Working with Marilú was a dream. During the pandemic and trying to figure out what was next we looked no further then to seek her help. During the final planning process she was there for us every single step of the way. Basically made everything stress free. Come out even on 10.10, everything was handled, everything followed her perfectly set up itinerary, the day of flowed so effortlessly thanks to her. All the vendors worked amazing with her, as well as our families. I recommend her 100 times over and over again. Our day was magical. I love to say that at the end of it all, she has also become a friend. We love Marilú and her professionalism. Thank you for making our day the greatest ever! Highly recommend Event creators for any event! -

Marilu was absolutely incredible!! We would have been so lost without her. There are so many moving parts to a wedding and having a professional that’s organized and extremely detail-oriented makes all the difference in the world. Marilu and her team are true professionals. She mapped out the entire process and made sure we had everything we needed for our perfect wedding. She created a timeline and kept us, and the vendors, on track every step of the way. Everything was so easy from start to finish. When we got to our wedding day, we didn’t worry about a thing. Marilu and Jess had it all organized and under control. Our wedding was perfect! Marilu was an absolute joy to work with. My wife and I are not only thankful for her as our wedding planner, but we’re also thankful for her as a person and now a good friend. She’s worth her weight in gold and I would recommend her to anyone that needs help planning a wedding or any special event. We can’t thank you enough Marilu. Marilu and her team were a pleasure to have for our wedding, 05/14/2022. Marilu is professional from start to finish. I booked her services for the month of wedding coordination, which includes day of services. Being that my husband and I were planning from out of town she made it easy to communicate through zoom/phone calls/texts. She had great recommendations for our vendors. I was able to book great people because of her including a make up artist, florist, catering services, photographer, photo booth, and a corn carrito. Marilu was kind enough to take last minute decor items from me so I wouldn’t have to take any to the venue myself. Along with her team, Marilu set up the table decor and backdrop better than what I asked for. She provided some of her own items like candle holders and centerpiece frames. I was also able to rent a back drop for our sweetheart table from her. Marilu dealt with the little hiccups we had during our event with a great attitude. I can’t say enough good things about Marilu’s professionalism and service. So many guests told me how professional and kind she was to them. I highly recommend Event Creators to anyone looking for a reliable wedding planner. Thank you again Marilu!! ❤️ -

My husband and I were so lucky to have found Marilú during our planning process! We had many changes throughout the process of planning our big day because of COVID, but she never once made us feel like it would take away from us having our dream wedding. Through venue and photographer changes to a horrendous last minute dress catastrophe, she always managed to keep my calm and excited. She was always quick to respond to any questions we had and quick to find solutions to any issues we came across. We, along with our families, were actually able to relax on the day of and just fully enjoy getting married because of her. My mom was so shocked and relieved at how little she had to do that day because Marilú had it all handled. I couldn’t recommend her enough!! She really is a godsend. My husband and I not only had the most amazing planner, but have been blessed with her friendship! -

We contracted Marilú from Event Creators to be our month of wedding coordinator for our small destination wedding in Marfa, TX. Coordinating for a wedding in a small town in the middle of a desert with limited resources and a worsening pandemic is no easy feat but she rose to the challenge and provided amazing results. Marilú made sure that my husband, friends, family and I all felt the magic of our special day and handled every detail that would have been neglected had we not made the amazing decision to hire her. We hired My Event Creators in 2019 for our 2020 wedding and due to covid-19 last year we had to postpone our big day to April 23, 2021 and they stayed with us throughit all. Marilu helped us plan the wedding of our dreams through a pandemic and still made the process as professional and fun as possible! There aren't words to describe her creativity and the passion and attention she puts to her work! We were truly blessed to have found her wedding planning services. Everything Was Perfect!
Our wedding was a month ago, and I am still over-the-moon with how perfectly everything turned out. Marilú and her team were AMAZING. We wanted to plan a wedding in 6 months, and while other wedding vendors were apalled at how quickly we were trying to make it happen, Marilú had no hesitations whatsoever. She was an excellent communicator, she had beautiful vision, and she gave us direction when we needed it. Most impressive was how professional and calm she remained when our Ruidoso venue was at risk of being affected by wildfires and floods. She swiftly put together a Plan B, never showed any concern or panic, and really helped us feel at ease. We really can't say enough about how happy we are with Event Creators' work. Not only were they professional and gave us the wedding we dreamed of, they were all just so nice and cool to hang out with during planning sessions and meetings. We love them so much! -
