I'm very happy we decided to go with Mari as our wedding planner for our June wedding. From the very beginning, Mari was thoughtful, professional, and fully supportive of our vision. She was always present, reliable, and responsive to our needs every step of the way. I appreciated her meticulous attention to detail and also her ability to help problem solve various decisions we made as we approached our wedding day. Mari fully embraced and helped us combine our different religious and cultural backgrounds in ways that worked for us. I would recommend her without reservation and am glad we chose her to be a part of our special day! -

Mari was amazing to work with on my wedding! I was having a small wedding but decided I needed someone to handle day of coordination. Not only did she handle logistics/coordination but so much more. She gave good insight and guidance when I wasn't sure about some decisions and was super supportive. She really helped me pull things together. I highly recommend her for your wedding planning/coordination! -

We require a day-of coordinator for all of our weddings at BIG Cork Vineyards. Mari is always an absolute delight, and we highly recommend her services! Wow! Mari and Kat are wonderful. They made our wedding week and wedding day seamless, beautiful, and fun. They made sure every last detail went according to plan. Kat did an especially good job with the rehearsal, which led to an absolutely perfect ceremony. And at the end of the night, all of the leftover food, our items, everything was packed and ready to go. I highly recommend! -

Mari is IT. My husband and I met with a handful of coordinators who all seemed qualified and capable, but none that seemed to vibe with our energy UNTIL we met Mari! Right away she was calming and tuned in and warm. She felt like someone we would hang out with but then make that person an organizational wizard.As first time wedders, who had never imagined a specific wedding day aesthetic or theme, we would frequently worry this whole thing might not come together. But IT DID under Mari's expert guidance! And not only was it a big success (imo) she also never made us feel dumb or wrong or like bad engaged people for breaking tradition or for asking if we need Welcome signs. Mari was very good about holding us to our deadlines but not hounding us. When we felt like we were months behind she assured us we were in a good place.And then the day of the wedding, Mari and Anjeanette, were like the 1992 US Men's Olympic basketball team! Just two pros moving seamlessly, never missing. If we had a question, they had the answer before we asked. I always wondered how weddings happen without the bride and groom being pulled in every direction. Elle Events is how. -

Mari did an incredible job with our wedding! We hired her for coordination services. She handled vendor communication in the run-up to the event (including confirming plans with each vendor when details were changed), made everything go smoothly and perfectly on the day itself, and even packed up the extra alcohol for us to pick up the next day. She oversaw the set-up and clean-up with our DJ, florist, caterer, etc., and she came to our rehearsal to go over details with our officiant. She made everything worry-free, and we had a really beautiful wedding. I can't say enough about how great she was. Very happy we hired Elle Events, and highly recommend them to others! -

Mari and her team were very professional, personable, and responsive. Throughout the whole process I knew Mari was only a text or email away to offer guidance, clarification (wedding vendors can be confusing sometimes), or even just to be a sound board for thoughts and ideas. It was also a really nice feeling to be able to trust her with everything on the day of our wedding so I could be present and enjoy the celebration. I hope to get to work with her in the future on other events.

Mari was such an incredible wedding coordinator for me and my husband. From the very first video chat, we both knew that Mari would be the perfect person to hire as our coordinator. First off, she has such a warm personality that makes you feel comfortable. It is important to feel that you can express yourself freely when it comes to planning such a huge event and Mari definitely made us feel at ease whenever we had questions or concerns related to the wedding. When discussing our vision, Mari was very attentive to whatever we had to say and prioritized our needs/wants along with the needs/wants of our very close loved ones. Her communication and organization skills are spectacular. We cannot emphasize enough how please we and our families were with how she stayed on top of the vendors, venue, and timing. Even with small snags (which is totally normal, it's going to happen), Mari always had numerous "game plans" in her pocket that she would present to us and allow for us to make a decision. She made this whole process a whole lot less stressful for us and made us feel supported. Another notable quality of Mari is the fact that she is so respectful and attentive of other cultures and religions. Throughout our South Asian Muslim Wedding, she would ask questions and notate important aspects of this type of wedding for her understanding and to provide the best support for us.

We connected with Elle Events following the abrupt cancellation of our first coordinator. Marielys promptly responded and set up a video chat for us to communicate our vision, after which she created a detailed wedding file with all of our vendors, important dates, bridal party info, etc. Every step of the planning process, Marielys was there to answer questions, speak with vendors on our behalf, and put out fires we didn’t even know had started. She arrived to our venue before we did on wedding day, already hard at work setting everything up. We didn’t have to do more than shout, “hey, Mari” before a helpful pair of hands and smiling eyes came to the rescue. We cannot say enough good things about this planner, and we’d 1000% hire again if needed. Working with Elle Events is like entrusting your special occasion to your most trusted friend; it’ll go off without a hitch and leave you feeling carefree enough to enjoy your day instead of worried. -
