Dance floor was full all night!

Empyreal Strings delivered a party of a lifetime for our wedding. If you have a dream/vision for your event, Roman and his team will work with you to deliver. They listened to all of our requests and created a dream party-like atmosphere. I never wanted to the dance floor to be empty and it was PACKED ALL NIGHT! Chantele, Paul, Igor, Raz, DJ Vlad and the entire band was so easy and lovely to work with on the day of. Whatever I wanted, they made it happen. Just Excellent

We used this band 15 years ago for my daughter wedding and I can state that performance of this band made it a great success. Since that time we attended multiple events and observed various bands, DJ, etc. None of them were even close the Empyreal Strings. This year my son got married during Labor Day weekend. It was not even an option to explore other options. We did the right choice and the wedding turned out a big success. We got multiple phone calls thanking for the event especially for the professional performance of the entire band. Finally, band owner helped us to create scenario with all details and time line. Everything was done as scheduled.

Wedding Band Review

Hiring Empyreal Strings was truly a great experience. After our wedding, at least 10 people came up to us and said how much they enjoyed the music. One person even came up to the violinists can said that they should be on America's Got Talent due to how creative and unique the extravaganza show was. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would recommend them to anyone.

Amazing Wedding with Empyreal Strings!!

Roman and his team of musicians went above and beyond to make our wedding incredible for us and our guests. Roman was extremely organized and responsive to our needs when planning the event and the program was beautifully curated with excellent taste. From communication and planning to the event itself, everything was timely and done to the highest level. Our guests were blown away by the musicians, especially the Extravaganza Show, and had an amazing time dancing. Amazing!!!

Empyreal strings did a phenomenal job with greeting our guests, playing music for cocktail hour, following our very specific ceremony wants/needs, performing an unforgettable dinner show and of course entertaining our guests the whole night. Roman and his team were able to incorporate American, Jewish and Russian music into one event flawlessly. The extravaganza show blew everyone away as always. It was such a pleasure to watch them perform. So much energy and talent! Love them!

Roman is an absolute genius and his expertise for classic and beautiful music shined through on our special day! My family and friends won’t stop talking about how amazing the music was especially the extravaganza show! Roman truly made it a wonderful experience from the moment we met I knew I was in great hands until our big day. Roman was extremely organized, responsive, attentive to many small and intricate details and full of wonderful suggestions and ideas. Roman provided excellent repertoire lists and accommodated songs that were not on them as well. He listens and if you do your homework you will get an excellent result. Incredible from Start to Finish

Having a great band is a quintessential part of a memorable wedding. I can wholeheartedly say that Roman and the rest of his crew went above and beyond. Roman was incredibly diligent and highly attentive to every detail. He put a lot of care and effort into crafting a personalized set and schedule, and that really shined through at our wedding. Beyond that, the talent of this band is on another level. All of the musicians and singers are exceptional. One of the unique services Empyreal Strings offers is their extravaganza show, which is a high energy performance that wowed all of my guests. It riled up the whole crowd and was one of the highlights of the wedding.

Exceptional performers, organized and professional

Empyreal is a professional and talented group who put on an exceptional performance at my wedding. Look no further. You have found your band.

They are led by an experienced band manager/performer who is organized, responsive, and offered a customized solution for my wedding from the string trio at the ceremony, to a saxophone with electronic accompaniment for cocktail hour, to the introductions, first dance, parent’s dance, and open dance at the reception. The transitions were seamless, the band played throughout unless asked to rest for any special reason (e.g. speeches).

And while I encourage anyone to do their research, I thoroughly vetted 13 bands - including videos, setlists, and in-person viewing when available - and found the clear winner after conducting a comprehensive comparison.

I am blessed with having grown up playing the cello competitively in New England, with my ear and rhythm helping to source this unique, versatile and talented group of performers that the band manager assembled.

Our discerning guests have been raving about this band for weeks since the wedding. They also came up to me during the wedding to say what a great band we had. Among the discerning guests were professional musicians, creative directors, and people who spend their time dancing to music at parties and enjoying good bands (when they can get them!).

The band was very good to work with. They played our must play songs and also the songs that I selected from their setlists to help them with a theme which they kept in balance while reading the crowd and adjusting beautifully.

This band helped to make my wedding a spectacular, fun, and memorable experience. We spent about two years planning this wedding so you can imagine the other details that folks appreciated, but their emphasis was always on the band and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Outstanding!

Roman’s band was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning as well as one of many highlights of our reception. The harpist playing during the guest entrance was the perfect touch of class and elegance. Roman was extremely helpful in helping us decide on music for our bridal party to walk down the aisle to…song selections that matched our wedding vision. The “Extravaganza” Show was a show-stopper. Not only did the show demonstrate the the exceptional talent of Roman and his team, but it got everyone out of their chairs and on the dance floor. Spectacular! Breath-taking! Memorable! We hired Empyreal Strings for our wedding in San Francisco and couldn’t be happier with them! Roman and his string quarter played during our cocktail hour, ceremony, and at an Extravaganza Show during the reception. For starters, working with Roman and his team is emblematic of true professionals. Coordinating logistics with them was straightforward and they were very responsive and accommodating to all my questions and concerns. When we had an image in mind, their helped make that vision a reality, and when we needed guidance (such as picking processional music), they were there with recommendations, suggestions, and advice. For cocktail hour, they created a classy environment that elevated the whole experience. During the ceremony, they created the meaningful and emotional vibe we were hoping for. As for the Extravaganza Show – WOW! We were speechless and our guests were in awe – everyone has commented on how spectacular the Extravaganza Show with electric instruments was! The music selections were so varied and catered to all the audiences - movie scores, Top 40, Jewish/ Russian music. You name it, they can do it! WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! You are losing out on the experience of a lifetime if you do not do the Extravaganza show...

