Stress Free and Beautiful Wedding
We recently had our wedding at the Humphreys Half Moon Inn and we chose Elizabeth Worrell Weddings & Events as our Wedding Planner. We did extensive research as we were on a budget and a wedding planner seemed like a luxury item, but she played a huge role in executing a big investment that we had put into the wedding. We chose the Day of Coordinator Package. Elizabeth was professional and knowledgeable from our consultation, all the way through to the end of the wedding when we had to tear everything down. Even though the package was for the Day of Coordinator, we did talk and meet with Elizabeth before the wedding including zoom calls for updates and to discuss where we were in the wedding planning process, to visiting the venue. She also had great advice along the way of things to consider especially with the timeline. We forwarded her the information on the vendors, in which she would contact and coordinate for the week and day of the wedding. There is so much going on as it is with wedding planning and the wedding, that having Elizabeth to carry out the logistics was vital. On the day of the wedding, she helped us stay on the timeline, which is hard as there are so many things that can steer you away. But, with the most calming demeanor ever she’d guide from one thing to the other! She always left it up to us and was very supportive. We always took her advice as her advice seemed more reasonable. She also had a lot of initiative and was very attentive. She always made sure we ate and enjoyed our wedding food, she communicated to vendors on our behalf, she made sure I sat down as I waited for my dad as he was late to the church, so I’d rest my feet. Just to name a few. After investing so much money on such an important day, Elizabeth made sure the venue shined, that everything went smoothly and that everyone had a beautiful time. We didn't even know if there were any problems, it was truly stress free. We also had a small wedding of 50 people and didn’t want to ask too much from our family and friends as we also wanted them to enjoy themselves. Elizabeth helped us to make sure that happened. We truly enjoyed our wedding as one of the best days of our lives and Elizabeth made that possible. We initially chose her on her reviews, affordability and initial impression. But we were truly lucky with the quality of work she provided. Highly, highly, recommended her. -

Elizabeth Worrell made our long-distance wedding effortless
Elizabeth Worrell was an absolute lifesaver. After interviewing a handful of planners, her can-do attitude immediately set her apart — she strikes a rare balance of being genuinely warm while also being someone who simply gets things done.
My husband and I are based in Dallas and wanted a San Diego wedding, so having someone local to be our eyes and ears on the ground was essential. We'll also be the first to admit we were not easy clients — both of us work 60-hour weeks with heavy travel schedules, neither of us had a vision board or even knew what one was, and we needed someone to truly take the reins. Elizabeth did exactly that. She patiently walked us through every decision we needed to make, never once making us feel overwhelmed.
From the start, we told her our handful of non-negotiables: delicious plated food, an ocean view, and a premium open bar. She delivered on all three. Rather than flooding us with endless vendor options, she vetted everything within our budget and presented only the best of the best — which was exactly the level of involvement we needed.
Her responsiveness was impeccable. She always replied within 24 hours, and even when dealing with personal matters, she made sure we were always updated and taken care of. Beyond the wedding itself, she handled our rehearsal dinner planning (no easy feat) and even helped us navigate a room block situation that ultimately didn't get used — without a single complaint.
In the week leading up to the wedding, she shifted into another gear entirely. She arrived with a rockstar team that anticipated every need before I even had to open my mouth. The entire weekend — from the rehearsal dinner through the last dance — was as close to perfect as I could have imagined.
Honestly, it's been bittersweet since the wedding ended, because I miss having her in my corner. If you're looking for a planner who will make your vision a reality — even when you don't quite have a vision yet — I cannot recommend Elizabeth enough. I can't imagine having done this with anyone else. -

Best of the best
Elizabeth did such a great job as a planner at Monserate Winery wedding! She handled every challenge—and even several last-minute changes—with complete professionalism and calm. Great communication made the entire event run smoothly. I definitely recommend her for anyone who don't want to worry about anything at their wedding day! -

Hands Down... Elizabeth is the BEST!!!
No words can express the depth of my gratitude for the job Elizabeth and her team did for my daughter's wedding. The venue was beautiful but in addition to providing the sites for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception area, the venue only supplied the tables, chairs and a few other staples and it was our job to do EVERYTHING else (we knew this going into it so no fault of the venue). Needless to say it was A LOT OF WORK and I could not have pulled it off with her. I made a comment to Elizabeth about a bizarre task we wanted her to do and it being an non-negotiable task. I expected her to laugh but she realized the importance of it and delivered like a true professional. She was firm when she need to be and extremely patient and always kind. The vendors she recommended were great too. I highly recommend Elizabeth. Elizabeth did an amazing job making sure all the vendors were on the same page leading up to the wedding, and that everything ran smoothly and according to plan on the day of. The BEST! She Makes Every Detail Shine
I had such a great experience working with Elizabeth Worrell Weddings & Events last month! Elizabeth truly went above and beyond, ensuring everything was perfectly organized and running smoothly. Even with a minor hiccup from the MUA causing a slight delay, she kept everything on track and made it all work seamlessly.
As the wedding photographer, I especially appreciated how Elizabeth coordinated everything so well. The wedding was hosted at Estancia in La Jolla, and the couple wanted to head to Torrey Pines Glider Port for sunset photos. Elizabeth made sure we had 20 minutes for the photos and kept me in the loop throughout. After the photo session, we returned and transitioned smoothly to the grand entrance—it was all so well managed!
The wedding was absolutely beautiful, and Elizabeth made sure every vendor was taken care of and that we stayed on schedule as much as possible. Her attention to detail and clear communication really made all the difference. If you want someone who genuinely cares about making your event amazing, Elizabeth is definitely the way to go! -

