    Donaji knows exactly what she is doing!!! Her years of experience is what made the entire process run so smoothly, I booked her services 4 months before our wedding date, and she made it work. She made me feel like I didn’t have to worry about a thing. She made me feel special and made it seem like it was all effortless on her behalf. She asked all the right questions to my vendors, kept note of what to look out for contracts, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire time. She is fully aware as to how special this day is and goes above and beyond to make it all happen. She is simply beyond qualified and we are forever thankful!

    Event Professionals made our wedding day a dream come true!

    We recently worked with Donaji and Event Professionals for our backyard wedding in Pasadena, CA. Originally we wanted to use a local catering company since we've been going to them for many years but they no longer provide servers. We started looking for servers and came across Event Professionals. We met with Donaji and learned about her catering co-company, Chef Touche. We did a tasting and the food was so yummy that it was a no brainer to go with EP and Chef Touche for both the food and servers. And boy are we happy we did! Donaji simplified the process and took care of all the details. She has a great package where she provides literally everything you need for the event setup. She's super easy to work with, very calm and patient. Which is helpful since planning a wedding is so stressful. Day of, we had rain and it was a completely outdoor wedding. Donaji's team didn't skip a beat. She had a ton of suggestions to prep us for the rain and then day of they made it all happen and even though I wasn't prepared mentally for rain on my wedding day it ended up being more than a perfect day for me and my now husband. I know this is in big thanks to the work Donaji and her team did. I highly recommend!! Thank you Donaji for making our day one we will remember so fondly for a lifetime!

    Amazing Service

    Our wedding was a dream and I’m crying because it’s over. I worked with Donaji for over a year planning our wedding! Unfortunately, Covid-19 forced us to postpone our 2020 wedding. Through all the trials and tribulations, Donaji was there to help us. After 3 postponements, we finally had our wedding on August 7, 2021 and it was everything we ever hoped for and more. We celebrated with all 250 of our guests!! It was amazing. We almost gave up and forfeited everything we spent but we’re so glad we didn’t! Donaji worked with all our other vendors to put together a timeline for our special day. She was our coordinator and caterer. We worked closely through phone calls / emails. The service was excellent and everyone loved the food. She recommended a florist who was also a great vendor. Everything was just beautiful and I can’t thank her enough.

    Excellent all around

    Donaji and her team were amazing. When we decided to have a smaller wedding due to covid we had about 8 weeks to plan everything. I am so happy we found Event Professionals. They helped us find vendors, coordinate rentals, finalize our layout and so much more. Not only were they our planner, but they also handled almost every aspect of the day. They did most of our rentals, catering, and servers. The day was a whirlwind and the team handled everything so well. The staff was great! The food was fantastic! And the whole evening went so well. Everything from the lighting and table layouts to the food and service and even the end of the night was perfect. The staff was so nice too! I would highly recommend them!!

    We had already booked our wedding venue (link: Cypress Sea Cove review) and the property owner gave us a recommended list of vendors. Several caterers were listed but Event Professionals caught our attention because they were also coordinators and planners. We had a thorough consultation with Donaji (owner) about what our vision and expectations were, and also what we needed help figuring out. She was so calm and professional, that we felt at ease that Event Professionals was right for us. She recommended that we return for a tasting, to experience a sample of their catering options and table arrangements. The food was excellent, and we thought it was great to meet their other recommended vendors for alcohol, DJ, and see what a florist could do for centerpieces. We were asked what sample table setup we’d like to see, centerpiece, and what food we’d like to try. There were other couples there and it was fun and informative to see the range of what they could do to fit different styles, themes, and tastes. We were hooked and had to book them. Donaji and her team were so great at always being available for additional consultations throughout the entire planning process, even answering late night emails the week and day of the wedding. There was no way we could have had such a memorable and successful wedding without Event Professionals, because there were moments our wedding could have derailed (late buses transporting our guests, late officiant, ceremony running over time), but she kept the whole day of events on track and caught us up to the planned schedule during dinner. We were not easy clients and had some non-traditional requests, but Donaji saw them all through. Event Professionals was worth every penny and then some. They worked with our budget but delivered high end luxury. Our guests cannot stop raving about the ceremony, the abundance and quality of food all throughout the day, desserts, and décor, and it was all thanks to Event Professionals. Donaji’

    What can we say, Event Professionals went way above our expectations for a wedding caterer. Over the 12 months we worked with them on planning the wedding, they were overly professional, accessible and always going above and beyond to make sure everything was on track. We had Mariel as our coordinator (supervised by Donaji) who we give a 5 star recommendation to (anyone would be lucky to have her execute their wedding - she was fantastic)! Being a West Coast bride planning everything from the East Coast (currently from NYC), it is not an easy task. Mariel and the team took extra time out of their schedule to accommodate off-hour conference calls and meetings and took everyone of my ideas in stride. The execution was equally as flawless and the wedding went better than I can ever have expected. Everyone was raving all night about how good the food was and some of the best they have had at a wedding!

