Erica is such a talented artist! When she finished my makeup on my wedding day, I gasped when I looked in the mirror! I truly had never felt more beautiful. After our trial, I loved how she did my makeup but made a few tweaks afterwards which she totally listened to and incorporated. On my wedding day, I knew I was in the best hands and she totally delivered on my bridal makeup vision! My mom, mother-in-law, and two maids of honor also loved their makeup and enjoyed working with Erica. Erica is the ultimate professional and so fun and easy to work with! I wish she could do my makeup every day - cannot say enough good things about Erica. Incredible Natural Glam MUA
Erica was absolutely magic. She did my bridal makeup with no trial and it was beyond perfect. The mix of natural and beautiful cheeks, lashes, smokey eyes, and lips were perfect; her style and judgement was flawless. She also did an amazing job on my mom and mother in law, seeing them at their best was truly incredible. Chatting with her about what I was looking for was such a breeze. She gave me the perfect touch up pack so everything lasted all night and I literally found some of the individual lashes still on 2 days later! Go with Erica, you will LOVE her and your makeup.

From the day that I reached out to Erica she was super responsive. Finding a makeup artist for my wedding was a daunting challenge - I wanted to walk the very thin line of looking like myself but also feeling my most beautiful and glam ever. Most of the makeup artists I saw felt either too natural or too overdone until I found Erica. Above all else, Erica is an artist. She uses makeup to highlight your natural features in a perfectly tailored way. After my trial she asked for photos to see how well my makeup held up and when I told her my foundation didn’t withstand the humidity, she brainstormed a new list of products to use for my wedding. Leading up to the wedding she quickly replied to my panicked Instagram DM about a newly emerging pimple with skincare tips and recommendations. On my wedding day, I couldn’t believe her care and attention to detail to make sure every part of my makeup, including my finicky skin, was perfect. She took her time to make sure everyone in my wedding party was happy and all of my bridesmaids said their makeup was the best it had ever looked. I’ve never felt or looked more beautiful because of her.
Beyond just being an expert in her craft, Erica was the best kind of vendor to work with because she became more like a friend. She was flexible and accommodating when I asked her to stay last minute throughout my wedding photos for touch-ups (having her there through the ceremony was the best, couldn’t recommend this more!). She helped calm me down when I almost fainted from the nearly 100-degree day and was so fun to be around. I know I’ll be going to her for any events in the future. She truly is the best of the best!

Simply the best!
Erica is a master of her craft and a phenomenal person to work with. I was adamant about doing a trial before booking with anyone and thank goodness I did it this way. I did 2 makeup trials before my scheduled one with Erica and there was just no comparison. Erica took her time to talk to me about what I was looking to achieve, if it was possible, and then she went to work. I could not stop staring at the pictures that we took during my trial because she managed to make my eyes pop in a way that I has never been done. Throughout the next several months we’d message via Instagram and text and I felt like we became friends more than just a working relationship. The day before our wedding Erica reached out to see if there was anything that she could help with which was incredibly thoughtful and not something any other vendor had done. Wedding day arrives and she shows up with all her stuff organized, sanitized, and ready to hit the ground running. Erica worked on 3 bridesmaids, my mother, and myself, who all had various skin tones and she made us all feel beautiful. Our makeup lasted all night even through all the dancing and each of us felt like an elevated version of ourselves which is what we were looking for. If I can work with Erica again there will be no hesitation at all. Thank you again for being part of our special day.

Erica is truly the best MUA to work with!
I can’t thank Erica enough for her services on my wedding day. I had been engaged for a while and had a hard time finding a make up artist I trusted as lots of them use filters on the social media pages. I looked through Erica’s page and was so relieved to see her beautiful work and her commitment to showing real make up on her page. I booked a trial with her just a few weeks before my wedding and it went better than I had expected. First of all, Erica is truly the nicest and most genuine person. She was so kind and put me at ease during the session. I explained to her that I wanted a subtle glam look but still wanted to look like myself and didn’t provide much more guidance. She took that and was able to put together a look that made my skin glow and my eyes pop without making me look cakey. I left my appointment feeling so pretty! She also made sure to text me the following day to ask about how long the make up lasted and how I felt about everything after wearing the look for a few hours. I decided to make a few changes (mainly just adding more eyeliner and lashes) and she was so accommodating and offered some suggestions for lip color etc. On the morning of my wedding, I was feeling so overwhelmed and stressed, and It was so nice to have Erica come in and give me an hour of peaceful time. She could tell I was overwhelmed and channeled my energy and gave me the experience I needed. I was also so distracted by everything else that I didn’t look at my make up until she was done. I was so blown away by her work. She made me feel so beautiful without changing my face too much. Every single person at the wedding commented on how stunning my eyes looked. Erica spent a long time putting in individual lashes to make sure I looked natural but glam. My make up also lasted all evening and the photos taken at the beginning of the day didn’t look much different from the end of the evening. She was also so sweet to all my Bridesmaids and made them feel beautiful as well. I really can’t recommended her enough. If you want someone super talented, sweet, and professional, Erica is your person! You won’t regret it.

