Hiring Eventive was one of the BEST decisions we made during wedding planning! Michelle was incredible to work with. We decided somewhat last minute to hire a signage vendor and she handled everything wonderfully! She was flexible with our timeline and was able to meet our deadlines while still providing visual mockups and multiple design options. We had zero issues with delivery, set up, & takedown and everything looked BEAUTIFUL day of. Exactly hit my vision. Still daydreaming about all the details! Thank you Michelle and the eventive team!! -

Couldn’t recommend enough
We decided to go with Eventive for our wedding welcome sign after seeing her work all over social media.
I loved the arched sign & I loved that the colors could be customized. From start to finish, Michelle got what I was looking for.
She proposed font & colors that were absolutely perfect for our color range. The sign was absolutely beautiful & I couldn’t recommend Michelle & her team enough! Such an amazing addition to making our big day so special -

Highly recommend! We hired them for event stylist (DIY bride) and they brought my whole vision to life. If you know what you want but need a team to make it a reality these are your gals!
I also hired them for event coordination. They helped me at the beginning stages of planning with any questions I had regarding vendors and they also were kind enough to review a few contracts to make sure everything was covered!
There were a few things that went wrong the wedding day and I had zero clue. These gals are like the magic erasers whenever something doesn’t go as planned!
I, my fiancé and my family were able to truly enjoy the day. It was a priority to not let me family work on the day of… and it wouldn’t of happened without eventive designs help! My family kept raving about the two gals, Michelle and Katrina were there on the big day. True troops and supportive when it came how I wanted our wedding to look! Their execution was right on par!
Zero regrets hiring Eventive Designs! They really went above and beyond since the very beginning and I’m forever grateful 💗 -

So thankful for the creative eye and style the team put into my dark & moody Harry Potter theme decor! I was a DIY bride that thrifted or made most of my decor over 2 years and the team styled the tables in the best way to incorporate the appropriate themed items on each table. So thankful for Katrina — my lead stylist, and her positive and warm spirit each and every time we interacted through the planning process. Highly recommend! -

I contacted Michelle once I started having venue regret. She immediately came up with ideas and wow did she kill it the day of. My venue was very rustic, but I wanted it it a little more modern. Let's just say by the time Michelle and her team were done, it was exactly what I had in mind. Her team showed up the day of and immediately got to work. They took all of the extra steps to achieve what I was looking for and to make sure I was happy before leaving. Michelle is so easy to work with and has so many creative and beautiful designs. She works with you from all the big details to the little ones (the ones you don't think about) and is the perfect guide. I would highly recommend her team if you are looking for a wedding planner, coordinator and design team all in one. -

Bring your wedding vision to life
I wish I had hired Eventive Designs sooner. I reached out to Michelle with probably about a month or so until my wedding date. Even on a short deadline, she was so patient and wonderful to work with. After reaching out, she set up a phone call for us to get to know each other and make sure that we would work well together. I left that phone call thinking, 'this is someone I feel like I could be friends with.' Not only was she personable, but she cared so much about making sure our final touches were the beautiful bow on our wedding day. She designed our welcome sign, our signature drink menus, and signs for each table with a welcome message from my fiancé and I. When I had the idea to name our signature drinks after our cats, of course I wanted to include their pictures on the signs. Not only was Michelle super excited about the idea, she sent me right to an Etsy shop that took their photos and turned them into the format she needed. She sent proposals over once she had everything designed and when I saw the signature drink sign for the first time, I legitimately did a happy dance. Not only did the cats look fantastic, but she also added images of succulents to the signs, pulling that design element in from our florals. It's those little details that make me wish I had hired her sooner.
Eventive Designs is so reasonably priced. I remember having a moment of panic the week of the wedding that I needed to go buy frames for all of the signs and Michelle said nope, we have you covered. It didn't cost anything extra, that's just the level of service that she provides for the couples she works with.
So if you're reading this, reach out now and get planning with Michelle and her team. They are going to go above and beyond in making sure that all of the little details are absolutely beautiful. -