    Donaji and the rest of the Event Professionals team were incredible. If you are considering hiring them as your wedding caterer, stop considering and hire them now! Their pricing was significantly lower than all of the other caterers we looked at, but their food, service and attention was the best of the best. After we attended the free tasting we hired then immediately. My fiancé (at the time) said the ginger glazed salmon was the best he ever tasted! So we went with that and the tri-tip. Plus the raspberry salad, grilled veggies, roasted potatoes and macaroni and cheese! We also had an amazing taco bar for late night. We couldn't believe how great the food tasted the day of the wedding. It was executed to perfection and for 100 guests. Seriously impressive. Our guests raved about the food as well--especially the late night taco bar. This was by far the best food I've had at a wedding and most restaurants! Their staff was also professional and friendly. Also, our wedding was on a site with nothing, so EP had to bring in everything from the kitchen, to all of the furniture, etc. It was so helpful having Donaji's expertise when creating a wedding from scratch essentially. I can't recommend Event Professionals enough! Thanks for making our wedding "the best party we've ever been to" (in the words of my husband).     My husband and I are 2 architects who designed and planned our own wedding with very limited budget and medium amount of experience. We had wanted more of an industrial/warehouse wedding to fit our 250 guests of family/friends/coworkers/kids/etc.- which meant we had to bring in everything from the chaffing dishes to the servers (what a good learning experience!). We came to EP about 2 months before our wedding with the intent of just renting tables and chairs. Donaji and her staff answered and addressed a lot of the things we didn't even think about (like the reality of timing, realistic amount of servers needed, when to serve the champagne, make sure we ate). Pretty much she worked with us on getting what we needed, working with our budget and always promptly responded to all of my emails. At the end of the day, EP supplied us the rentals, the servers, the banquet coordinator and endless amount of other leg-work that I couldn't do. Our guests still talk about our wedding in November- they say words like "beautiful, unique, fun, best wedding reception". That is because Donaji and her team made sure everything behind the scenes ran smoothly (no glass of water/wine was left empty, cake was served to everyone, everything was synchronized).

    We had the honor to have worked with Donaji and Event Professionals for our Wedding which was in October of this year. We've already seen their work as they did our brother and sis-in laws and as well as our good friends wedding. So at that point we knew we had to have them for ours!

    We had our wedding reception at the Vibiana Los Angeles. The whole EP staff was awesome to work with as they were very professional, organized and creative. Mariel was pretty much our point of contact throughout the whole wedding preparation and she was so awesome! They made the whole planning process so much easier for us as they had everything planned to a "T"! We pretty much filled in the blanks with what we wanted. Mariel had everything down packed and on the day of, she was there to help out for our ceremony which ran very smoothly and on time! it seemed like whenever there was a question/concern she appeared within the next min with the situation taken cared of!

    The venue looked amazing when my husband and I saw everything put together. Definitely had us speechless. Not to mention the food was delicious!! Our guests had a great time and it was definitely a day to remember. So happy to have Event Professionals be a part of making our day so special!

    A really good friend recommended Event Professionals to us. After seeing my friends wedding I was really blown away with everything from their food, service, and rentals. So I had to hire them! My husband and I got married May 25, 2013 and it truly was a dream wedding for us. Everything was perfect that day. Donaji and her team went above and beyond for us. Definately book them you will not regret it!

    We had no regrets using Event Professionals! They made us feel like they were 150% dedicated to our wedding even when they had a ton of other weddings going on. They were very helpful when we had a glitch come up with our venue. Would absolutely recommend their service.

    Event Professionals were great! My husband and I decided to get married before his deployment, and with just 5 weeks to plan Event Professionals made it so easy. I received a ton of compliments on how beautiful the wedding was and how good the food was. I worked with Donaji and Sunny for the few weeks leading up to the wedding to decide on the menu, rentals, and layout. They went with me to the wedding location and immediately had a vision of what it could look like, with lighting, tables, etc. We did the ceremony and reception in the same place. They helped me come up with a schedule for the day of, and gave me great recommendations for vendors. They contacted my vendors before the wedding, and the day of were there to coordinate all of the details. It was perfect! The prices are also very reasonable and they work with your budget. I highly recommend them!

    Words can not express my gratitude to Event Professionals for their amazing work - in fact without them I don't think we would even of had a wedding. We chose them originally as a caterer for our wedding located at my father in law's house however due to unforeseen circumstances we had to move it to a different location. Event Professionals, while just being our caterer and rental vendor, instantly gave us a ton of suggestions of places they work with and showed us a wealth of information so we could have an informed decision. We chose to go with Ambassador Campus and halfway through when we thought we would lose our reservation due to a new city ordnance restricting then number of times this venue could hold public events it was Event Professionals that saved us again since they were catering another event on the same location on the same day and told the city that our event is part of the first event (which wasn't cancelled since they reserved the location way before we did). We also utilized them for their day of planner who changed from one person to another right before the wedding - this made my fiancee panic as we really liked the first planner we were introduced to however the new planner (Mariel) was a godsend on the day of the wedding. Every single hiccup that happened throughout the day she was able to handle and even problems that I did not know about until after the wedding was taken care of by her. The wedding went by without a hitch, the setup that Event Professionals envisioned for us was beautiful, the food they served during cocktail hour and dinner was amazing, and the day of (although she helped months in advance all the way up to the wedding...) planner was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and on top of EVERYTHING. Thank you so much Event Professionals - you guys are truly second to none in this industry.