I loved working with Erica for my wedding makeup, she was recommended to me by my wedding coordinator and working with her was a joy from start to finish. Erica is easy to communicate with, has the cutest studio for trials, and is a calm and fun presence to have around on your big day! Fantastic MUA
Erica was recommend to me by my SIL, whom she is very good friends with. I'd seen her work via her Instagram and felt confident in her capabilities. She was very quick to respond to any of my inquiries and is always kind and professional. Erica talked me through her cleaning protocols when I booked her in the thick of Covid for my June 2021 wedding (I'm a nurse so that really comforted me). We were very happy with the look from the trial and had a good plan for the wedding. Fast forward the actual wedding day and I have zero complaints. Erica and her assistant were early for our meet time! They were efficient without cutting any corners and had the time to accommodate an add on. My bridesmaids, mom, MIL, and myself looked stunning. I was especially happy with my makeup! It sprinkled during our ceremony (we were outside), I danced my butt off during the reception (read sweaty), and my makeup never faltered! She is worth every penny and I look forward to working with her again!

Erica is super amazing and talented!! In the last 2 months leading up to my wedding, I had to change makeup artist due to overbooking. I was very nervous and anxious trying to find a new artist who was comfortable working with monolids. During the trial with Erica, she was very attentive to what I liked and did not like from my previous trial with the other artist. I would have to say she was way more attentive and cared so much more than the other artist and was super thankful to have found her. Even after the trial, she understood and knew what kind of changes I would like to make from the trial on the wedding day (I am terrible at explaining especially for someone who rarely wears any makeup daily). During the whole wedding day, I did not need to touch up at all and I think the makeup stayed on well throughout the whole night! Even with all the tears, my makeup did not smear at all! Erica even provided a whole bag of "emergency" items such as oil blotting sheets, makeup remover, extra lip stick, and etc. I also hired Erica to do makeup for my 4 bridesmaid, she had an extra artist help her and she was fantastic as well. For anyone looking for a very professional, personable, and attentive makeup artist, HIRE ERICA! Erica is amazing ! she is so talented and such a kind soul . I was very nervous because my biggest fear have always been not liking my make up on the most important day of my life. When I first get in touch with her I was horrible at describing the look I was going for, I showed her few pictures I saved from Pinterest, but I wanted the eye make up from one picture, lips from another and eyebrows from completely different picture. But she was able to give me exactly what I want, I’m so in love with the final look. She is so attentive, caring and truly enjoy what she is doing.
My make up didn’t only look good but stayed on whole night and I didn’t have to touch up once ( ask my MOH who had my clutch , she hates me for never carrying my own bag her whole life LOL )
She is so thoughtful for giving me bag full of useful make up kits, skincare , make up remover etc, they come in so handy during our honeymoon.

A Wonderful Experience!
I had the most wonderful bridal makeup experience with Erica Basha! I’m so grateful I was able to connect with her in time for my early Sept “COVID wedding”. She is friendly, responsive, thoughtful, completely professional, and of course, incredibly talented at her work. I was nervous about “full/formal” bridal makeup, whether it would look like “too much” or if I’d look “like me” on my wedding day, and during our preview, Erica talked me through her recommendations for my look and explained what she was doing every step of the way. I never felt like she was talking me into something I didn’t want to do; she asked questions, listened to my feedback, and translated my nervous, inexperienced-with-makeup rambling into the ethereal, blushing look I’d hoped for! She was able to show me what my finished makeup would look like in photo and video (very helpful!).
After our preview she checked in every so often during the following day to see how my makeup was holding up. She’d even tried different lashes on each eye to be sure we used the best possible one on my actual wedding day! So smart!
On the day of my wedding I was probably she most nervous bride she has ever dealt with, and I congratulate her on being the most calming presence out of everyone there while I was getting ready! She even helped me practice my vows, and was just an expert at soothing those ridiculous pre-aisle jitters.
My makeup turned out gorgeously, and did not budge one tiny bit the entire day. I am so thankful for Erica’s help. She is a genius. Finally - She followed all COVID protocols in a very professional way, something invaluable to brides during this time. Thank you, Erica!!!

