I am so thankful that I found Heidi during my wedding planning process. I stumbled upon her completely by accident. She was on a list of recommended planners that was provided by the venue. I had skimmed over it and looked at a few different people. I came across Heidi's information and decided to look at her website. I immediately noticed that she offered specials for those in the military, police department, paramedics field, teachers, and firefighters. I decided to reach out and schedule a call. As soon as we talked over the phone for the first time, I knew that I had found someone truly incredible. I took just about 2 years to plan my husband and I's wedding. Over that time, I had the absolute privilege of working with many different people. Heidi is one of the people that I will always remember. She was always calm, kind, and listened to all of my ideas no matter how silly. She communicated clearly and quickly. She made so many tedious and complex parts of the wedding planning process feel stress free and easy. I would recommend Heidi to anyone. She is truly one of the kindest people I have met along the way in not only the wedding journey, but life. On the day of the wedding, things ran so smoothly. I 100% believe that Heidi is to thank for that. If I could leave a 10 star review, I would. Thank you, Heidi, for going above and beyond. I could not have imagined my husband and I's wedding day without you. -

Brittany Alphonso was recommended to me by a friend and we couldn’t be happier with the choice we made for our day of coordinator! Even leading up to the wedding, she answered so many of my questions, provided advice and so much more. I’m super type A and she was always so patient with me and made me feel like I didn’t have to worry about anything. Even if things ran behind a little bit on the day due to guests running late etc., everything was executed so wonderfully. Nothing phased her and she always remained calm and handled anything that was needed! She made sure my groom and I were always taken care of, bringing us drinks, food, and whatever else we needed. We worried about nothing that day. Endless possibilities also does florals and the florals completely exceeded my expectations. I sent them inspo pics and they turned out so beautiful 😊
Anyone that gets to work with Brittany and Heidi will feel so special and you’d think they’re part of your bridal party that’s the kind of energy they bring. They want everything to be perfect for you and they don’t miss a beat! Thank you to the EP team for making our day so so special, it was perfect ❤️ -

Endless Possibilities is by far the best wedding planner any happy couple could hope for!! My son recently got married at the Fountain of Youth and Endless Possibilities really live up to their name. Heidi took care of everything; even things we hadn’t thought of. She was at our beck and call from Day 1 to Wedding Day and after. She is professional, thoughtful, friendly, open to ideas while also offering some to add to the magic! If we had any issues or worries, she immediately resolved them with a calm, comforting smile. The wedding itself went beautifully, thanks to Endless Possibilities’ devotion to detail and attention to the grooms and our guests. I, as the mother of the Groom, am eternally grateful for all Heidi did and the burden she lifted off our shoulders. If you want a glorious day with no worries, Endless Possibilities is absolutely the way to go!!! Thank you, Heidi!!! -

After working in the wedding industry for years, choosing Endless Possibilities to plan my wedding was an easy choice. I have seen countless events that have been executed flawlessly by their team and I didn't think twice about booking them.
Erica was my planner and she was not only a flawless planner, but a true confidant and calming force during such a stressful time. I managed to stretch my wedding across four days with three different venues and lots of moving parts. It wasn't an easy ask, but everything came together absolutely perfectly and it was truly because Erica was at the helm. Every time I tried to help with something, she already had it handled. My wedding day was a dream and there was never one time I worried about what I was walking into or what was happening at a different venue.
If you want to truly enjoy your wedding day and see your vision come to life, EP is the way to go! -

Absolutely amazing
Erica is a blessing. Pulled our entire vision together from 5 hours away and had us absolutely wowed on the day of. Small wedding, approx. 20 people, but man… did she make it feel like the entire world attended. She nailed it from start to end and was absolutely phenomenal to work with.. feel like I can consider her a sister at this point, even with it being an 8 month planned microwedding. Justine was absolutely amazing as well and put all of her effort into making this such an amazing & memorable day. Cannot recommend this company and these two amazing ladies enough. -

Truly couldn't have asked for more. Heidi truly went above and beyond for us. You would have thought we were her only clients during the many months she worked with us to hand sculpt the wedding of our dreams. Through out the entire process Heidi was an absolute god send to us, and I can't say enough amazing things about her. Whatever we wanted, she made it happen. Her connections, and know how were absolute clutch as we came from out of town to where our venue was. If I could give her 10 stars I would! -

We had our wedding at Casa Monica in November of 2022. Erica and EP did an amazing job providing florals for our wedding. We were pretty flexible on exactly which flowers but had pretty clear constraints on colors and budget. EP went above and beyond our expectations, staying both on budget and delivering us a beautiful wedding. We also asked EP fairly last minute if they could help provide florals for our rehearsal dinner the evening before our wedding. They were willing, were very helpful and delivered a great result for that event, too. Highly recommended! -