    You want to talk about a DREAM come true. I wish I could relive this day over and over again. Our wedding was awesome, beautiful and romantic. Donaji, Dora, Mariel and Carisa were great to me, my wife and and my family. I can not express to you how much we enjoyed working with them. Everyone one on staff from their servers to their bartenders were excellent. I am soo glad we chose Event Professionals to cater/plan our event. The food was amazing!!! and the decor was beautiful.     I cannot even begin to express the amount of joy I felt and experienced before, during and after my wedding!!! I got married on September 22, 2012 and I hate to brag but it was the most beautiful sight I had ever laid eyes on and it was all due to the lovely ladies of Event Professionals and staff!!! They made my wedding what it was and it truly was a blessing how perfect the day was! I did not have to lift a finger. Carissa was my coordinator the day of and no one could have done a better job than her! You hear all the horror stories of how the bride didn't enjoy her day because she was worrying about every detail and wasn't able to enjoy the meal or drinks. But to be honest, I enjoyed EVERY MINUTE of my wedding! there were times I was able to just walk to the back of the garden and look in astonishment at what a beautiful evening it was. Everyone was happy, the drinks were flowing and the food was exquisite!!! To this day I get compliments on what a beautiful ceremony and reception it was! The team at Event Professionals will NOT let you down!!! take it from me, if I was given a chance to go back and change anything, NOTHING would be redone! From the decorations to the ambiance, everything just flowed well and it was all thanks to our wonderful vendors and staff that made it fantastic!!!!

    Event Professionals provided the catering, bar service and decorations for our AMAZING double wedding held at a private venue in Malibu on October 6, 2012. Donaji and her staff along with our coordinator pulled off a SIGNIFICANT stressful last minute change from an indoor reception set up to an outdoor reception set up. At the last minute the venue owner refused to remove all of the furniture from the indoor area where we initially planned to hold the reception. Donaji and her team quickly came up with plan B to move the reception outdoors. The weather was so perfect! The staff set up the reception tables during the cocktail hour in such an organized manner that our guests were unaware of the last minute changes being made. We don’t feel any other caterer could have pulled this off with such poise and professionalism. Event Professionals transformed the venue into a magical breathtaking celebrity status event. Our guests raved over the fresh fruit beverages, especially the Kiwi, the delicious dinner buffet and the cocktails. They also commented the ginger glazed salmon, chicken marsala and risotto were a hit! My husband and I had attended tastings with several catering companies and EP’s food was by far the best tasting and the most reasonably priced. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the quality and service EP provided. We highly recommend Event Professionals and give them a 5 star rating. Thank you Donaji and EP for making our wedding day very special and memorable.

    I am sooooo happy my husband and I went with Event Professionals to do the catering for our wedding reception. They are absolutely wonderful, from beginning to even after your wedding day! Not only are they professional and experienced, but they are more than willing to work with you on your budget!!! We worked with Donaji and Letty, but it is wonderful that they are one big team and every coordinator there will answer all of your questions. The tasting was so much fun, and the food was amazing! We worked with Letty as our coordinator, and she was phenomenal up until the day of our wedding!!!! What I love about Event Professionals, is that they will do all of your rentals, food, and have great connections with other vendors. I highly recommend them for your wedding day or event, they will make your day perfect!!!!

    Event Professionals did an A+++ job on our daughter's wedding. In particular, Mariel, our "day of coordinator", was nothing short of phenomenal. She handled everything with calm assurance with the expert assistance of Niki. Both worked super hard and took care of literally everything, so that the family could enjoy the celebration. All of our guests said it was "the best wedding they had ever attended." The food was excellent, the service outstanding, the handling of the decorations superb. The wedding coordination was not just expert & trouble free, it was perfect. The serving staff was not just competent, they were very attentive and cordial and gave everyone personalized attention. Your entire staff deserves the highest marks and accolades.

    We had several gourmet chefs who attended as guests and each said, how excellent the food and service was. Both bride and groom said that they felt everything went perfect!

    We thank you Donaji and all your staff and will definitely recommend your company to anyone looking to cater an affair and in need of event planning. We appreciate your dedication and professionalism. We thank you for being as your name says, "Event Professionals."

    my wife and i had our wedding catered by event professionals.. although we weren't in state.. they worked tirelessly with us to get all the minute wedding details by phone and by email.. it was a huge task for a wedding of 200+ people.. but they managed to pull it off successfully..

    they also helped us find our vendors and coordinate with all of them.. although my wife and i had somewhat of a budget.. the prices for the top of the line service was a whole lot cheaper than other vendors.. we chose an upgraded menu of veal, chilean seabass and lamb.. additionally.. we had nonalcoholic specialized drinks (e.g. watermelon juice, honeydew and mint and iced tea) for the cocktail hour in addition to our open bar.. they also helped us make our wedding drink (the original mojito)

    on the day of our wedding.. everything ran smoothly.. mariel (our coordinator) made sure we got fed as well got us our drinks.. she was like a little chipmunk running around making sure everything was on schedule..

    we had plenty of compliments from our friends and family that this was one of the best weddings they have ever attended.. we know it's in part to due to our venue (Cravens Estate) and vendors.. but event professionals made it all happen..

    we have nothing but praise for event professionals and highly recommend them.

    I had a two-year engagement and worked hard on planning my perfect day from day 1. I came across Event Professionals as I was doing venue research and they seemed to fit our budget while providing quality service.

    Donaji and Carisa were always in touch and very accommodating. They answered all my questions very clearly and worked around my requests. How often do you get to hear "Sure, we can do that!"?

    When our big day finally arrived, Carisa and the crew went beyond our expectations! They definitely kept in mind all the notes we provided over the whole planning process to create the perfect, smooth day for us!

    Our menu consisted of typical wedding fare, but EVERYONE enjoyed their meals (especially the mixed green salad with candied pecans, feta cheese and raspberry vinaigrette). To be honest I was suprised and therefore sooo happy with our hors d'oeuvres and dinner!

    We were never stressed out during our reception and Carisa always touched base with us throughout the night's events. They dealt with our vendors very professionally and provided the best service to our guests. I can't help but want to relive our special day over and over again all because they made it so great!

