Amazing must hire
Tracy and Ashely were just absolutely amazing. They helped my husband and I execute everything on our big day! Their attention to detail and communication was above and beyond. There was no stress on our big because of the work they these two did! Thank you so much for everything! -

The best of the best
If you do not use Eventfully Yours as your wedding coordinator, you would be doing yourself an injustice. Tracy was the event planner for my sisters wedding and when it was my turn there was no question, Tracy was going to be our wedding coordinator. She makes the entire process easy and is there for you every step of the way. If you have a vision, Tracy makes it happen. She goes above and beyond for her clients and ALWAYS has their best interest and all of her vendor recommendations are top notch. I have been a bridesmaid in several weddings and seen how the wedding coordinators prepare and handle issues along the way. I have no doubt in my mind she is the BEST of the BEST. I can't thank Tracy and her assistant Ashley enough for making our wedding day so perfect! -

Tracy is a true professional and handles everything promptly and effortlessly. Tracy was wonderful through the whole process of putting my daughter’s wedding together. We highly recommend her and Ashley. They go out of their way to make everything run smoothly. Our flower girl was feeling sick and Ashley even ran out and got her some medicine. The vendors she recommended were excellent. I am so glad and happy we chose Tracy. Best of the best!
BEST CONTACTS, BEST SERVICE, BEST COMMUNICATION, PROFESSIONAL, CREATIVE, HIGHLY EXPERIENCED, and the PERFECT blend of helping keep us within budget while creating the wedding of our dreams. We hired Tracy to help plan our wedding in Jensen Beach, at the Hutchinson Shores Resort & Spa, and she came though 150%. From choosing our reception, planing the ceremony, communicating with vendors, hiring our band, deciding on floral, choosing food options, etc. Tracy was there for us with her countless years of hands on experience and industry knowledge to make sure we got the best deal, chose the right companys, put the right information down in writing, and got the right packages to meet our needs. We were very happy to have Tracys experience and knowledge on our side to help us in all of our planning. On our wedding day, Tracy and Ashley did it all perfectly. Most people told us that our wedding day would be very stressful and hectic, well...with Tracy and Ashley it was actually very un-stressful and enjoyable as we knew we could trust Tracy and Ashley to handle to details. If your worried about the cost of a wedding planner, don't, Hire eventfully yours and through their guidance and expertise you will save well above what it cost for their wedding planning services. Coordinators With Care
Although Eventfully Yours (Ashley Simonds) was only our day-of coordinator, it felt like much more than that. From the moment we met Ashley at our food tasting, she was available to us for any quick questions or suggestions we had based on our vision for our big day. She was very responsive and provided us with plenty of options when it came to selecting vendors for the various details we wanted to incorporate.
Ashley created a detailed and concise timeline for our day of to walk us through what we should expect from the time we woke up until the reception ended. This allowed us to give our families a general idea of how the day would play out and made it smooth for us all.
When we got back to the Hyatt Regency Orlando for our reception, Ashley was there to greet us with open arms. Not only was she ecstatic for us, but she made it her duty to ensure we were well taken care of throughout the night. From holding our excess things, to sneaking us to the ballroom for a preview, and even making sure we ate before our entrance and during the reception, we felt pampered and attended to at every moment.
We truly want to thank Ashley and Eventfully Yours for such an amazing experience. The wedding day is all about the bride and the groom and Ashley made that happen. -

Best Wedding Planner!
One of the best decisions I made was to book Eventfully Yours with Tracy Marini and her team for my wedding planning. Tracy has got to be the best in the business and made the planning process go so smoothly even though I travel so much for my job and was out of town most of the time! She worked so well with my whole family; she knows everything there is to know about the business- the best vendors, etc. She always gave us excellent advice and the wedding day went perfectly-with her taking care of all the details and timeline, etc. She’s fun, professional, and can handle anything! Our wedding day was truly a dream come true! I highly recommend hiring Tracy with Eventfully Yours- you will be so happy you did! -

You need 100 stars for Tracy! Not only is she the sweetest and most organized person to plan a wedding with, she is so on point with her job. She is beyond great at her job and she never let a day go by without answering me or any of my many questions or calming me down when I was freaking out over 1 thing or another. She honestly is just simply amazing at what she does for her brides, and you can tell she cares for you and what you are wanting on your wedding day! She went above and beyond for me and did way more than she should have to help me and provided me tons of options and suggestions for all of my vendors. She was also present for important meetings and made sure to ask questions that I would have forgotten that were important for making my day come together the way we wanted. The process of working with Tracy was so smooth, from her great response time, even late at night, and her advice on things I needed and also the ones I could do without to help keep me in budget. The wedding day was stressful in the beginning of the day because us girls were running behind on time, and while I was freaking out that we wouldn't get everything done, I knew that Tracy was on top of all of it. She had our day planned down to the minute and kept it running perfectly and everything came together beautifully. If you want memories you will love forever and you want to enjoy your wedding with peace of mind, you Must hire Tracy and her team. I want to get married again just so I can keep working with her!!!! If you're looking for a planner, search no more. Tracy is hands down the best decision I made during my planning process. I first started meeting with Tracy in November for my October 2017 wedding and I knew she was amazing with how detailed she was in making sure I had included everything you could think of when working through my budget planning. Fast-forward to January when I called Tracy and she was one of the first people to know that my Fiance and I were now pregnant and we needed to move up our wedding date to April. In a moment where I should have felt completely panicked, Tracy jumped right into gear and eased my mind immediately helping me re-imagine our whole wedding.
Not only did we accomplish what I thought was impossible in only 3 months, it was better than we dreamed of! The day of the wedding Tracy was amazing and everything I needed to help keep me calm. She handled EVERYTHING from vendor load in, to keeping rowdy groomsmen in line. It’s almost like she floats behind the scenes and every time I had a question for her BAM, she appeared like Super Woman. And at the end of the night all of my personal belongings had already been packed away in my parents’ vehicles before I even thought about it!
Tracy is truly a professional and will help make the most important day of your life go exactly how you have envisioned. Don’t think twice! Book her now before someone else does! -

