Working with Erica was one of the best decisions my husband and I made during our entire wedding journey. From day one, her logistical expertise stood out. She has a well-structured, thoughtful process that kept us on track with every decision—from selecting vendors at the right times to managing key deadlines. With our busy careers, this level of organization was invaluable and kept the entire planning experience stress-free.

Erica also shines in budget management. Because of her deep industry experience, she quickly spotted opportunities to save money without sacrificing quality or design. She regularly updated us on how we were tracking against the budget and offered informed recommendations whenever we chose to splurge in one area. Thanks to her, we stayed financially grounded while still achieving a beautifully elevated wedding.

When it came to design, Erica worked magic. I asked for a candlelit dinner that felt intimate, warm, and elegant—an elevated family gathering. What started as a guest list of 50 somehow grew to 119, yet Erica still delivered a ceremony and reception space that felt deeply personal and inviting. Her ability to scale the design while maintaining the feeling I wanted was nothing short of remarkable.

Her vendor management was another standout. Erica was our advocate every step of the way. She didn’t hesitate to negotiate contract terms, clarify miscellaneous charges, or push back when something didn’t align with our vision. Her long-standing relationships in the industry meant she could confidently guide us toward the best vendors for our style and needs. We always felt protected, informed, and supported.

We hired Erica initially for a wedding out of the country. Life happened and things changed, we switched locations! Erica was able to execute our vision! She stayed on top of our vendors and created such a thorough schedule. Erica made our wedding day seamless! You are definitely going to get lots of homework. Informative Planning

Going into this daunting experience, it is extremely essential to have a guide that is patient, responsive and covers everything you need to know from top to bottom. Let’s be honest, weddings can be very pricey. Pair that with the accumulated stress of planning and trying to focus on going into a marriage as blissful as possible, things can be difficult. Above and beyond!! Excellent Coordination!

I worked with Amy of Elite Eventz for my day of coordinator. The title is misleading as she worked diligently for about 30 days to ensure everything with my wedding day went super smooth! She took over all contacts, prepared to-do lists, time schedules, confirmation with all vendors. Amy was super responsive, always cheerful and reassuring, and kept me in the flow without having to do any work on my wedding day! I'm so thankful I used Elite Eventz to make my day the best ever!

100% Recommend!

Erica and her crew assisted with our 3 day fusion wedding (Hispanic/Pakistani). She was so much help with tying up all the loose ends, getting us in contact with vendors that hadn’t really been communicating with us, and just reassuring us that everything would be okay. She’s assertive and able to make things happen. Before she came along, we hardly had any contact from our vendors and were feeling frustrated and intimidated by everything we had to do.

Erica gave us a lot of ideas and really helped bring our vision together and was able to recognize what we wanted. She is knowledgeable about a lot of different cultures and was able to help us incorporate traditions from both the Ismaili & Hispanic culture in a way that melded well together.

On the day of, she made sure everything (and everyone) kept moving along and was following the timeline as close as possible. We received lots of compliments on our wedding and our coordinator and definitely recommend her services to anyone. Our only regret is not hiring her sooner!

Amy is a Real One 💯

Amy was our day-of coordinator, and she went WAY beyond just day-of coordination. She calmed me down when I turned into bridezilla, helped me make all of the little decisions that popped up while I was planning, and always ALWAYS replied to my texts and emails right away. She was on top of everything on the wedding day, from handling my crazy 3 y/o ring bearer, to tracking down my dad who was late to walk me down the aisle, to keeping my surprise bridesmaid dance a secret from the groom. My wedding ended up landing at the beginning of the Coronavirus outbreak, and amid the total chaos, she made sure nothing fell apart. If you think you don’t need a wedding coordinator, think again! I couldn’t have done any of it without Elite Eventz.

Best Wedding Planner Ever!!!

