Must Hire For Your Wedding!
I cannot say enough positive things about My Event Design! Working with Megan was an absolute dream and my expectations were absolutely blown away!! From the very beginning of the planning process, I expressed to Megan all of my hopes and dreams for the wedding and she worked with me to make sure they were all met, and within my budget. She was so friendly, responsive, and fun to work with. My Event Design ended up doing my flowers, furniture rentals (including the ceremony arch) and drapery. I can’t believe how amazingly they captured the look I was going for with just a few inspiration photos! I loved everything so much and cannot thank Megan and her team enough for making our wedding day so perfect! -

Amazing work and a wonderful experience!
I worked very closely with Megan from event design and she was phenomenal!! Communication was always quick and easy from our first interaction and throughout our whole wedding planning. Megan was very organized and so helpful. She always gave me her honest opinion on all things decor and most times her opinions saved me money! Flowers and decor were impeccable and I absolutely loved my bridal bouquet!-

Reasonable pricing, responsive, and kind people
Megan was an absolute dream to work with! I contacted her with no idea what I wanted or needed, she promptly sent me a vision board of what we discussed over the phone. Throughout the planning process whenever I had to make a change or had a question she was very responsive. Her team helped set up the most elegant reception ballroom at Hilton Downtown Tampa I could have imagined. 10/10 recommend Event Design. -

Great Vendor!
We used Event Design to rent the arch and draping for our wedding at Lakewood Ranch Golf & Country Club. Megan and her team were wonderful! Everything turned out exactly as planned and they were very responsive to emails. I would definitely recommend this vendor to other brides. -

Amazing experince!
Megan and the team at Event Design were SUPURB to work with! We had to reschedule our wedding several times due to COVID, and their team was so supportive and flexible through the whole process. When we finally got our big day, they helped make the process seamless and stress free, and absolutely read our minds when it came to our vision for our wedding. I would absolutely recommend the Event Design team, and as glad as I am to have finally had the wedding of my dreams, I'm almost a little sad that it means the end of our journey working with them! -

Wonderful Wedding
The Event Design team helped make the reception of our dreams with a gorgeous tent, chandeliers, and lanterns. Meghan was super responsive and so easy to plan with. They have a ton of other amazing rentals as well! We are still getting compliments on how beautiful our wedding was and it's in large part to the beautiful reception atmosphere! -

Fairytale Wedding
Words cannot describe just how amazing my daughter's wedding reception turned out and Megan was a huge part of this special day. Megan went above and beyond and I had high expectations that Megan exceeded. From the white dance floor to the lighting, it looked like a storybook reception. Megan's professionalism, patience, and caring demeanor reinforced that I chose the right person. Megan is truly a wonderful person and fantastic at what she does as her touch is with love and devotion. Thank you Megan! -

INCREDIBLE doesn’t even begin to say it!
Our venue was gorgeous to begin with, but the extra drapery and up-lighting provided by Event Design made it 100 times more beautiful!! It was more than we could have dreamed of and completely exceeded our expectations. Megan is such a dream to work with, very accommodating, and has such a vision of what to do. We knew we wanted something extra for our room, and she guided us to the most amazing reception decor! We would highly recommend Megan and Event Design for all of your wedding needs! -

Me and my husband just got married January 13th and choose event design for our decor and flowers. Wow we literally can not say enough about the amazing Job Megan did from start to finish she was there every step of the way not only did she answer every silly question I had but she went above and beyond to help me with anything and everything I needed! She was absolutely amazing and our wedding wouldn’t have turned out as incredible as it was without her! She became more then just our decorator it felt like she was a great friend! If you are looking for a decorator and company look no further! We love you Megan Thank you for everything!!-

I cannot even begin to say enough amazing things about this company. We worked with Megan and she was beyond amazing! She was so incredibly responsive and helped us with any questions we had. She helped with ideas for designing our perfect ceremony and reception decor. Our wedding turned out better then we would have ever of dreamed. You'd be lucky to have them design your dream wedding! Megan was so kind, professional, and made planning a destination wedding easy. She had everything set up perfectly and was very timely.

