We truly could not have been luckier to work with Erin for our engagement and wedding photos! Her quality of work/professionalism is unmatched, and our photos are absolutely beautiful! Her attention to detail is wonderful, and she truly takes the time to get to know her couples in order to capture their relationship perfectly in the photos. Absolute Perfection

Working with Erin was such an amazing experience from planning to the day of the wedding she always knew what we needed and helped us form our vision for the photos. Erin managed to capture some of the most priceless moments that we did not even know to ask for. She has an eye for what is important to people and helped me to take hundreds of flattering pictures when I have never considered myself photogenic. Unmatched Service and Experience

Hiring our wedding photographer was a big decision for us since most of our friends had negative experiences with their photographer, or they didn’t like how their pictures turned out. I am incredibly thankful we were lucky enough to snag Erin for our big day, because she put all of our concerns to rest and was the best photographer we could have asked for! Amazing photographer who considers all details!

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Erin and her team! From the beginning of our time working with her, she formed a relationship with us. She was very organized, professional, and cared about us and our "wedding journey." Throughout our engagement session, bridal portraits, rehearsal dinner, and wedding, Erin captured great photos that we will truly cherish for a lifetime. I was first introduced to Erin’s work while googling images of my future venue and noticed most of the pictures that were being displayed came with her logo attached. After pulling up her website I knew we had to meet since she was not only familiar with my venue but her each of her photographs were stunning in their own way. All it took was one meeting and we’ve never looked back! We could not be happier with our choice to use Erin for both our engagement and wedding photographs. Erin is so sweet and incredibly easy to work with. She is never more than a text or email away and always responds promptly. Her pictures are exactly how she describes her style- real and genuine. They are not over filtered or edited but instead perfectly captured to reflect each couples unique love story. Once the wedding day arrived I knew we were in the best hands. One of my favorite parts of working with Erin was meeting with her to design our wedding album. It was the perfect way to wrap up all of the emotions and hard work that go into a wedding by sitting down to reminisce on all of our favorite images together. Erin is not only an exceptional photographer, but also a truly genuine and kind person who is incredibly easy to deal with. She puts a great amount of effort into getting to know you to ensure everything is personalized and perfect for your wedding day. We did not even live in the Charlotte area yet she was incredibly flexible in scheduling Skype sessions througout the wedding planning process. She is remarkable at capturing special moments and candid shots you didn't even realize existed! We hardly noticed when photos were being taken throughout our wedding day. Erin was so wonderful! From the moment we spoke on the phone before even seeing any of her work in person I knew I wanted her to be our photographer. She was so patient and kind and really listened to what I was looking for in our pictures. I honestly can't say enough good things about Erin. Not only is she extremely talented and amazing at what she does, but she is so easy to work with and just the sweetest person. I have known Erin for a long time and it is because of that we were actually hesitant to book with her at first. Why hire someone just because you know them, right? But I can honestly say that my mom and I are in agreement that deciding to go with Erin was the BEST decision we made for the whole wedding.
She really took the time to listen and understand what we wanted and actually followed through to deliver those results!! Less posed and more candid. During our consultation she was asking questions about things that I never would have considered that ended up leading to not only STUNNING photos, but memories that I will always cherish.
And I don't know how she did it, but Erin somehow managed to get our anti-photo grooms party to cooperate and enjoy the process! I am so in love with how their (and all) photos turned out.

Erin was spectacular!! I have only seen the sneak preview blog for my daughter's wedding & reception at the Peninsula Club this past weekend, but I am totally thrilled with the photos Erin and her assistant have taken!! I’m not even sure where to begin with Erin Kranz. She was absolutely fantastic! When I began my wedding planning, I was searching online for venues when I came across Erin’s blog. I actually chose my venue based on pictures of weddings that Erin had done there! Before we even met I knew I HAD to have her as our wedding photographer and when we did meet I knew it was meant to be! Erin is such a sweet and kind soul with a God given talent for photography. Erin was AMAZING!!!
Vicki and I looked at 3 photographers before we met Erin. We knew right away that she was the one to "capture" our day. Her personality, obvious dedication to her craft and professionalism are second to none. She had so many great ideas but was not "pushy" about any of them, like we found some others to be. Honestly, we went with most of what she suggested because it was like she was reading our minds. She knew what we wanted before we did! She was always flexible when scheduling our sessions and prompt when arriving. Professionalism and courtesy at its best! She certainly has an eye for getting the pictures that really portray everyone's feelings and excitement. She was able to capture everyone's personalities as well...even though she had only known us a short time. When we look through all our different event photos, we were so happy to see that she had actually captured the true "US"! Erin is truly the best in Charlotte! We met her at the bridal expo and immediately knew we wanted her to be our photographer. She did our engagement pictures and wedding and each and every picture is stunning. Not only are we in love with our pictures but we love her too! She takes time to get to know her couples and captures their relationships in her pictures. We got married on September 3rd this year and we still get asked who our photographer was. When we had started to plan our wedding we had kept hearing Erin Kranz's name for photography, so we decided to look into hiring her! Thank goodness we did, all the buzz we heard was ALL TRUE! Erin is one of the sweetest people we have ever met and makes you feel 100% comfortable with your wedding day. Not to mention her pictures are drop dead gorgeous. My husband and I have a joke when taking pictures, that you can't fix ugly. Well somehow Erin does in all of her pictures! We still look at our pictures and tear up every time. Our first photographer and the one forever!! Amongst other things, Erin is talented, organized, and has a great personality. She captured our best smiles and poses throughout the city of Charlotte while shooting our engagement pictures.