Tracy at Eventfully Yours is wonderful! She was there from the moment of contact up to the wedding day for whatever I needed! Angela coordinated my wedding the day of and everything ran smoothly. Anything I needed she was there, even if it was something like "please find my foundation that's somewhere up in the room." Literally, this company caters to you. Working in the wedding industry, there were a few vendors I knew I needed to hire as the best in Orlando when it was time to plan my own wedding. Tracy with Eventfully Yours was one of them. Even as a wedding pro I knew I couldn’t handle all of the aspects myself without losing my mind and possibly my fiancé lol, so if you’re considering whether you need a coordinator or not I’d strongly urge you to choose one, and especially Eventfully Yours! I used them every step of the way from design sessions, venue tours, tastings, etc and never did I feel like a burden no matter the number of questions/tasked needed! She kept me sane and on track in perfect balance. Tracy helped with all working out details with my whole team of vendors, which I really appreciated, so often your coordinator can give you tips to stay on budget, and also keep you from losing site of it! When I was hospitalized a week before the wedding for a few days her entire team really had to do a lot of the finishing details for me without my input and I knew all I had to do was show up. It was all absolutely perfect and I was able to enjoy being the bride, letting the professionals do what they do best. I will always be so grateful, thank you Tracy, Amanda and team! -

Eventfully yours was included with my wedding package when I booked my Ceremony & Reception Venue. Honestly, even if they did not come with my venue I would've booked them anyways because they were fantastic! I cannot even imagine how the wedding would've gone so smoothly without them, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was in tip top shape. Ashley and Amanda were the team on my day of, and I couldn't of asked for better coordinators. They both were always to the rescue for any snag throughout the day, and just so helpful for any other requests we had. Tracy was also very friendly and professional when we met with her for help during the planning process, and was always easily accessible whenever I called or emailed her! Eventfully Yours helped make our wedding day go wonderfully in every aspect. -

My fiance and I both agreed that hiring Tracy for our special day was the single best thing we did for our wedding. We had so many details, moving parts, vendors, personal relics that needed to be kept track of, a tight timeline, crazy family members, etc. and she executed it all flawlessly and what looked to be effortlessly.
Her experience has put her side by side numerous times with the best vendors in the business, which might not seems like it's important, but on the day, if something isn't right with the lighting, cake, music volume, etc. she can speak on a personal level with the vendor and get things done. That's an important feature to have in a planner!
She handled everything for me throughout the planning process. I didn't really have to think, I would tell her important details both sporadically and systematically and she take care of it all! What a luxury that is! She has a calming presence to her that makes you feel at ease while at the same time it reaffirms that your day will go exactly how you want it because she is in charge. We were on time every part of the way and our day lasted 8 hours (not counting getting ready time and first look photos)!
I could go on and on, long story short - she is the best in the business. Nothing went wrong for us (a testament to Tracy), but if it did there is no one else I would have wanted there to handle it than Tracy! Do yourself a favor and go with Eventfully Yours, you will be so glad you did! WE LOVE YOU TRACY!! :)

The best decision we made the entire wedding process was booking Tracy & her team!! I can't even begin to explain HOW helpful Tracy was throughout the process.. From the moment we had our initial meeting, we knew she was special! Tracy was organized, patient, on top of EVERYTHING, encouraging, & the leader we definitely needed- but more than all that, she became a dear friend. We used Tracy to help us with our rehearsal dinner & brunch wedding & she took care of every little thing that weekend. I know my mom was initially against hiring a planner, thinking maybe it was money wasted, but even she said that weekend (& has repeated it since then) that Tracy was worth every cent! She kept us on top of the planning through the process & helped out with vendor recommendations, with family meditations when we couldn't agree ha, & overall ensured that our wedding actually happened! Make an appointment with Tracy & see for yourself- she is a ROCKSTAR! -