Megan and her team did an incredible job on our wedding day! I absolutely loved working with her from day one. She was super responsive and friendly. I must have changed my mind a million times throughout the process and she never once minded. She would even send me pictures of certain things to check it was the right style or shade before going ahead. On the day she arrived early and made sure we were happy with the flowers before setting up. She even brought a bag of treats which kept us all going until the ceremony! I loved my ceremony decor and my reception decor it was just how I had envisioned it. I will miss working with Megan she was just great! -

Vanessa and her team did an absolute amazing job decorating my wedding. She was able to really pull everything together and some of it last minute. She came to our venue and gave me a flexible proposal that allowed me to have many option to choose from. I originally hired Event Design for just lighting, drapery and dance floor, however due to a last minute switch of caters I also ended up needing chairs, linens, frames and other table misc. There was some back and forth between them and the venue about when they could access the space to set up but Vanessa was on top of it and made sure everything was done. Everything was great quality. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I would highly recommend Event Design. -

Vanessa was our event designer and day of coordinator. She is truly a visionary, extremely detail oriented and works all hours of the day and night to make sure every detail is perfect. We met on various occasions to go over our ideas for the wedding ceremony and reception and to map out the floor plan and she was so kind to accommodate our after hours visits. Vanessa went out of her way multiple times to take detailed measurements of our venue space and created intricate to-scale maps of the floor plan of the ceremony and reception. We had pretty tight guidelines with the number of guests and decorations in our small venue space, but she made it work and designed the most beautiful wedding for us. The day of the wedding went as smooth as can be, Vanessa and her team transformed the venue into a wonderland and not a single detail was spared. She is a master of organization and had many vendors and itineraries to coordinate. It was sincerely better than I could have imagined. We are so pleased with the result of our wedding design and coordination, and I have already recommended Vanessa's services to another soon to be bride. Thank you for building the wedding of our dreams. -

Amber and her team at Event Design were absolutely amazing to work with! I turned to them for everything; from chair rentals to flowers and everything in between. It was perfect! I couldn't have asked for a better finished product. During our initial meeting we went over my vision. I was able to show her my ideas (thank you Pinterest) and vthe final product was more than I could have imagined. When there were restrictions, due to ceremony location rules, Amber was able to help me think outside the box. Amber had great communication and as the date got closer, the more questions I had. She was able to keep in constant contact (as a nervous, first-time, everything must be perfect bride). I would absolutely recommend using Amber for your wedding needs. Event Design turned my vision into reality!!! -

From start to finish, beginning with my initial phone call, Vanessa was right on top of things, coming up with great ideas and listening intently to everything I said. I always had the feeling that she had my back and wanted to make my son's wedding the most special wedding ever!! She and Amber were so kind as was all her staff. They were always available to talk with me including calls and texts at any time. Vanessa is so professional and wonderful to work with! The wedding reception was absolutely gorgeous! and totally exceeded the Brides vision. She was totally blown away when she entered the venue! Amber was one of my absolute favorite people to work with through our wedding planning process. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and nothing I asked for was ever a problem. What would we do without Amber?! We recently had a reasonably large wedding (~110 guests) with multiple different vendors, and relied heavily on Event Design for organizing and coordination. After the wedding, we mused to ourselves how it seemed like everything during the day went perfectly without any problems, and it dawned on us that Amber was the only reason that was true. She was very friendly, organized, and, most importantly, reliable during the entire process.
During the planning process, Amber was very involved, reminding us of decisions and details we hadn’t thought of (and giving us examples and options when we needed them). She ran the most efficient wedding rehearsal I have ever been a part of, and was present the entire day of the wedding making sure all of the vendors were coordinated. Having Amber as the point person of the day for everyone definitely reduced the stress of the day, as we could focus on enjoying ourselves and the moment and not have to worry about whether or not everything we had planned for the day was going to happen. I wholeheartedly recommend Amber to anyone looking for someone to help organize and coordinate a wedding, and cannot say enough about how friendly and professional she and her staff are. -