OMG!!! All I can say is that Erica & her team are lifesavers! From the day that we hired her, 3 months out from our wedding she has been nothing but amazing! We met with her in person and knew right away that she was the one. She has such a great personality, super nice and gets down to business as soon as she's hired. She pretty much took over everything else that needed to be done which was a lot to me. I was stressing so much but once I hired her she took all the stress away. She talked to me all the time about what was going on and got my opinion on everything. If I ever had a question about anything she just a phone call away. Very fast response. I am truly blessed to have worked with Elite Eventz. Let me take you to the beginning. I was literally four weeks out and my original coordinator fell through. If you know anything about me, you would know I am a natural born planner! So you can imagine that I went into an immediate panic. Within 30 mins of reaching out to Erica, I was matched with Amy and a contract was on the way! From the very start, Amy was informative, professional, and extremely helpful! We set up an face to face meeting, and after that I felt at ease. I knew no matter what she had my back and my day was going to be perfect! She seriously helped bring all of my dreams come to life! On the day of, I called her freaking out early morning! She immediately took control of the situation and helped me calm down. I remember feeling like I was talking to a genuine friend. She was on her toes the entire day! She answered her phone immediately every time I called her! My mom won’t stop raving about how hard she worked and how she never stopped moving to make sure things were perfect!Amy respected and kept up with my timeline perfectly. We struggled with my bustle and her assistant coordinator rushed to help! And not to mention the clean up! Everything was nicely organized packed up and returned in one piece! Best planner ever

Erica did full service for my wedding in August 2019. I chose her because she was the most thorough and responsive planner that I interviewed. She helped every step along the way in the planning process and truly went above and beyond. She even helped my fiance, now husband, with his and the groomsmen's tuxes, all the way down to picking out the grooms shoes. Erica led the design efforts for the big day (which is one of my weakest areas) and I cannot believe how beautiful everything turned out!!

****On the day of, I was stress free because I knew I was in the best of hands. That alone is priceless.****

Elite Events made my day perfect!!! I would consider myself a control freak, but Erica and her team made me feel so protected and confident in handing over the day to them. Leading up to the special day, they allowed me to work my magic as a perfectionist, however after the rehearsal they instructed me to simply enjoy the day. Their timing and organizational skills allowed everything to move smoothly and on time. There was no point in the day that I felt like I needed to take over. All of the team members worked wonderfully and swiftly with a smile on their face. My wedding was drama free and everything I could have ever imagined or wished for. Amazing staff and great experience!!

Erica planned and coordinated our “Big Day” on 11/04/2017, it was nothing less of perfect!

Rewinding back 08/29/2015 when my now husband, Brian proposed I immediately inquired about Erica with Elite Eventz services. She called me while I was out shopping one afternoon and we chatted like long lost BFF’s. I knew then she could be trusted with planning our wedding and proceeded with scheduling a consultation.

My mother and I met with Erica for the consultation. Honestly, I was expecting to briefly discuss minor details of the wedding and review the services offered. Well, this was not the case. Erica went over EVERY intricate detail from color schemes to type of corsages, we discussed things I would have never thought of. Needless to say, a few weeks later we excitedly booked Elite Eventz to plan and coordinate our wedding.

Erica made the dreadful process of planning a wedding seamless. I received an organized binder with homework assignments, timelines, vendors, business cards, order of ceremony, program outlines, duties of the bridal party and parents...pretty much everything needed leading up to the wedding and surprisingly afterwards too. She and her dolls were good with scheduling vendor meetings, keeping an open line of communication between me, them and vendors and responsive to emails and text messages. Not once did I stress about things getting done. I’m nonchalant and go with the flow which is not the typical “Bridezilla”.

The week leading up to the wedding the entire bridal party and vendors received a timeline and intricate details of what to expect. The precision of the timeline amazed me, there was no room for error!

It’s now 11/04/2017, I’m anxiously waiting to see all the planning and hard work come to life. When I walked into the chapel and reception I was in complete awe, my dreams had literally come true. My husband and I do not regret booking with Elite Eventz and recommend her to all of our engaged friends!