Tracy was amazing to work with and I'm so glad we decided to hire her as our wedding coordinator! When we first got engaged I didn't think we really needed a planner/coordinator since I had already found all of our vendors and such but I am so glad my mom talked me into it! Tracy was so fun to work with and just really put my mind at ease. She is so knowledgable about vendors, details and knows exactly how to run the show! We had a horrible experience with our original caterer and florist and two months before the wedding I was having to finding new vendors. Tracy was checking in and getting all the details and helping us find new vendors the whole time. I was so picky through the whole wedding planning process and stressed out so much. But at the end of the day I knew everything was going to run smoothly because of Tracy and her team! Tracy had all of the details and made sure everything and everyone were where they were supposed to be! I will definitely recommend Tracy to anyone I know getting married because there's no way we could've done it without her! :) -

A wedding planner was a must going into this process primarily for my mom's sake. She had met Tracy at another wedding and knew right away that's who I should have. Tracy is very organized, friendly, and the perfect person to help plan your special day as she ensures a very smooth Wedding! And, most importantly for us, her being there and on top of everything allowed my mom to enjoy the wedding and not have last minute details be thrown on her. -

Tracy Marini is incredible. I had a very large wedding and extensive plans for the entire event. We had many vendors involved and not a single piece of communication was left unanswered. She delegated, provided structure and alleviated the many stresses that comes with a wedding, especially one this large.
She is a hard worker and knows the business like the back of her hand. She is especially great for those brides who need some direction with photography and timing of the whole "show". She gets to know you as a client and ultimately will become a friend to you and your family. The entire staff at Eventfully Yours is on point and professional.
I come from a very large and opinionated family, but sure enough they took control (respectfully) and made the entire event magical. The best of the best! -

Tracy and her team were absolutely amazing!!! Tracy was there every step of the way when we needed her the most! She always responded to my countless emails within 24 hours and was always available by phone or text when I had a question or concern! She helped give me her opinion on vendors and other details I may have forgotten along the way! She was there at every appointment that I needed her there for and always took detailed notes for me so I wouldn't feel overwhelmed at any point! She was there for wedding day, helping to guide the vendors and keep everyone calm and having a great time! She is absolutely the most incredible planner to have by your side for your wedding! We recently used this company for our wedding and was THRILLED with how easy to work with and well put together they are. Our wedding was outdoors on a empty property on a lake. As you know that meant there was alot of details that went into making the evening special. Our planner was Tracy and she knocked it out of the park. From the first meeting she knew the right questions to ask and how to approach any problems before they even came up. She was very easy to talk to about anything and was always a text away for any questions we had when we were apart. Needless to say the day of the wedding we didnt have to worry about a thing. From the time we arrived to the time me and my bride left we were able to focus on each other and the people we love without a hiccup or wrench thrown into anything.

We had a blast working with Tracy and our wedding day went better than we could have ever hoped! I was probably a little more hands-on groom than most and tried to give input if asked, even if I didn't have a real opinion either way. Tracy was great to tell me which things I needed an opinion about and which I didn't, and helped me make a lot of my decisions about which I had no clue. My wife did most of the minor details and she couldn't have been more pleased with the way Tracy walked her through everything. Tracy dealt great with our vendors, meaning we didn't have to worry about most of that stuff. The wedding day also went very smoothly. One thing I loved about Tracy was how she was very clear on what we needed to do and when. There was never a time where I didn't know what I was supposed to be doing. My wife and I couldn't have asked for a more professional and helpful wedding planner. Thank you Tracy! -

racy got involved as soon as we hired her to be our day of coordinator. She was very helpful and a great resource. We planned our wedding from another state. Tracy was very accommodating with our schedule and was willing to have Skype meetings since we were not in town. She has tons of energy and is very knowledgeable about weddings and local vendors. We also had the pleasure of working with Amanda, who was at our ceremony and rehearsal. She was friendly, professional, and very easy to work with! I highly recommend Eventfully Yours, it is money very well spent! During our wedding, Tracy had to handle a family emergency. She handled it with professionalism, tact, and managed to keep the event going without the guests (or bride and groom) having any idea. Our family, as well as my husband and I, were so grateful she was there! -

Tracy/Eventfully Yours is absolutely fabulous! Throughout the planning process Tracy answered all of our many questions thoroughly and quickly. She truly cares about her brides and makes sure she understands your vision for your wedding. She has excellent rapport with so many people in the wedding industry and helped us find the perfect vendors for us at a great price. She kept us on track throughout the planning process and helped us think of things we would have completely overlooked.
She was also wonderful on our wedding day. She made sure everything went smoothly so my husband and I could just enjoy the wedding without any worries. Eventfully Yours and Tracy were a pleasure to work with. It's clear why so many of our friends recommended Tracy to us after our engagement. She is "plugged in" with so many vendors and guided us in the right direction every time, taking into account our personalities and tastes. Tracy went above and beyond the call of duty and was always available to answer calls, emails, attend meetings, put our concerns at ease, etc. Tracy was also instrumental in negotiating with our venue (we were the first reception ever hosted by the new Orchid Garden), and we would have been completely lost without her help and guidance. When my fiance and I got engaged I knew I wanted a wedding planner. My fiance was born and raised in Germany and when we got engaged we were living full time in Germany. I knew with the 6 hour time difference and the language barrier for my in-laws that having a planner would be best thing. I also around to a few people in the industry and Tracy's name kept coming up. Tracy is a total type-A just like me so it was a perfect fit! She is so well organized and prompt, it made working with her so easy!
We also worked with Amanda and Celest who are part of the planning team and they were amazing! They took notes at every meeting, quickly emailed back, organized the other vendors and made sure every detail was taken care of. The day of the wedding they were checking on everything and it was so nice to not worry about anything. I knew Tracy and her team were on top of it all!
Also, throughout the night we had a few timeline hiccups which is to be expected and Tracy and her team were flexible and made sure everyone was notified of the changes. Amanda and Celest stayed at the reception until the very end so they were able to handle any last minute changes and made sure everything was attended too. They were AMAZING!
Truly, I can't say enough about Tracy and her team! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a wedding planner! They are worth every penny! -