From the tables, centerpieces, and flowers to the lighting- everything was perfect and exactly what we imagined!! Amber was so helpful and although it RAINED (it poured actually : ) ) on our day, her and her team were able to seamlessly put together our wedding- our guests never even knew it was supposed to be otherwise!! Event Design handled my entire event from the coordination, rentals, flowers etc. They did an amazing job and made the entire wedding day very stress free for my family. I would recommend going with a company like event design so you are not dealing with multiple vendors throughout your wedding process. Having one vendor do majority of the items that it takes to put on a wedding made things so easy and fabulous. I would recommend Amber and her event design team to all of my friends and family! The string lighting looked beautiful at our cocktail hour and the pool monogram was a HUGE HIT!!!!! Event design was negotiable to work with our needs and Jen makes things so easy. Words cannot describe how thankful I am for Jennifer Gumpert and the Event Design team! I originally reached out to Jenn for decor rentals but it quickly morphed into a much larger contract. Jenn was so quick to respond to my emails and made me feel like a top priority. Her organization and understanding of my vision caused me to hire her as my day-of coordinator and use Event Design for my flowers, chiavari chairs, chargers, linens, and various decor items.
Throughout the entire process, Jenn was amazing! She took the time to meet with me on the weekends (I was an out of town bride) and always made me feel like she had my vision in mind. She provided honest feedback of what would work best to coordinate the vendor teams. When my husband and I walked into the ballroom, we were blown away. It was EXACTLY what I had envisioned and better. Jenn and her team nailed it.
I was on the fence about having a day-of coordinator because I am pretty detail oriented and didn't want to give up that control, but Jenn made it easy to trust her to do what I would do if I were there. The day was perfect thanks to Jenn and her team. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVENT DESIGN AND SPECIFICALLY, JENN GUMPERT, TO ANY BRIDE!!!

Jenn with Event Design was wonderful and she did so much to make my day perfect! She was awesome and took over so much of the many little things I had planned to be dealing with at the rehearsal and on the wedding day. She really took charge of our group to make sure everyone knew what they needed to do and where they needed to be. On the day of I got to relax and enjoy my day with my mom and bridesmaids because I knew she was on top of everything. From the first time I spoke with Jenn I knew she was someone I could trust. I sent Jenn a million emails asking tedious questions and her opinions on things and she was always so quick to respond and give great advice. She also recommended other great vendors who I ended up using.
As a bride you always worry about the day of and if you are really going to be able to relax enough to enjoy your day. I can say with Jenn I enjoyed every minute of it. I trusted her to do everything as we had talked about and to take care of any little problems that may have happen. Jenn’s years of experience and great taste made my reception the one I had always dreamed of. When we walked into the reception room to do our first look I was amazed at what I saw. We had discussed so many things and sometimes you wonder how they will all come together but she did it! I loved it! It was exactly the romantic ambiance I was looking for!
I can't thank her enough on behalf of my family and more particularly, my husband and I. I’ve always told Jenn that she was the first decision I had made about my wedding, and she was the best decision I made as well! Nothing tops Jenn except for the fact that not only did I find a great coordinator who made my day amazing, I also made a great new friend as well!

The drapery took the 4 Springs Ballroom, a beautiful Ballroom, and personalized it into a Awesome Wedding Venue. I worked with Jennifer Gumpert and I don't have words that can do her tremendously outstanding service to justice. She was AMAZING. She is detailed and precise. I worked with Jennifer Gumpert at Event Design and I cannot give enough compliments! Jennifer was always very professional and responsive. Without her my wedding would have been crap! She recommended other vendors like catering and desserts and they too were amazing! We used Event design for decorating and floral and also rented chairs, tables, linens, etc. I would recommend them to anyone. They exceeded all of my expectations. My husband and I wanted to create an original space in which to celebrate our wedding, and MyEventDesign was key in bringing our vision to life. We rented beautiful pipe and drape as well as crystal chandeliers. The installation was swift, and the end result was incredible! Our dark warehouse-like space was transformed into an elegant setting, the likes of which none of our guests have ever seen before! We highly reccomend this company for it's beautiful products as well as professional, courteous service! -

I rented Chiavari chairs, gold charger plates, lighting and drapes from Event Design and everything turned out beautifully! I also used one of their planners, Jennifer Gumpert, as my day-of-coordinator and everything went very smoothly. Amber and her team at Event Design are absolutely AMAZING!! I like to plan well in advance so I had been talking to Amber about ideas for a little less than a year. She has great ideas and is super flexible and willing to do whatever you want! She is also very organized and responsive! After all of the discussions and additions I couldn't wait until the big day to see all the flowers, draping, lighting, and chairs that we decided on. Our reception and ceremony was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen! It was in a hotel ballroom so it definitely needed the white draping with purple up-lighting and chivari chairs. The bouquets and centerpieces were the most spectacular flowers I have ever seen! Everyone loved them!! In the ceremony room we created a backdrop of draping and crystals and little clear balls with flowers hanging from them that was just perfect!! Thank you Event Design for making our wedding the prettiest wedding ever! -

