    Wonderful event coordinator

    I’m so glad we hired Claire as our day-of coordinator. She did a great job communicating with vendors and managing the timeline on the day of, even though our venue (Chautauqua) was difficult to deal with. She was very organized so I felt comfortable letting her take over on wedding day. I’m so glad she was there so I could enjoy the party!

    Couldn’t have asked for anyone better

    Claire was incredible to work with throughout our wedding planning journey. She was responsive throughout the planning process and took charge to get things done. During our wedding weekend she had tons of great suggestions and kept everything moving smoothly and efficiently. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better.

    Claire did an outstanding job. We worked with Eventive from the time we started planning our wedding, and she made the process easy and stress free. I enjoyed my wedding day from start to finish thanks to Claire. She handled the hotel, vendors and terrible weather so that we could be present in every moment of the day!

    Claire was a wonderful day of coordinator for our wedding. She communicated with us throughout the entire month leading up to the event and especially the date of the event. She set up our venue beautifully and she made sure that everything was executed on time. The flow of the event was perfect and everything that needed to happen happened exactly when it needed to happen. I would highly recommend Eventive and Claire.

    Claire was wonderful from start to finish. One of the best parts about having Claire as a wedding planner was her recommendations for vendors. Whenever I asked her for a particular vendor recommendation she was extremely responsive. Without her my wedding would not have been as wonderful as it was. I found some lifelong vendors in the recommendations she gave us. Her fee for the day of planning was extremely reasonable and as soon as I signed with her I felt a huge feeling of relief. Don't think twice about hiring Claire. She made the process so smooth and took care of everything. We did several walk throughs the venue and she was extremely professional throughout the entire process. On the day of, she meant business and made sure we all were in our places. She also executed my vision better than I could have expected. Thank you Claire! :)

    At some point, I knew I was going to need help planning my wedding. Claire’s day of coordination service was a lifesaver! While I was getting ready for the big day, she was taking care of all of the last minute details and issues that pop up when planning a wedding. The best part is, I never heard about any problems until after the fact and they weren’t even an issue because Claire and her team took care of it!

    Claire and her team were wonderful. We were not sure if we really needed a coordinator, but at the end of it all, it was the best thing we could have ever done. Claire far exceeded our expectations. She was incredible, flexible, and reliable. Our venue contact was so happy with Claire, that she could not wait to work with her again the following weekend for another wedding. If someone were to ask me what should they include in their wedding budget it would be, Claire.

    The best decision, and the best investment we could have ever made was hiring Claire to be our day of coordinator. Leading up to the wedding day, Claire was very responsive and answered all our questions. She really eased any stress that may have occurred the day of the wedding. Do yourself a favor, and hire Claire for your wedding.

    Claire and Glenn were AMAZING! I highly recommend them. I had some issues with my rental company and Claire stepped in and handled everything perfectly. I had no stress the day of because of they're help!

    I recommend just ending your search with Eventive and booking them ASAP! I can’t even begin to describe how amazing they were with helping me with me wedding. Claire took care of EVERYTHING and I didn’t stress or worry about a thing the day of my wedding, I could actually enjoy myself. She coordinated wonderfully with the vendors, made sure everything was where it was suppose to be, helped transport wedding props from the church to the reception, and at the end of the night all my stuff was packed and ready to go. Claire was such a joy and I wish there was enough words in the English language to describe how wonderful their service was. You need them for your wedding!

    You need a day-of-coordinator (at the very minimum). Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Claire was amazing! I was so overwhelmed when it came to planning my wedding, but Claire made it all so much easier. I used her Day-of-Coordinator services. She listened to everything that I wanted and help me make important decisions about things that I wasn't sure about. I planned my wedding from California, which made everything more difficult, but Claire was very flexible and accessible. I got a few quotes for day-of-coordination services and Claire was the most reasonable, but the quality of service she provided was nothing shy of excellent!