Eventfully Yours was recommended to us by several friends who used them on their wedding day. Tracy is extremely organized, fun, and definitely went above and beyond the services we hired her for. Our wedding was at Casa Feliz in Winter Park and she made sure every detail was triple checked and followed. She took the lead to deal with each and every vendor and took all the stress off our shoulders. Tracy is very responsive to email and phone calls. On our actual wedding day, working with Tracy and her team was amazing. It really was a pleasure having her participate throughout the entire planning process and having her part of our wedding day. In typical Tracy fashion, she went above and beyond to point of helping father of the bride deal with AAA and a flat tire during the reception. I can't give enough stars to truly reflect how great Tracy and her team was and how she helped make our day as perfect and stress free as it could be. -

It has been an exceptional experience working with Tracy from the initial engagement in the service to the wedding day, under an extreme tight time constraint - five weeks. Yes! Everything worked out seamlessly and turned out even far beyond our expectation and imagination.
It took us less than a week to finalize the complete vendor list, another two weeks to fine tune the details, leaving us two weeks to breathe and relax before the wedding day.
Tracy made herself available 24/7 in handling our last minute requests such as addition of a band and wedding favors. And Tracy is always extremely helpful, instrumental and lightening fast in responding all our inquiries.
We truly feel lucky and blessed to have Tracy as our wedding planner, and her assistant Samantha as our wedding porter, turning our ad-hoc wedding into a truly memorable dream wedding! -

Tracy Marini is very good at what she does. We are from New York City and it was hard to plan a destination wedding. With her help we were able to plan the wedding of our dreams. She was very responsive with emails, and phone calls. Everything was planned in 5 weeks and she made it all happen for us. We were ecstatic with the team she found to work on our wedding. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I even asked if she'd plan my kids birthday parties! -

No one can compete with this team! Tracy and her staff have a genuine interest in your happiness and listen to your vision/concerns and answer any questions you may possibly have, they are all so knowledgeable! They have worked with a variety of vendors and have an established long standing relationships with them. This is a definite plus because you build this "team" of vendors but you need a "Captain," and Tracy is the person for that because they all listen to her. I like how she's assertive with other vendors making sure everything happens according to the brides wishes and she definitely goes above and beyond. Tracy is always there for you, for instance, I would email Tracy at 10PM on a Sunday and she would email me back literally 10 minutes later...Tracy is always available, its so amazing! Planning the wedding with her is so awesome, but the day of is where her and the team really shine. The whole wedding was so smooth, she made everything happen. I didn't have to think about anything like what's next, should I be somewhere? Where's this or that; I actually got to enjoy my wedding, how cool is that?! She's a pro, thats all there is. For any bride getting married in the Central Florida area, I highly recommend Tracy and the Eventfully Yours team for all of your planning needs! I was set to meet with several different coordinators for my September wedding and Tracy was the first that I met with. Let's just say, after speaking with her I cancelled all of my other appointments! She is so fantastic, tells you like it is and also takes your vision and makes it a reality. The rapport she has with all of the vendors in the area is a huge bonus as everyone in the industry will bend over backwards for her. I've been lucky to know Tracy for many years, so when it was time to plan my own wedding she was gracious enough to offer help to my husband and I. We are both very busy people, but were fairly laid back about the planning. Our main vision was that we wanted the wedding to be unique to us and very fun for our guests. Tracy was able to help us turn those goals into reality! She helped us find the perfect wedding venue (LMEC!), the perfect food (Arthur's) and the amazing decor and flower team at Greenery Productions. She has great relationships with multiple vendors in town and is very respected by everyone!
We could not have asked for a better outcome. The day was perfect and Tracy's expertise and professionalism made our wedding day as carefree as possible, which I think is the only thing you could ask for as a bride and groom.
If you are looking for someone that is knowledgeable, fun to be around and is able to take your vision and make it a reality, Tracy is your girl!