    Where do I even begin to tell all of you how AMAZING and WONDERFUL Donaji and her girls are from Event Professionals. We TRULY feel so BLESSED to have found them. They were our ANGELS throughout this whole process. They made our wedding day PERFECT in every way. It was truly our DREAM WEDDING :-) They went ABOVE and BEYOND our expectations. We received endless compliments from all our guests on how ORGANIZED and BEAUTIFUL everything was. I kid not, my husband and I received tons of calls and texts messages the next day from friends and family telling us that it was the best wedding they have ever been to. Some of them even said that it will probably be the best wedding they will EVER go to because it would be so difficult to top. I mean WOW, we were so humbled by those compliments.     We actually booked Event Professionals before we even booked anyone else, including our venue. Let me tell you… It was the BEST and WISEST decision we ever made throughout this whole wedding process. Not only did Donaji guide us EVERY SINGLE step of the way throughout the process, but she led us to the best vendors in town. Donaji and her team are super duper organized and they pay attention to every little detail. And I mean every single little detail. They don’t miss anything just to ensure that your day is as perfect as you can ever imagine. They are also so prompt in responding to emails and ensure that they answer every single question or worry you have on all wedding matters. It was also so great that they were a one stop shop from catering to rentals to event planning. You just can’t go wrong with them! I refer them all the time to other brides I know getting married because I TRULY BELIEVE and TRUST that when you hire a group like Donaji’s, it’s almost guaranteed that you will have a SUCCESSFUL event. Honestly, that’s how I feel about them. Our friends actually already hired Event Professionals for their wedding in April 2013, and after our wedding, they were even more excited for their own wedding because they saw firsthand what an amazing job Donaji and her girls did.     Donaji and her crew made our event MORE AWESOME than I ever imagined it would be. They don't just do what you tell them to do, they have so many ideas and go out of their way to make the event as special as it can be. The food is to die for: it was pretty good at the tasting--but at the wedding it was amazing!!! We had SOOOO many compliments on our food. Also, we had originally planned for salad starters, but just a week before the wedding the weather turned cold and Donaji called me up to suggest that we do a SOUP BAR instead of the salads at no additional cost! This was a HUGE hit because it really was freezing that day and the ceremony was outside...so when our guests came in from the cold and had their bowls of butternut or asparagus soup--they felt so good. Not to mention, the soups were pureed and delicious and came with a lovely assortment of bread! I could go on and on but in essence, these people are a GREAT Value for the money and our wedding was SPECTACULAR because of their expertise and attention to details. Also, as the bride, I did not have to lift a finger and after 9 months of planning, it was awesome to be able to just enjoy the event and not have to worry about a thing!

    Let me start by immediately saying that you'd do yourselves a great disservice by NOT going with Donaji and the Event Professionals crew. They were so helpful every step of the way, and the day-of execution was magical. In addition to making some lovely recommendations and putting up with our procrastinating ways and accommodating our unconventional and quirky requests (e.g. they made everything available to us but we insisted on making our own namecards, place settings, numbers, bar; they transported everything for us FYI) Donaji and Letty were there to prompt us, guide us, and back us up throughout the process. On the day of, Donaji and Letty ensured that all our vendors were where they needed to be, and they stayed on top of the schedule. As for the food (the most important element besides the music in my opinion), the quantities were bountiful, the portions incredible, and the flavors fantastic! The service too was spectacular. Not only did my hubby and I get to eat but they made sure that our glasses were never empty and that everything was as expected (it never was- their services far exceeded our expectations). I know they might seem too good to be true based on my praise and their prices, but the end result truly was beautiful. As a matter of fact, while dancing whith an engaged friend of mine I asked him if he and his fiancee had started the planning process. He said, "To be honest we'd put it off because it was getting to be overwhelming, but after seeing what you guys have done we're truly inspired." I told him we had to thank Event Professionals in large part and when our dance ended, he went and asked for Donji's business card. True story.

    We just had our wedding a couple weeks ago and EVERYTHING went smoothly. We have Event Professionals to thank for that!

    EP was professional from the start. Donaji was our contact person from the beginning and she walked us through every step of the way. Because we were very cost conscious and had specific requests for our special day (our venue was almost completely DIY), we contacted several caterers and vendors. We ultimately decided on EP because they had A) superb customer service, B) delicious food and C) the best value

    Superb Customer Service: EP was flexible with anything we threw at them. My husband works in the Bay Area M-F, so it was difficult to meet outside of the weekends. However, EP was willing to meet after hours to ensure that we were on track with the planning and that all the i's were dotted and t's were crossed. They even contacted each of our vendors the week prior to the wedding to ensure they were all aware of timing and schedule.

    EP had superb attention to detail and an ability to adapt to any changes we threw at them (guest list constantly changed and they were willing to make changes necessary up until a few days before the wedding).

    On the day of the wedding, things could not have gone more smoothly. This was, in no small part, thanks to Event Professionals. Of course, it helped that the weather was somehow 80 degrees in November (luck smiled on us that day!). If there were any glitches during the wedding, we didn't notice them. EP also was there to give us a few minutes to relax and even set aside time for us to enjoy the wedding food.

    Delicious food: We also had several tastings with different caterers and we were WOWed by the food. Our menu ended up being:

    Salad w/ Raspberry Vinegarette/Seaweed Salad, Salmon Teriyaki/Tri-Tip w/ Horseradish, and Risotto/Roasted Potatoes/Rice.

    It was delicious and we had many, many guests tell us it was some of the best wedding food they had tasted and some went and got seconds (we had buffet style serving). They especially raved about the salmon and the risotto. We were more than satisfied with the food.