We originally went with the coordinating team attached with our vendor but after losing some of their team they transferred all their brides to Erica and her team. I wished from the beginning we went with Elite Eventz! Erica came into our wedding organized and passionate to make this day a dream come true. She quickly came up with a solution to any problem and chaos that arrived, instantly relieving my stress. Meetings with her felt like meetings with a friend. I really don't know where to begin. I remember looking for a planner, contacting Erica and she was blew me away with her customer service and willingness to help me. Truthfully my and myself would not have made it through our day with Erica and her team. Erica takes pride in her work; just like any business owner should. Erica and her team were amazing in coordinating, managing, and being flexible with my week long Indian wedding!! I had a variety of vendors for each of the three main events and Erica was able to put together each event while I was focusing on myself and having a good time with the guests. She was able to oversee any of the problems and create a solution before me or my husband started stressing. Would highly recommend to any future brides who want to enjoy their wedding and not stress about guests, vendors, or time management. She provided me with a binder with a variety of vendors that she recommended, songs for the wedding and reception, wedding traditions, duties of the wedding party, etc....She was very detailed with all aspects of my wedding, from the rehearsal to the reception. I loved the vendors she recommended for my special day. In addition, Erica's team was very professional at all times. I was truly impressed with Elite Eventz and plan on using Erica and her team for my Baby Shower. She is officially my exclusive Event Planner.

I first heard about Erica after seeing the amazing work she did for a friend's wedding. After doing some research and reading reviews, I knew I had to have her to plan and coordinate my special day. I went to the Bridal Expo solely for two vendors and she was one of them. We exchanged information and she was prompt with following up afterwards (despite her crazy schedule). From the beginning, she was very attentive to my concerns, hopes and dreams and provided excellent feedback.

The only thing I regret, is not getting the full package. My Mother and I both have "type A" personalities and were convinced we would be able to handle everything prior to turning it over to Erica. Boy, were we wrong! Our first meeting, we spent hours around the table where she took my vision and completely overhauled it. Although this deviated from our original plan for the meeting, she didn't hesitate and immediately began to work things out. She told me to trust her and that was one of the best decisions I made. Our wedding was more than anything I could have ever dreamed of.

To this day, my husband and I are still receiving compliments and rave reviews about how elegant and glamorous our wedding was. She paid attention to every detail and created the best night of our lives which we will never forget. We were truly blessed to have met Erica and can't wait for another reason for our paths to cross. Thank you Erica from the bottom of our hearts!

I was introduced to Erica by a previous intern of hers a few months after I had gotten engaged. We hadn't picked a date let alone pick any other detail out pertaining to our wedding. We came to Erica as a blank canvas, but I had ideas that were all over the place. If I didn't have Erica I would have had a mixture of so many different themes!! Luckily, Erica was able to dig deep into what I had wanted and helped create something so much more. She is a true visionary, an artist that shouldn't be stifled! On top of that, she really worked with my now husband and I's schedule seeing as my husband travels for work often. I cannot express enough how she took my ideas and turned them into something amazing and how some of my wedding was purely her vision. From the flower ideas, the design of the ceremony and reception, down to knowing exactly what lighting would be best!

Elite Eventz and staff are for the bride who has dreamed of this day for so long that you have so many ideas, you can't seem to get them all out on paper. Her lists of vendors exceeds your expectations and often times will give you more because of their relationship with Elite Eventz. Professionalism is key with Erica and her staff. Like every wedding, there are things that go wrong the day of, however, I wasn't stressed about any of them because of Erica and her team. She will truly listen to what you want and only intervene when she sees you may be struggling with some of the many decisions you'll have to make!

I would definitely call on Erica and her team again for any other event I may host in the future! Her pricing is very reasonable and she offers payment plans as well! With Erica and her staff, you are family, so no matter what service you choose with them, your an Elite Bride and Groom for life!