She is well respected and knows the best of the best in the business, which really helps when it is vendor choosing time. Knowing I was on a budget Tracy helped get me discounts and found the perfect vendors that fit our personalities and wedding style. Tracy listened to all my silly questions and has such great insight in helping make the wedding process as painless as possible. She has done seven of our friends' weddings and we all adore her. Having been a bridesmaid/ maid of honor in multiple weddings, I felt I had a pretty good handle on the wedding scene to be able to plan my own wedding. After our first round of circles with venues, it became clear to me how tedious the planning process would be without the help of a professional! I know some people use the excuse that they are too controlling to have a planner, or they feel that it will take away from the experience to have someone else do it for you, but they couldn't be more wrong. Tracy and her team were as involved or uninvolved as you wanted them to be. She would guide us in every step that we asked for and did the groundwork which then allowed us to make a decision without getting bogged down with pending return phone calls or emails or websites. There were many times we would send a slew of questions via email late at night or early in the morning, even weekends and we would have an immediate response within hours. We really enjoyed visiting all of our vendors and felt like we always had an advocate even when she wasn't physically there. As I mentioned, Tracy was as involved as you wanted her to be-- if I wanted to visit a vendor with just my mom or husband or maid of honor, there wasn't a problem with that. There were other times that we visited our venue 3 times in a month and had her come with us and walk us through every list of details/seating. Planning aside, I can't even imagine what the actual wedding day would've been like without her and her team there. We knew everything we had planned would be done to perfection. There were issues that came up that still to this day I don't know about because before I could find out, Tracy has taken care of it. I can't emphasize enough how much having Eventfully Yours made our wedding the most memorable day of our lives.... You will just have to try them yourself to truly understand. -

Tracy and her team were absolutely fabulous. One should not under estimate the last minute items or "fires" that come up on the week and day of your wedding. Having Tracy and her team along from the beginning of contract negotiations and vender selections, to the rehearsal, to the ceremony and ending with the reception was truly a blessing. Tracy even performed "emergency surgery" on my wife's wedding dress! She coordinated the entire wedding and was absolutely awesome. Trust us, our best decision, besides the decision to marry, was to hire Tracy and her team. -

First let me say Orlando has a TON of wedding planners, but my husband and I wanted someone EXPERIENCED! There are many "new" planners out there, but Brides be warned you want someone with EXPERIENCE!!
Tracy Marini with Eventfully Yours… WOW!!!!! Can you say EXPERIENCED!!!! She was my beacon in the night!! Words cannot even begin to describe her drive, patience, problem solving skills, knowledge and PASSION for weddings!! She truly is a superhero! Tracy will always hold a special place in our hearts!! From the moment we walked in to Tracy’s adorable house (Her office is in this CUTE converted house) a sigh of relief came over myself and Charles. We knew she would be the perfect fit into our lives for this big day and moment. Her experience simply put us at ease. We knew we could trust her from all the stories she had of other brides and grooms, and experiences she’s encountered during her reign as a super duper wedding planner. Stories of how certain things would happen during a particular wedding, but yet she made sure the bride and groom never got wind of it, just so they could truly enjoy their special day. Tracy’s confidence is reassuring!!
Dont get me wrong Tracy is AMAZING... but every Super Hero needs a side kick and let me tell you her team is equally as AMAZING!!! I totally see why she hand picked each the ladies to be apart of her entourage!

From the moment I talked to Tracy, I knew she was going to be an immense asset to our wedding preparation and our wedding day. Her professionalism and her experience are second-to-none. But what really sets Tracy apart, what really made an impression on me and my family, is her gracious and warm personality. Working with Tracy is FUN! She has a great sense of humor! You will spend a lot of time interacting with your coordinator on your wedding day - having someone whom you like to be with is incredibly important.
When I got engaged, there was this initial sense of "we can plan a wedding on our own, we probably don't need a wedding planner or coordinator." Sure, you can "plan" a beautiful wedding but when it comes to executing your plan, Tracy's services are invaluable. Tracy and her team at Eventfully Yours worked with us to develop a timeline of our wedding day. We had 200 guests (mostly from out of town), two different hotels, two shuttle buses, and a bridal party of 20 people. Tracy made sure everyone knew where they were supposed to be and when. She elegantly orchestrated our day in such a way that she was "behind the scenes" (not out front directing in a pushy manner) but her presence was felt and appreciated by all. When I say we didn't worry about a single thing - I mean it. My husband and I, along with our families, were free to enjoy the day and not miss a beat. Tracy and her staff were warm and gracious to everyone. They also got along beautifully with all of our vendors (most of whom they had worked with many times before) and coordinated with each vendor leading up to the big day. Everything and everyone were exactly where they were supposed to be.
I cannot imagine what my wedding preparation or wedding day with Tracy!

What I appreciated most was even though we only had a wedding coordinator for the day of, Tracy met with us prior to the wedding at vendor locations, and in her office to make sure the day (and our timeline) went smoothly. Tracy is genuinely kind, and gives excellent advice (you can tell she's been in the business for years). Honestly, selecting Eventfully Yours was the best decision we made. Tracy Marini and her team at Eventfully Yours were absolutely fantastic in their planning of our wedding. We had about five months to plan and Tracy was there every step of the way. She kept us on track with email reminders, phone calls and texts. She truly cared about how our wedding day flowed and how it could be even more special. Her attention to detail was superb.
Tracy has the experience to know what to look for and what to avoid. She helped us avoid many pitfalls and mistakes we would have made on our own. She went above and beyond many times over the course of our planning.
She was extremely responsive even when we had the smallest question about something. I learned that planning a wedding is still a great deal of work on the part of the bride and groom, however, it is so nice to know there’s someone guiding you along the way. She is the support behind the scenes to make a wedding look beautiful and operate successfully.
I would highly recommend her to anyone who is planning a wedding, whether you need "full service" and her team's full attention or even help with parts of a wedding. She has strong relationships with many different vendors in the Orlando area and knows the good ones and the not so good ones.
We still keep in touch with Tracy and she is one of our dear friends now. It is a good feeling to know your wedding planning truly cares about your day as much as you do.

