Christine was absolutely wonderful. As many of you may know, wedding planning can be incredibly stressful, and with our busy schedules, it was a lot to manage. Christine kept us on track every step of the way and handled several last-minute changes with total ease. We truly couldn’t have done this without her, and we’re so grateful for her calm, organization, and care throughout the entire process. Christine helped create the perfect wedding. She regularly met with us to discuss our planning and kept us on track and organized. We used several of her preferred vendors and were very happy with them, and we had so many compliments on all of them by our guests! Leading up to the wedding, she helped organize with all of our vendors which was a huge relief off our shoulders. The day of the event, everything went so seamlessly and that was due to Christine and her team making sure everything was well coordinated and on time. We could not have pulled off our perfect day without Enchanted Weddings! -

Christine is an absolute rockstar. She was truly one of the brightest parts of our entire wedding experience. From our very first introduction call to the final moments of our wedding day, she exceeded every expectation we had and then some.
She was the quiet angel in the background making all the magic happen, and we were so blown away that we even shouted her out in our speeches. Her presence, her professionalism, and her unwavering support shaped the entire planning process and the day itself in ways we’ll never forget.
Christine took our vision and not only brought it to life, but elevated it. She is incredibly responsive, deeply organized, and brings a calm, loving, steady energy to every interaction. Her vendor referrals were exceptional and so appreciated. Each one was aligned perfectly with the experience we hoped to create.

Amazing Day Thanks to Christine and Her Team
We hired Christine and her team for “day of” wedding coordination. But they started working with us 3 months ahead of time, and answered some questions a year in advance. Her attention to detail made for an amazing event that my daughter (bride) and I were both able to just enjoy. Her on site team was also fantastic - Casson ensured every detail was handled perfectly for the ceremony and reception. Christine with Enchanted Weddings was absolutely incredible to work with. She was with me every step of the way—from venue visits to vendor meetings—and went above and beyond in so many ways. She thought of every little detail, including things I never would have considered, and made the entire planning process so much easier and more enjoyable.
On my wedding day, Christine and her assistant, Lenae, were nothing short of amazing. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing—they handled everything seamlessly and allowed me to fully relax and enjoy a completely stress-free day. Any time something needed to be taken care of, they were there immediately. I can’t thank them enough for their hard work, organization, and dedication to making our wedding day absolutely perfect.