It's hard to put into words the joy, happiness, and overall satisfaction Elite Eventz has provided to us from the beginning of our wedding planning to the end of the honeymoon. Erica was everything I needed in a wedding planner. Erica was knowledgeable honest, prompt, organized, and creative. When I first got engaged, I knew I wanted to use Erica, because I had been following her on Instagram for quite some time lol (all girls plan their big day before actually becoming engaged). To give myself options, I still decided to contact other "celebrity" and "popular" planners in Houston. Erica was the ONLY planner to contact me in a timely manner. She immediately set up a face to face meeting with me. Erica was able to look at my budget, write down everything I wanted for my dream wedding, and make my dreams come to fruition! Erica gave realistic ideas, and presented different options that kept me within my budget. I loved that Erica was familiar with a lot of venues in Houston, and already had a list of vendors who she felt comfortable working with. EVERYONE Erica suggested was just as professional as she was. Erica also went to every vendor meeting with me, one of the perks of becoming a full service bride :) One idea that I had seemed minute at first, but it ended up being the most talked about thing at my wedding. If it had not been for Erica giving her honest opinion about a real live brass band vs using my dj for my entrance into the reception, the tone for my fabulous wedding would have never been set! In the months of planning leading up to the wedding, we couldn't have done without your guidance through the maze of vendors, appointments, decision-making, budgeting and troubleshooting. During the planning process, you put us in contact with some phenomenal vendors. Your insight into the level of service they provided really made the difference between having a nice wedding and an exquisite one. Erica and Elite Eventz were simply invaluable for my wedding and bridal shower. Selecting a planner is so important, and it's important to choose a company you can truly trust to handle everything. Erica is very thorough and serious about her job. They were simply amazing when handling our once in a lifetime day of happiness. I often joke that Erica was our insurance policy for the wedding. However, that's the honest truth and not a joke. An event such as a wedding is pretty high up on the event list. Why wouldn't you want insurance for such an 'investment.' I know I did and that's exactly what I received. Erica is also pleasant to work with. I know coordinators get a bad rep sometimes, but that wasn't the case with her. Even though she's experienced, she doesn't have an unpleasant demeanor to accompany her accomplishments. This is the best company when comparing quality and value. Thank you again for EVERYTHING!

Erica is amazing! From the first time my husband and I met Erica we knew we wanted to use her for our wedding. Erica is very organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable about the wedding industry. She always had my husband and my best interest in mind and was very adamant about making sure things turned out exactly as we wanted. She provided homework assignments to us each month with the items my husband and I needed to take care which were so great at keeping us on track and not making us feel overwhelmed. Erica was always quick to respond to emails/phone calls/texts and was always updating us on the appointments she scheduled and where we were in the planning process. Erica also took care of all of the communication with the vendors which was such a huge help to us!

Erica and her team’s hard work made our wedding day so much better than we could have ever imagined! The day of our wedding was so enjoyable and stress-free thanks to Erica, there is no way we could have survived without her! She kept things running very smoothly and took care of some minor hiccups that surfaced with no problem.

Who works on holidays, including Easter Sunday?!?! Elite Dolls do! From day one, I felt that I was in good hands with Erica of Elite Eventz because she was very personable, professional and intelligent; and then she proved me RIGHT! Erica made it all come together without a hitch, or at least not making me aware of any at the time, thank goodness, and I am so grateful to have met and worked with her! She eased my anxiety by always following up on EVERYTHING and by being very responsive to calls, texts and emails; even on her days off. Absolutely nothing was overlooked! I couldn't believe it but Erica also assumed the role of creative director for photos! She had such fab ideas for poses and pictures that added spunk and personality to an otherwise demure and traditional day. Most importantly to me, perhaps because I am a Chemical Engineer by degree, she pays attention to details!!! Everyone claims to be detail-oriented, but Erica walked the walked!!! She made sure that my hubby and I and also our parents were comfortable during the wedding and executed all of the things that we discussed flawlessly; including the last minute switch-ups and the unique unity portion of our ceremony. My mom said, “My glass stayed full”. Several guests exclaimed that “this was the best wedding that I have ever attended”. She was even thoughtful enough to check on me after the wedding and help me find the misplaced cake stand when I thought she would be long gone! :) With an “interesting” mix of personalities from family and guests, a huge wedding party (26 not including parents and special guests from both sides) and a bride and groom with very high expectations, Ms. E and her team excelled and delivered the wedding of our dreams! My only regret is that we didn't engage Elite Eventz sooner in the planning process!!!

