Our wedding was at Sunken Gardens in St Pete, FL and worked with Christine ay Enchanted Weddings and couldn’t recommend it more to couples who are thinking about hiring a coordinator! She offered partial coordinator service which we preferred and we were pretty happy with the outcome. We had our wedding vision and Christine helped us execute with flawless and seamless coordination not only throughout the entire process but on the wedding day as well. We trusted her preferred vendors to work with, especially listening to her recs with our particular venue. We believe it was integral to the success of the logistics and planning throughout the day. On the day of our wedding Christine and her assistant were extremely professional, calm, direct, and took care of everything you could think of. Our moms were especially impressed with the fact that they didn’t have to do much at all. Can’t say enough great words!!! -

Christine and her team are absolutely phenomenal. I cannot thank them enough for their planning services. You always hear people talk about how terribly stressful wedding planning is, but for us, Christine eliminated the stress throughout the whole process. When we began wedding planning, it was immediately overwhelming and difficult to go through all of the different vendors. We knew we needed to find a planner, and we are so incredibly thankful that we found Christine. She really takes the time to get to know her clients to make sure she helps book the best vendors for their vision. She made sure to accompany us on any appointments with vendors to help communicate our vision and make the best decision for us. Christine helped us every step of the way, handled communication with our vendors, and made this process seamless. Every vendor we used for our wedding were recommendations from Christine, and our wedding was PERFECT!! She has the best recommendations and has great relationships with vendors as well. On the day of, Christine did a great job keeping everyone on schedule. We would not have been able to do any of this without her, and I am forever grateful for her help. We had such a wonderful experience working with Christine at Enchanted Weddings! We hired Christine for partial planning and coordination and were very pleased with the high quality service that we received during the planning process and the weekend of our wedding. I truly appreciated that Christine was genuinely committed to helping to share the mental load involved in planning our wedding so that we could enjoy the process. I personally struggle to give up control because I like things to be a certain way, but I can honestly say that I had full confidence in Christine’s advice/guidance and all the hard work she put in to coordinate our wedding. Christine provided us with a detailed to-do checklist that was organized by dates to complete each item by and we found this resource was INCREDIBLY invaluable to staying calm and collected while planning. Six months out from the wedding, I had monthly discussions with Christine to brainstorm decor and vendors. Christine connected me with some lovely suppliers on her preferred vendors list and she also assisted me with the coordination of our vendors during planning and the weekend of. If I needed to contact Christine out with the monthly calls, she promptly answered emails. My wedding combined traditions from both the US and the UK and I felt that Christine had a full understanding of our vision from the day and was very flexible and accommodating with all of the traditions we wanted to include. As we got closer to the wedding, Christine provided us with a timeline of the day that she regularly updated as we continued to finalize the details and timing. Christine also worked closely with our venue coordinator to put together our ceremony and reception floor plan. I was very impressed by her hands-on approach to leading and working with our team of vendors. Our wedding was at a beach front hotel in Clearwater and took place a week after hurricane Milton and only a few weeks after Helene. I cannot thank Christine enough for her support and guidance during this stressful time less than a month from our wedding day.
During the weekend of our wedding, Christine’s expertise and experience with coordinating weddings truly shined. I felt like I was able to sit back, relax, and enjoy thanks to Christine and the Enchanted Weddings team. From coordinating the delivery and set up of our decor items, leading our rehearsal, and keeping everyone to the timeline, Christine worked so hard to make our wedding weekend as special as we dreamed. We were able to enjoy the weekend with little stress.. We had a large bridal party (10 bridesmaids and 10 groomsmen) and we were so impressed by Christine’s ability to keep the group so organized. She stayed in regular contact with the maid of honor and best man to ensure that any questions from the bridal party did not go to the bride and groom. Christine also took initiative to reorganize the order that our bridal party went down the aisle so everything would flow better because we had such a large bridal party. Christine’s assistant Caitlin was absolutely PHENOMENAL when it came to coordinating the groomsmen and keeping them on track. Throughout our wedding day, Caitlin also checked in with myself and the groom to see if we needed anything. We appreciated how she saved us hors d'oeuvres, since we missed the cocktail party, and refilled our drinks when needed. We are truly so thankful for the thorough, professional, and personalized planning service we received from Christine at Enchanted Weddings. There is no one like Christine at Enchanted Weddings! We got married at Coastal Creative on 11/2/24 and we could not be more thrilled with the exceptional experience she crafted for us. From our first meeting at a bridal show 1.5 years ago, we instantly knew she was the perfect planner for our wedding.