Christine was so calming throughout this whole process and her knowledge and experience shined. She always caught things I missed or hadn’t thought about so by the time the wedding came I was able to relax and know everything was covered and every situation had been thought through.
She would hop on calls with me, walk us through the details and knew everything that could possibly go wrong and ensured that we planned for everything. And of course, that led to a perfect day. Our wedding was at Sunken Gardens in St Pete, FL and worked with Christine ay Enchanted Weddings and couldn’t recommend it more to couples who are thinking about hiring a coordinator! She offered partial coordinator service which we preferred and we were pretty happy with the outcome. We had our wedding vision and Christine helped us execute with flawless and seamless coordination not only throughout the entire process but on the wedding day as well. We trusted her preferred vendors to work with, especially listening to her recs with our particular venue. We believe it was integral to the success of the logistics and planning throughout the day. On the day of our wedding Christine and her assistant were extremely professional, calm, direct, and took care of everything you could think of. You always hear people talk about how terribly stressful wedding planning is, but for us, Christine eliminated the stress throughout the whole process. When we began wedding planning, it was immediately overwhelming and difficult to go through all of the different vendors. We knew we needed to find a planner, and we are so incredibly thankful that we found Christine. She really takes the time to get to know her clients to make sure she helps book the best vendors for their vision. She made sure to accompany us on any appointments with vendors to help communicate our vision and make the best decision for us. Christine helped us every step of the way, handled communication with our vendors, and made this process seamless. Every vendor we used for our wedding were recommendations from Christine, and our wedding was PERFECT!! She has the best recommendations and has great relationships with vendors as well. On the day of, Christine did a great job keeping everyone on schedule. We would not have been able to do any of this without her, and I am forever grateful for her help. We had such a wonderful experience working with Christine at Enchanted Weddings! We hired Christine for partial planning and coordination and were very pleased with the high quality service that we received during the planning process and the weekend of our wedding. I truly appreciated that Christine was genuinely committed to helping to share the mental load involved in planning our wedding so that we could enjoy the process. I personally struggle to give up control because I like things to be a certain way, but I can honestly say that I had full confidence in Christine’s advice/guidance and all the hard work she put in to coordinate our wedding. Christine provided us with a detailed to-do checklist that was organized by dates to complete each item by and we found this resource was INCREDIBLY invaluable to staying calm and collected while planning. Six months out from the wedding, I had monthly discussions with Christine to brainstorm decor and vendors. Christine connected me with some lovely suppliers on her preferred vendors list and she also assisted me with the coordination of our vendors during planning and the weekend of. If I needed to contact Christine out with the monthly calls, she promptly answered emails. My wedding combined traditions from both the US and the UK and I felt that Christine had a full understanding of our vision from the day and was very flexible and accommodating with all of the traditions we wanted to include. As we got closer to the wedding, Christine provided us with a timeline of the day that she regularly updated as we continued to finalize the details and timing. Christine also worked closely with our venue coordinator to put together our ceremony and reception floor plan. I was very impressed by her hands-on approach to leading and working with our team of vendors. Our wedding was at a beach front hotel in Clearwater and took place a week after hurricane Milton and only a few weeks after Helene. I cannot thank Christine enough for her support and guidance during this stressful time less than a month from our wedding day.
During the weekend of our wedding, Christine’s expertise and experience with coordinating weddings truly shined. I felt like I was able to sit back, relax, and enjoy thanks to Christine and the Enchanted Weddings team. From coordinating the delivery and set up of our decor items, leading our rehearsal, and keeping everyone to the timeline, Christine worked so hard to make our wedding weekend as special as we dreamed. We were able to enjoy the weekend with little stress.. We had a large bridal party (10 bridesmaids and 10 groomsmen) and we were so impressed by Christine’s ability to keep the group so organized. She stayed in regular contact with the maid of honor and best man to ensure that any questions from the bridal party did not go to the bride and groom. Christine also took initiative to reorganize the order that our bridal party went down the aisle so everything would flow better because we had such a large bridal party. Christine’s assistant Caitlin was absolutely PHENOMENAL when it came to coordinating the groomsmen and keeping them on track. Throughout our wedding day, Caitlin also checked in with myself and the groom to see if we needed anything. We appreciated how she saved us hors d'oeuvres, since we missed the cocktail party, and refilled our drinks when needed. We are truly so thankful for the thorough, professional, and personalized planning service we received from Christine at Enchanted Weddings. The Best Day Ever
Christine was perfect. We got married at Sunken Gardens and it was the best day ever! The wedding went by so fast and there were so many things going on but Christine handled everything. We were so at ease the day of the wedding allowing both of us to soak everything in and enjoy all of the little moments and details. Everything ran so smoothly, we are so grateful we had Christine and her team behind the scenes. We did mostly phone appointments and a single in person appointment and she ensured everything was taken care of. All of her recommendations for vendors were efficient and timely. Our wedding day went smoothly because of using them! She will be blunt and honest with you about what will make you wedding day easier (or harder). It was obvious she had a lot of experience as a wedding planner! Christine Ferkile and Enchanted Weddings & Events transformed our wedding into the most enchanting day of our lives. My husband and I had postponed hiring a coordinator until just four months before the wedding, feeling overwhelmed by the task of planning for our 150 guests. From the very beginning, Christine provided the reassurance, guidance, and support we desperately needed, all while embracing our relaxed and nontraditional style.
From the lead-up to the big day and throughout the event, Christine maintained direct communication with all our vendors (including the bar service, catering, fire dancers, and DJ), as well as with our friends and family who were helping with the setup and cleanup at Tampa Bay Watch. I had the opportunity to work with Christine, Lanae ams Berit at Enchanted Weddings and Events for my wedding in June 2023 and my overall experience was amazing! I live in Ft. Lauderdale and I was looking for someone who was local to St. Petersburg and it was a bonus Christine was familiar with my venue, Sunken Gardens. From the very first call I had with Christine I could tell she was detailed oriented and knew what she was doing. I had my top 3 vendors already booked before I found her so I did the partial planning option, but she was definitely a life saver and worth every penny! She was very familiar with our venue, Tampa Bay Watch, and is one of their preferred vendors. Every question I had was answered promptly, and she thought of things that I didn’t think of and that is coming from a type A person who is also very detailed oriented. We had issues with our previously booked caterer, but she was able to help us find and replace that vendor quickly. The caterer we ended up with, Amici's Catering was phenomenal and still within our budget! On the day of the wedding I wasn’t worried about anything because she handled it all! I even had a wardrobe malfunction with my bustle and my photographer and Christine were able to fix it. After the wedding, all of our guests said how amazing everything turned out and how smoothly the day went. I heard of other issues that happened after the fact but I didn’t have to worry about them because Christine and her team were on top of it!! From start to finish, Enchanted Weddings was an absolute dream to work with! Christine is the perfect combination of being knowledgeable and organized, and kind and supportive throughout the entire planning process. I’m from St. Pete but live in Boston, so I was expecting planning from a distance to be more challenging. However, Christine was so communicative and accommodating whenever we needed to meet, whether in-person, virtually, or over the phone. She brought up different points to consider when thinking about what our venue can accommodate, wedding day scheduling, etc. – so many things I would not have even thought to consider if she was not guiding us throughout the process. On the day of our wedding, I ended up being extremely uncomfortable in my dress and wasn’t able to breathe and take deep breathes since it was so tight. I focused on the length the entire time of my fittings and not on the actual fit of the dress itself… I asked Christine if it was possible to run back to our hotel with the trolley we rented to get a change of clothes (luckily I had another white dress packed for our honeymoon!), and she made it seem like it was so problem at all and we sent a couple of my bridesmaids to run back. I was so worried about causing an issue with the schedule for the evening and she never made me feel like I was being a bother. The day before and day of our wedding, we also worked with Lanae who was so calm and collected while directing our rehearsal! It was so easy to trust her and know that the day was going to flow as planned with both her and Christine. She even made sure I had some Tums when I mentioned I wasn’t feeling my best after the having changed my dress (my guess is it was stress). I didn’t even ask – Lenae just knew it could help. Yet another thing I wouldn’t have thought of and she was so kind and friendly to take a pause and make sure I was able to enjoy the day we had taken so much time to plan. Working with Christine from Enchanted Weddings was by FAR the best money we spent on our wedding day. If you think you ‘might’ need help from a wedding planner- the answer is you DEFINITELY do and Christine is the one for you. Between the schedule Christine kept us on and the check-ins she would do to make sure we were feeling confidant- I swear I wasn’t frantic AT. ALL. Leading up to the wedding. Even the week of! Seriously Enchanted Weddings were incredible and we do miss Christine (looking into adopting adults) although the whole team are awesome.
We were a Covid delayed wedding, Enchanted stuck with us all the way through 5 (yes 5!) dates and reorganised everything each time.
Enchanted were, flexible, fun, organised to the second, imaginative, creative, worked within our budget and such a pleasure to deal with.
Our wedding ran like clockwork, it was a dream day; everything we had imagined and more.
At our wedding Enchanted were the invisible magic that made everything happen and all the suppliers they recommended were superb too.
I lost my Mum shortly before our big day, it was heart-breaking and Christine put a lot of thought and care into how the family were included in our ceremony without her there. I'm really grateful for that it made such a big difference.
After our wedding we were fortunate to witness another wedding at a nearby venue. Theirs was no where near as well choreographed and timed as our wedding, organisers were running around sometimes in view of the guest! We felt very smug that we had used Enchanted! -

