Stunningly beautiful photos and so much fun to work with
Ash is simply the best! From planning to setting up shots through the big day and making our selections afterwards, Elizabeth Ashley & Co. was one of the best decisions we made about our wedding. Her services are worth every penny. I cannot thank Ash and her team enough for capturing our day and our love so beautifully. The memories they preserved for us will last a lifetime. -

When I got engaged I knew immediately I had to reach out to Ashley to capture everything! She captures the most beautiful moments where the personality of the people in the pictures really shines through. Took My Breath Away!
By far the best photographers ever! Elizabeth Ashley & Co. was flexible and worked with our budget. Their work was beyond anything we could have imagined. Fun and personable. They captured moments between my wife and I when we didn't even know they were around. Our pictures are breathtaking and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Definitely worth the travel to NC! -

Elizabeth Ashley & her team are AMAZING! They make you feel like a celebrity once you enter the studio! She is honest, professional, punctual, full of energy, and most of all she has EXCELLENT quality work! She did my engagement session, bridal session and wedding day photos! I am an artist; therefore, I am picky. I love quality aesthetics, including color and perspective. That being said, when I saw Elizabeth Ashley's photographs online while in search of my wedding photographer, I KNEW she was the person for me. Elizabeth and her team are full of light and a special kindness that makes you feel more special than all the others. She was a breath of fresh air during all of the crazy planning and running around. Honestly, going to my photography sessions felt like a break with a friend! Ashley photographed our engagement, bridal and wedding day. Hands down, THE BEST. When we met for her for the initial consultation, she was so friendly and we were ready to book on the spot. She takes care of her clients!!! Not only is she awesome at her craft, but she recommended other vendors to us that we were able to utilize. Our engagement shoot was FUN!!!! I couldn't wait to get back and take my bridal pictures with her and those were absolutely beautiful! Her staff was a fan favorite at our wedding. They were great to work with and interacted great with our guests. Ashley has truly become not just one of our vendors, but a friend and we can't wait to see our wedding pictures and use her again in the future!

My bridal portrait session and wedding day photography was an awesome experience. ArtbyAsh was recommended to us by a friend. It was the best recommendation we could have received. ArtbyAsh is extremely professional, flexible, and understands the ups and downs of planning a wedding. She even contacted me just to make sure that I was breathing and enjoying the process (definitely above and beyond!). During the initial consultation, I knew that she was going to be her photographer. The payment process is fair and the cost is reasonable. You get exactly what you pay for and she is worth every penny. On the day of... everything was perfect. ArtbyAsh and her staff were 100% focused on us. The photos are beyond amazing and cannot wait to see the final product. What is even more refreshing is her great personality. She made you feel like more than just another client. Artbyash gets 5 stars again!!!! I can't thank you and Danielle enough. I don't know where to began. First off thanks for being on time. My wedding was 3 and half hours away from durham. You guys showed up with a positive attitude ready to shoot. I did have some behind the scenes drama :) and these ladies stepped in to keep me focused and to be my friends in need. ? thank you for being professional and making sure you capture every moment of our wedding. With all the chaos you guys still remained focus and captured every moment. Throughout my whole planning process you stayed in touch and offer meetings prior to our wedding. Ashley was AMAZING!!!! She is so talented and personable it made my husband and I feel so comfortable and confident about our wedding photos during such a crazy hectic time. It was such a relief to know that I didn't have to worry about the photos. Just let Ashley do what she does and they will be great! Also, she worked so well with the varied personalities and finicky kids in our wedding party. That could be a full time job in itself. Our 3 year old ring bearer "quit" on wedding day and didn't even walk down the aisle. Ash stepped right in like the professional she is and shot pics in a way that looked like he did walk down the aisle. His pictures were so cute! After initially being mortified, his parents (my sister in-law and her husband) were relieved that at least in photo everything was ALL GOOD!
Finally, the pictures themselves were BREATHTAKING! Everyone who saw them just remarked at how beautiful and "professional" they were....which I always laughed at because Ashley is such an amazing professional, of course her work would speak for itself!
She is great!! Her skills, creativity, and professionalism are topnotch! And her work is affordable as well!! I do not think it gets any better than that!!!!! Other couples would be lucky and blessed to work with her!!!! :) -

There are not enough words to express how talented and creative Ashley is! We loved every minute of working with with Ashley. She is beyond professional; the day of our wedding Ashley was in my hotel suite capturing myself and my bridesmaids getting ready, she excused herself to the bathroom and came back to continue taking our pictures at no time did she complain that she was to sick to continue. She pulled herself together and continued like nothing was wrong. We were actually more concerned for her health than she was! That speaks volumes towards her professionalism and dedication to her clients. My now husband and myself loved every minute of working with Ashley from our engagement session, my bridal session and the day of our wedding. I highly recommend ArtbyAsh! -

