possible. She has a fully staffed team behind the scenes who all are exceptional at what they do. HUGE shoutout too Judith for all her help through the planning process. Perfect Punta Mita Wedding!
Judith & the Eventives team truly made our wedding dreams come true! From our initial call, to touring venues, to the design, and all of the nitty gritty details, they were there every step of the way.
People talk about how stressful wedding planning is but we did not feel that way AT ALL thanks to Judith’s help. Our wedding turned out better than I could have ever imagined, and looked EXACTLY like the Pinterest board I sent in the beginning. Our experience with Eve Chavez and her team at Eventives was truly perfection - if you are getting married in west Mexico, you MUST work with Eve and her team! From the very first meeting, Eve made us feel so reassured that we were in excellent hands. We have been to 25+ weddings in the last few years and I don't know a single couple who had as fantastic of a planning experience as we did with Eve.
We worked together for a little over a year to plan all 3 days of wedding events and Eve went above and beyond at every step. She and her team are a well oiled machine and they don't miss a single detail. They provided us with excellent vendor and design options in our budget and captured our vision for each event PERFECTLY. They were also so flexible when we decided to add some major elements just a couple months out and were so accommodating with all our (many, many) questions and emails. Their communication was so amazing throughout the whole process, which put our minds so at ease to allow us to enjoy every moment.
The Eventives team is also best-in-class at all the on-site event coordination and logistics. We didn't feel a single ounce of stress in the whole week we were in Punta Mita - we were truly able to just relax and enjoy every single moment. They brought everything to life in a way that turned out so much better than we ever could have imagined. They are also experts in making sure the flow of events is optimal for guest experience - every guest was raving about how amazing the planning team was in making everything beautiful and seamless.
We had the absolute time of our lives and we owe it all to Eve and her Eventives team! I could go on even longer but if you are getting married in any of the areas they work in, you must hire Eventives Destination Weddings! It will guarantee you have the most magical experience.

Stress-Free Planning, Perfect Wedding Day
Working with Judith and the Eventives team was the best decision we made for our wedding. They made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. I simply showed Judith an inspiration picture, and she brought it to life flawlessly. I had always been told wedding planning would be stressful, but thanks to Judith, we never felt that—she was on top of every detail from start to finish.
Our wedding day at Villa Mandarinas was truly a dream, like something out of a movie. Every single guest told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. From the ceremony to the food, to the DJ and saxophone player (highly recommend!), every detail was perfection.
What made it even more special is that my husband and I never once visited our venue or met our vendors in person—Judith handled everything and gave us incredible recommendations. Everything turned out 10/10, better than we ever imagined. She and her team pulled this all together in less than a year, and I am forever grateful.

The wedding planner has en excellent taste with an edgy style!
Eventives Destination Weddings helped me with the menus, table and venue decoration. Also Eve worked with the local wedding coordinators to cover all the wedding organization schedule and details.
My wedding guests were from different parts of Mexico and others from Miami, San Diego, Los Angeles, Norfolk, Brazil, Chile, Barcelona and Guatemala. The international guests felt trilled and special to have a personalized English menu. All our guest had the styled Mexican wedding that was wort all the traveling.
Thank you Eve for being accesible, easy to work with, attentive to details and helping me to have our dream wedding come true.