Two words really sum up how wonderful this experience was. First Class. From day one, Jennifer was the most understanding and most accommodating person and really gave us the best guidance possible. I was the mother of the bride. Jenn Gumpert was amazing to work with, Event Design provided my rentals/lighting/decor and everything looked great. Jenn was flexible and easy to work with and no-one could beat their price. If their was a minimum I wasn't aware of it as other companies needed to have at least a $15K minimum before working with me, I paid less than $5K which included my chair rentals, uplighting, draping and Day of Coordination. For any bride considering not having a day of coordinator -- reconsider! Jenn was excellent, I turned everything over to her at the rehearsal (which she coordinated) and on the day of the event the only call i got was to see what time i would be arriving at the venue! She took care of everything! All the vendor coordination from the DJ, to the cake to the limo driver! Jenn communicated with our DJ so no family member or guest had to have them queue the music as the bridal party walked in. I was blown away by how much she did ...all i literally had to do was show up, get married and have a great time! I would recommend EventDesign for their work in the future and I would strongly recommend Jenn Gumpert as a Day of Coordinator. -

When we opted to hire Event Design it made planning a wedding so much better! I could have never done it without them! Amber and Jenn were absolutely AMAZING! They made sure my day was perfect and it really was. Not only was the day of my wedding great, but preparing for it was awesome too. Jenn and Amber would communicate via email or phone and would always get back to me ASAP. They would answer all of my questions even if it seemed rather tedious and made me feel confident about the big day. I highly recommend a coordinator at your wedding. It really takes the stress off the bride! There were SO MANY little details that needed to get done the day of that Jenn was able to do. It was so nice to not worry about that. Even Design provided us with a 40x80 white frame tent that was absolutely great for the amount of guests we had, the lighting was beautiful and they even found the perfect shade of purple for me in the table cloths. Jenn is very thorough and doesnt miss a beat! She is absolutely great to work with! My wedding day was truly the best day of my life and I know I have Event Design to thank for that. -

If you think you can't afford a wedding planner, think again! I had a tighter budget than most people. I knew I could not handle an event without a professional, detailed and qualified planner. I initially hired Amber to help with design and decor. I wanted someone to come alongside of me, see my vision and execute it. We did a lot of the design ourselves but needed guidance and someone to be in charge of set up and tear down. I priced out other designers because we wanted personal items (vintage doors, furniture peices etc.) who also rent items and their minimums were too pricy. Amber was patient and responsive to all of my needs throughout the planning process. I think I sent her like 200 pictures of ideas I had. To my amazement she had every one and a detailed itinerary of every design printed out and ready to go over at our final meeting. We rented chivari chairs, tables, drink dispensers, mason jars, misc candle holders, cake plates just to name a few. She also designed my welcome table, cake table, favor table, main dining table, drink stations, guest tables, ceremony table, ceremony aisle and program
table as well as brought all the flowers and arranged them as well. I was able to save so much on the florals this way because I just wanted hydrangeas and roses in vases, simple and beautiful. We had come up with specific designs for each table as we did a vintage theme. Initially I booked her for the
design and decor and then ended up also adding her on as coordinator once I realized that she was the girl for the job. I am so glad I did!!! It ended up raining that day and she was in contact with me the whole time regarding the back up plans. She was in the background with 2 of her staff members making sure everything ran smoothly. She even walked my hubby and I in with an umbrella from the limo to the reception site. I can't imagine what I would have done without her!!! She was the best and most affordable coordinator and designer out there and you will get the best bang for your buck for sure!!! -

My husband and I knew that we needed to rent some kind of chairs to spruce up our reception room. When I found out that Chiavari chairs come in silver, I knew that was the type of chair we wanted. After speaking with several vendors in the area, we found Amber Patricio of Event Design. Her husband/business partner, DJ, met with us one evening so we could see what their Chiavari chairs look like. Their chairs even have a better/nice cushion than some of the other Chiavari chairs we looked at. After meeting with DJ, we could tell they take pride in their work and their prices were reasonable compared to others. The chairs were delivered and setup without any problems and really transformed the reception room! Event Design is a great vendor and we’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent Chiavari chairs. -