Erica came to the trial with an open mind and expert input, forming a look tailored to my skin and my wedding vision. The day of the wedding, she and her assistant arrived early with easygoing positivity, setting the stage for the day so my girls and I looked and felt our best. She even assembled a touchup kit for me to use later in the day, but I didn't need a single item because my makeup stayed put from noon to midnight! My beauty guru friends texted me afterwards to learn some of her secrets. I truly felt pampered and in great hands with Erica, and if I had to do the wedding all over again, I'd pick her every time.

Best decision ever!
Erica is the absolute best! I found her after having a makeup trial that went totally south, and she completely eased my anxiety about finding a look that embodied my vision for my wedding day. She welcomed me into her home for my trial, where she made me feel completely comfortable, and confident in her ability to create the perfect look for my wedding day. I knew before I even left my trial that I had to hire her for my wedding! Erica is so extremely talented at what she does, but she is also fun, genuine, and kind. I loved my make-up for my wedding day so much, and I wish I could have Erica do my makeup every day!! I promise you will not regret your investment with Erica, for any occasion. Wonderful!!!
Having known Erica for years, I knew I was in great hands, however, my experience was even better than I could have ever imagined! Erica took my very unclear vision during my trial and created the most perfect wedding look for me! She gave recommendations for make up and skin care products during the trial and took her time to get everything just right. She always responded to random questions I emailed quickly and enthusiastically! On the day of Erica also made my mom, sister, and bridesmaids look absolutely stunning! I must say- I’ve never felt more beautiful in my life than I did that day- and my make up lasted all day and night!! I’m so happy/grateful to have had Erica for make up and would highly recommend her to anyone for their wedding!!!

Erica was an AMAZING makeup artist!! She’s super talented, and knows how to translate what “look” you’re going for into something that will work for you! Also, she knows how to make sure your makeup STICKS to your face. At the end of the night, I was looking as flawless as I did during my husband’s and my first look! Erica’s also so sweet and easy to talk to, and she made me feel super at-ease amid all the wedding craziness! I can’t recommend her enough.

Erica is amazing!
First let me start off by saying Erica is an absolutely amazing makeup artist. She is so talented and made my bridesmaids and I feel so beautiful for the wedding! Not only is she an amazing make up artist she’s also the sweetest and kindest person. I was super nervous and her calm demeanor helped to relax me and ease my nerves. She went above and beyond to make sure that my bridesmaids and I got exactly what we wanted. She does a beautiful job making your skin look natural and even toned with a perfect subtle glow. It never looks thick or caked on. The makeup stayed in perfect place all night and through many hours of dancing! If you’re in need of a make up artist I would recommend Erica over and over again! She was the absolute best and really helped to make my special day even more special.

I have never felt more beautiful! Erica is amazing!
I had been dragging my feet on hiring a make-up artist because I didn't know how to tell who was good. A college friend recommended Erica and I was so happy to be the date of one of her only available Saturdays. Book early ladies! She is so responsive and accommodating to schedule a trial. The make-up that she uses is so light but gives full coverage and looks so natural. I also wanted a bright lip color and natural but long lashes. Erica listened and looked at various pictures that I showed her and was able to take each piece and combine it into the perfect make-up. I have never felt more beautiful! I cannot praise her enough!

Erica was such a pleasure to have with me on my wedding day. I have never had my makeup done and enjoyed the way it looked... until my makeup trial with Erica. I was blown away with how she managed to make my best features pop, while also keeping a natural look that I wanted. She was so professional throughout the whole process and on my wedding day brought an amazing assistant to help with my bridesmaids and mother-in-law. I felt amazing and I loved not only how my pictures came out, but also how I looked in person. She made a cute little makeup bag for me to take with me for the day. I also appreciated how she took the time to do individual lashes instead of strips and just overall how everything came out. I would absolutely recommend Erica. Her prices are reasonable and you are getting a true professional!

