This venue is amazing. The sales department was very sweet and they were helpful. I couldn't ask anything more from Leala she was there every staep of the way. Even our wedding day she was there making sure everything went off without a hitch.

Our Embassy Suites wedding coordinator was so wonderful!! Any questions we had she was available to answer and if we had a problem with my husband to where he could not get leave for the wedding she would have been able to help us change the date.

What can I say? We lucked out so much all our awesome wedding vendors, but this venue made it all come together perfectly!

We were looking for an indoor wedding/reception venue to protect us from the spring rainstorms. We just didn't want a dark ambiance as our wedding was in the morning/afternoon.

My sister in law recommended I check this place out because they have an insanely gorgeous atrium and lobby full of ponds and plants that created an outdoor effect. When we visitied, we knew it was the perfect venue. This venue has a beautiful white gazeebo and a glass roof so the sunlight comes in from the hotel. Beautiful!! So lucky to find this place : )

For my wedding, Embassy Suites North Anaheim was not my venue, but was where my bridesmaids and I prepared for the wedding, as well as where I had my honeymoon. We got a great deal off of priceline for the two days. When we were getting ready the hotel was perfect! It did not feel squished at all since there were two separate rooms (living and bedroom). Hair was done in the bedroom, and makeup done in the front room. Air conditioning was great too, and we all were very comfy. Now, for the honeymoon night the hotel was also accommodating. The day before, my maid-of-honor mentioned to them that it would be my honeymoon night the next day. So when my new husband and I came to the hotel there was a bottle of champagne, cheese, and fruit on the table. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast. Overall, it was a great vendor/business to use for our wedding prep & honeymoon.

We originally signed up with Leala, who's name still appears on their website as the contact person for weddings. She was great. She answered my emails in a timely manner and I felt confident she would be helping us every step of the way. Until one day she no longer answered my emails. Turned out she no longer worked there and Yelena had taken her place. Yelena is the complete opposite of Leala. If you are expecting a wedding planner/coordinator, like most hotels provide, she is not it. Although both Leala and Yelena have the title of Senior Catering Manager, based on my interaction with Leala and the reviews I've found online, I think she would've helped us with some of the planning. Yelena will not lift a finger. She did not even suggest how we should walk down the aisle, so expect to do everything yourself or hire a wedding planner/coordinator. She didn't put out an easel for our picture as discussed and was written in the contract. The fruit, cheese and crackers we ordered were also not out when we discussed. We only had our wedding ceremony here, but I don't think we would've gotten any better service if we had our reception here as well. I don't know if they'll still allow only having your ceremony here, especially since they are planning to remodel the hotel soon, but it really helped us with our budget. Although the food was expensive and it’s an extra cost if you want to use their sound system to play music or use their mic. We ended up getting a harpist (Hollienea was great) and not using a mic. We would've loved to have our reception here as well, but we wanted to have a Chinese banquet and the food from an outside caterer we found was not nearly as good as the restaurant we ended up going with. It was wonderful having an outdoor feel with all the comforts of an indoor setting though, especially since it rained on our wedding day! We don't regret choosing this location, but we wished Leala could've been with us every step of the way.