Eve and her team went the extra mile for our three day, 5 event Indian wedding. Her patience, flexibility, and great attitude throughout the entire process really made planning much easier and much more enjoyable. She negotiated with all of our vendors to make our vision come to life and had amazing ideas of her own that our guests LOVED (they all told us it was the best wedding they'd ever been to!). She handled every request with such grace and helped us stay on top of our timeline and payments to make sure we didn't miss anything. A dream come true
Eventives team was my wedding dream come true. I had the pleasure of working with beautiful Judith to plan my dream wedding. Judith was absolutely amazing!!!! She helped me plan every single inch and detail of my wedding. I truly do not know what I would have done without her. From the first phone call 2 years ago all the way to the last dance of the wedding night Judith was by my side. She was my eyes the whole planning processes and I am so blessed to have had someone like her, I trusted her with the whole process and she went above and beyond my expectations. I cannot thank Eventives enough for their work in making my wedding day perfect! I worked mainly with Judith during the planning and I cannot express enough how wonderful and kind she is. Judith was always willing to listen to my requests/concerns and always met me with a positive attitude. The venue I chose was a bit difficult to work with, but Judith and Eve were constantly chasing to get information which was not a simple task. They are the best at advocating for you and making sure you have what you need and deserve for your big day. I would waiver often on my decisions but Judith never pressured me or made me feel bad for my indecisiveness.
When it came down to the actual wedding day, Judith and Eve made everything run so smoothly. The week leading up to the date was incredibly stressful but they helped calm me and found multiple solutions to the problems that arose. They made the impossible, possible and the day turned out PERFECTLY. They even did more than I asked to make the day even better than I could have imagined. By no means was this expected, but you could truly tell they were willing to go above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. I am still in awe of how thoughtful they are.
Planning a wedding a tough. Planning a destination wedding is even tougher. I could not have done it with out Judith and Eve and I would highly recommend you hiring them to help you! -

Best wedding planner!
Choosing to work with Eve and her team at our wedding day was not only the smartest but the best decision that we could made. Since the first conversation I had with her I was delightful by her professionalism, honesty and ideas. Throughout the whole process of creating the event Eve was always making everything so clear and easy, that stress was never a problem for us. We enjoyed every part of it, but the wedding day was something that exceed our expectations! We loved how everything came out at the end and everyone had a blast.
Eve is definitely an expert when it comes to detail, elegance and organization. Her personality is a huge plus and my family loved her and her work. Super super recommend it! -

Eve is a top notch planner. She is so passionate about what she does & her work reflects that 100%. My husband and I were one of the many couples who had to postpone their wedding due to the pandemic even though our wedding was less than a month away when it happened. Eve not only made the postponement easier on our part (postponing all the vendors she’d already secured, negotiating proper rates for less guests, etc), but she was more than helpful and on top of things throughout the entire wedding planning process. When my husband and I met her for the first time, we could tell that she genuinely loves what she does and will go above and beyond for her couples like she did for us. Our wedding turned out perfect. Eve completely nailed the decor I envisioned all the way down to the floral arrangements I’m still obsessed with, and our guests said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. If you’re looking for a planner, Evelina is your woman!

Stunning Perfection
Words cannot describe how amazing Eve and her entire team is. When planning a destination wedding in a different country, there is already so much stress and unknown. Add in a pandemic and your "to-do" list multiplies. Eve is honestly the reason why we are able to say our wedding celebration was the most amazing memory of our lives. Her vision, dedication, and follow-through is unmatched. She is with you EVERY step of the way and is incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and imaginative. Eve will tackle any problem - whether it's changing the font on the menu to planning for a reception during an incoming cyclone (true story) - with grace and professionalism. We cannot say enough great things about her. Eve and her team are pure gold and we feel so fortunate to have found them. -

AMAZING in every way
Eve and her team are absolutely magicians and made our wedding a success. Being a destination wedding, we heavily relied on Eve's expertise and opinion. She was wonderful to work with, from the site visit and every step of the way to the wedding itself. We saw her portfolio of past weddings and were confident that Eventives could help bring our dream wedding to life -- what they helped put together exceeded all of our expectations. Not only did Eve do an amazing job on the wedding day but she helped plan 3 additional other events and all of them were a success.
It's hard to imagine what a nightmare this wedding would have been to plan without Eve and her team. They were always thinking ahead and brainstorming through potential problems that we never would have considered. On top of that, Eve was pivotal in helping us navigate complex situations during the COVID-19 pandemic (renegotiating contracts with vendors, wedding venue, etc). She was proactive in helping us negotiate terms and never stopped fighting on our behalf (I have lost count as to how many times she went to bat for us to save us money). The amount of stress Eve and her team saved us cannot be over emphasized. The attention to detail, quality and level of service we experienced from Eventives was more than worth the money. Do yourself a favor, do not think twice about hiring Eve. Eve and her team are absolute rock stars! -