SO glad I booked Erica!!
I’m so thankful I chose Erica to do my makeup. She was so helpful and easy to work with. My bridesmaids and I looked great in person and in photos on my wedding day! One thing I loved was that she worked with each of us and really listened to what we wanted. I liked a more natural look and my sister wanted something more dramatic. She made that happen flawlessly. In my trial I found the eyelashes to be itchy (turns out I have a latex allergy) so she used a special glue that solved the problem. My eyelashes (and makeup) looked great all night long. We also loved the second artist she brought with her, Ivy. She made my mother feel so relaxed AND beautiful.
I can’t recommend Erika enough. Thank you!!!

Amazing makeup artist!!!
Erica did SUCH a fantastic job for me and my bridal party on my wedding day. I am always anxious to have my makeup done out of fear of it looking too heavy or not like myself, but Erica did a great job dealing with this and listening to my wants and needs for my day. She was adaptable when I decided last minute I wanted more rose gold than smokey eye shadow and it looked fantastic. Her assistant was equally as amazing and everyone was so happy with their looks. I got many compliments!! I would highly recommend Erica!!

Erica is amazing!
Let me start by saying that I am not the easiest girl to please when it comes to makeup. I am pretty good at doing my makeup and have really high expectation which is why Erica was the 3rd person I had a trial with. The first 2 did not wow me. Erica was very different. She gave me the most amazing makeup of my life. She carefully listened to all my ideas and provided some suggestions. They all were spot on. The makeup, both trial and the big day, lasted all day long which was crucial for a June outside wedding. She went above and beyond on the big day by preparing a special "touch-up" kit for me to use throughout the evening. We had a lot of girls getting ready so she also brought the second artist with her - the second artist was amazing as well. All the women looked STUNNING. I could not recommend Erica enough for her skill, professionalism, responsiveness, flexibility and as a little bonus - she is a very sweet person! Thank you so much for everything, Erica!!!

The PERFECT artist for me!
Erica was friendly, reasonable, reliable, and trustworthy. I truly felt like we were friends during this process. I did my trial for my engagement pics and LOVED my look.
I hired her to do my make-up for my bridal shower as well where she took the opportunity to try a slightly different look, that way I could be certain as to what I wanted for my wedding day.
She gave great skincare advice and went out of her way to recommend products to me that would make my skin the best for my wedding day.
On the day of the wedding she was patient when my bridal party was trying to procrastinate during the getting ready process. She gave me the lip gloss she used on me for both my bridal shower and my wedding, which was amazing.
She is also the reason I was so happy with my photographer as Erica recommended Rebeca Wilcher, which I went with and loved.
For quality of work and time spent, I would definitely say her prices are reasonable. She took extra time to make me a wedding day kit, which was so thoughtful.
If you are looking for an artist for your big day, Erica is the ONLY way to go!!!

I cannot say enough great things about Erica. She was so easy to work with and is such an amazing makeup artist. She did my trial the same day as my engagement pictures and it turned out to be the hottest day of the year. My makeup looked flawless throughout it all. On my wedding day she was such a calming force within the room not to mention once again did such great work. She listens but also provides great suggestions. I’ve received some of my wedding pics back and I couldn’t be happier. She was so great to work with and I will be recommending her to all my friends! Angels of Calm
Erica and Ivory were the first people I saw the morning of my wedding. They immediately brought a sense of peace into the bridal suite. All day long they worked diligently while simultaneously humoring my friends and family with small talk about beauty trends and life. They did more then they knew to smooth over the ripples of anxiety and apprehension that appear as one preps for an event with a year and a half lead time.
About their work: all of my party looked amazing, and perhaps more importantly, felt amazing! I had a few that had never had their make up done professionally at all, and some wearing lashes for the first time.
Erica did a great job incorporating notes from a trial a full year prior. I felt perfect. I didn’t think about my makeup once for the rest of the night. And despite fears he’d think it was too much, my groom thought I looked beautiful too. Can’t wait for the first look photos with tears to prove it!

