  Emily is a perfect mix of being direct and “take charge” with a soft and caring delivery. Her attention to detail was on point.

  Emily carefully listened to and fully understood our vision for our rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, terrace ceremony and reception both in terms of the flow/logistics and our overall decor feel/setup. She took charge both evenings and kept everything on track and organized. Not only did she direct both nights’ events, but she and her assistant also set up the decor each night and brought our decor vision to life and broke it all down as well. We were a bit nervous about turning over our decor vision to someone else. but she and her assistant delivered our total vision perfectly.   Stress Free Wedding Coordinator

  Emily did a great job making sure that neither of us had to be stressed with small details on our wedding day. She made sure that everyone was where they were supposed to be when they were supposed to be. She helped us have the perfect wedding day! 10/10 would recommend

Before discovering her, the thought of planning our wedding filled us with dread, and we found ourselves procrastinating on nearly every aspect. Bringing Emily on board was the single most fantastic choice we made, and our wedding surpassed our wildest expectations by a mile. Our guests haven't stopped raving about how our wedding was the best they've ever attended – it was nothing short of magical. Each meeting with her left us awestruck and filled us with ever-growing anticipation for our big day.

  Absolutely Phenomenal!

  I highly recommend Emily, she is absolutely amazing planner/coordinator. She was always two steps ahead on the planning and day of the wedding. As a DJ I really enjoyed working with her, she always kept me in the loop of any changes. Anyone who hires her or works with her as a vendor will be impressed every step of the way, great job!

  Emily Made Our Day Perfect!!!

  We originally only sought out a day-of coordinator because our venue required it, but thank god we did!! Emily was so organized, calm, and sweet- I never felt one ounce of stress. We literally can't think of a single thing that wasn't perfect on our wedding day, and we know Emily is a huge part of that. Couldn't recommend enough :)

  Absolutely the most bang for the buck

  I hired Emily to assist with my brothers wedding and it was probably the best investment I made. Working with Emily was a breeze and her assistant was on top of every single detail on the day of my brothers wedding. If I had paid double what I was charged it still would have been well worth it.

  The Best Wedding Coordinator

  Emily was amazing as the Day of Coordinator for my son's wedding.
  It was so fun working with her during the planning .
  She is extremely organized and efficient. She and her assistant, Kate, worked non-stop for 13 hours on wedding day.
  
  They made the day so enjoyable because I didn't have to worry about anything.
  There were a few issues that came up, but they took care of it. They were both so kind to the guests and staff and I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out.

  Emily is fabulous: professional, kind, and creative!

  Emily was a joy to work with for our June 2023 wedding. We hired her as our day-of coordinator, and she went above and beyond. She met with us a couple of times beforehand to make sure everything was on track, and she helped us with vendor recommendations. She was very professional and clear about what she would be able to do. She also had lots of tips and tricks.   Felt like friends

  Working with these ladies quickly became one of my favorite parts of wedding planning. They took so much stress off of me. They are very organized and timely. You feel like you have a friend working for you they are so down to earth.

  Professional, Kind and Efficient Coordinator

  Emily and Hannah were an awesome team! From the first phone conversation to each meeting that followed, we knew we made the right decision in choosing them as our Wedding Coordinators. I (Mother of the Bride) Did not think we needed to hire a coordinator, I was so thankful we did! They looked after every detail. Even told my daughter when I was taking too much on for the day of responsibilities. They had my daughter and my back. Hannah was such a calming presence for Jenna. We loved her. They had the day scheduled and planned out so well for us. I really can not say enough regarding their services to us and helping a very stressful day run smoothly!

  Emily was so attentive and organized from the moment we had our first meeting until the last candle was boxed up on my wedding day! She helped me make decisions, she took care of all my behind the scenes and even helped contain family members. My wedding day was truly a success because of her efforts.   My daughter was on a short timeline in planning her wedding while also finishing up her doctoral program. When she found and hired Emily as her day of coordinator, it was the absolute best thing!   Hire Emily as your coordinator!

  We planned our wedding on a shorter timeline than most (5 months) and were so lucky to have Emily as our coordinator! She met with us a couple times leading up to the big day, came to our rehearsal, and was on site for 10+ hours on the day of our wedding. There were so many little details that she helped us with, like creating a wedding timeline and keeping us on track on the day of. She led the rehearsal and our wedding would not have gone so smoothly without her! No one would’ve known how much of a procrastinator I was with planning everything because any little details I hadn’t figured out yet, Emily filled in the gaps on the day of. She created a beautiful welcome table and coordinated all of the vendors and moving parts of the day. She ensured all of the decor and tables were arranged how we wanted and was great about making sure the cards and gifts went home with the best man and that all of our decor was placed in boxes for us to pick up the next day. I couldn’t recommend Emily enough, if she is available on the day of your wedding, hire her!!

  A Well Planned Wedding!

  My best friend's daughter got married and I was the day-of coordinator for them. Emily planned a beautiful wedding! Amazing attention to details for the ceremony and reception! We had detailed instructions for set-up and tear down. Everyone had a schedule and knew exactly when and where they were supposed to be! Everything was perfect! We are hoping to use her services when my own daughter gets married!