Absolutely the Best!
Heidi is a lifesaver! She is the absolute best, without her and her staffs help our wedding day would have been a lot more hectic! Her quick thinking and ability to adapt on the drop of a dime is amazing. The flower arrangements her and her staff made were absolutely stunning. Heidi can take any idea and transform it to what you want to make sure your special day is perfect. She is full of ideas and is a quick text message or phone call away to help settle your nerves/stress of planning a wedding. Heidi and her team were phenomenal. We hired her back in 2019 for our March 2020 wedding. Heidi helped us reschedule our wedding twice and made the heart-breaking process as easy as it could be. She had our back every step of the way and we always felt so much better after talking/meeting with her. We couldn't have planned our wedding without her. Everything on the day of our wedding went so smooth and her team had everything covered. They are worth every penny and more. -

We came to meet Heidi a few months before the wedding, and we are so happy! She was very professional and made sure the day went smoothly. Her experience in wedding planning certainly came through. There was not a question, concern or problem that she didn’t have an answer and solution too. She made sure the wedding went off without a hitch. Additionally, she offered in-house florist services. The décor and bridal bouquet were absolutely beautiful and unique. The “slap bracelet” corsages were a huge hit as well! -

Heidi is AMAZING to work with!! Heidi was there with us every step of the way and made sure that our vision came to life. She is just a text or call away when things come up or you have questions on anything wedding related. She knows a lot of the venues and vendors around town and is great to ask any questions to regarding booking. She isn't pushy and makes sure that you are getting the support that you need from her. Erica was an AMAZING wedding coordinator. She was very familiar with my wedding venue (Fountain of Youth). She organized the wedding rehearsal, planned a wedding day timeline, prepared a table layout for the reception, and communicated with all my vendors in order to make our wedding day a spectacular and magical day! Despite last minute changes due to COVID, she still brought my wedding day together beautifully. She has the most positive and bubbly personality that made the nerves, butterflies, and stress on the day reduce significantly. I would recommend her to ANYONE who is wanting their wedding or event to be magical. Thank you so much, Erica for being the best coordinator EVER! -

Erica and Heidi were amazing to work with! The weather was a little iffy at the start but as soon as it cleared they were ready and the ceremony went without a hitch! An issue with the tables came up but it was resolved almost immediately because we didn't even notice something had happened! Leading up to it they answered questions promptly and made sure our wedding was the one we'd envisioned actually BETTER than we envisioned for ourselves! -

I really can't THANK Heidi and everyone on her staff enough for making our wedding day such a dream come true!
From the moment we spoke on the phone to the last moment of our wedding day, she was just SO AMAZING! To all my future brides out there: you seriously cannot go wrong with choosing Endless Possibilities Event Planning and its staff!!!! I was so lucky to have Heidi as our day-of-coordinator and she is just so wonderful to work with. She was kind the entire time with my gazillion questions throughout our planning process! I'm a type-A personality with a serious need for perfection and I am forever grateful to have been able to TRUST HEIDI, WITH MY EYES CLOSED, with all the details and timeline of my wedding. Throughout our wedding day, she was constantly asking my husband and me, if we needed anything or missing anything. She was so attentive to make sure that everything was perfect!
At the end of the night, She assisted with the sparkler send off and the arrival of the trolley to pick up our guest and my family couldn't stop complimenting how friendly she and Shua'ri was!
All in all, my wedding day was BEYOND PERFECT and it was all thanks to Heidi and her staff! -

Heidi was an absolute godsend in executing my wedding on 3/22/19 and I am so glad I found her! When I first met Heidi to see if we would be a good fit to work together, I didn't need more than 5 minutes to feel confident that I wanted her to help coordinate our wedding. I instantly felt like I had gained a forever friend. Heidi went above and BEYOND what was expected and I am so grateful for that. Heidi is very detail oriented (which I LOVE) and kept me on track throughout the entire wedding process; which I definitely needed! A few things that were important to me, being the bride were: that the day ran smoothly, I wanted to be stress free, and that the food tasted good lol. When it came time for the big day, Heidi made sure that I was not under any stress, and to say the day ran smoothly would be an understatement. Thank you Heidi for making our day beyond perfect! Leigh Sent on 03/02/2018Heidi has been amazing! I'm just at the beginning stages of planning my son's Rehearsal Dinner. Heidi has completely swept me off my feet and has totally put me at ease. She reached out to me within 10 minutes of me posting my request for help from a vendor. We hit it off immediately over the phone and I had no doubts she was the perfect choice to help me pull all of my thoughts and ideas together. She totally understands my vision and I'm confident we are going to have a spectacular event. I'm excited to continue working with her through the whole process. Right now, we are trying to pin down the venue and from there the fun begins....decorations, menus, linens....can't wait! My favorite part!

They are literally doing everything for me, from contacting my vendors to make sure everything is a go to contacting my guests and family members. They've also helped me save so much money on rentals and decor for my venue. They're really money savy, which is great for people like me who are on a strict budget.