Erica was the epitome of professional when I contacted her for a trail pre wedding. Her emails were responsive and she was flexible when our dates for the trail had to change. Erica will work with you, she listens to what you want and can also help guide you if you’re someone like me who wasn’t quite sure of the the look they wanted. All the products used on my skin were of high quality and lasted hours. When it came to my wedding day, she was prompt and came with an aresenal of supplies, she was great even when I decided to change how I wanted my eye makeup to look from what we discussed at the trail. I loved my makeup for my wedding day, it stayed all evening and night And only had to re-apply my lipstick once during the night which she provides to you along with a personalized little makeup bag of things you’ve might need which I thought was a great touch. I highly recommend if you want to look amazing on your wedding day!

Responsive makeup artist for small wedding party
Erica was wonderful--responsive from the start and very clear about explaining to me, a complete makeup novice, any questions I had about what she was doing. Erica was good about accommodating a small bridal party (myself and maid of honor) without charging an exorbitant amount. I was at first hesitant about doing a makeup trial but I'm glad I did it since it gave me a sense of what I'd look like in professional makeup and gave me the chance to change a couple small details I wouldn't have known to ask for otherwise.

The best bridal makeup experience!
Erica is such an incredible makeup artist! Her positive energy, professionalism and attention to detail instantly eased my nerves and made me feel like my absolute best self on my wedding day. As a mixed race bride, I was apprehensive about finding a makeup artist who was comfortable working with my complexion -- but not Erica! During our bridal trial, I was blown away by how well she followed my vision and matched my skin tone. She also did my mother's make up and my mother-in-law's makeup the day of my wedding and they were both so happy with the results. I seriously could not recommend Erica more!

Absolutely Amazing!
I originally planned to do several makeup trials to find the right makeup artist for my wedding, but I did my trial with Erica first and it became extremely evident that I didn't need to look any further. Erica is hands down the best makeup artist I've ever worked with. In addition to being extremely talented, Erica is kind, funny, professional, responsive, and listens to you, and to what you want. She will work with you to make sure you look your absolute best, and that you still feel and look like you.
I could not be more thrilled with the way Erica did my makeup on my wedding day, and all of my bridesmaids were thrilled too. In every wedding I've ever been a part of it seems like there is always at least one person who is unhappy with their makeup and is secretly trying to fix it in the bathroom-not so with Erica! Every one that Erica did makeup for could not stop talking about how great she was, and how happy they were with the way they looked.
And perhaps most importantly, the fantastic makeup Erica applied did not budge, when I finally made it home at around 2:00 am after my wedding and hours of dancing-my makeup was still as perfect as when Erica finished it nearly 12 hours before.
It was such a pleasure to work with Erica, and if you work with her you will not be disappointed. I cannot recommend her enough!

Excellent experience
I recently got married and I remember when I started my research on makeup artists in the DC region. I perused the internet and looked at a few but none really stood out. My criteria was someone who could do a natural look. So I reached out to a good friend and she immediately recommended Erica Basha, as she was the lead artist for her wedding. I remember seeing photos of my friend and she looked incredible. Now going into this whole process, I was nervous since I had never gotten my make up done professionally and because I am Indian, wasn't sure how the colors would jive with my skin color. We talked on the phone and Erica immediately put me at ease. I articulated what my end goal was and she assured me that it could be done. Meeting her in person was even better. She is incredibly nice, professional and uber-talented. I was more than happy with my wedding look - it was exactly what I wanted and I felt beautiful. She not only did my makeup but also some of my bridesmaids and I know that they were equally happy. I can not recommend Erica enough. She is a true artist!

Meticulous Artist Perfection
Erica exceeds the bar at all levels. For communications, she was always quick to respond and flexible in adjusting scheduling to meet my needs for the trial as well as the day of. She also has a very calming presence which helped everyone relax. She is meticulous in her artistry and can achieve any look you request. She is that sought after combination of being extremely talented as well as dedicated to her craft. She stays up to date on the latest products, techniques, and styles. At every wedding I've been a part of in the past, there was always at least one person who ended up not liking their look. Not so with Erica! All of my bridesmaids, the MOB, and the MOG loved their make-up. So much so that everyone was buying each other products Erica had used for Christmas presents. The cherry on top is that while you look absolutely stunning, the way Erica applies products makes you feel like you aren't wearing any make-up at all. My flawless makeup lasted all night with no touch-ups. I truly cannot recommend Erica enough and look forward to finding excuses to use her services again soon!