Having just tied the knot this past Saturday, I can say without a shadow of a doubt I would not have enjoyed my wedding day nearly as much without the services of Tracy Marini and the Eventfully Yours team. In the seven months up to planning our wedding, I never went more than a couple hours before getting a reply email, phone call or text and that was worst case scenario. Tracy was so compassionate about my desires. She made sure my voice was heard and my concerns were resolved. She is the BEST, MOST QUALIFIED wedding coordinator in and around Orlando. You can talk to other planners but no one will have your back like Tracy and her team. There is no saying they don't work their tails off. It's kinda ridiculous. Haha
Good luck future brides but if you have Tracy in your corner...you don't need luck. -

As I look back at our wedding photo's I can't help but smile...not just because I got to marry my best friend that day but also because Tracy and her team from Eventfully Yours executed our wedding day flawlessly! I met Tracy in her cozy little office in Downtown Orlando and instantly felt like my ideas were well received and that I could trust her with our special day. Tracy went above and beyond by helping me pick a venue, she recommended and negotiated with vendor's and even drove hours to meet me at our venue just to visualize and walk through our special day (months before the actual event). She is incredible!!! Our day was perfect! Her staff was calm, professional, helpful and kind. Every little detail was taken care of and I loved seeing our plans come to life. Needless to say, I cannot speak highly enough of Tracy and her staff. Our wedding day was full of wonderful memories and I am so appreciative of Tracy from Eventfully Yours. I had my wedding this past December and I am so lucky to say that our special day went off without a hitch! I was able to just fully enjoy the day without any stress or anxiety because I knew that my planner Tracy was there for me every step of the way.
She reassured me throughout the day and kept track of every little detail that I had spent many sleepless nights creating. Seeing everything put together was almost overwhelming…it looked amazing and even better than I had imagined!
She is truly a pleasure to work with and we cannot express how grateful we were to have her as our day of coordinator!! :)

Tracy and her team did an amazing job the day of our wedding. I was first introduced to Tracy through our hotel wedding coordinator. As an events manager myself, I was skeptical about hiring a wedding coordinator as I was worried they would not be able to see my vision come to life. Tracy and Kristin were absolutely phenomenal. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, they were very prompt in answering all of my questions. They helped to develop a wedding timeline that kept all of the vendors organized so that when the "big day" arrived we could be stress-free. I was completely calm the day of the wedding, knowing that her team had everything under control. From making sure the seating cards were in order, to ensuring all of the deliveries arrived on time, to keeping my husband-to-be and I separated until the big moment - they took care of everything. They also worked beautifully with all of our wedding vendors to make sure our vision came to life. I would highly recommend them to any bride looking for a stress-free wedding day. -

Anytime there was something that needed attention...Tracy and Gabby were on it before I even had to say anything!!! They say your wedding day should be the best day of your life and stress free. Well hire Tracy and her team adn I guarentee you that will happen. They are GREAT at what they do and I HIGHLY recommend them! I got to know Tracy when she was the DOC for my sister's wedding. A few months later I was engaged! Tracy stepped right in and helped me with all of the major details (date, venue...) and I didn't even have her under contract. It was a no-brainer that I had to have Tracy help me with my wedding. And it was one of the best decisions I made in that regard. Tracy was quick if not immediate with her responses to my emails, had great suggestions to make our day go the way we wanted, knew every detail of our wedding and helped with some great vendor referrals. Tracy loves what she does and it is evident in her service and performance. Everything went so smoothly the day of our wedding and it was because of her. She dealt with guest questions and requests, worked through some seating hiccups, was there all day to set up and took all of my DYI items and set them up better than expected. Tracy has a great sense of what makes a wedding wonderful for the bride and groom and their guests. A lot of times I left little decisions to her discretion as I knew she would handle them in the best way and she did! At the end of the night she got all of my stuff together, got us out the door, put all of our DIY and other items in my parents' car, found any items left behind by guests and came and saw us after the reception at the restaurant on Park Avenue where we were for a last drink with friends. Tracy has become a friend of mine through all of this and I would recommend her to anyone that thinks they need a lot or just a little help making their day go smoothly. -

The venue my daughter selected provided the services of Eventfully Yours for the rehearsal, ceremony and reception. We extended the service to the entire day. Jesse and Kristin were the coordinators and they were wonderful. My daughter loved both of them. They were very, friendly, fun and organzied and they kept the entire day on schedule. They worked very well with the other vendors as far as the time-line. They were very attentive to our needs and frequently checked to make sure my daughter had something to drink, was not too hot etc. They made sure all the items were set up properly at the reception and returned to the room. Honestly, I don't know what we would have done without them! -

