  Amazing to work with!

  Emily was amazing for both my trial and on my wedding day! I booked her for my hair, and her and the assistant she brought with the day of were totally on top of it. She created such a fun environment and absolutely nailed the vision for not only my hair, but everyone else's hair that she did as well. I wish I had more photos of my hair but you can see it on her Instagram!
  
  I also booked her for my boudoir shoot. She did my hair and makeup, took and edited the photos, and was overall amazing the entire session! I cannot recommend her enough for any and all of your needs.

  Wonderful!!

  Emily is an incredibly skilled and professional makeup artist, as well as a delight to work with. She is all smiles and positivity, and it shows how excited she is to help your vision come together. She is also incredibly versatile, and was super accommodating to our need for some flexibility the day of. I would hire her again in an instant.

  Excellent Experience

  I loved working with Emily. She was always super responsive and tried different things with me as we figured out my look. She and her team did 4 kids for us which I know can be challenging sometimes and they were great. Everyone looked absolutely amazing.

  Hire Emily for Well-Honed Artistry, Transparency, & Professionalism

  Emily did makeup for me & 3 members of my bridal party & would highly recommend her. Here’s why:
  
  1. By the time I came around to looking for my makeup artist, I was already sooo tired of vendors trying to upsell or price-gouge my husband & me. Emily’s trasparency & openness was such a relieving breath of fresh air. Her rates are clearly listed on her website. When we called to discuss a quote, she was not only receptive to my makeup ideas & the vibe of the wedding, she was also understanding of one bridesmaid wanting to do her makeup because of severe skin allergies. (I had some other artists pressure me to get her makeup done as well. Can you imagine a bridesmaid getting an allergic reaction on your wedding day?)
  
  2. I got my makeup trial done several days before the wedding as I was coming from out of town. The week leading up to a wedding is stressful for anyone, but Emily’s soothing presence put me at ease. The trial was probably the most relaxed I felt the entire week. All of that was on top of the fact that she made my vision come to life. I wanted a bolder look than I think is typical of wedding makeup & she was more than capable of delivering that look.
  
  3. We had a relatively small wedding so our venue was smaller & didn’t have a dedicated bridal suite. The day of the wedding, it was impressive how Emily was able to set up a station in the event space itself, complete with full lighting. While she was doing my makeup, she was also accommodating to me having to pause every once in a while to answer questions about the setup. She was also able to work with the inevitable schedule slip that comes with a busy day. To top it all off, she upgraded my look from the trial on my wedding day & I was very satisfied. She was also able to give ideas & take input from my bridal party for their makeup, so they were also happy with their looks. She also left each of us with touch up kits, which we didn’t need in the end but it was good to have just in case. We all got the traditional makeup, which lasted very well from mid-afternoon to around 10pm (6-8 hours). Longer than that, you may want to consider the airbrush option. Go with Emily as your makeup artist for her well-honed artistry, honesty, & all-around professionalism!

  The most talented makeup artist

  Emily is the most talented makeup artist EVER - she made me look FLAWLESS and feel the prettiest i've ever felt on my wedding day. After our makeup trial, she took all my suggestions and implemented them for my wedding day exactly how I envisioned it. The makeup lasted over 10 hours and even though I got a full glam, I still looked like myself. I can't believe how amazing I looked and how talented she is! You NEED TO HIRE HER.

  Amazing vibes!

  Emily was everything I could have wanted in my bridal day experience! My bridal trial was amazing and she was flexible enough to time it up with my bridal shower. My day of experience was so fun and relaxing! She did a great job overall - HIGHLY recommend!

  Hair & Makeup Services

  I had a wonderful experience from start to finish! I was not sure how exactly to describe what I wanted, but I had a collection on a Pinterest board and Emily helped me identify what I loved about each photo and turn it into a plan for my hair & makeup day-of! She mixed custom shades of green eyeliner and much more to not only match my face but also my vision! After the test-run, I changed my mind on a few things and Emily took the notes wonderfully and executed it perfectly on the day!

  A fantastic artist--and calming presence

  Emily was fantastic at accommodating my ever-changing requests--I totally switched up the hair and makeup I was going for on my wedding day and she rolled with it seamlessly and created a gorgeous look! She's such a wonderful artist and exactly the calming presence you need on a chaotic day.

  I looked glamorous!

  I looked stunning after Emily worked her magic on my hair and makeup. My hair and makeup lasted all day (which has never happened before) and I received so many compliments. I will definitely call Emily again for my next event.