Roman and the rest of the virtuoso artists of Empyreal Strings made our wedding absolutely spectacular. We wanted Empyreal Strings to do music for our wedding ever since my now husband and I went to a wedding of a friend where they performed...we were FLOORED at the live band and the Extravaganza show performance. Everyone at that wedding was on the dance floor the entire time, and the same rang true for our own wedding. Just to give you some context, the biggest selling point for us to hire Empyreal strings was how my husband- a shy, non dancer, was dancing the night away at our friend’s wedding. Usually I always would have to be dragging him to the dance floor- but with Empyreal Strings, HE was the one having ME dance for an extra song! The live music made everyone feel alive and there was just this electric, fun energy in the air. My husband (former fiancé) and I knew….we just HAD to hire them for our own wedding. From our first call, Roman, the owner of Empyreal Strings, was very kind, thorough, and professional. He has an incredible attention to detail. Weeks before the wedding day, he even traveled to our venue to do a walk through of the grounds to make sure everything would run smoothly on the day of the wedding. Roman’s meticulousness in making sure everything was well planned and timed really elevated EVERYTHING. He had great communication with us, and with the wedding coordinator at the venue. On the day of the wedding, everything went smoothly and the music surpassed our vision of what our wedding would be- our 95 year old aunt was tearing up the dance floor! Watching Roman and the other musicians perform was mesmerizing…my husband said this, (and I think it’s a good testament to who you want booked for your wedding): ‘The man loves what he does!’ Roman’s command of the music was like watching a master… We booked the string quartet for the ceremony and cocktail hour, as well as for the Extravaganza show with electric guitar. We opted for the DJ for our wedding, and he and the Emcee were the best... We received so many compliments saying “That was the most fun wedding I’ve ever been to…”, “The music was INCREDIBLE!”, “I want to hire them for my next event!” ….If you want to have an incredible celebration, give yourself the gift of Empyreal Strings.

Love Empyreal Strings

Me and my wife hired Empyreal Strings for my sons wedding on 5/07/21. We had to postpone the wedding for one year 5-07-2022 because of the Covid. Roman has been SO HELPFUL helping us rearrange our wedding since Corona. He rearranged his schedule, and has been communicative, open and honest through the whole thing. I wish all vendors were like him. He didn't charge us any extra and has been completely understanding and very very helpful. Thanks Roman! The music and entertainment was phenomenal! Roman and his team pulled the wedding into a success. Music for cocktail hour was classy, having a live orchestra for the ceremony made my son and daughter in- law feel Amazing walking down the aisle, and they were amazing at getting our tough crowd to stay on the dance floor. Everyone had fun and enjoyed the live music. The violin Extravaganza show is engaging and definitely gives the extra pizzazz! There was not a boring moment. Absolutely amazing!

Roman and his band truly made our wedding night so special and so much fun. They blew away us and all of our guests, truly exceeded my already high expectations!! Roman and his team are truly talented. We had a Russian-Italian wedding and he managed to make a playlist that catered to both sides of the family and also flowed from song to song beautifully. From the orchestra for our ceremony and cocktail hour to his singers, band, DJ and MC for our reception/after party, everything was truly perfection. Our dance floor was packed the whole night and our singers were so good!!! All of my guests were raving about our band saying that this was the best band they have ever seen and some even stated they wish they could watch them perform live again!!! Our guests are still talking about the extravaganza show - truly remarkable. Amazing Band

Best decision of my wedding was to have this amazing band. Such a large selection of music that catered to every taste (Jewish, Russian, American classics, pop, everything!) singers were phenomenal, band put on such a great show and my guests are still talking about the extravaganza! Hire them, you will not be sorry!

Amazing work! Amazing band!

Honestly, hiring this band was the BEST decision of my wedding and I would urge everyone to hire them for any events. I do not have enough nice things to say about this band and will be hiring them for any of my future events – they MADE my wedding INCREDIBLE!

Every single person at the wedding asked me where I found this incredible group – the range of music, the Extravaganza Show with electric violins and was easily the best part of our reception. The attention to detail and quality of music is unparalleled. They can do traditional Jewish/Yiddish music, Led Zeppelin, Michael Jackson and all the pop songs equally as well. Americans, Russians, and kids were all OBSESSED with this band, and I know if you hire them, you’ll have zero regrets.

My wedding was on the dance floor the whole time, and it was 100% because of the quality of work by Roman and his band. They made my wedding and Roman helped me craft the perfect list, from start to finish.

I am in love with this band and know you will be too. Even musicians at the wedding, spoke to the professionalism and quality of work. Just book it, you won’t get better service or music. Thank you!

Roman's String Quartet is a Class Act!!

We hired Roman and his string quartet for our ceremony and cocktail hour. They were phenomenal and created the elegant and classy vibe we were looking for. So many guests came up to me after the wedding to applaud the quartet on the quality of music delivered (many of whom were serious violinists and cellists themselves) . Not only was the music top notch, the quartet played fun and modern songs during the cocktail hour that surprised guests since they didn't realize string instruments could play those songs! I'm so thankful our best man got a video of the quartet playing our favorite song "Rather Be" by Clean Bandit so we will have it forever. During the planning process, Roman was responsive and helpful while we were dealing with COVID delays and last minute changes. The song suggestions he made were perfect. We didn't need an amplifier since the sound of four string instruments was magnificent. We would choose Empyreal Strings over and over again!

