  Wonderful wedding coordinator

  Michelle was our wedding coordinator and she was so wonderful! She kept me on track with everything that I needed to get done. She also offered help and suggestions every step of the way. I am not a person that likes to ask for help, but Michelle made me feel comfortable and able to ask. My fiancé and I also had the pleasure of having Evelyn assist on our wedding day and she was just as wonderful. I highly recommend having a wedding coordinator on the day of your wedding to ease all the stresses that could come your way. And if your going to have one then Michelle and Evelyn are the best!

  Michelle was our wedding coordinator and she was so wonderful! She kept me on track with everything that I needed to get done. She also offered help and suggestions every step of the way. I am not a person that likes to ask for help, but Michelle made me feel comfortable and able to ask. My fiancé and I also had the pleasure of having Evelyn assist on our wedding day and she was just as wonderful. I highly recommend having a wedding coordinator on the day of your wedding to ease all the stresses that could come your way. And if your going to have one then Michelle and Evelyn are the best!

  The best ever

  Hiring the Evelyn Francesca team was the best investment we made for our wedding!! She was the first planner I met with who just felt "right".
  
  It's so important to find a planner that you vibe with and can communicate with. I had a million ideas of what I wanted but she helped bring it all together to create our dream wedding that truly felt like "us".
  
  I went with her "complete" planning package and it was totally worth it (especially for my sanity). It was the only way I was able to still focus on my job while also planning a wedding. Evelyn handled so many aspects of the planning and design that would typically take my attention away from my work. She was so helpful with making design and vendor decisions when I just couldn't make up my mind (which was a lot).
  
  She made us feel like our wedding was the only one she was planning (although we knew that wasn't true). On our wedding day, Evelyn and her team blew us away. They worked together to ensure that the day went smoothly so we could just focus on enjoying ourselves.
  
  We absolutely could not have done this without her. Thank you Evelyn!!!

  Evelyn was an absolute life-saver! Planning a wedding in San Diego from Texas would've proved difficult, but Evelyn made it a breeze! She was on top of every detail , every vendor, and was always available through text or email. I honestly can't imagine planning our wedding without her! Just as important as everything leading up to the wedding, Evelyn made sure that everything the day of our wedding ran as smoothly as possible right up until our exit! Couldn't recommend her more!

  Evelyn was an absolute life-saver! Planning a wedding in San Diego from Texas would've proved difficult, but Evelyn made it a breeze!   As the mother of the bride and primary wedding planner, we hired Evelyn as the day of coordinator. She did an outstanding job of meeting with us prior to the day, coordinating all of our vendors, developing the timeline for the day with vendors, venue staff, and the wedding party. She and her assistant did all the set up just as we had imagined it! (They made sure all the decorations were packed up at the end of the night too! The rehearsal, wedding, dinner and dance were perfectly timed and executed---it couldn't have been more perfect! She's truly a pro and made the day stress free and enjoyable for all!
  I highly recommend her services; she is worth every penny!

  Evelyn was truly amazing to work with. We were planning our wedding cross-country, and she was there with us every step of the way to answer questions and attend meetings when we were not in town. On the day of the wedding, everything ran perfectly and our other vendors loved working with her! I highly recommend her!!

  Amazing Wedding Partner!
  I had found Evelyn on the Knot app and had reached out to a couple planners before finding her. I was SO happy to have found her because she is the most kind and responsive planner. I was planning my wedding from Minnesota for an Escondido, CA wedding which could have been hard. Evelyn made it so easy for me! What was even more great, was that because I didn't find her until after I had chosen a couple of vendors, and she was so willing to work with vendors she didn't know but to my delight, most of them she had worked with before and they all had wonderful things to say about her and her about them too! A perfect marriage! When I needed some other suggestions, she was quick to find me some TERRIFIC vendors, which made planning from afar, amazing! She even Skyped with me a few times to show me what AMAZING rentals she had and what she could do for me in terms of designing a GORGEOUS seating chart. I had an Old Hollywood themed wedding and she hit the nail on the head with gorgeous rentals and design. You will be blessed to have her at your side and I highly recommend her!

  Evelyn was amazing the entire wedding process. This woman knows what she's doing!! She was always professional and prompt when I had questions and concerns. She was also understanding and helpful when I had to deal with some difficult tasks. The entire time I felt as though Evelyn was on my side and caterered to what was best for me, my groom, and the wedding! It was a smooth amazing experience with her!

  Evelyn and her team were fabulous!!
  When I first met Evelyn right after I got engaged I knew she was a perfect fit to help us plan our wedding day! She is super organized so that every little detail is completely planned out well in advance. She helped us set a budget, gave recommendations for all of our vendors, gave us a wedding timeline to make sure we were on track and followed up with us often throughout the process. She was easy to get in contact with and responded to all of my questions in a very timely manner (even when she had just had a baby!). She met with me and a few vendors several times to make sure we were all on the same page. I also loved that she has several items for rent so that I didn’t need to purchase them on my own.
  Wedding day ran perfectly and seamlessly. Evelyn and her team handled everything exceptionally well. I had absolutely no stress at all because I knew I was in good hands. Not once did I have to take care of anything, Evelyn did everything! She kept everything completely on time and had an answer and solution to every question or problem that came up. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a wedding planner! She is worth every penny!

We hired Evelyn for day of coordinating, and she did an amazing job organizing and managing vendors, overseeing the set-up of our venue, adding her own design expertise to ensure that the venue was beautiful, and keeping us on schedule. Before the wedding, she also reviewed all of our contracts and contacted all vendors to confirm delivery times and details. Evelyn is organized, responsive, professional, attentive, and has an amazing sense of style and design. We are so happy that we hired Evelyn to coordinate our wedding and would recommend her to all brides and grooms in the San Diego area.

  Evelyn was easily the best investment I made for my wedding. She found almost all of my vendors (who were all great, especially the ones that she had worked with before and who also sang her praises), kept us on budget, and best of all was super responsive and patient in spite of my constant texting and emailing. Start on the right foot and hire Evelyn FIRST!!

Also, she recommended our videographers (618 Studios), and we couldn't have been happier with their service and product as well. The day of the wedding, Evelyn took care of all the little hiccups that occurred, and even made sure my husband and I ate :) I would highly recommend her planning service for any wedding related (or any) event.

  Evelyn was an absolutely amazing wedding planner, though we only had her for the day of, she made herself available to answer any random questions that we had leading up to the wedding. Our day could never have gone off as perfectly as it did without Evelyn there, she kept everyone where they were supposed to be and made our day so easy! We truly appreciated Evelyn and are so glad that we had her there!

  Evelyn was amazing from start to finish. My husband and I hired her for month-of planning, though we had a few in-person and Skype meetings starting 8 months out. From the first meeting, we knew that we had hired the right coordinator for us. She was very professional, encouraging with our progress at each meeting, and really just put us at ease every time we spoke. Although we planned most of the details ourselves, it was clear that Evelyn's style meshed really well with ours. Evelyn has a totally calming demeanor, is clearly knowledgeable, and had everything under control
  The day of went off without a hitch. We didn't worry about anything being forgotten or going wrong. We just enjoyed our incredible day. Our parents also made several comments about how smoothly everything ran, and the wonderful job that Evelyn did. She is fabulous to work with - I'd highly, highly recommend her to anyone and everyone.