Best makeup artist in the D.C. metro area
First, I should start off by saying that I am very particular about my hair and my makeup. I never like it when someone else does my makeup... well, at least that was the case until I found Erica! She spent time on the phone and in-person listening to me describe what I like and don't like, as well as looking at countless photos so we could achieve a wedding look that made me beautiful yet still like myself. She was patient, kind and honest throughout the whole process, which I really appreciated. I felt gorgeous on my wedding day and so did each girl who got their makeup done by her. I highly recommend her services and I plan to continue working with her for other big events! She is so down to earth, friendly and incredibly talented!

I'd hire her again!
Erica did some beautiful makeup on my mom, sister, and myself for my wedding day. I booked a makeup trial beforehand and had some changes I wanted to make, which she graciously acknowledged and did a second trial for free to ease my concerns! On the day of the wedding, she completely knocked it out of the park and I loved it so much, especially because she managed to cover some bad scars flawlessly! She also has great music taste and is super laid back so book her already!

Absolutely obsessed with Erica and her work! She's a true professional. I spent hours and hours looking for a MUA who offers classic makeup (none of that heavy liner/shadow look going around on Instagram), and I found her in Erica. Erica's work highlights your natural beauty rather than masking it behind layers of makeup - you look like yourself, but a more gorgeous, radiant, polished version. I have extremely oily skin and she was able to get my makeup to stay through the night. All of my bridesmaids (including one with severe allergies who hardly ever wears makeup) and my very picky mother and sister loved their looks as well; you could see them exuding confidence the entire day. To top it off, Erica's extremely friendly, accommodating and a great addition to your room while you're getting ready on the big day. I recommend her 100%!

Erica is so amazing!! Not only is her makeup artistry awesome, but she is exactly the type of person you want to have with you on your wedding day!! She is so calming, makes you feel at ease, and makes you laugh! I am SO glad I chose Erica for my wedding day (and engagement photos!)! My makeup (both times) was flawless and lasted over 12 hours!! I honestly think I only had to touch up lipstick once (after eating and drinking)!
Her style is more naturalistic (think: not caked on crazy heavy) and her goal is to truly makes you feel like the most beautiful version of yourself!! Erica was amazing! She was very responsive leading up to the wedding and during my big day. She was very easy and accommodating in scheduling a 'trial' and provided a ton of suggestions and feedback throughout. She arrived on-time with an assistant during the wedding day and put me at ease. Erica is amazing! My wedding makeup was flawless and lasted all day, with only the need to reapply lipstick after eating and drinking. Erica did makeup for me (bride), my sister, and my mom. We all had different makeup looks and we all looked our best!!!
I don't wear much makeup day to day (I basically only wear mascara and some concealer), and I really appreciated that Erica's makeup did not make me feel like I had a ton of stuff on my face!
Erica is down to earth and has a calming presence, which is exactly what I needed when I had tons of nerves on my wedding day. Also, to top it off, she will also send you off with a super cute goodie bag of some samples!
Erica was also super flexible with me on the start time of my makeup - something that ended up changing at the last minuter. :) I would LOVE to get my makeup done by Erica again - and highly recommend her!

Erica and her co-artist did a FABULOUS job on my bridal party team of 8. Even those that had originally opted out of doing make up changed their minds when they saw the beautiful work Erica did. Not only is her natural stunning make-up amazing but she is so sweet and nice. It was such a pleasant and easy day working with her. She also provided little goodies to help me through the day with touch ups and made my flower girls feel special with a little pop of color. I was honestly a little nervous about my wedding makeup, but Erica is extremely professional and has a calm personality that put me at ease right away. I was able to put my full trust in her skills. She made me feel beautiful and glamorous without looking clownish; I felt like the best version of myself. I loved everything including my complexion, eye makeup, and lip color… however, my favorite element had to be the individually applied eyelashes! I wish I could wear them every day. Erica is an amazing makeup artist and I cannot recommend her enough!

Erica. Is. Amazing!! I'm not someone who regularly wears makeup, nor do I know a lot about it, aside from a little eyeliner and mascara. I was really stressed about makeup for my wedding, because I've had experiences in the past with letting someone do my makeup, and they caked it on or used colors that were terrible on me. With Erica, all I had to do was screenshot some looks that I liked on Pinterest or wherever and send them to her, and she took over from there. She made the whole makeup part of my wedding day stress free for me. Erica also did makeuo for my mom and my matron of honor. She even gives all of her brides a little touch-up kit for the rest of the day with things like oil blotting sheets, lip gloss, a facial mask, and a little perfume sample. If I ever need makeup done for an event, she's my girl!! Thank you, Erica!!