When our venue required a coordinator we didn't think that we would need the extra help since my sister was helping us plan the wedding. Well today, the day after, we would 100% rehire Christine even if it was not required. We also recommend getting one of the longer packages to get full benefits of her expertise. I knew from the start of my wedding planning that I wanted to hire a wedding coordinator and partial planner. Being from Michigan and getting married in St. Pete Beach, site unseen prior to booking the wedding I knew we needed someone’s guidance. Christine was the perfect person for us. After hiring Christine, we met in person at our venue in FL about one year before our wedding and I knew we made the right decision. Christine was the perfect person for guidance, and help with selecting vendors and putting together my dream wedding without ever feeling pressured into a particular vendor.
Christine told me early on that she would be unable to be at my wedding due to a family wedding the very same day. She made she I was left in good hands and I felt that every step of the way. Christines assistant Lanae helped my wedding go on without a hitch. I felt so calm the whole day knowing that everything was being handled and my wedding look absolutely beautiful. I could not recommend Enchanted Weddings and Events any more!! -

FABULOUS wedding planner
I opted for the partial planning with Christine and boy am I glad I did. Initially I only saw value in a day of coordinator but I’m so glad she was involved in the process for the 6 months leading up to the wedding! She helps remind you of all the small (but important) things that tie everything together for the reception. I also appreciated her flexibility, I.e, we didn’t need her for the ceremony since we were getting married in a Catholic Church (they have their own coordinators), so she offered to help with our rehearsal dinner instead! She seriously did an amazing job with set up, decor and ensuring everything went smoothly both days. I felt at ease knowing she was taking care of the vendors, ensuring we stuck to the timeline & guiding any confused guests in the right direction. She even helped gather all our take home stuff at the end of the night so we didn’t have to do anything ourselves. My wedding turned out great
Christine made some magic happened on my wedding day. She turned the place really nice. Everything was what i expected. She and her assistant was even very flexible with our last minute request we threw at them. They are professional and very easy to work with. -

Best wedding ever!
If you need a day of coordinator look no further. Christine and her team are an absolute dream to work with. Christine is truly an expert in her field, assisting with logistics that I had never and would never have thought about. Transitions between venue spaces were flawless, she coordinated the decorations and other vendors per our plans and oversaw so much more that I don’t even know about. That’s why she is so great! We were able to eat, dance, and have fun with no worries on how the evening was flowing or awareness any mishaps along the way because Christine was ontop of EVERYTHING. During the planning process she was extremely communicative, detailed, patient with all of my (and my husbands) questions and needs, and most importantly realistic, while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. She provided items to rent like table numbers, glass votives, vases, cakes stands etc., that were used throughout our venue spaces. Additionally, we chose to add-on assistance with ceremony set-up and break-down, and they did a stunning job. Thank you Enchanted Weddings for being part of the most fun and memorable day of my life, and letting me and my husband enjoy every moment! -