    Best value: We began negotiations with different caterers, but early in the conversations it became apparent that EP had the most reasonable prices for the level of service we required (of course we couldn't let them know this until we were able to finalize all pricing!). They were able to work with us to recommend ways to cut costs while staying true to the theme of the wedding. They also recommended several vendors and, while we didn't use all of them, the ones we did use were great as well.

    I know this review may sound too good to be true, but we felt our wedding was EXACTLY what we imagined and was perfect for us, so we felt EP deserves a great review.

    If you are having a wedding/event, I would recommend at least speaking to Event Professionals. You will not be disappointed!

    Event Professionals really made our wedding day magical. Event Professionals is a bride and groom-to be one-stop wedding paradise. We hired them for our catering, rentals and wedding coordinating and they truly went above and beyond our already high expectations.

    We came to Event Professionals disillusioned about having to plan a wedding in this bad economy. However after meeting with a very professional and organized wedding coordinator, we walked out of our first meeting with hope and looking forward to beginning the planning process. Event Professionals helped us create an itinerary, put together a delicious menu, decorated our venue, organized all necessary rentrals, provided us with referrals to the BEST photographer and DJ and answered every single question along the way in a very timely manner. In short, all the planning led to the most wonderful day for us.


    Many that attended our wedding commented on how beautifully enchanting our venue looked (because of the superb decoratign job by Event Professionals). People complimented the delicious food - also catered by Event Professionals. And lastly, people complimented how seamless and organized our wedding seemd and that was all thanks to the pre-planning with Event Professionals.

    Our wedding was truly a magical day and we owe it to Event Professionals!

    Event Professionals catered my 8/14/10 wedding and I am so glad they did! Donaji and Noorean were professional, easy to work with, very responsive and just really nice people. We went with Event Professionals because of all the raving reviews here on project wedding, the competitive price and the comprehensive nature of their services (we got married at a private residence, so the more comprehensive the better). One additoinal bonus to having a comprehensive vendor like Event Professionals is the ease in adding on last minute unexpected items. For example, we had anticipated our wedding day being really hot, but during our day-before rehearsal we found it to be quite windy and chilly instead. It was easy for our coordinator to add 4 heat lamps on the fly. On our wedding day, Event Professionals had everything set up on time, the food was excellent, their rental items (chivari chairs/linens/plateware/silverware etc.) were a step above and the server staff was super friendly. And the weather ended up being gorgeous so we didn't really need the heat lamps after all, but it certainly was nice having them there just in case. We had our own wedding planner who had never worked with Event Professionals before and they worked together fabulously. Donaji and Noorean really aim to please and we had the "more fun than fancy" wedding of our dreams.

    Great food. Good price. Excellent service. They were the most organized and professional caterers that I have contacted. She was very down to earth and responsive.     Donaji and Audi helped my husband and me with our wedding, and we had the most amazing time!

    Background:
    We just got married at the beginning of May. The venue we chose was a large loft that was normally used for photo shoots, so we basically had to provide everything from the food to the rentals to the lighting. We were planning on having around 175 guests for an evening wedding.

    Service:
    We met with Donaji about 4 times over the course of 7 months along with countless emails and phone calls. We would meet for at least a couple hours each time, and she was very accommodating and patient. When I asked her if we could extend the reception for half an hour and provide all the services necessary for that, she didn't even hesitate. No extra charge. She just said, "Sure". Every time I called her, she answered, regardless of when it was. Even when she was on vacation! I was really happy with how reachable she was.

    On the day of our wedding, Audi took care of my husband and me. We cannot say enough good things about him. He anticipated what we needed before we could even think about them. We didn't even realize food had been served until we turned around and Audi had huge plates of everything on the menu for us. Even my friends and family commented on the great care Audi gave us. We had nothing to worry about on the day of because everything else was taken care of for us.

    Catering:
    I received at least 10 quotes from caterers that were just out of our budget. We finally got a quote that fit the bill, and we went to a tasting. We weren't that happy with the food, so we continued the search. I found Event Professionals on line, and it looked too good to be true. They were very affordable and also were able to provide the rentals of all of our tables, linens, glassware and utensils. We scheduled an appointment but had to reschedule on the day of due to an emergency. Donaji was totally flexible and was able to move our appointment to later that day. We met for at least an hour to discuss what we wanted our day to be like - just a big party, no formal seating but a lot of lounge furniture and small bites but enough to make everyone full. We went to a tasting a couple weeks later and were sold. The food was delicious! I was skeptical that the food could actually be that good on the day of after having to mass produce it, but everyone I talked to after our wedding raved about the food! Here's just a few things we had:

    - roasted chicken with mango salsa (a crowd favorite)
    - tri tip
    - ginger glazed salmon
    - seaweed salad
    - tuna tartare (amazing hors d' oeuvre - my favorite!)
    - quesadillas with mushrooms and cheese (hors d' oeuvre - even my carnivorous husband loved it)

    So many more, and I had a few people tell me it was the best food they had at a wedding, and no, it was not the only wedding they've been to :)

    Rentals:
    Included in their price were the rentals of all of the tables, seating and lounge furniture. Everything. We didn't have a formal sit down meal but had around 20 tables, some high, some low and around 130 chairs. They also provided around 8 pieces of modern looking lounge furniture. It was great.

    Lighting:
    Event Professionals outsources their lighting to Ambiance Lighting. We met with Danny Villa, and they did an amazing job. Since the venue was basically a blank canvas, they were able to make the place look like a cool night club by the end of the night. It was exactly what we were looking for.