    Claire was a great addition to our “team!” I had optimistically thought I could coordinate everything myself, and only reached out to Claire a little over a month before we were supposed to be wed. She made sure she had all the details and asked me things I hadn’t considered to ensure the day went more smoothly. When hurricane Irma hit in September on our wedding weekend, we had to cancel EVERYTHING. She was quick to let all our vendors know and ensured they would stay on with us once we decided on a new date. When we got married in March the following year, she continued to be just as thorough, ensuring nothing got left out. It could have been a disaster, but it was so SIMPLE. We originally wanted to have palm fronds in our centerpieces, but had to remove them towards the end because our supplier fell through, but she even brought some and surprised me on the big day! So cute. :) Thanks, Claire!

    Claire was absolutely incredible!! She made sure I had absolutely nothing to worry about and was there to make sure everything was perfect from beginning to end. I would choose Eventive again in a heartbeat!

    If I could change one thing, it would be to have hired Claire for planning the whole thing! I can't say enough about helpful she was. I chose a custom package (day of, and hotel blocks), but she was there for me with any questions or concerns I had about the wedding planning. She always had great recommendations and advice, and I don't know what I would have done without her. She went above and beyond to help me and my fiancé with the day, and last minute hiccups were no big deal or stress for us because of Claire's efforts. She put my mind at ease and all I had to do the day of was show up. ????

    As a bride on a budget, I wanted to do as much as possible myself. I reached out to several coordinators and received extremely high estimates. When I saw Eventive's pricing, I was amazed at how reasonable the services were. After hiring Claire for Day-of-Coordination services, I realized that I couldn't afford to not have her! Claire was amazing from the very beginning. We were planning a wedding from out of state, which made things difficult, but Claire helped to make things easier. Prior to the big day, she helped with the timeline, arranged the layout of the venue, coordinated with all the vendors, and orchestrated the rehearsal. The day of the wedding she made everything look fabulous! The day went so smoothly and we have Claire to thank for that!

    Claire is dedicated to making your wedding planning process as easy as possible. She will help you every step of the way and be there for the most frustrating moments. She eases the process to try and make the wedding as happy as it can be, the way it is meant to be!

    Claire and her team were very attentive to detail and were able to put out many scuffles leading up to the week of my wedding. The reception did get postponed but claire worked her hardest throughout. She worked as the day or coordinator but did way more than just “ day of” she contacted me a month prior to start coordinating the vendors and was very responsive. I? would recommend her as a day of coordinator as long as the bride has her excel spreadsheets and a game plan. I? think she would be wonderful for as a coordinator for the whole process.

    When I first contacted Claire, I made it known that I didn't want to be responsible for any logistics on my actual wedding day. Meaning, I did not want to look at my watch at all, and I especially didn't want to have to keep track of the groom and groomsmen. Claire did it all and more! I truly could relax and enjoy my special day. I had a great experience with Claire and her team.

    Would Not Recommend

    When I found Claire on this app, I saw nothing but good reviews and therefore did not expect the unprofessional day of experience that I received. There were several small mistakes; 1. leaving the wedding certificate in her car, right before I was going to walk down the aisle and having my cousin run out to her car in his tux to get it in time 2. Not passing out the wedding programs I spent time and money on to our guests at the church 3. Not paying attention to the layout and setting up the wrong sweetheart table (she put out a rectangle table that matched all the others and when I asked where the round table was that I rented, she said they put it in storage, like really?! Why would I rent something for it to be stored away) 4. Not having guest cutlery ready before she called me over to cut the cake 5. Being rude to guests when they tried to help her because even they could see she didn’t have things together. I could go on and talk about her mishaps with the photo booth, the coffee maker, etc. BUT LET ME EXPLAIN THE BIGGEST REASON WHY I DO NOT RECOMMEND... at the end of the night, Claire stayed behind in the venue to clean up a few things while everyone else headed home and back to our hotel and I found out the next day that all the catered food that was left behind, was apparently taken to the homeless shelter without my or my husbands consent and without any heads up or call to a bridesmaid or myself. She took it upon herself to “donate” entire pans of OUR food to a shelter that just happened to be open at 1am and was on her route home. I was livid when I found out that she made this choice on her own. If that would have been something we talked about ahead of time, then cool, but it was never talked about. The inconsiderate approach to this left me speechless. No receipt of donation was ever provided, no name of the shelter was ever provided, nothing. The only thing Claire was concerned about was getting her last payment in full. Ridiculous. Do not hire her.