Roman and the Empyreal Strings was amazing !!!

We hired Roman and his Empyreal Strings orchestra for our wedding! They were INCREDIBLE. Roman was so kind and helpful preparing for the wedding, especially with me being so anxious it was nice to have a vendor that absolutely knew what to do and what we needed without me needing to explain much. He played music from both mine and my now Husband’s cultures and made sure to keep the party going all night! Everyone from both sides of our families loved him and were thrilled. We also had to move our wedding 3 times due to Covid and he was so kind in getting back to us quickly and changing our date. On the actual wedding day some things we had planned had to be moved around and Roman worked quickly to switch things up and make sure everything went on without a hitch and our guests didn’t even know that anything was changed last minute by us! His string quartet during our cocktail hour and ceremony was amazing. Both my husband and I are musicians so we can tell when musicians are quality and they played so beautifully and clean, they could have been performers at Lincoln Center in New York. They sounded incredibly professional and we were so happy with the elegance that they added. The live singers that Roman brought with his team are also incredible. They were so flawless I forgot it was live sometimes! The Dj was also amazing and knew how to get people on the dance floor even with most of our guests being older in age. Everyone had a blast. The absolute BEST part though- was their “extravaganza show” it was pretty much a 20min strings rock concert! 4 string players played incredible pop rock and even classical but with an added twist. The SHOW WAS THE BEST PART OF OUR RECEPTION!! If you hire Roman, you MUST make sure to ask for the extravaganza show, it is one of the most memorable parts of our whole wedding and people are still talking about that part of the evening. Super super recommend Roman and his team!

Life of the Party - 5/23/21 wedding

We hired Roman & his team from empyreal strings for our wedding originally in 2020. We had to postpone twice and even find a new venue but Roman was very responsive and helpful. Postponing was easy working with him. The quartet strings were beautiful during ceremony & cocktail. Our MC Stas and singer Yuliya had amazing voices, we heard so many compliments from our guests. The saxophonist was awesome and his sax even lit up which was so cool. He definitely elevated the dance floor. DJ Vlad played a mix of international music - russian, israeli, spanish ,and top hits which was great for our audience. The dance floor was occupied the whole night. Lastly, we did the extravaganza show which was amazing. Our guests were raving about it all night. It brought the party together and it was so interactive. Roman and his team were phenomenal. Roman is highly organized and experienced. He meets with you to go over scheduling of the day and songs you want to have. Working with him was very smooth and I recommend to hire him & his team for your next wedding/event! Thank you so much, Love Anna & Alex

Simona Levchenko This band is wonderful and professional

Although we had to postpone our wedding due to corona virus until next year, Roman and his team are wonderful and very accommodating. Roman was very responsive, caring, and understanding and accommodated the date switch to our needs. Empyreal String band was recommended to us from several friends who used them in the past and described the performance as wonderful and an unforgettable wedding night.
After viewing videos, my fiancé and I decided this band would make our wedding day a dream come true. The band is very talented, professional, and respectful and knows how to cater towards the type of wedding we are looking for.
I am beyond excited for our new scheduled wedding date and can’t wait for Empyreal to perform on our special day for us!

Roman has been SO HELPFUL helping us rearrange our wedding since Corona. He rearranged his schedule, and has been communicative, open and honest through the whole thing. Roman and the Band are the best investment for your wedding!

The music was the highlight of our wedding. I didn't give Roman much time to prepare and I was very picky. I told him I HATE BORING STANDARD WEDDING MUSIC. Within about 1 week, literally 1 week, he had prepared composition for me to walk down to the aisle to Hans Zimmer/Interstellar, and then rock out to music raging from En Vogue to Leonard Skynard. This isn't to say he wasn't realistic - he told me what he could and could not do in that short time frame, because he gives 100% to everything and he will not perform something he cannot adequately prepare....then he and the band bring huge energy to every single performance, everyone was on their feet filming them when they weren't dancing, it was truly remarkable!

What an amazing ensemble of utterly professional, kind, spirited and talented musicians, djs and mcs! Roman leads them all as a true maestro and is able to bring together truly unique musical combinations. My husband and I are an Irish-Russian Couple, both 1st generation, so the wedding was an equal mix of guests with truly multinational musical tastes. Empyreal Strings hit it out of the park with the musical program: from the strings for the ceremony, the spanish guitar for the cocktail hour, the russian gypsy duo and the electric violin trio (both played during the reception and brought the crow to their feet), to the DJ Vlad Kalman and the utterly impeccable and awesome MC Koko - every single person went above and beyond on our wedding day bringing their talent and love for music and entertainment. We were overjoyed, our guests were enthralled and even the catering and serving staff came out to watch from the back because the performances were so fantastic. I am probably running out of stellar adjectives to use so I will end by underlining how incredibly glad we were to have had Empyreal Strings at our wedding and could not recommend them enough.

Amazing Musicians

We hired Empyreal Strings for our wedding comprised of both Russian and English speaking guests. From the moment we had our first meeting we were met with professionalism which continued throughout the 1.5 years until our wedding day. Every meeting with Roman made us feel more confident. The repertoire list is very comprehensive and the quality of the performers (singing and instrumental) is unparalleled. We got married over a week ago and we are still receiving compliments about the band/strings and the effort and performance they give. We could not be happier with the turnout and how all of our guests felt included as Igor, the MC, spoke in Russian as well as English. Roman and the rest of his crew were nothing short of amazing and I would recommend them 100 times over.