I am amazed at the creativity and character of each photograph.... Needless to say, I knew that ArtByAsh had to be the one to use for this project. The photo session was amazingly awesome! It was fun, adventurous, exciting... and without a doubt professional! Ashley made the experience memorable and brought out the best in the sessions. Ashley is nothing short of amazing! Throughout every step of the process she never ceased to amaze me with her professionalism and genuine passion for her craft. We used Ashley as the photographer for our engagement photos and I am really happy that we chose her. She had closed her business for the holidays but decided to reopen to accommodate us. Ashley was very receptive to what we wanted and even gave us "homework" prior to the shoot so that she could get a sense of how we wanted our pictures to look and boy did she deliver! The photos were absolutely stunning! We love them so much that we plan to use them on just about everything from the save the dates to personalized stamps. The pictures were exactly what I wanted and more. She was simply remarkable to work with. She picked out great venues for our shoots based on the “homework”, she was on time and came with so much energy that it made us excited too and the pictures turned out great because of it. Ashley is an amazing photographer. She is very friendly with a giving and kind spirit. I was suppose to have a maternity session at the end of the month but complication from pregnancy put me in the hospital before it could happen. Not only did she reschedule my session for that very week, she came to the hospital with all her equipment so I could still get my maternity photos. She has a great eye for catching beauty and you would never know that the photos were taken at the hospital. The photos were great and I can't thank her enough. If you hire her, she will exceed your expectations! -

I found Ashley to be WONDERFUL, sweet, creative, and fun. When you are planning your wedding you know that the photos will be the ones you have forever. I wanted to find someone who would capture me and my husband as we are, make us feel special, give us good direction during our shoot (as I feel akward taking pictures), and not cost an arm and a leg. This completely sums up ArtbyAsh. On the day of our engagement shoot it was pouring down rain so we couldn't do it, but Ashley was so flexible with her time that we quickly set up a new date and time. She made us feel special with the attention she gave us and she never made us feel rushed (we went over our time limit but she kept shooting away). We love our photos so much we used them on everything - from our save the dates and wedding invitations to our guest sign-in book and wedding thank you cards - and everyone raved about them. We couldn't imagine choosing a better photographer for our engagement and wedding photos. Love love LOVE the experience I had with ArtbyAsh photography. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and you can feel the passion they have for their art. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. But the images ArtbyAsh creates takes my breath- and speech- away!!
Where to start..? I first contacted ArtbyAsh via email to inquire about her availability, rates, packages etc. I received a response almost instantly and was immediately put at ease. She was able to design a custom package just for me, and made sure I received EXACTLY what I wanted.
Ashley and her staff met with me prior to my event, to get a feel for the space, and to discuss my vision with me. She encouraged me to pin my ideas on Pinterest, and was able to provide valuable feedback and reel me in when I got too crazy!! We were able to toss ideas back and forth, and she was able to make suggestions based on what she thought we would like. She openly solicited feedback from us to make sure the direction we were going in matched our vision was- which we am absolutely appreciative of. By the time the wedding date came around, I felt like Ashley KNEW me...knew US, and knew exactly what I (we..lol) wanted. Afterwards, I saw pictures I didn’t even knew she took, but it was EXACTLY what I envisioned.
The time spent prior to the event saved soooooo much time on the day of the event. There was absolutely no direction given from me- ArtbyAsh knew exactly what I wanted, they showed up early and executed to perfection. They were able to capture moments we will never forget before, during, and after the ceremony.
I am so excited to see what our pictures will look like after they have received the ArtbyAsh *sparkle*! ((although, I’m sure with her talent, very little editing will be needed)). I encourage everyone to book with her… it’s an experience you will never forget #thankmelater!!

I loved working with Ashley and her assistant Q. They had wonderful ideas when it came to the pictures for the wedding party, were timely, approachable, and because Ashley lives in NC and I live in MD, my husband and I were able to choose our pictures the very next day. Where should I begin?! We were looking for a reasonably priced wedding photographer for months, but had no luck. One day, on Facebook, I came across ArtbyAsh's fan page and contacted her immediately. I couldn't believe how reasonable her pricing was because her work was so beautiful. So, we ended up using ArtbyAsh to do our engagement and wedding photos and she is definitely awesome. Not only did she agree to photograph our wedding and engagement shoot, she also provided several recommendations for other excellent wedding vendors! We had to reschedule our engagement shoot several times due to rain, but Ashley was very flexible and didn't mind rescheduling. I could tell from the first time that I met Ashley that everything was going to be perfect with the engagement and wedding photos because we felt very comfortable taking pics with her (sometimes it can be awkward posing, but she was very good at guiding us). At our wedding, everyone adored Ashley. She was very professional, but friendly at the same time. We've seen the sneak peek of our photos and I cannot wait to see the rest. What I've seen thus far are absolutely fabulous, yet artistic. I can't wait to use ArtbyAsh for future photoshoots in the future. I would recommend her to any and everyone!! -