Our experience with Eventive was everything and more! We originally reached out regarding signage design for our wedding but upon going over their other service options we also decided to use their assistance with styling for our wedding day itself, which was a HUGE help for us as we were handling everything for the day ourselves. Michelle and Katrina were amazing. They were so attentive to our vision and provided a lot of input and assistance to make sure our day was perfect. The signage that was designed by Eventive was beautiful and all of the details that Eventive covered matched what my wife and I wanted perfectly. -

Michelle and her team blew us away! I had done a lot of planning on my own but when it came to details and a specific design vision, I knew I needed help. I found Michelle and our first phone call instantly made me feel at ease. She took time to understand my vision and help me hone it in. She was honest with my ideas and a great cheerleader every step of the way, She ordered props, and provided the rentals we needed. She and her team set up AND broke down the decor. They were polite, professional, and so fun. My wedding was perfect, and even better than I imagined. Michelle brought our vision to life and then some! I had many guests tell me it was the best wedding they’d ever been to. I highly recommend Eventive Designs! -

Hiring Eventive designs Was the best decision my husband and I made when planning our wedding. Michelle and Katrina made everything so easy and stress-free. Gorgeous custom seating chart
I found Michelle on Instagram when I was looking for calligraphers to create a custom seating chart for my wedding and she absolutely crushed it. I had a Pinterest inspo photo and a color scheme, and Michelle ran with it, turning around a proof for me in a matter of days. She's incredibly responsive, super collaborative, and just a joy to work with. I highly recommend her! -

Michelle was a true gem for us and our wedding process. We had issues with a few of our other vendors, but we found comfort in using Michelle because she was very organized and gave plenty attention to detail.
My wife and I truly didn’t know what we wanted in design. That wasn’t an issue for Michelle because she brings years and years of experience. She took the time to figure out our vibe and our personalities and was able to guide us on what she thought we might like. She nailed it!
Michelle is very straightforward, and we felt very much on the same page as her throughout the process. We highly recommend Michelle! It’ll be the easiest decision in your wedding process. -

Michelle was so much fun to work with throughout the entire process! Her communication was amazing. She would send text updates for our opinion on font/color options for all the signs. Seeing her work come to life on the day of our wedding was seriously magical. She ties everything together so nicely! Not only was her art absolutely incredible but she also helped us with the design/set-up on the day of the wedding. I am so happy that we added this because it made our day-of such a breeze - we didn't have to worry about a thing!
My only regret is I wish I found her SOONER! She also creates beautiful wedding suites, and we totally would have hired her for this too if I found her before ordering our invitations. So unbelievably talented! I highly recommend! -

11/10 Recommend Eventive Designs
First - I want to share a huge THANK YOU to Michelle with Eventive Designs for all of the hard work she put into collaborating with us for our wedding weekend. It was no easy feat working with me but she handled it like a champ and was so patient and professional with all my edits & questions.
Second - Michelle does it ALL! We used her for: full wedding invitation suite (including map of property) as well as calligraphy for the addressing, thank you cards for place settings, welcome signs, directional signs, cards & gifts sign, guestbook sign, beer & wine menu, signature cocktails menu, food menu, name place cards, and the biggest hit of them all: massive wooden photo backdrop which was a huge focal point (and hung our neon sign). Seriously was my favorite & a crowd pleaser!
We also used Eventive Designs for our rehearsal dinner décor & signage. Fiesta balloons & streamers.
I can't say enough good things about Michelle and everything she offers and not to mention, at a reasonable & fair price.
So if you are in need of any of her services, highly recommend her! Thanks Michelle for crushing it!! -

Absolutely amazing!!
I want to give huge thank you to Michelle and her team for helping make our wedding day absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! Michelle was amazing to work with from the beginning until the very end. Michelle, my husband and I had a meeting before the event and I instantly knew she was going to bring my vision to life. Michelle knows exactly what she is doing and it shows in her work. Michelle not only makes the decor you already have into a beautiful setup but has all the items to rent if needed. Michelle and her team were very professional and fun! We are so greatly we found Michelle and will forever be thankful for how beautiful and amazing she made our wedding ❤️ -

Fulfilled my Dreams
Eventive Designs was so helpful in making my wedding vision come to life. The decor was mainly DIY but they did an amazing job of advising placement of items, and setting it all up exactly how I imagined in my head. Katrina is incredible, very responsive, and genuinely cares for her clients. 10/10 -