Incredible band

We had a full 12 piece band for our June 23 wedding so the experience was mind blowing. We had a live sax, a live guitar, and the most amazing voices ever. I am a huge fan. They read the crowd and play to ensure a full dance floor. It was always full and it's no wonder. The singers and musicians would often come into the dance floor to mingle and interact with the guests. I loved it. On top of that, we booked an "extravaganza show" and that on its own deserves a 15/10 rating. Seriously. Go Google "Empyreal Strings extravaganza show" and you'll see some amazing YouTube videos. 10/10!

Best experience ever.

I have dealt with many vendors in my life, never have a dealt with someone so passionate about his trade. Hiring Roman was the best decision we could have made, he was on top of everything and to tell you the truth over delivered on his promises(very rare in this industry).

Roman was very well organized and had every minute planned, on the wedding day he was one of the first people to arrive to make sure everything is set up for success and the last to leave.

Empyreal strings team was very well managed and hearing them play actually gave me goosebumps. I give them huge credit for making our wedding so much fun.

Majestic and awesome band!

I rarely (more like never) write reviews, I can't wait to write this one!. To summarize in one award- amazing! Roman and his team has made my daughters wedding a truly magical event!
Roman and his "Empyreal strings" are a class act! Roman is tireless professional - perfectionist, who was so engaged from the moment we first met and agreed on a general plan, through meticulous and painstaking planning (Roman is actually writing a scenario of the whole evening down to a minute, where a customer could be as involved as he/she desires in selecting the songs , genres etc) to delivering a magical (I insist on this word!) performance on the night of the wedding! We are still getting so many compliments on the quality of the musicians, magnificent MCs on visual and sound presentation, the fact that musicians never left the stage, on variety of musical genres involved and on a smooth flaw altogether . The dance floor was packed till 2am. My guests were telling us they just did not want to leave!
And of course the "Extravaganza show"- mesmerizing, breathtaking and invigorating!- wow!

Amazing band! HIGHLY recommend Roman and Empyreal Strings!

Roman and the Empyreal Strings band (including Gary Gazarkh as MC) are the absolute best!! They handled everything at our wedding from music when guests arrived, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception flawlessly. From the start of wedding planning Roman was key to organizing the timeline for our event (and even recommending some of our other vendors).

Everyone was wow'd by the music, especially the extravaganza show!! Roman's team also perfectly mixed Russian songs with American songs, and the dance floor was always full. The whole band is incredibly talented and so high energy, it really made the party! Our guests are still talking about it a month later and asking for Roman's contact information to use at their own future events! We couldn't be happier to have had Empyreal Strings at our wedding!!

Weeks later, & people are still talking about our band...

Words cannot describe the amazingness that Roman and his band brought to our wedding. They were phenomenal! I am Russian and my husband is not, so we wanted a band that could do both. What we got was a band that could do EVERYTHING! We had a little bit of everything and even added the Extravaganza which is an all string show that is performed during your wedding dinner portion that is fun, fast, loud, and gets the crowd going! We wanted a band that would keep our dance floor packed all night, and that's exactly what Empyreal did! We were blown away!

Phenomenal

Empyreal Strings was the band I had at my wedding and they are absolutely fantastic! My family is Russian, my husband’s family is American and they had the perfect balance of music to cater to all the guests. Charles was our MC and he was great! He was fun, attentive, and engaging. The best band ever

When we began our search for our wedding band, I naturally thought of Roman Teplinksy and Empyreal Strings. The band performed at my sisters wedding in 2012 and had the guests on their feet from start to finish.

Imperial strings has everything you need. Whether it’s Jazz, International, Classical, Top 40 or the infamous extravaganza violin show, this band has it all!

I would highly recommend you to meet with Roman and see his vision for your next event!

Exquisite Amazing Experience

Roman was a joy to work with. It was a very stressful time for us wedding planning and we left many details for last minute. He made time for us always and never rushed us. We spent a couple of hours picking songs and discussing the wedding. The wedding day went unvelievably well all thanks to Roman and his band of amazing musicians. From the Cocktail hour to my chuppah to reception every hour was filled with beautiful music. My guests raved about our wedding for months after and their first question was who was our band. They made sure to get guests dancing at all times. I will hire Roman for every event I have from now on. Thank you Empyreal Strings for making my wedding a night to remember.

We got married September 2nd, 2018 and we could not have done this without Roman Teplinskiy and his awesome entourage!! From the string quartet, to the DJ, singer and MC, to the songs and details of the wedding procession- everything worked out perfectly. People are still talking about the MC and his saxophone playing! Roman helped with finding our wedding planner, who was just great! He arranged for lively entertainment of latin and tango dancers. All our guests had so much fun at the wedding and made it the BEST party of our lives! We are very grateful to have found Roman and for ALL his help and recommendations, which did not disappoint! Before I was even engaged, I always knew I would book this band. Absolutely no one compares to them. They were the very first vendor I called when I planned my wedding. Let’s start with the fact that roman is the one who helped me pick out my venue. Shortly after when we already hired him, he helped me with other personal things I needed as well. He was always around when I needed him. He would answer me at 11 at night when I had a question about the song I wanted to use to walk down the aisle. Now let’s get to the wedding- first of all his show is amazing, I’ve seen it for the 4th time now and it always touches me. I saw him constantly walking around making sure EVERYONE was enjoying themselves, if they weren’t, he would make sure they were. I looked at my dance floor and realized that everyone was there! Nobody was sitting! His singers have phenomenal voices, they make people feel like they’re at a concert. I truly enjoyed myself at my wedding which is not something a lot of people can say. There were no surprises, Roman Teplinsky and his band were excellent and delivered and unforgettable night of music. Highly recommend these guys to anyone that wants to dance and enjoy their wedding. They are a gem of a wedding band.