    We're really happy we went with Event Professionals. We didn't really think our wedding day could actually live up to our expectations after all the planning we went through, but it exceeded anything we could have imagined.

    It was a great pleasure to work with Event Professionals, whom I found through Internet research. They are detail-oriented and very accommodating, especially since I was planning on opposite coasts. Donaji and Norine were both great and showed honest professionalism. I thought the food was great during the tasting, but people told me not to expect the same for the wedding. They're wrong! The food at the wedding was so delicious. My family and friends love food, and they definitely complimented the food and service. Book them!

    Event Professionals not only provided us with the greatest attention to detail and price for the services rendered, but made our big day the most memorable it could have been. Meredith truly enjoys what she does and it shows every time she follows up with a vendor, reminds you of a missing detail or helps recommend the best wedding component for every price range. We looked at at least 8 other caterers before EP and after tasting the incredible food and looking at the great value, it was a no brainer. Almost everyone at our wedding came up to us at some point of the night and told us how incredible the food was and how seamless everything was going. We will absolutely recommend Event Professionals to anyone we know tying the knot!

    Event Professionals were an absolute joy to work with. They took care of all the details for my big day and I was able to enjoy the moment with my husband. They helped me prepare for the big day, plan the big day and execute one of the most important days of my life.

    I found out the next day how professional and great they were at the wedding. Like every wedding, you can plan and prepare for every detail, but sometimes there are unforseen variables on a wedding day. I had no idea anything happned. It was well worth every penny for them not to stress out the bride. They went above and beyond the call of Vendor duty. Event Professionals took care of the problem, kept on schedule, made everything look like an easy production. Thanks to Donaji and her great team I had a beautiful day and night.     We were married in March 2006 in the LA area.
    Working with Donaji and her staff was wonderful and brought us a peace of mind.
    They are professional, genuinely caring, and creative.

    I used Event Professionals for my wedding in 2006 at the LA River Center. About two weeks before my wedding I realized I didn't get linens, tables or chairs for both the ceremony and reception. Since they are so close to the venue I decided to go with them. Everyone there was extremely helpful. To save money I didn't want to get chairs for both the ceremony and reception. Instead I asked if after the ceremony I could have the chairs moved to the reception area while everyone was at the cocktail hour and they were ok with that. I was uneasy to how that would turn out without causing too much attention by my guests. Everything went GREAT! Nobody noticed it and I saved some money! The people in their office are great and their workers were awesome! Thanks Event Professionals!

    This company is amazing! We had a very involved and detailed wedding and Donaji and her team handled everything diligently, professionally and with love. We get complemented on our wedding to this present day and it always starts with "You had the best wedding I've ever been to...". We endorse this company without reservations and wish for all of you to have the same superb experience. We were able to be fully present and we enjoyed every second of our wedding only because we knew our coordinator had every imaginable detail documented and covered.

    Don't hesitate this service along with your pictures and video by far will be the best use, most necessary allocation of your hard earned money.

    Denoji was awesome and created a truly flawless wxperience. Once I knew TLC was going to be filming my wedding I was even more anxious but thanks to the professionalism of Eevent Professional everything was awesome! I would definetely use them in the future and highlt recomend to all my family and friends.

    Incredible attention to detail! This team was willing to make happen what I had envisioned as the perfect wedding. We had a brunch, and the food was exquisite (our guests keep raving about the creme brulee French toast!). Best of all, they saw us through the entire process with a flexibility that would easily nominate them for sainthood. I am an extremely (some might say obsessively) meticulous individual, and the fact that they were able to pull off a day where all I was able to do was enjoy its perfection is a testament to the wonderful work they do! Great rentals, wonderful planning, polite staff: without any hesitation I would recommend EP!

    Event Professionals was very professional indeed. Their food was pretty good using fresh ingredients, and they were flexible regarding us adding an extra dish and coming up with our alcoholic menu. They were also very good with setting up the chairs for our outdoor ceremony and thereafter moving those same chairs to the adjacent indoor reception in record time.

    I was referred to Event Professionals by one of my close friend. I was little hesitant prior to contacting them. But when I contacted them, I felt that this was THE service I was looking for. They are professionals and friendly, someone extremely easy to deal with. They paid minute attention to whatever we had told them and I must say that they did a great job.     Marcela had made our wedding day spectacular. She called immediately if there needed to be a decision made large or small. She was on top of all the details. We spent hours getting our schedule down for the day which made the actual day so easy. Our catering requests were more complicated than most and they pulled through by providing some of their delicious dishes as well as coordinating with other vendors' food. The day of the wedding, rain was in the forecast, of course. It rained in the morning but they were able to set up in the early afternoon. EP knew how much we wanted to have the wedding outdoors and accommodated our requests down to the T. They also worked quickly getting the schedule going just in case it rained later in the evening. Luckily no rain and the evening was just beautiful. During the wedding Marcela was always making sure Jo and I were okay and our glasses were never empty. If there was anything that went wrong, we didn't know anything about it. EP made our day extra special and made us feel taken care of. Thank You.

    My husband and I thought that Danji and her team at Event Professionals, especially Meredith, were amazing. We were completely floored when we saw how they brought our vision to life on our wedding day. Everything worked well and the staff was great with our culturally diverse families. We had to plan two large weddings, one here and another in Europe, so we were on a tight budget and Event Professionals gave us incredible value for what we had to spend. We would highly recommend them to anyone. They ended recommending a team of wonderful vendors, so at the end of the day it almost became a one stop shop for us. All of them worked out wonderfully and were within our budget.