When we first met Erin over a year ago we had met with a few other wedding photographers. We knew within minutes that we had found the only one we wanted to shoot our important day! Erin went above and beyond everything we wanted in a photographer, but also as a person. Personality is such a big deal when selecting someone to be around on your special day. Erin is the perfect balance of there for the special moments and also in the background so you are able to focus on your partner, family and friends. And she even put up with my brother's comical antics throughout the day! (Ask her about the Panda joke he decided to tell, and send us all into giggles, as we were cramming to finish the group photos during our sneak peek!) To top it off we had our photos in two weeks! We have fallen head over heels in love with our photos and are struggling to find our favorite ones! We found Erin through a wedding photography friend of ours and we were so happy with our choice! Before we even met Erin the first time, she asked us all sorts of questions so she was prepared for our meeting. Our first meeting was great - she had a presentation lined up and let us look through her wedding albums. Throughout everything, Erin was very sweet and extremely professional and organized. We really appreciated her attention to detail! During our engagement session, she made us feel extremely comfortable so it wasn't awkward at all. We got our engagement photos within two weeks. Throughout our engagement, she sent us small gifts, such as a marriage book and a Starbucks gift card - SO thoughtful! Our wedding day was absolutely fantastic - we really appreciated her efficiency (we were concerned about having enough time at our reception) and once again attention to detail. For family photos after the ceremony, she quickly ran through a list so each group would know when it was their turn to be in the photos. She brought along a second shooter who was also fun and got some great shots! We were SHOCKED at how fast we got our wedding photos - in two weeks!! We absolutely LOVE all of them and feel Erin captured our day perfectly. If there is any photo you specifically want, she will make sure to get it. Erin was great at our fusion Vietnamese/Western wedding. My family was very skeptical to have someone who does not know Vietnamese traditions to be in charge of the photography but I insisted on getting Erin's help because of the beautiful work that I have seen from her. The wedding day was long-Erin arrived prompt and smiley at 9am in the morning and left closer to 10pm. We walked through the details of the day before-hand and she captured everything beautifully. Everyone was very happy with the results-including my family who can be hard to please.

Erin was a fantastic photographer! Having never been photographed by a professional before, she made us both feel very comfortable and captured some great natural moments! Doing the engagement session and seeing all the great pictures made me feel much less nervous about the photography for our wedding day. It was really really hot the day of the wedding but Erin made sure we were okay and we stayed right on schedule. She also did a great job handling our somewhat rowdy bridal party! Several guests commented that my photographer was "everywhere" (in a good way), and it was true, she really didn't miss anything! Following the wedding, we received our pictures quickly (the online gallery was great!) and then she gave us the cutest package including a USB drive, some prints, and a little surprise. It was really unexpected and thoughtful! After that, we met again shortly after to review the amazing album she designed for us. She was receptive to changes I wanted to make and I had the albums in hand just a few weeks after! I love them so much! Her photography is natural and beautiful- not covered in heavy filters or effects. I would recommend her to everyone. She's a talented photographer and sweet person!

Erin truly provides the total package! My husband and I cannot be more pleased with our experience with Erin. Not only are her pictures amazing, but she provides outstanding customer service. In planning our wedding we were surprised to meet many wedding vendors that were difficult to get a hold of, unclear of services provided, or just plain unpleasant -- Erin is NONE of these things. We wish all vendors were as easy to work with as she was. She met all of our expectations, if not exceeded them. I mean.. the proof is in the pictures. I cannot say enough great things about Erin Kranz Photography. The photos I received from my wedding day made me relive every emotion I felt all over again. At our initial meeting Erin told me one of her photography goals was to capture real moments, and that's exactly what she did. I'm confident my husband and I will be able to look back at our photos for years to come and remember every special moment of our wedding day. Erin is absolutely amazing!! I felt like she did a great job of merging our own personal style with her own and she perfectly captured our personalities and relationship on camera. She was very flexible and great to work with! And on top of her incredible photography skills, she is an all around awesome human being! During our family formals on our wedding day, we had rowdy families and members with special needs that needed accommodations during pictures. She was able to manage the crowd as well as accommodate all of the family members. She is incredibly professional and I did not feel like her photography was intrusive like I have seen at other weddings. While photography in general is expensive, I felt like Erin's prices were reasonable and the quality was excellent. I would HIGHLY recommend her!