Roma and his skilled band performed and MC'd our wedding on June 2nd and we can't say enough about how overall amazing the evening went. It was non stop without any bumps. Constantly keeping the crowd on their feet and smiling. The music was quality and sound was clear. This isn't your average band. They perform incredible mini sets (chef's table remix with strings) , the singers including some of the musicians make their way into the crowd to make it more of an interactive experience. Honestly Roma is a very compassionate man and knows this business, so even though his opinons might come off a little bold, its because he actually knows. I'm the third recommendation (my brothers and cousins wedding prior), and would recommend him to another 30 weddings. Best of Luck and Thanks again for an over-the-top night.

Empyreal Strings was one of the highlights of our wedding! Roman was a pleasure to work with and helped us plan out every minute of our special day. I would like to leave a personal review for Roman and the Empyreal Strings Band. This past weekend MY husband and I married and had Empyreal Strings at our wedding. Roman and his band played with TREMENDOUS effort, energy, grace, and beauty during the cocktail hour, ceremony, and then later put on a show for about 3-45 minutes. My husband and I, including our families and friends who were in attendance were left speechless. The amount of talent under one roof was unexplainable.
First, let’s rewind before the wedding. We called Roman with interest for his services, he was so kind and through to explain everything over the phone then sent over several sample videos of past events to show us his work. Then we scheduled an apt with him to discuss types of packages and set up a schedule for the wedding where Roman would step in and be a part of. About a week before the wedding, we again met with Roman and went over song by song, bridal party, family members, where he would play in the wedding hall-detail by detail. At the wedding, He and his band were on time, ready to go, and nothing but professional from the first few seconds of arrival. The music he played was BEAUTIFUL. The guests were all amazed from cocktail hour until the show, which was when he really blew everybody away. This was TRUE TALENT on the dancefloor. He and his band members engaged guests and the bride and groom; all while playing a beautiful set.
I have no words for Empyreal Strings Band, we were expecting 100% and got 1000%. I HIGHLY recommend Roman and his band for any special occasion. The art he puts on is memorable for a lifetime and worthy every penny.

Roman and Empyreal Strings were such a pleasure to work with. From meeting with us initially to helping us to choose our songs and a schedule for the ceremony and reception, no detail was missed. Our guests are still raving about how fantastic the music was and the violin show was a favorite of the night. Roman helped us each step of the way and helped us with recommendations from his experience. The 12 piece band at reception, the saxophonist at cocktail hour, and the string quartet greeting guests upon arrival and at the ceremony, exceeded our already high expectations. Roman and the Empyreal Strings band were a highlight of my wedding! The ensemble band was amazing and had great energy! I would definitely recommend them--unlike any other band out there. Roman himself works incredibly hard to make sure the flow of your wedding is perfect and that all your guests are having fun! We danced the entire night! Planning my wedding, one of the best decisions I made was choosing this band!!! WOW. They made my wedding, period. My guests were blown away! Even my venue said that they have never seen such a performance at a wedding, and neither have I! It was like being at a concert, and yet it was very much a wedding. They made sure to keep the focus on us and made it very fun for us. I loved everything about it! They are worth every penny. The violin show was spectacular, I saw my guests’s faces, everyone was impressed, even our hard to please mothers. My wedding was Friday and it was the best wedding I ever attended, and not just because it was my own, it really was extraordinary! Roman and his team are simply amazing. No detail went unnoticed and they know how to throw one great party! They do an amazing job at playing off the crowd. Simply the Best! --- Roman is incredibly passionate about music and putting on a fantastic Show! We hired him and his full live string quartet along with 13 other musicians/performers which he pulled together and an awesome host! From the very first meeting we knew that he understood our needs (Russian Jewish wedding with Mutli-generational American side mixed in) -- He picked out the perfect singers, an amazing collection of songs, and so many additional musical talents that put our wedding over the top! In our second meeting we hammered out an amazing minute by minute schedule, which all the way through 11:30pm the night before he was available to help make changes as needed. The day of, he was there every moment coordinating his band and reacting to the crowd and their needs. The live show was simply amazing, getting the entire room clapping and then dancing along. --- Music, Food and Venue are the top three for any successful wedding - and the MUSIC was simply the best! -- All while staying in budget!

