Jaw dropping work!
Sarah (the owner) is amazing. I met her at a bridal show in early 2020 and instantly loved her. I booked her for my November 2020 wedding. Her work speaks for itself. It was her attitude and professionalism that really stuck with me. Due to covid, 4 days before my wedding we had to cut the guests list by more than half and we now no longer needed 8 table arrangements that were already ordered. She was on vacation when I emailed her and not knowing what I should do. She responded to me at 10pm and instantly put my worries to rest. She was able to repurpose all of those unneeded flowers to my arch and WOW. It was breathtaking. ALL of it was breathtaking. Sarah is truly amazing and I cannot recommend her enough. Hardworking, Honest, Dependable, Creative
I cannot recommend Sarah with EllieBelle highly enough. Sarah is exactly what I imagined a wedding planner would be—providing sound advice, support, and ensuring no bumps in the special day. Sara struck exactly the right balance between offering suggestions and running with our ideas. She was receptive to and supportive our ideas, and offered clear suggestions and modifications to transform these concepts into workable plans.
I initially found Sarah after I decided to part ways with a different wedding planner with whom communication was strained, and who we learned did not advocate for competitive pricing with vendors because she also benefited financially from their contracts. I could not be more grateful for finding Sarah, and for being able to experience what it actually feels like to have a wedding planner that you can trust, and who is straightforward.
One of Sarah’s greatest attributes is her strength in advocacy—she worked with our vendors to negotiate better prices, made sure any loose threads were completely wrapped up, and ensured that one of our less-organized vendors got their act together. Through and through, I felt confident that Sarah personally wanted the best for us. Sarah conveyed confidence about the process, and I felt genuinely supported. On our wedding day, I didn’t have a single concern—I was able to fully relax and enjoy all the special moments, because I knew Sarah would have my back. Indeed, I saw her and her team moving around in the background of the event, but their presence never felt intrusive. We had a large wedding (150 guests) and a multi-day event over a holiday weekend, yet Sarah pulled it off with grace and ease. I truly cannot recommend Sarah highly enough, and we've actually now heard from several of our vendors that it was the smoothest wedding they've been a part of thanks to Sarah. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Sarah! -

If you need a wedding planner, or honestly, a planner for any event, Sarah is your girl. She did a phenomenal job with our wedding- ensuring that every little last detail was perfect. She is wonderful to work with, communicates well and modeled calm throughout the whole process. She said her goal was to make us happy and she certainly did. Thank you Sarah and EllieBelle! Our wedding was the most special day and it truly wouldn’t have been possible without you! -

This was hands down the best investment in our wedding. We met several times before the wedding to review vendors, my vision, themes, a timeline, decor, and so much more. Sarah even made all of my Bridesmaids bouquets and the toss bouquet which saved hundreds of dollars. The wedding day, my husband and I didn't have a single stress. Everything was taken care of, from set up to take down. We ran out of beer before the first dance was over, but this was no problem at all because Sarah's crew went and picked more up for us without hesitation. Everything went so smoothly. I would hands down recommend EllieBelle 10/10. Invest the money in a good wedding planner, because in the grand scheme of things the price is so small in comparison to all that Sarah does. I was able to use Sarah's arch to get married under, she made my menu and unplugged ceremony sign, came with a trailer of decorations, made my seating chart display, and so much more. She made the floral for the arch and draped it with lace as well. Everything was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! For a low stress wedding, brides, you need Sarah!! I was able to be fully present and enjoy the wedding rather than worrying about little things. -

Sarah is amazing. I cannot say enough positive things about the EllieBelle team and how amazing my wedding day was because of all they did to make sure everything went perfectly! Sarah was so great to work with leading up to the wedding day and pushed me along when I wanted to procrastinate ;) She kept everything organized and came up with awesome ideas when I wasn't sure what to do. She also worked very well with all the other vendors! I highly recommend! -

Where do I even begin to start this review. I was on the fence about getting a wedding planner for our wedding because I thought I would be able to do it myself. As the day was getting closer I was starting to feel stressed about how I was going to bring my vision together and what decorations or things I needed to order etc. I saw one of our friends was using Ellie Belle for her ceremony so I decided to reach out to Sarah. I am SO glad that I did because it was honestly the best decision I made throughout my entire wedding planning process. From my first meeting with Sarah she just had so many great ideas on how to bring my vision of a Maryland themed wedding to life! As soon as we booked her she was there for our every need or any questions I may have had. We booked her for the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception and she just took the stress out of everything for me! She also made some amazing decorations for us and our sign in guest “book” that we will keep for the rest of our lives! Sarah did all the coordinating with our vendors and worked well with our vendors on the day of the wedding. Our venue (Great Oak Manor) and our caterer (T&M Catering) both said to me after our wedding that she was one of the best wedding planners they have ever worked with which says a lot about Ellie Belle and her staff! Sarah was a huge part of making our wedding our dream wedding and the best day of our lives! If you’re on the fence like I was about hiring a wedding planner take my advice and save yourself the stress and DO IT and look into Ellie Belle because you won’t be disappointed! I will continue to recommend Ellie Belle Events to anyone who needs event planning services! Thank you Sarah for everything you did for Davey and I! -

Amazing Experience!
I wish there were more than five stars to rate Sarah and her team because I would give them all of the stars. I waited longer than I should have to hire Ellie Belle as my day of coordinator and they were still able to take care of everything and make my day perfect. Sarah caught all kinds of details that I would have missed. Most of all, she perfectly understood and executed my vision for the day. Everyone kept commenting on how calm I was. My secret was that I used Ellie Belle Events and didn't need to worry about a thing!EllieBelle Party & Event Planning, LLC's reply:
