I hired Event Decor by Ghazala for 3 events in the triangle area, two of which were in downtown Raleigh for a 3 day fusion Bangladeshi/American wedding. Ghazala Auntie and her husband were professional, polite and very aware of how to bring the vision of each event to life. While I hired her for just the backdrops for each venue, she was able to give us a wide variety of backdrops to choose from. Additionally she and her team made sure they understood each venue, how to set up and break down within venue rules, and even took the time to visit each location prior to event day to ensure she knew what to do. She made recommendations for what would look good and I can say when we walked into each venue, the backdrops were breathtaking. Guests were lining up for pictures in front of the backdrops. I would 100% recommend hiring Event Decor by Ghazala for your next South Asian event, especially if you're getting married.Event Decor by Ghazala's reply:

Gaye Holud and Reception
We had the pleasure of working with Ghazala as our decorator for our wedding event and she delivered on all levels! The planning process was simple and easy as she showed us her entire inventory and allowed us to pick and choose exactly what she wanted. She was also very responsive and always easy to communicate with! On both of our events she delivered a beautiful stage and backdrop that had us as well as the guests in awe. Also on our reception day she decorated a ballroom staircase where we made our entrance from which added more to the aesthetic of what we wanted. We loved everything Ghazala did for us and highly recommend her for anyone looking for any type of decorations for an event! -

Beautiful Wedding Décor

Most wonderful experience!
I had the most wonderful experience working with Event Decor by Ghazala. She is the sweetest lady who made sure my visions for my pre-wedding party and wedding party came to life. She focuses on details and makes sure that everything is high quality. She’s really accommodating and makes sure that the other person isn’t overwhelmed. I really enjoyed working with her. -

Ghazala did a fantastic job at my sister’s wedding. Right from talking to her the first time to the wedding, she made me feel at ease. She is listens to what you want and provides her feedback for the best looking outcome. She is very responsive to texts and phone calls until the event is over. We reached the location to a perfectly setup mandap ahead of time. All the guests were impressed too.

Ghazala and group provided everything as requested and promised, on time. We trusted them with our life's main events of our daughter's engagement and wedding, and they came through. They clearly know their business of creating precious memories, worry-free for us. Their exquisite and creative decor won Wows from all our guests. Not to mention, cost and charges were extremely reasonable. At our first event, we shopped around but felt most comfortable. Thank you Ghazala for making our events so beautiful and most memorable. -

Breathtaking Decor for my wedding weekend!
Ghazala Aunty decorated all three of my wedding events Mehndi, Wedding Reception, & Valima Reception. I worked with Ghazala Aunty two years ago for my sisters wedding in 2017 and knew when my time would come there was no doubt I would be hiring her again! She was extremely attentive to my dream vision decor for all of my events. We had several calls, walkthroughs , exchanges texts during all hours of the day and night which she was very responsive to ! When I saw the final product it far exceeded my expectations! I must say my favorite was Mehndi decor with all the colors and umbrellas , it went so perfectly with my theme even better then I had imagined! Wedding reception she truly brought my vision to life with the stage decor but I must say the sweetheart table was a gem! Never seen a sweetheart table look so beautiful and intricately put together. It’s been a month since I got married and I’m still obsessing over my wedding events decor!! I highly recommend Events by Ghazala and guaranteed your experience will be nothing short of perfection ! You won’t find another vendor as patient , flexible, attentive, caring, dedicated, passionate, and talented as this team ! -

If you’re looking for someone to do your wedding decor, then Ghazala is the one. Ghazala was easy to communicate with, and makes the whole planning process very easy. She was always available by call or text if I had any questions or concerns. I had originally booked Ghazala for my two day wedding event which ended up b being cancelled due to Corona. Ghazala was very understanding and gave me a full refund, which a lot of my vendors did not do. When I planned a last minute wedding and reached out again she was very accommodating, and easily made room in her schedule for our wedding. I went a totally different route from what we had originally planned, and she changed everything without any complaints. She’s definitely helped me bring my vision to life. She created a beautiful backdrop for our stage along with decorating our cake table, and everything looked amazing! -

Ghazala's work can be described in one word: Magical! She and her team truly made our wedding very special!
We weren't sure if we were going to be able to make the stage and decor as beautiful as we imagined but, with her help, we were able to thanks to find just what we were looking for. She had catalogs upon catalogs of stage decoration examples that really helped us find the perfect design. She also was able to use any color scheme that we wanted, which was perfect because that allowed us to match the stage to the rest of the decor of the venue.
Once the event was upon us, her and her team did a phenomenal job getting the stage up in the time we were allotted for set-up by the venue(finished early too!). Once our wedding began, and even now, people could not stop talking about how amazing the stage was and how they couldn't keep their eyes off of the sparkle and design. Once the reception was over, her team was already there and ready to take everything down in a timely manner!
I would highly highly HIGHLY recommend Ghazala for not only your wedding, but also any event that requires decor and lighting! She was easy to work with and was able to fulfill any and all requests that we had. 10/10!!