When my husband and I met Roman, he was very attentive to our requests and made himself available for us to discuss the plan for our wedding. He was always easy to reach and made sure that we have a set detailed plan for the wedding day so that nothing can go wrong. Roman was an absolute pleasure to work with. He has many years of experience organizing and leading weddings and other big events and it truly shows through his professionalism. None of us knew the proper order of a ceremony or reception and Roman was able to give us a full breakdown of when, where, and how every part of the wedding was going to go down. He was extremely easy to reach, both through e-mail and by phone, and was more than welcome to multiple meetings. He even gave some clever ideas to throw in and it really personalized our wedding. Roman and his band are true artists and performers and kept all of our guests on the dance floor the entire night. The music sounded absolutely fantastic and the band really knows how to interact with the guests. It was a blast having the singers, guitarists, saxophonists, and violinists right there on the dance floor engaging with everyone. A truly unique and fun experience! We also booked the infamous "Violin Show" and have 0 regrets. It was a one-of-a-kind experience for us and our guests that you really can't get anywhere else! It started off as just a performance that blew everyone away but then my husband and I came onto the dance floor to dance in the middle and everyone joined us, the real party got started and we were all amazed. These people are truly incredible and make your event what it really should be. It's been over a week and our friends and family are STILL raving about how great of a time they had. Thank you Roman!

Roman Teplinsky and Empyreal Strings were possibly the best decision that we made for the wedding. He is an absolute perfectionist and was so involved with everything from the ceremony to the reception. His 11 piece band blew everyone away and everyone told us it was the most fun wedding they've ever been to! We had people of all cultures and ages at the wedding and the music selection was perfect. They played something for everyone and the dance floor was PACKED the entire night until the very end. My husband even played guitar on a song with the band and it ran so smoothly. Empyreal Strings was an absolute hit at our wedding. They were professional, courteous, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He is more than just a band leader, he is a true artist and cares very much about your occasion as if it were his own. The biggest highlight of the night was the violin show. Amazing band! Many guests came up to us and told us that this is the best band they heard at the wedding. The band is super diverse and was able to perform everything from classic to rock to pop to R&B to Russian/Yiddish songs. The dance floor was busy all night. As all the dust settles and we try to resume our post-honeymoon lives, finally I get a chance to write a review on our amazing band for our Ohkea Castle wedding on August 21st. My husband and I could not be happier with our decision to hire Roman and his band for the most important of of our lives. Not only did he deliver above and beyond what was expected of him, but he lend a helping hand for us with any questions/concerns throughout the entire planning process. Even if it wasn't in his speciality, Roman was able to sympathize and understand us to guide us in the right direction. He was unlike any other bands we interviewed. He does not have a "textbook" formula for running a wedding. He is a beyond professional business man who was able to capture both my husband and my personalities with each symphony that was played the night of our wedding. From the personalized violin solos when our parents accompanied us down the aisle, to his spectacular violin show during the reception- we felt that it was all done specifically and completely for us. Empyreal Strings is not for someone who lacks class, elegance and sophistication. If you are looking for a mediocre band, they are not for you. If you are looking to WOW your guests with the highest of standards that will leave their jaws on the floor, then you've found your entertainment. Empyreal Strings are impressive, professional, and energetic. Our guests still can't forget the feeling of love, happiness and FUN that filled the ballroom that night. The best decision ever! Unforgettable!! Phenomenal!!!
If you want your guests to have a great time and enjoy every second of your entire event, such as a wedding in our case, from guests arrival to ceremony, reception and special entertainment, then look no further than Empyreal Strings orchestra.
One word to describe the leader of this amazing band, is perfectionist!
From the first time we spoke over the phone, we were impressed with Roman and his professionalism. We were not the easiest clients to work with. That where is Roman's tremendous knowledge of classical, jazz, pop, blues, dance, big band and international music came to the rescue. He was guiding us every step through the wedding day, planning and ensuring we made appropriate decision on the music selection and timing.
We did not want to have the same "here comes the bride" ceremony music. Roman proposed to have music from Italian Andrea Bochelli "Time To Say Goodbye" but the lyrics in Hebrew "Boi Kala". The result was absolutely most beautiful song!!! You don't have to be in opera to get emotional with this song!
It was large and diverse, ethnically and age wise group of guests. However, during the reception guests were dancing none stop. Roman has an incredible ability to sense the mood of the crowd and always managed to play an appropriate selection of the music, one song at the time. Also, being a perfectionist, the sound and the lights were perfect, never overwhelming and just right. The entertainment part of the wedding, was string quartet pop show, performed by virtuoso professional violin players. For those 20 minutes of explosive performance, guests completely forgot about of the tasty entrees and rushed to the dance floor at the culmination of the show "Kashmir" by Led Zeppelin and performed by this quartet. It's was out of this world!
Once again, it was the best decision we ever made. Roman and his band absolutely, without a doubt, are worth it!!!

Empyreal Strings is phenomenal and like nothing your guests will ever see. We used them for the band, DJ, lighting, violins, and show at our wedding. They are a one-stop-shop of pure amazing. I Shannon (Groom/Husband) and my (Bride/Wife) Eva Morales are sooooooo extremely happy and grateful to Mr. Roman Teplinsky and his band Empyreal Strings for giving our wedding on 4/3/16 the BEST TUNES. Our guests were blown away by the QUALITY of the music/sound. The dance floor did not lie that night because they all danced and didn't have much time to focus on the food. Prior to the amazing night we had, our family contacted Roman after we heard his band play at a family friends wedding. He was very professional and caring. We met with him a few times and spoke some more over the phone as a team to get on par about how he operates and insight on how to have a successful and fun night. His main concern was that we would be overly satisfied with our special night and his band would handle the rest. What many entertainment companies forget is that, they are working as a unit with the wedding party and not just doing what they are paid to do and have the Bride/Groom upset. Empyreal Strings is the highest bar, you are not just having music at a wedding or special occasion.. You are trying to make memories, moments that will leave a lasting impression on your guests and have them talking about your event with their friends and colleagues. Most important you are sealing a bond with you and your S.O. for eternity and having the right entertainers to play the right music and run the show for you is not just spine tingling-- their frequency touches the soul of yours and the guests. We hired Empyreal to play the music for our December church ceremony, and they did a such a phenomenal job! We had a string quintet, but the way the music filled the room, it sounded as if there were at least 10 musicians vs. the 5 we actually had. The sound was warm, the music was played perfectly, and the impact was amazing. Several guests came up to us afterwards to say so.