The enthusiasm Christine and her team radiated had us hooked, and they lived up to every bit of that initial excitement, exceeding our highest expectations.
Throughout the planning process, Christine was unbelievably responsive, handling everything with professionalism and genuine care. I thought I had thought of everything but after chatting with Enchanted Weddings, Christine thought of details I hadn’t even dreamed of, and her impeccable attention to detail turned our vision into a dream come true. Our wedding theme was unique, and often hard for me to fully articulate my vision into words, yet Christine understood exactly what I wanted—and then made it even better than I could have imagined.
The entire day felt like pure magic, and I had the luxury of being completely relaxed because Christine made sure any little hiccups stayed invisible to us. She worked seamlessly behind the scenes, coordinating with vendors and handling every detail, making sure we were truly able to enjoy every moment. Her dedication, creativity, and flawless execution were evident in every single aspect of our wedding, from the smallest detail to the overall atmosphere. We felt cared for in every way possible.
Our wedding simply would not have been the same without Christine and Enchanted Weddings. They transformed our ideas into an unforgettable experience that we and our guests will treasure forever. Christine is a master of her craft, truly the best in the business, and we are beyond grateful for the decision to have her by our side on this incredible journey. Christine is absolutely fabulous!! My daughter and I had met with many many wedding planners/coordinators who were all rated well and highly recommended but they were just missing something or another and neither one of us were confidant with any of them until we met with Christine. She had the magnitude of experience and assertiveness that we were looking for on such an important event. My daughter and I knew right away that she was the one that we 100% could trust. Her communication was impeccable, her suggestions, recommendations and feedback were so valuable and very forward and honest. She made so many things easy for us. We had a few unique requests that she did and was so flexible. She worked well with all our vendors and managed the wedding timeline with great ease and kept all the vendors on que. She takes pride in her work and in her business. She is truly a 5 star and we could tell she is very respected in the industry. Christine made our wedding run smooth from the first planning phone call to the last dance at the reception! We were lucky that she had worked at our venue several times before. She was responsive through email and phone call, and provided to-do lists with timelines and had several items available to rent which was helpful. The Best Day Ever
Christine was perfect. We got married at Sunken Gardens and it was the best day ever! The wedding went by so fast and there were so many things going on but Christine handled everything. We were so at ease the day of the wedding allowing both of us to soak everything in and enjoy all of the little moments and details. Everything ran so smoothly, we are so grateful we had Christine and her team behind the scenes. Christine was very responsive and thoughtful answering all of our questions over the phone and email in the lead up, especially since we were planning the wedding from the opposite side of the country. Christine and her team are nothing short of outstanding. We hired Enchanted Weddings and Events for our Wedding in Sarasota, Florida and we could not be happier with our decision. Christine had excellent communication, outstanding time management, and handled all my questions with ease. Our wedding had roughly 120 guests and a very large wedding party with "strong personalities." Christine and her team didn't bat an eye and were able to direct our wedding party and family without any issues. Christine is a GODSEND!!! I had absolutely no idea what I was doing in terms of planning a wedding, I was so overwhelmed with the thought of planning myself. Thankfully we had some close friends that were singing her praises and I’m so so so thankful we listened!!! Every step of the way she was so patient and caring, and her recommendations for other vendors literally saved me. Day of went so smoothly, the decorations were exactly what we wanted, I had complete trust everything would be perfect. And we loved Caitlin!