    Event Professionals executed my wedding plans flawlessly. From the moment I met Donaji, I knew I wanted her to cater our wedding because I just had this feeling that she really knew what she was doing, and that she would be able to work with me to execute my vision for the day. After trying out several vendors we decided to go with EP for catering and rentals as well as for our rehearsal and day of coordination, and I am soooo happy with this decision.

    Mariel was our coordinator and she was great to work with. She was extremely easy to reach throughout the planning stages and was a calm professional presence on our wedding day. Whenever we had any questions, comments, concerns, or issues Donaji and Mariel were both extremely responsive and happy to help. I had a lot of detailed elements to both the ceremony and reception and Mariel made sure everything went exactly as planned with ease. And as for the FOOD, it was amazing! Our guests are still talking about the food a month later... especially the beef entree selection.

    So ultimately, I recommend EP without hesitation. Their pricing, coupled with the quality of food, service, execution tactics, and professionalism make them one of the best in LA hands down. My wedding day ran smoothly and I didn't have to worry about anything thanks to Mariel, Donaji, and EP. Thanks ladies! You are rockstars in my book!

    Donaji and Meredith from Event Professionals were amazing at our wedding at Castle Green. Event Professionals is very professional and accomodating. Our guests were very happy with the food. Donaji also provided excellent, thorough wedding planning for the event, and Meredith, her assistant, helped see it all happen smoothly at the reception.     I am not embarrased to say that I prayed for God to help us and I beleive the answer to that prayer was Event Professinals. We met at their warehouse and were really impressed, but the staff was the most impressive aspect of the company. Other vendors added pressure but E.P. really helped us with so many details that we could just relax. Before we knew it the big day came. I got a chance to see it all happen like clockwork. We were enjoying every moment and even more as we saw our guest's eyes light up with all the details. My wife and I joke that ours was the best wedding we had ever been to. Without E.P. we would not have had the peace of mind and I doubt it would have been as elegant.

    I was married on May 25th at a private estate in Malibu, and I hired Event Professionals for our catering and rentals, and I was blown away by what they delivered. Not only was the food DELICIOUS, their entire staff was courteous and professional. Donaji and her assistant Meredith ran the show for me and they did a fantastic job. We had a buffet style dinner and yet these two ladies were offering to go and get food and drinks for my guests! They also prepared a lovely basket of food for my husband and I to take back to the hotel since we barely had time to eat at the wedding!

    Their catering packages and rentals were affordable, their service was superb and Donaji and Meredith were two wonderfully warm women who worked so hard to make my wedding day amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

    Friendly and Responsive

    Event Professionals, Donaji and her team are absolutely wonderful! The food was excellent and the coordination on the day of the wedding went smoothly. They definitely exceeded our expectations!

    My guests could not stop raving about how it was one of, if not the best wedding food they've ever had. We had asked Donaji for a somewhat custom menu touching on some of our heritage/favorite foods that aren't typical of a wedding and they delivered.

    From start to finish the wedding planning/coordination was responsive/professional and most importantly warm and friendly. EP was constantly in contact with us making sure that we were doing well and offering assistance for anything we might need. The referrals were excellent and absolutely helped us save on big ticket items like alcohol (think Costco but less DIY).

    If you are looking for a team that will make you feel comfortable every step of the way and you want to get the best bang for your buck then Event Professionals is for you.

    Event Professionals really do live up to their name. My mom recommended them to us and were glad she did. They charged less and they had very professional service. The food was excellent and nobody gave us a single complaint. I would also recommend event professionals.

    Our wedding cake from Event Professionals was fantastic. They provided us with cake tasting as well as a choice of wedding styles which helped us decide on the style and taste. They did a wonderful job fulfilling to our needs and request. We would definitely recommend them as they are truly professionals !

    Meredith and Donaji, made my wedding truely amazing. The wedding turned out better than I expected. I was very nervous when the manager of the venue (LA River Center and Gardens) told me that Event Professionals was not an approved vendor only 1 month before the wedding. I got all my rentals from them and they were also the wedding coordinators. They handled the ceremony and reception flawlessly. Meredith and Donaji made sure everything was taken care of and done to my specifications.

    I would highly reccommend Event Professionals.

    Our coordinators on the day of were led by Nikki and supervised by Donaji - but we had constant contact with Mariel up until the day before our wedding.

    They handled everything on the day of our wedding so that we didn't have to worry about a thing. Very responsive in terms of phone calls and emails. Our venue, Ambassador Campus, was also kind of a headache to deal with and EP is very very familiar with the venue so bonus points for that.

    The day before our wedding, I had a major flip out moment when I arrived at our rehearsal. The entire property of Ambassador Mansions had been covered just hours ago in bright teal-green mulch. Apparently, they thought teal was the closest color to natural green grass. It looked like radioactive grass.

    So, what is a bride to do when she has 12-hours to her wedding and she finds that her venue looks like a bizarre scene from a Dr. Seuss book? Well, luckily, our actual garden, the Fowler Gardens, only had a couple of minor teal patches that our coordinators were able to cover up after rearranging a few tables here and there. They also were able to move our cocktail hour from hilly grass area into the Japanese gardens so guests wouldn't notice the weird colored grass. It definitely helps to have day of coordinators who are very familiar with your wedding venue so that they can come up with solutions and alternatives fast and on the spot. Since Event Professionals also provided our food and rentals, everything was seamless on the day of.