Amber and her team at Event Design far exceeded our expectations. I was fortunate enough to attend a wedding that Amber oversaw and the wedding was wonderful! So it was a pretty easy choice on who our planner would be. From day one she made me feel "special", she sat and listened to my vision, she made you feel like a bride should be! She was readily available to meet and/or have a phone conversation with and was quick with e-mails (which is huge for me:) I chose most of my vendors which she handled effortlessly closer to the wedding. Any mishaps, she was on it! The venue we held our wedding was a blank slate- she transformed it into a true beauty! The day of the wedding went flawless, I just sat back and enjoyed the fun. I miss her....she will quickly make you feel like you've known each other for ages. Several of our guests have said it's the best wedding they've ever been to- Thank you Amber and Tiffany! I was having a hard time finding someone to put together my very particular centerpieces which included specialty potted plants and candles. I talked to Tiffany who was totally flexible and willing to take on the project, and was excited about it too. She had a wholesaler grow my plants in a healthy greenhouse environment then she transferred them to decorative pots and set everything up at the wedding. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. And the centerpieces were PERFECT! Beautiful greenery with adorable little accents. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I also arranged for Tiffany and Event Design to provide my bridal and bridal party flowers. I started out with a very low budget for flowers which Tiffany happily worked with to give me good options. She never got flustered when I changed my mind on the flowers a million times. The final result on the flowers was breathtaking. Exactly what I had in mind and beautifully done. The lighting done by DJ at Event Design was pricey but less expensive than anywhere else I looked for lighting. They put up beautiful blue LED lighting which gave the entire event a magical feel. They even decorated with lanterns over the dance floor which was a wonderful touch. When I hired Tiffany I had already booked a wedding planner, but if I had the chance to do it again, I would have probably hired Event Design to take care of everything. I thought both Tiffany and Amber were awesome. I could not have pulled the Wedding off without them. They even found a garter for me on the day of the wedding when I found I had left mine at home. -

Event Design did a WONDERFUL job at our March 6, 2011 wedding. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. They are an absolute pleasure to work with! Amber has an ability to see a vision and execute it perfectly. I was truly AMAZED at how beautiful my wedding ceremony and reception decor looked. People came up to us all night long raving about our beautiful centerpieces and the ambiance of our ceremony and reception. Out of everyone I worked with on my wedding, this company truly stood out. I wish I could get married again just to work with them!! They really are absolutely wonderful!!!! -

Amber with Event Design was amazing in helping us come up with a floral and linen plan for our wedding and a fantastic look for our ceremony. She worked within our budget to make the best choices for our day and had a lot of great ideas. Everything looked beautiful and our day went off without a hitch. They even went above and beyond finding us strings of butterflies we used as part of the backdrop on the trellis we were married under. They did such an amazing job with the small budge we had, we could only imagine what they could do with more. We can't thank Amber and her team enough for making our day so amazing and we'd strongly recommend them. -

Both Amber and her staff were very attentive prior to my wedding. They were very detailed and really took all the worry out of planning. I was able to rent all the necessary things at great prices, again decreasing stress and keeping the event simple from multiple vendors. Even the evening prior to my wedding they were accommodating to my last minute requests! The day of the wedding was smooth and calm and I owe all that to them! They are wonder people and I would highly recommend them to anyone! -

Amber and Tiffany are wonderful! They go above and beyond their service, working behind the scenes to ensure that everything runs smoothly. We interviewed several coordinators, and even though Amber was the furthest from us geographically, we instantly felt a connection to her. The Event Design team did an awesome job at setting up and decorating both our ceremony and reception. Everything that we rented from them was perfect and exactly what we wanted. Because of rain, we had to move both the ceremony and reception inside. But it made no impact on our day. With all the tricks Event Design had up their sleeves, they really put together a beautiful wedding. Their preparation for anything was truly astounding and appreciated! One thing that we really loved was the hand made bamboo canopy we used during our ceremony. It was perfect for our wedding and helped make it absolutely beautiful! We were so impressed with the great quality of all their products (chairs, canopy, centerpieces, chargers, uplighting, to name a few). We can't thank Event Design enough for their amazing work!!

This was the best decision I made as a bride - no worries on my wedding day even with a huge storm. Everything was perfect and gorgeous. She and her staff made my day stress free and the flowers, linen, uplighting, and centerpieces were just as I imagined and more. -

Amber was fantastic to work with! She put all worries at ease and I knew that no matter what, our wedding would be beautiful. Towards the end, I don't think my mom and I would've made it out sane without her. The whole wedding looked very professional and we still did it without an extravagant budget. I was never a fanatic bridezilla so I loved my simple emails with 3 options to choose from. With so much out there, her expertise really narrowed the field down to make a decision manageable. All in all, I would highly recommend My Event Design to anyone. -