Since I live out of the Charlotte area, I had to meet and select most of vendors through Skype, which can be a little awkard, but from the very first time I Skyped with Erin, I knew I wanted her to be there to capture our wedding day! She is so down to earth and friendly, which made us feel so comfortable throughout the planning process and of course the day of! She truly listened to all of our wants and needs and made them a reality on our wedding day. Her pictures are so beautiful and natural and really capture the essence of the day! Erin and her team are thoughtful, incredibly talented and have the ability to capture your wedding better than you could ever dream. Erin helped me last minute with my Bridal portraits and was amazing. We had to reschedule the first shoot due to weather and was very accommodating and had great communication. The day of the shoot, she was very punctual and on time. She gave great direction, made me feel beautiful and listened to my ideas as well. She was always smiling and a delight to work with. Her photos came out beautiful as well. All of my bridesmaids won't stop commenting on how good her shots were and they ask if she's doing my wedding as well. Unfortunately she can't do my wedding because it will be in MA but I wish I could bring her with me. You will not be disappointed with her.

The pictures of my daughter's wedding are beautiful. I can't be happier and I have received so many compliments ....from stunning to exquisite to beautiful. My husband and I loved our experience with Erin from engagement photos through our wedding day. All of our photos are lovely and we are so excited to have this season captured so well! Erin was very dedicated to creating the results we hoped for. Erin went out of her way to find the perfect location for our engagement shots after I shared what I was hoping for and was very intentional to make sure everything we wanted captured on our wedding day was considered. She is kind, warm, considerate and a joy to have around. She has a real eye for beauty and works hard to capture the vision she has created with you. We also felt that her pricing was very reasonable. I am so happy with the pictures that I received from Erin. She captured so many beautiful moments! When I got the pictures back, I really felt like they told the story of the night in an artful way. She was extremely professional and did a great job of answering all the questions that I had in advance of our wedding day. I was worried about where to take our pictures since I was an out of town bride, and Erin suggested a beautiful location that was exactly what I had envisioned. Erin was the first vendor that we booked for our wedding and my wife and I loved working with her from first meeting. When looking for a wedding photographer, we were most concerned with finding someone who understood us as a couple and could capture our unique wedding story. Erin was able to do both of those things flawlessly and seemingly effortlessly. She was accommodating and easy to work with from our first consult all the way through ordering extra prints after our wedding was over. Erin was the first vendor that I booked from my wedding. I met her at that bridal showcase at that convention center. I first called Erin a month before our wedding, which we planned last minute (after being engaged for over a year). She immediately returned my call, and I couldn't be happier that she did! Erin was so willing to accommodate our tight schedule, and she still made sure that she knew all of the "Bridal" and "Wedding" moments my husband and I wanted to capture.

Erin's attention to detail is fantastic, and she did a beautiful job of documenting our wedding day from start to finish. She managed to capture so many different moments, and browsing through our completed photographs was such an enjoyable experience because there were so many pleasant surprises! Erin is a great photographer. In fact she is so amazing it took me almost 5 months to choose my photos for my album! We could not be happier with Erin! We found her early in our engagement, and booked her immediately. She was very warm and engaging, and made us feel so comfortable. We used her for engagement photos, and for our wedding. Everything was perfect, down to every little detail. I have been in the Charlotte event industry for over 5 years, so when it came time for me to start planning my own wedding; choosing Erin as my photographer was a no-brainer. I had worked with her many times and have always enjoyed her and her calm nature. She has an incredible eye for the perfect shot and is willing and able to go the extra mile to capture it. Erin was always responsive through out the entire planning process and when our second shooter came down with pneumonia only a few days out from our wedding date, she immediately called me to tell me and reassured me that the new second shooter (her husband) was going to be great. She was not wrong! My husband and his friends actually enjoyed taking pictures because he made it fun. Overall Erin is amazing at capturing the couples unique and individual personalities through her pictures. Erin did a GREAT job on our engagement pictures. My fiance and myself were very nervous about this pictures since neither one of us love having our picture taken and engagement pictures are so personal. Erin made us feel extremely comfortable and even had us laughing throughout the process. It was such a relaxing experience. Also, she was extremely helpful and flexible. Erin found us the perfect spot for the rustic engagement pictures we were looking for! Our family and friends are raving over the pictures.

At first the poses seemed contrived. But after looking at the pictures, they turned out to look natural and graceful. Erin definitely has an eye for things that we would have never thought of.