    There were some minor hiccups - which is why they didn't get a 5/5 rating from us.
    1. The day before at rehearsal our main coordinator, Nikki, didn't really seem like she knew exactly what to do - she wasn't giving directions and just wasn't very informative overall. Mariel was much better.
    2. The day of, we had three (I think) coordinators total and yet I couldn't find anyone to let me know what was going on when I was getting ready. No one to help with veil, bustle dress, etc.

    Amazing!...is what I can share of our experience with Event Professionals. I chose them as they were rated among the top 3 catering companies on Yelp and were one of the only caterers who took the time to reflect our choices for the wedding (family style dinner, home made churros) within our budget. The staff was professional and the coordination they did on our wedding day made it all worth while. The guests loved the food and said it was one of the few weddings they'd attended where they felt full. Donaji and Carisa are experts and their guidance led us to have the wedding we wanted where the guests were happy and dancing and we were worry free.

    Several other caterers said they could offer churros or other elements we wanted and then turned around and tried to steer us away from the exact items we discussed. Donaji and team were clear from the begining what they could and could not offer, thus we had a great, straightforward business relationship from the start.

    Event Professionals is a small business managed by several woman in a small office in LA, but despite the less professional atmosphere, they provided everything a bride needs for her wedding. Not only did they take care of food, but rentals, photos, flowers, and so on. They even provided contacts for a local DJ, hair dresser, and cake services. My mother and I arranged the entire 80+ person wedding in just a few months with only a few in person meetings, which is great for busy people who don't have a lot of time running around all of LA interviewing businesses and making decisions.

    The Event Professionals guided us through the planning steps so that our wedding day was perfect. Their staff handled everything on the day of the wedding. All we had to do was show up!

    For the reception, Donaji and her group of professionals did an amazing job of turning a boring room into a gorgeous, ambience-filled dream. It was beyond our expectations! Our guests raved about the food for days.

    As well as hiring a wedding planner, I highly recommend that any new bride hire an assistant to help with the day of the wedding. On my wedding day, Meredith from the Event Professionals showed up bright and early and handled all business aspects of that morning so I could concentrate on getting ready. She did everything from dealing with the flower and limo people, to helping style my bridesmaids' hair. She kept us on schedule and got us out the door on time.

    We especially liked the photographer that the Event Professionals referred us to: ForeverTruePhotography.com Mike and Maggie are a husband and wife team and they are fantastic. Mike photographed the groom's party getting ready, while Maggie stayed with the bridal group. We are very happy with the results!

    Everything was great! It was nice to find a place that could offer everything all from one place. We even booked our DJ through them at the tasting! The people were nice and willing to help with any budget. My only complaint was the coordinator the day of... she seemed more stressed out than I was! One thing went wrong: the right song wasn't played when the bridal party walked down the aisle. Instead, it was the same song the family of the bride and groom walked down to... which was no big deal!

    But she was defensive about it before I even accused her of anything (knowing that she typed up the ceremony song list as we dictated). "If you want to see the paper, it said to use that song! I can show you!" were her words to my husband and I as we were about to walk down the staircase to be introduced as husband and wife to the guests. We could care less who made the mistake, we were married!

    We were told, though, that she wasn't usually the coordinator. Maybe the normal one is better? I would assume so, since the rest of this place is very professional and helpful!

    Event Professionals really took care of us when it came to the food. It was delicious and everyone loved it. I had a buffet just because I wanted several different options for my guests to choose from. The appetizers were great and were set up perfectly. The only thing I would say is to be very specific with what you want because some things weren't set up exactly how I envisioned it or dealt with properly and I was a little upset, but I definitely didn't let it ruin my day.

    Event Professionals was always very accomodating and we loved our wedding coodinator Marcela. It was great to work with her. The food was excepional. Best food I ever had at a wedding and the catering crew was so nice. Two things we did not like were that the planner kept referring to my husband for financial aspect and to me for the wedding details. Also, the day of the wedding the beautiful aisle runner was taped down with grey masking tape on top of the aisle runner. Not something that is appreciated as beautiful in the wedding pictures.     Catering company booked for double wedding. Initial visit was impressive, owner seemed like she cared. As we got close to the wedding, things began to emerge that we were not made previously aware of and the execution of the catering the day of the wedding fell short of our expectations.
    We were not aware that the nonalcoholic beverages would only be served at only one point during the entire day until two days before the wedding.
    We pay an additional $5 for the vegans in addition to the $70 per person for the buffet. The vegan dish consisted of cold, undercooked pasta with little olive oil and olives. Some vegans, including bride's brother and close family friend did not get a plate. The vegans were not told that they could help themselves to the non-meat dishes at the buffet. Some vegans, including the vegan bride and brother did not eat.
    We purchased a large cake ($1200) despite our coordinator warning us that we would have a lot of cake left over. Our coordinator was correct. By the time we got to the cake cutting part of the ceremony, the majority of our guests had left. The cake fed 167 (our final guest count was 144, however, we didn't achieve that at the start of the ceremony). At the end of the night, we had NO CAKE. THE CATERING STAFF LEFT WITH OUR CAKE! Several guests that witnessed this. Guests also witnessed a lot of cake sitting on the table towards the end of the night. This was troubling because no effort was taken to make sure we received a slice of cake (besides what was fed to each other during the cake cutting ceremony). Not even the top layer was preserved as tradition dictates.
    None of the alcohol we purchased was left at the end of the night, and a family member witnessed a catering staff drinking directly out of one of the liquor bottles.
    The company also provides rental equipment. We had a difficult venue owner that changed things at the last minute which required some last minute adjustments. In this area the company excelled.
