Emily will always be the best addition to my vendor team for my wedding. I knew having a wedding planner would make the planning process easier, but I didn’t expect just how much Emily would go above and beyond for her couples. Any issue that popped up, she handled with grace and ease. She made every decision feel simple and stress-free. Emily truly made the entire process fun—I had zero anxiety with her on my team. Everyone who interacted with Emily during my wedding planning and on the day of still tells me how amazing Emily was and even made the day more enjoyable for them. I can not recommend her enough, I have encouraged all my friends/family that are brides to reach out to Emily! If you’re even thinking about hiring her, stop thinking and just do it. She’ll be the best decision you make. She will do everything in her power to make sure your day is everything you imagined and more! -

Having Emily as our weekend-of wedding coordinator was, without a doubt, one of the single best decisions we made throughout our entire wedding planning process. I genuinely do not know what we would have done without her and her amazing assistant, Marlina. Our wedding was a full weekend celebration up north, with most guests traveling from across Michigan or out of state. Emily and Marlina were there from Friday morning until Sunday morning, handling absolutely everything with the venue and all our vendors. This took an immense amount of stress off me, my bridal party, and my family, allowing us to truly enjoy every moment.
Emily proved to be a trusted confidante, consistently going above and beyond her duties. Early in 2025, we faced an unexpected and significant challenge with our venue that had substantial financial implications. Even though her service was weekend-of coordination, Emily generously offered her expertise, helping us navigate the complex situation and advocate for ourselves. Her insight was truly invaluable and demonstrated her commitment far beyond what we paid her for.
Her attention to detail is truly remarkable. Two weeks before the wedding, Emily organized an hour-long planning session with us. She arrived with a meticulously prepared, tentative timeline, which we collaboratively refined during the meeting. She had a plethora of thoughtful questions, and patiently answered all of mine, ensuring every detail was considered.
This is JUST one example of MANY... On the wedding day, Emily truly shone as the ultimate problem-solver. While getting ready, I noticed the venue's table linens weren't floor-length, despite my vision and purchase of specific floral, floor-length linens for our rectangle tables. I started to panic a bit. When I mentioned it to Emily, she calmly validated my feelings without letting me stress. She immediately sprang into action, calling multiple event rental companies in our rural Northern Michigan location. She quickly found a company with affordable, white, floor-length linens, and even negotiated the price for us! Then, on our wedding day, she personally drove 45 minutes each way to secure these linens. All the while, she continued to manage the venue staff and coordinate other tasks with Marlina. This seemingly small detail completely transformed the reception space, bringing my vision to life.
I cannot recommend Emily enough. She is professional, incredibly resourceful, exceptionally detailed, and genuinely cares about making your day perfect. She handles unforeseen challenges with grace and efficiency, allowing you to relax and soak in every precious moment. If you're looking for a coordinator who will not only execute your plans flawlessly but also become an indispensable ally, Emily is your person.

Hiring Emily as our month-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, she felt more like a supportive friend than just a vendor. She was always checking in, making sure we felt calm and on track, and was truly on our side every step of the way.
Emily went above and beyond — emailing vendors on our behalf, reviewing contracts, perfectly setting up all our personalized items, and packing everything up at the end of the night so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Thanks to her, we were able to fully relax and be present on our wedding day.
We felt completely at ease knowing Emily was there, taking care of all the details with so much care and professionalism. If you’re looking for someone warm, organized, and genuinely invested in making your day stress-free and special, Emily is the one! -

Emily is the BEST!!
If you are looking for a coordinator or planner, Emily is your girl. She is so professional but also fun, and will laugh along with you during your day. We had a little mishap with our florals, and after I said something to her she immediately did what she could to help us and I could not be more grateful! We used her as a month of/day of coordinator, and I felt so stress free during the day of because she was there for the little things. 20/10 recommend! -

Emily is everything and more ❤️
Emily is EVERYTHING. I knew from the moment we met that she was my dream planner. I truly do not know how I would have been able to plan my wedding without her. She made herself available 24/7 and was just as invested in my special day as I was. Not only was she my star planner, she was my hype girl, my advocate, and came to be one of my most cherished friends. Emily will think of everything so you do not have to—not only that, but she will go above and beyond on executing details, both big and small, to ensure your day is perfect. Emily went above and beyond with everything—from ordering a custom bar sign with a picture of my beloved cat (as a gift, nonetheless), to purchasing flowers the day-of so I would have petals in my details shots, she is truly invested and CARES about making your day about you. I can hardly summarize how much I love, adore, and respect Emily in one post, but trust me when I say she is the best and the best. Not only will your wedding be perfect, you will make a lifelong friend along the way. THANK YOU, EMILY! -

Emily is incredibly organized, helpful, and kind. I had the pleasure of photographing a wedding she coordinated and could not have asked for a better partner to bring the couple's wedding vision to life. She clearly communicated with me leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day, she was absolutely instrumental in keeping the day running on time and without stress. Cannot recommend Emily enough!
I cannot recommend Emily enough to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator. She was there for every step of my planning process and I felt so calm the morning of my wedding knowing that she would make sure everything was taken care of. Her attention to detail and highly organized planning skills are unmatched. Emily was the most amazing day of coordinator I could have asked for and I cannot recommend her enough! -

Couldn’t have done it without her!
We couldn’t imagine a scenario in which we didn’t have Emily there for us on our wedding day ensuring everything was running smoothly. Me, my husband, and our parents were able to enjoy the day worry/stress free knowing with full confidence our coordinator Emily was there, behind the scenes, working her magic.
Emily is so incredibly easy to work with and was always available for questions, concerns, phone calls, etc.
Wedding planning takes a lot out of you, and for most of us, this is the first time we’ve had to plan something like this. Having someone like Emily there to “hold our hands” and consistently give us the reassurance that everything was going to be okay was exactly what we needed. I cannot say enough positive things about her.
We had the wedding of our dreams, and we owe it all to Emily. -