Highly Recommend

Amazing wedding planner
Elizabeth did everything she said she’d do and much more! She was in contact with all of the vendors making sure that they were on top of things. She made the day of completely stress free. Elizabeth has a very calm demeanor. Everything was handled. She made sure that my husband and I were also taken care of, bringing us food and drinks. She made a photo album of pics she took so we’d have something while waiting for photographer's prints. I highly recommend Elizabeth!! -

The Best Decision: Elizabeth Made Our Wedding Day Magical
Elizabeth was our day of wedding coordinator for our April wedding at Monserate Winery in Fallbrook, and hiring her was the best decision ever! She knows our venue inside and out and recommended the best vendors in town. We went with all her suggestions and were thrilled with how everything turned out! As the big day got closer, she took so much stress off our shoulders by coordinating with all the vendors and making sure everyone was on the same page. Our wedding day was absolutely magical, and Elizabeth was amazing behind the scenes, making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier! -

Her expertise & calm creates a beautiful, stress free wedding.
I recently had the pleasure of officiating a wedding with wedding planner Elizabeth Worrell. I have worked with many wedding planners over the decades and I really appreciated Elizabeth's attention to detail and being very involved and responsive and prompt. She is excellent at communicating to her vendors all the details and timelines they need to be aware of far in advance. In order to have a smooth stress-free wedding having a great wedding planner is absolutely essential and Elizabeth really delivers. She has an amazing ability to keep track of the tiniest details and make sure that the bride and groom are taken care of in every way as well as the wedding party, vendors and guests. Its a big job and Elizabeth handles it all with expertise, calm and a sincere joy for creating the most beautiful day for her couples and their guests.

Great Wedding Coordinator
Elizabeth helped put all of the pieces together, especially the little things you don't think of. We ended up using several rental companies to get the exact look so having an experienced and reliable event coordinator was critical. She also helped us find our DJ. We were able to just enjoy the reception without worry. -

Elizabeth was absolutely wonderful to work with for our wedding at River garden weddings&events!
She was so supportive about the ideas we had and made our vision come true. Prior to the wedding Elizabeth was so organized and prompt with answering any questions or desires I had for the vendors. Truly it was the best decision I have ever made by hiring her to coordinate my special day! Elizabeth was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. She was always few steps ahead of solving any problem that came up and I couldn’t imagine our wedding day without her!

The best decision!
My husband and I were trying to plan our wedding all on our own with the help of a few family members. It quickly became overwhelming and I wanted my family member to enjoy the day with us without worrying about every little detail. We decided to hire Elizabeth to help us coordinate our wedding day. Best decision to hire a wedding planner!
I found Elizabeth through the social media and we connected immediately. I was thinking to handle everything by myself and some of my family members was able to help, but Elizabeth helped me to change my mind and it was the best decision I’ve made! She paid attention to the little details and make sure everything is ready for the big day. To all brides out there, do not hesitate and hire a wedding planner for your special day, it’s definitely worth it! I would recommend Elizabeth to all my friends and family and I am recommending to you!

I hired Elizabeth to coordinate our event and it was a great experience. She is responsive and attentive to client’s desires and ideas. She is not pushy and is respectful to client’s ideas. Elizabeth went above and beyond helping us with our wedding. She pays attention to every detail. I did as much research as I could and after speaking to multiple coordinators and comparing prices, I decided to go with Elizabeth. She is one of the kindest people I have ever met. Personal touches with Elizabeth!
Elizabeth became a true friend while helping me coordinate my wedding! We met 2-3 times leading up to our wedding and she was always in communication with me via email or text. By the time I found Elizabeth, I had most of my wedding vision in mind so she created a customized package for my wedding needs. She was an amazing help! We created a detailed day-of timeline together, she coordinated all of my vendors (even the difficult ones, haha), and she helped me think of small details I may have not considered. My wedding day was SO smooth thanks to her taking care of EVERYTHING! I would 100% recommend her and book her again!