Both made our skin dewy and fresh without the shine, gave perfect soft eyebrow definition and false lashes that were not too long and comfortable, and beautiful shadow. After the trial Erica emailed me additional shadow and lipstick options and we discussed exactly any changesI had in mind. I knew that she would do a flawless job day-of and that's what happened. Erica gave me a touch-up kit with lip color, blotting papers, makeup remover etc. Highly recommend Erica. You'll never look as good as how she makes you look on your wedding day.

Erica saved the day!! I was a frazzled bride whose prior makeup artist canceled 5 weeks before my wedding. A friend recommended Erica and I tell you, I only regret not finding her sooner! She was so responsive and accommodating to all my questions and needs. Erica showed up on my wedding day 30 mins early and did a wonderful job for myself, my mom, and 2 bridesmaids. I requested a soft, romantic, and natural look and she delivered. She made us look beautiful and elegant without being over done. My make up stayed on perfectly all day and night (it was raining and humid) all the way until 3 AM when the parties ended. I was absolutely in love with my makeup. I thought I could not come up with more positive things to say about Erica, and then our wedding pictures came in 3 weeks later... I saw my husband's jaw drop when he saw our photos for the first time. His reaction was even better than what he did during our first look, I was jealous!! LOL. Check out Erica's website, you'll notice that she also works with models in high fashion photo shoots. She is an amazingly talented artist with a beautiful esthetic and an eye for how the makeup will photograph. After a disastrous makeup trial elsewhere, and a lot of searching, I found Erica. Its not that my first trial was bad but it was that "heavy" bridal makeup that seems to be the new standard. Don't get me wrong, I love makeup but I for my spring winery wedding I wanted a soft, romantic look and Erica definitely delivered! My skin look flawless, my eyes glowed and I felt beautiful all night. My importantly, my husband (who hates makeup!) thought I looked stunning! After seeing Erica's work in several different weddings, I immediately had to book her for my own! Though I did not use her for hair, I highly recommend her for makeup! Erica is down to earth and so easy to work with! I didn't know what I wanted my wedding day makeup to look like when getting to my trial but Erica is very talented and experienced that she just went ahead and created her own look, which in the end was exactly what I was looking for! She's flexible and will work with you to get the exact look that you're going for.
Our wedding was about 2 hours away and Erica was open to travel (charging very modestly for the extra travel) and was on time. ON TIME. That's so important.
She completed the six of us (with the help of one other make up artist) in excellent timing and every bridesmaid couldn't stop raving about how stunning everyone looked! One of my bridesmaids from Athens (GA) told me she wished that Erica would travel down to Georgia for her upcoming nuptials. My mom commented on how AMAZING my sister looked. My best friend setup a trial with Erica after seeing what a beautiful job she did on another friend of ours makeup when she was in a wedding last summer. I was a little nervous since I've never had professional makeup done and still felt as though I looked like myself but I was very very pleasantly surprised with Erica. Not only was she professional, friendly, and just easy to be around but she asked a lot of questions about my makeup style, preferences and products and that really translated to her work. I would highly recommend Erica Basha to any bride looking for a makeup artist who is as professional and skilled as she is friendly and fun. Erica was able to create a classic and classy makeup look for me and I received many compliments on how I looked (due on no small part to Erica's work!). Many brides end up not looking like themselves on their wedding day, but Erica enhanced what I was born with without making me look like a totally different person -- I was me, but better. As someone who doesn't wear a lot of makeup regularly, I was nervous about having my makeup done, but Erica listened to my concerns and was able to design a look that I was happy with. I could not have ANY happier with the makeup job Erica did for me and my bridesmaids. Erica is the best!!
Erica was a delight to work with. She is super responsive and has great communication. I felt very comfortable around her. I'll never forget how calming and supportive she was when I started to feel some stress the morning of our wedding. She brought wonderful energy and good vibes :)
Her make up was superb. I cried so much and have no idea how my make up stayed intact! She is great at creating a fresh glowy skin and a natural elevated look.

Erica was terrific. She gave me a really soft, romantic look that made me look like the best version of myself, not somebody I don't recognize. She also did a great job incorporating feedback from my trial into the final look. I would definitely hire her again.