One of the key areas I looked for Event Design was helping taking my hodge podge of a vision - from Pinterest to photos and abstract conversations - and bringing it to life in a very cost effective manner. Jenn Gumpert took the time to get to know me and my fiance, listen to our story, understand our vision and did an exceptional job of bringing it to life.
As a former event planner myself, rarely have I 'handed over the reigns' for one of my events (big or small) and never did I think I would do it for my own special day. But at the asking of my parents and fiance, I did it and was able to enjoy every minute of my wedding thanks to Jenn and her team.
I would recommend Jenn and Amber at Event Design for any occasion. Their personal approach and attention to detail is exactly what a bride needs on her most important day. -

We initially chose our venue because they gave us flexibility in bringing in all of our own outside vendors and decorating however we wanted. A few months before the wedding I realized there were just too many options out there and it became very overwhelming! I found Event Design and got a response right away from Jenn. After I hung up the phone with her that first time, I no longer felt any stress! She was very professional, easy to talk to, understanding of my vision, and most importantly, she didn't try to upsell me on things out of my budget! They made the planning process very easy for me and everything turned out exactly how I imagined! We had a beautiful day and everyone was raving about how amazing the wedding looked and felt. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone getting married! Jenn is awesome :) -

We rented our indoor and outdoor chairs from Event Design as well as our chuppah. The chuppah was beautiful, with drapes perfectly placed on it. The chairs looked pristine. Service was excellent and they were friendly and perfessional. -

Our wedding was beautiful and went exactly to plan. Every detail was followed and allowed me to have such a stress free day. The amount of professionalism exceeded my expectations and all of my guests even commented how nice the ladies were from Event Design. I highly recommend Event Design if not for wedding planning services at least for day of coordination. They have the Experience necessary to pull such a flawless day. They knew the exact questions to ask even when I thought I had everything figured out already. I planned every detail of our wedding, and like most brides, hoped that everything comes together as planned. We contracted Event Design for some lighting and Day Of services. It was worth every penny! Knowing that the tables, decor, flowers, cake...everything was placed just where we wanted it. Jenn was a pleasure to work with, and by the wedding week I had 100% confidence in her decision making and she would handle any last minute issues. And she did. Highly recommend them -

We rented chiavari chairs and uplighting from Event Design and were very happy with both. Both looked gorgeous really kicked our reception room up a notch. I found Tiffany and Amber both very responsive and helpful since I asked them a million questions about everything when trying to figure out what our decor was going to be. We left the uplighting color up to their technician that came to the room that day and the color they choose looked gorgeous in the room. Their chair and uplighting pricing was on par with others that I got quotes from, though I did think that their aisle runner rental price was a bit expensive (it would have been over $400 to rent a carpet one from them) -- but truthfully, I did not shop around so that could be the going price for one. Everything was actually delivered the night before, so there was no issue with timing and I was even able to see my reception room all set up when I peeked in after our rehearsal dinner!
The only thing that I was disappointed with was finding out towards the end that there was a pickup fee since the chairs needed to be picked up after the reception and could not be picked up the next day. Since I had thought they had worked at my reception site a number of times, I would have expected that they would have known the policy that items needed to be picked up on the same day so I did not find that out at the end -- but I guess that was also my fault for not asking that question right up front. -

My wedding wouldn't have been complete without the finishing touches Megan and her team provided. The drapery, greenery and my bouquet were stunning and added the bit of elegance I needed to my industrial rustic wedding. Megan was a gem and never disappointed. She always made me feel at ease and checked in often. I always felt like I knew what was happening. I can't even image how great their other services are. I would highly recommend Event Design. -

I was very happy with the quality of chairs and Sheppard's hooks we rented for the ceremony. They also hung lanterns for us at the reception site. Tiffany was great and gave us great advice. They only thing that could have been better is if the installers of the rental equipment had showed up earlier. But that was partially my fault that I didn't clarify that with them. -

Communication between Jennifer and I was great up until the day of the actual wedding. Our chavari chairs and chargers were supposed to be delivered by 10am and at 11:45 our wedding planner informed me that she had tried reaching the company and got no response. Some one eventually dropped by the rental equipment an hour or more later and when I did a walk through to see the reception set up I noticed they brought the wrong chargers. I checked the paid invoice to make sure I wasn't mistaken and sure enough, they brought the wrong ones. A few days after the wedding I attempted to contact the company and inform them of my disappointment with their service. No one returned my calls or my voicemails. I do not recommend this company. I made it clear in my voicemail that I was looking for an explanation and not a refund, in which case I would think the company would've been glad to make amends. Unsatisfactory! -