If you are looking for the best caliber of musicians, Empyreal is the way to go. We did quite a bit of research on other providers beforehand, and while all serviceable, none of them came close to Empyreal. Empyreal hires true professional musicians, that are some of the best out there. They sound as if you are listening to a professional chamber orchestra at Lincoln Center or Carnegie Hall.

We had a traditional and classical ceremony / music, so it was really important that the music was played perfectly. For modern remixes, it's more easily overlooked. Empyreal delivered and then some.

Also, Roman (the founder) is an absolute pleasure to work with. Professional, a perfectionist and incredibly helpful.

We could not recommend them more. They were the easiest part of our wedding planning process!!

Two weeks later we are still hearing how great our band was! They were interactive and fun, not to mention incredibly talented singers and musicians!!! We hired Empyreal Strings for our wedding on September 20, 2015 and this was one of the best decisions we have made in terms of vendors for our big day.\r\nFirst of all, Roman ( the band leader) goes above and beyond for on his communication and delivering the program exactly as you would want it, to make it your day, very original and not something generic. Their repertoire ranges from anything and everything to cater to a variety of audiences, including the latest top 40 (in Russian and English)! to keep our guests dancing non-stop. Most importantly, this is a LIVE and very talented band, not a DJ.\r\nEvery band member from guitars, precussion, sax, singers are professionals, on time, well-dressed and the singers (most of them) are so good that they have their own recording contracts. Our guests could not stop praising the band. \r\nIn addition, Gary Gazarkh the band leader was so curteous, polished, professional, effective in his introductions and the way he conducted our evening.\r\nI will save the best for last as the Empyreal Strings Electric Violin Show literally stole everyone\'s breath away as Roman and his violinists dazzled the audiences in \"BOND\" style violin show. Everyone was raving about how classy, entertaining the entire show was.\r\n\r\nThe wedding evening just flew by because Roman and his team made the time pass instantenously....before we knew it was almost midnight! I would love to work with Roman and his team on another occassion and would not hesistate to recommend them to another bride and groom looking for entertainment for their wedding as its the most crucial part aside from location. What an unforgettable night!!! All thanks to Roman Teplinsky and the members of Empyreal Strings who exceeded all our expectations!!! Roman helped us plan the most amazing evening filled with great music and entertainment starting from the cocktail hour, to the ceremony, to the reception!

At the cocktail hour, the guests entered into classical music being played on live instruments, creating the ambiance for the entire evening! At the ceremony, all the songs played at the processional were played live as well, which brought chills down all of our spines! It truly came out breathtakingly beautiful!

Then the reception started... the MC brought out the bride and groom as the new Mr. and Mrs., and then the party started and didn't stop until the end of the night! Our dance floor was truly packed the entire night!!! The songs were mixed to cater to all of our guests young and old, Russian/Ukrainian/American/international! Just as an FYI, we had a great mixed crowd and all were partying together!! All types of songs and all great ones!

The highlight of the night was the Electric String Pop Show!!!! All our guests were watching in awe, clapping and tapping their feet along! The energy that filled the hall was electrifying! People couldn't wait for more!!!

Throughout the evening and even after, all our guests kept complimenting how much fun our wedding was, particularly the entertainment!!!

So...If you're looking to hire music vendors for your wedding, look no more! Roman and Empyreal Strings will exceed all your expectations!!! They're all true professionals, know what you want before you even think of it, cater to all styles of weddings and groups of guests! We recently had our wedding on 5/30/15 at The Grove in New Jersey and chose to have Empyreal Strings perform for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Wow!!! We cannot even begin to say how fantastic they were. From the beginning when we met with Roman he was absolutely wonderful. He was so professional and kind and his number 1 goal was to give us the wedding of our dreams. He met with us for hours and came up with a detailed list of songs that included Russian, American, and Top 40 Music. He played every song during the wedding including ones that we asked him to add. Every member was so good and the repertoire of songs the band can plan is so large. Roman made sure the entire night ran perfect and on schedule. Chantelle was our MC and was amazing. The dance floor was packed the entire night with Russian/American guests young and old and we have not stopped receiving calls from both of our families telling us that it was the best band that they ever seen. The violin pop show was incredible that Roman does. All of our guests were standing up and clapping the entire time and taking videos on their phones. They were so entertained and didn’t want it to end. Thank you Empyreal Strings for everything. You were truly spectacular. We can only hope to be at an event with you again.

I would like to post a review about hiring Roman Teplinsky, Gary Gazarkh & Empyreal Strings for our wedding at The Vie in Philadelphia

words alone can not do justice about how happy I am that we hired Empyreal Strings for our wedding. Not only did they simply keep the party going all night but Roman is simply a perfectionist and such a wonderful person to work with, he goes into great detail about the times and music for your wedding plus above and beyond of what was asked. As a surprise for my wife I wrote a special song "The Sky Was A Shade of Rose " and had Jennifer from X-Factor perform it at the wedding all thanks to Empyreal Strings

I also want to thank the BEST Wedding Host/Singer Gazarkh no amount of compliments can do him justice he is better then anyone that's out there ! If anyone is having a wedding you simply can not go wrong with Empyreal Strings Music and Entertainment they are sooo professional and accommodating they will bend over backwards for anything you ask and will organize your entire wedding on schedule. As a bonus the famous Empyreal Strings Violin Show was the highlight of the wedding, all of our guests are still talking about it. Roman thank you once more!!!