Tracy and Jesse
Our venue outsourced to this DOC for their ceremony coordination?which was included with our venue package. We elected to extend this package for the entire day (rather than just for the ceremony). Tracy and Jesse were amazing to work with. We met with Tracy twice before the wedding to go over the planning details (Jesse was at the 2nd meeting). Tracy was always so organized and so calm about everything. It put both my husband and me at ease.
Our linen company dropped us a week before the wedding. Tracy saved the day by jumping right in?asking for our linen planning information. She contacted her preferred linen vendor. The next business day, Tracy provided us a discounted quote from her linen vendor. These prices that she got were lower than what we were getting by calling around ourselves to other linen vendors in the area.
I primary was working with Jesse on the ?day of? the wedding. Jesse came to our ?get ready room? to check up on us and find out how all us girls were doing. She later met us in my bridal suite as I was about to get dressed. She gathered items in the room that needed to be brought down (rings, Ketubah, and my flip flops for the reception). After Jesse brought those items down, she came back up and checked on us with the ring bag still secure in her hand. Jesse then coordinated with us for when to head down for pictures.
After the wedding, when we got back to our suite, we saw everything that we had given to our venue contact and Jesse at Eventfully Yours back in our room (programs, flutes, cake knife, etc). Our wedding gifts and cards were also all in our room. The room was cleaned up with rose petals on the floor and on our bed. We also had chocolate covered strawberries and champaign waiting for us (which I want to thank our venue for providing).
One area of improvement for Tracy is her typed up timeline. The timeline that she used for us was a very standard schedule. This is not a big deal; however, this timeline included some items that we discussed previously that we were not doing. My husband and I were also creating timelines with our other vendors (i.e.: makeup artist and DJ) that we forwarded to Tracy. However, never updated her master timeline to reflect what we had for the other vendors. I guess I was just shocked to see Tracy with a very ?basic? looking timeline. As a coordinator, I imagined that her timeline would be more detailed and very accurate and be used as a master timeline for all vendors that day. (This is not a negative item, just something I was really shocked to see.)

We were very happy to have Tracy's team behind the scenes making things run smoothly on our big day. Having two people (Amanda and Brandi) there all day was a huge benefit - they were able to multitask and get everything set up on time at our two separate venues, and keep all of our events running on schedule. They even packed up my parents' car at the end of the night. :) I was initially disappointed to find out at the last minute that Tracy wouldn't be at our ceremony as originally planned, but her employees did an excellent job in her stead and everything went off without a hitch. -

Planning our wedding when it was in the U.S but we live in Canada was not easy. However, after we decided to have a destination wedding at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate, FL, this was the answer to our wedding planning. Tracy and her staff saw our wedding process through start to finish. Marini of Eventfully Yours and her staff is your answer. Tracy's assistants Jessica and Gabriella were FANTASTIC! They were also there on the wedding day with Tracy to make sure every little detail of the wedding went smoothly. What really made our wedding complete though, was an amazing and extremely talented Wedding Décor Designer Debra Shea Robertson of Atmospheres Floral & Decor in Orlando, FL. I believe Debra is Orlando’s best-kept secret Wedding Décor Designer. Debra has outstanding taste, an eye for detail; she is exceptionally creative and will make your vision come alive for your wedding! Our family & friends have still been sending us endless emails about how flawless our wedding was and what an amazing time they had at the resort and our wedding weekend! It truly was unforgettable!!

As part of my wedding package with Rosen Shingle Creek we were given day of coordination by Eventfully Yours. Amanda was assigned to my wedding. This service was a great help and relief to me prior to the day of the wedding and for the rehearsal. Throughout the planning Amanda was helpful and replied to all my emails. The week before the wedding I emailed her a change in the order of the toasts for the reception so that my father went before the best man. She confirmed the change and sent me a new timeline. During the reception when it was time for the toasts, the best man was standing getting ready to speak before the DJ announced him. My father had not gone yet. I went to the DJ who told me Amanda had switched it and the best man was going first and my dad was going last. I never told her to do so. I'm glad I noticed the best man standing there. Amanda never discussed this with me just did it HERSELF. I don't think this is something minor either. It doesn't matter how helpful someone is beforehand, during the reception is what matters. While I would recommend this vendor, I would strongly suggest to watch to make sure no changes are made without the bride and groom's knowledge. -