Simply incredible - made the wedding of our dreams a reality!
Eve and her team are incredible. They saw the vision for our wedding and executed it flawlessly. They even foresaw problems that we didn't and corrected them without us even knowing so we didn't have to stress. We do not live in Mexico so in order to have a destination wedding you need someone who understands what you want and can be your eyes & ears while you are away. Eve and her team have all the right connections and know all the right people to accomplish just that. Evelina and her team are the most professional and organized group of professionals in the business. My husband does meetings ans events and Eventives exceeded all of our expectations across the board. They over delivered on every single aspect of our special day. She was very accommodating, responsive and understanding with every single request. After interviewing several different wedding planners in PV we decided to go with Eve and her team because she was so put-together, understood our vision, and we immediately clicked. We worked with Eve on our wedding in Sayulita, Mexico in November 2019. She was great at helping us find the right vendors, navigate various deadlines and decisions the planning process, and making our dream wedding come to life. She understood our vision for the aesthetic and style we wanted and was able to help make recommendations to keep our wedding within budget. She was also able to help with some last minute changes like adding tents since there was some rain on our wedding day. She also helped us find incredible caterers, great florists, and other vendors like entertainment & rentals all locally. She was bubbly, positive, and has great energy which made the whole wedding planning process truly fun to work with her on. I would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding in PV or Sayulita. -

When we chose a destination wedding location we knew that hiring the right local expert would be one of our most important decisions if we wanted our wedding to be truly special. After days of searching the web all our instincts pointed us towards Eve and company.
In the year leading up to our wedding Eve molded our future wedding into the perfect event based off a few conversations and a pintrest board (or two). She gave us an unheard of peace of mind months ahead of our wedding as there was nothing for us to manage, stress about, or risk unturned.
On the day of the wedding she and her team were coordinated in an unbelievable way I am still so impressed by how everything unfolded! Eve found ways to weave parts of our wedding together to create something truly magical (Example, a fireworks display which went off the second my husband dipped me at the end of our first dance).
Our wedding timeline was down to the minute, and she executed the it perfectly the day of! We love Eve and would 110% recommend her to anyone looking to get married in Puerto Vallarta!

GREAT Experience
This review is long overdue! Evelina and her team are total PROS. We planned our wedding over the course of about 8 or 9 months with her and the whole experience was pretty seamless. As much as I wanted to so-typically claim wedding planning was hard and stressful, in all honesty, it was easy being home and carrying on with our busy lives while Evelina made all of our destination wedding dreams come to life. She was easy to schedule calls with whenever we had questions regarding anything. We realized what great taste she had when we went food/cake & drink tasting with her to choose vendors. She can execute any idea you have in mind, the way she did for us. We are so happy with how our wedding came out. We still get so many compliments about how amazing our wedding was. If I had to do it all over, I would have Eventives plan it again. We are truly grateful to have found Evelina & team. -

Eve was perfect... I can't sing her praises enough and I wish I was a better writer to convey how thankful we are that she planned the most beautiful and fun wedding for our guests than we could have ever hoped for. We had the ceremony at the Botanical Gardens and the reception at Villa Mandarinas which is also where we stayed with our friends (family stayed at Garza Blanca). Our friends and family rave that it's the best wedding they've ever been to and we have Eve to thank for that!
I loved how she designated time for each of the couples she was working with and never swayed from that. You knew she would be completely focused and you and you alone that weekend and whenever she had a phone call or a meeting scheduled with you, she would stick to it. She's talented when it comes to colors and all the little details of the wedding which are so important. She had wonderful ideas to incorporate in our wedding and designed special menus for each of our guests as well as perfectly executed the random ideas I would have from pinterest like a customized Mexican tile cake, handmade papel picado banners with our names and date, a "make it yourself" flower crown station etc. Coming from NYC (& New Orleans), I liked how Eve and her team are in style with the current trends in the wedding world and still felt super professional as well as connected to the local vibe, vendors and venues. She's well known in Puerto Vallarta which makes it so much easier and seamless when they have already worked together. We are so lucky to have had her as our wedding planner as I know she's getting more and more popular!!! So thank you so much again for the planning the most memorable weekend of our lives in just a few months! You rock gf! -