I knew I was taken care of from the moment I met roman. He is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He kept our wedding bumping - everyone was on the dance floor. The violin show was insane - people are still raving about it. Thank you Roman and empyreal strings!!

We hired Empyreal Strings band for our wedding, and we couldn’t have been happier with the choice. Roman is a true professional – he guided us through the process at every step and made sound recommendations based on his experience. The band was amazing – from cocktail hour with the saxophone through the reception the party never stopped! We appreciated that they are able to play a mix of many genres of music because of their diverse membership. They learned several new songs for our wedding - classic Ukranian songs (I am Ukranian) and some other new pop songs that they hadn’t played yet. The band will match the energy of the party – singers joined us on the dance floor for multiple songs (“Shout” and “I Will Survive” were some highlights), and they can tone it down for the ballads. A family member performed a song on guitar that he wrote for our wedding, and the band caught on and backed him up with percussion and bass, it was fantastic! All of our guests were blown away by the band and how well they played, and for us it made the night so memorable and perfect. Thank you, Empyreal Strings!

Roman and The Empyreal Strings were amazing and pure joy to work with! Roman worked with us to accommodate for our budget and tastes. He made great suggestions for the music choices and overall organization. Our wedding was half Russian, half American and the music played appealed to all. The string quartet was amazing during the welcoming, cocktail hour and ceremony. The electric string show was the highlight of the night and blew everyone away. Everyone was watching with mouths open and clapping along. Igor, the mc, did a fantastic job. Both he and Roman were great in leading the events of the night and making sure everyone had fun.

Roman Teplinsky is a true professional, this is a man that deeply cares about every client that walks through his doors and takes pride in his craft. Roman treated me as if I were his first client and we all know I wasn't lol. After booking Empyreal, i knew that this was one vendor that i was NOT going to have to micro-manage.

My now husband is American-Israeli and my family is Russian, I needed a band that would really know how to respect both of our cultures and still have the young people on the dance floor all night. This was 100 % achieved by Empyreal!

Roman was always available to me (a nervous bride) over the phone or via email, always accommodated my schedule and even went all the way out to Great Neck (from Brooklyn) to scout out the venue with me. He also arranged for an additional stage and all of the up-lighting in the venue. We had Chantelle as our MC, who most people know brings the house down w/ her killer voice and energy.

Roman conducted my whole evening from the opening reception, to cocktail hour, ceremony, and reception.

Empyreal Strings provided an unforgettable night for my guests and I and we will always be grateful to Roman and his level of professionalism.

As far as Wedding entertainment goes, Empyreal Strings is absolutely THE BEST. I've seen them at a few family weddings and I can say that the dance floor was always packed.

From the first meeting, Roman was a pleasure to work with. He is a true professional and really knows his stuff. He made a lot of great suggestions and recommendations on music, timing etc. based on all of his experience. Prior to the wedding, he sent over a detailed schedule for the reception, and Igor, the MC, kept everything moving smoothly and on schedule the day of the wedding.

The wedding was 1/2 Russian and 1/2 American, but the band did a great job accommodating all the different guests (and both myself and my mom's request) and the dance floor was always packed. Not only was the music selection excellent, the musicians are truly talented, and the band has a wide repertoire of music --everything from traditional to Top 40 to Russian to Rock. They are experts at reading the crowd and will make sure everyone is dancing and having a great time.

The violin pop show was the highlight of the reception and we had SO many guests (both American and Russian, young and old) tell us that it was their favorite part and really made the wedding!

The string quartet music during the welcome, ceremony and cocktail hour was beautiful. I had many guests say how nice the mood was in the venue when they first walked into live string music.

I cannot say enough good things about Roman & Empyreal String and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone as they made our wedding amazing!

Empyreal was an easy choice for us. We saw them perform at our best friend's wedding and knew we wanted them for ours. That decision did not disappoint. Roman was a pleasure to deal with and made the process a breeze. He came up with a musical program that catered to both the younger and the older crowds and he was spot on because at any given time the seats were empty and the dance floor was full. The band was also very flexible, learning a last minute song that we requested be performed at the wedding. Having such a professional live instrumental band with amazing vocals really does make a huge difference, our guests were AMAZED and entertained. Empyreal made the party, and I would recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I hired Empyreal Strings and let's just say, it's already been a few weeks since our wedding in October and people are still raving about our wedding. Yes, the band was THAT amazing!

Roma, the owner of the band, is extremely talented and very understanding to what the customer wants. My husband and I are very picky when it comes to music and understandably, a band could make or break the wedding. For as picky as we were when interviewing other bands, our heart was set on Roma after our first meeting.

He worked closely with us through the entire process: customized (on a printed sheet) our ceremony music all the way to every song for our reception. We also chose to have the violin show, which in humble opinion, is an absolute must! The guests will be floored. Every person walked away from my wedding telling me that the felt they were at an Italian opera. I'm not much into writing reviews, but I had to go out of my way to experience my gratitude for Roma really making my wedding special and unforgettable!