AWFUL!!! The only reason that we had them was because they have a contract with the Omni, which I hope for their sake doesn't last long. There was a mix up with our rehearsal...when I first got the e-mail from them for the information I told them that it would be Thursday instead of Friday and kept emphasizing the day because I know Friday is typical. Evertyhing seemed fine I even got a confirmation e-mail stating Thrusday. That day we all met in the lobby and were a little early so I called Gaby to tell her that we were all together and there so she'd know where we were, but got her voice mail. I noticed that I had another e-mail from them and as i read it I saw that it was confirming Friday! Thankfully our officiant wasn't worried and said he could do it, and we went to get Lindsey with the Omni to help us as well. Turns out someone from Eventfully yours was already there in the lobby...why would you not walk up to the huge group of people all dressed up and someone holding a ribbon boquet?? We walked through the ceremony and then I took her to show her the boxes I had that were for the day of...programs etc. I went through every thing with her and she said she understood. The day of because the Omni had double booked the room and the photographer couldn't get in to set up until later my pictures were running a little late, however I was fine with it because I knew what shots we wanted. This was a very special day for us and we wanted family photos because my mom has stage IV cancer all over and we didn't even know if she would be able to make it...therefore I didn't care if I was 15 min late to the ceremony...Eventfully yours kept trying to push us and after I told them several times that I wanted the photos they tried to go behind my back to the photographer and get him to stop. They ruined the reveal to my fater...the photographer was going to lead me down stairs where my dad was to be waiting for a reveal...instead they took him upstairs while we were in the middle of pictures so it was a total mess. They didn't give the wrist corsage to my great Aunt (which they weren't even supposed to have...I told the florist to take them all to the Villas where my family and the guys were...but she was intercepted by eventfully yours who said to give them to them) I told them who was who and to get them to them...and my mother even told them twice who my aunt was and she still didn't get it and I still have no clue where it went. Overall it was a miserable experience. -

- Did not help us set reasonable budget expectations. We wanted to talk to a professional before determining what kind of wedding to have. We spent twice as much as she quoted us, after selecting the minimum packages from each vendor referred to us.
- I started to wonder if I was really getting the best prices so I checked outside her network, and immediately saved about $2000. Wish I would've done that before I booked most of my vendors through her.
- Tracy can be sweet, but she is terrifying sometimes. I sent an email asking who I could hire to do some draping for our wedding (very standard - we had been exchanging emails about referrals for months), but she responded with an incredibly rude and defensive email about why she doesn't drape things herself. I just wanted a referral? She never provided one even after I followed up and clarified.
- Two sweet ladies (Amanda & Amanda) were there to do most of the day-of coordination, Tracy was not there. She never followed up with me to see how the wedding went? How her team did? Never heard from her.
- I noticed a pattern: Tracy would talk to my florist, then my florist would call me angry. Tracy would talk to the draping company, then they would call me angry. It was like she was purposely stirring up drama, it was so strange. (I hate drama so I would just tell the vendor everything was cool and there must be a misunderstanding and never asked her about it.)
- I sent detailed info for the day of, really easy stuff. But a lot of it didn't happen - our cake didn't have the (real) flowers on it, birthday candles for the best man's birthday +song dedication never happened, programs never got handed out, and I couldn't see my groom as I walked down the aisle because of how the ceremony was set up. I don't sweat the small stuff, but handling those things is also what I hired this company for.

Do not use Tracy Marini from Eventfully Yours. She has zero customer service skills and is flat out rude.
The resort I had my wedding at recommended Tracy Marini from Eventfully Yours as my wedding planner. It was required by the resort to use one as a day of coordinator as well as to coordinate vendors before hand. I thought this was great as she could help coordinate a few small things so that I could focus on getting ready that morning.
Tracy never contacted me ahead of time. I emailed her myself about a month out. She responded quickly and asked what my expectations of her were for my wedding. I told her not much as it was a small wedding with a small bridal party and I had it under control. There were a few minor things I would ask:
She was responsible for ordering the flowers so I gave her a list in email of who needed flowers and what kind. This was all I asked of her pre-wedding day. When the flowers arrived on my wedding day, I noticed the one for my dad was missing. She told me I had not ordered one for him (in a nasty condescending way). I said I had for sure. She said "I will have to check the paperwork". She found I was correct and ended up "finding" a flower for him somewhere that did not match the flowers of the rest of the group. Never apologized, nothing.
For day of the wedding I asked her to:
Ensure the guest book, champagne glasses and cake cutter were in the reception room, Ensure there was a gift table, Ensure my cupcakes had arrived and that they were set up as centerpieces at each table on the platters I had purchased, Ensure the cake, officiant, and photographer had arrived, Ensure my guests knew where to go for the ceremony and then for the reception so there was no confusion.
Very basic stuff and exactly what she explained to me her job entailed.
She didn't do any of it. She was nowhere to be found. My guests were confused as to where to sit for both ceremony and reception. My girlfriends went to check on the reception room for me to find the cupcakes were not set up and did it themselves. My guests had to set up my cupcake centerpieces 5 minutes before the wedding. I was mortified. I later found Tracy sitting in the hotel lobby speaking with perpsective clients. I paid her for this???
The only thing she did do was ensure the wedding started on time at 10am. At 9:45 she came up to the hotel room where my mom, sister, and I were getting ready and barked orders at us to get downstairs right away as we were late (the wedding started 4 minutes late- big deal). Tracy has no customer service skills and was rude and no help what so ever. My guests even noticed this during the small amount of time she was around. Several guests asked me "Who is that miserable lady over there"?
Trust me, I was probably one of the most laid back easy going brides you could find. Why she was nasty to me I will never know. I barely asked anything of her. I was extremely disappointed and would not recommend her at all under any circumstances.