Erica and her team are extraordinary! From our introductory meeting until days after our wedding Erica remained professional and organized. We entrusted Erica with our vision and our budget and she made sure that everything we wanted (no matter how small of the detail it was) we had. Erica and her team were very professional. I was faced with a large number of issues the day of the wedding because the venue was not accommodating at all. My guest could not stop talking about how beautiful my wedding was, despite the fact that everything was falling apart behind the scenes. Erica was able to make the almost impossible happen. She worked fast to correct whatever it was my venue had not done and made sure my husband and I were taken care of. The very bet advice we can provide is to listen to Erica's advice when it comes to any reservations she may have when working with vendors. It is almost like she has a 6th sense when it comes to sensing trouble. We could not be more happy to with the way our Wedding day turned out. Miss Erica and her Elite Dolls made our wedding day the most memorable day of our lives.

I have to say that Erica Gordon at Elite Events was the best wedding planner . She made sure that everthing was well put together from the time of planning to the day of the ceremony . She made sure everything and everyone was on schedule , and that all things needed for or day was there . I have to say Erica did a fabulous job helping make or special day a great on to remember .. Erica was amazing to work with!! She was very professional and went above and beyond to make things happen. My venue was a disaster to work with, but Erica made sure that things went smoothly. I would highly recommend her and her team for any events in the future!! :)

Our wedding day went smoothly and effortlessly. We could not have been happier. I'm not sure what, if any, minor dramas or little hiccups may have taken place in the background. If there were any, neither Erica or anyone on her team told me about it. My husband and I, and my friends and family were really able to relax and be present during the event.

Through the planning process I found Erica easy to talk with, incredibly well organized, and full of fun ideas and recommendations. Her method of organizing tasks into manageable homework assignments helped us set reasonable goals and stay on track without feeling overwhelmed.

We were very happy with her vendor recommendations particularly the florist, Kiesha's Kreations, and the lighting and sound group, RE Event Solutions, that she recommend. When I arrived at our location and saw our Chuppah and white garden chairs aglow with candle light and draped with flowers I burst into tears. It was all more beautiful and magical than I had even imagined.

Erica really listened to our ideas and helped us find vendors that would understand our vision. We never felt that anyone was pushing us in a direction that we didn't want to go. We were planning most of the wedding from out of state and she helped arrange vendor meetings so that we could come into town and meet with many people as possible in a short amount of time. It was efficient and effective.

She also called all of our vendors to arrange arrival times and confirm final appointments, including my off-site hairstylist, who was told me she was surprised but happy to have been called.

I would recommend Erica to any of my friends with 100% confidence.

I had the honor of being a full service bride with Elite Eventz for 14 months. This package was worth every penny. She scheduled and came to all vendor meetings, negotiated prices, and guided me through every single step of the entire wedding planning process. Her homework assignments were well thought out to make a stressful time calm. Erica is organized and responded to any question within at 8hrs. I was "engaged and confused" at the first bridal show I attended, we had no idea where to start. Hiring Erica was the best decision ever! The week of the wedding, I did not speak or confirm any details with vendors because Erica handled everything. The rehearsal went smooth and the bridal party knew what they were supposed to do in detail. Nicko, her assistant was very calm, tender, nurturing spirit. Without them our wedding would have been the plain hotel white linen boring wedding!

Elite events was wonderful. We could not have had a wedding like we had if not for Erica and her staff. She was there for every part of the planning. This was great because we did not even know where to start. She loves what she does and that makes alot of difference in how a persond does their job. The wedding turned out to be fabulous and we owe it all to Elite Events and Erica especially.

Our wedding was not only beautiful but everything was seamless!!! Erica and her team exceeding our expectations! They were organized and professional.
We could not have wished for anyone better to handle the most important day of our life! We are proud of our decision in choosing Elite Eventz for our Bell Tower Wedding. All of the homework assignments that we were given to us prior to our big day were definitely necessary! We are soo thankful for the after hour phone conversations and vendor advice that Elite Eventz provided.

From a Grooms perspective, Erica & Elite Eventz was a life saver. Erica was extremely responsive and patient with all of our questions and needs throughout the process. She communicated our needs and concerns to all of our vendors as needed. She was well prepared, detailed oriented, and made sure everything was on-time throughout the night of the wedding. The professional service received from her and her team is far beyond what you pay for. You cannot buy enough peace throughout the wedding planning process, but having Elite Eventz as a vendor really helps keeping "the bride to be" SANE through it all. You will not regret using Elite Eventz as a vendor. We definitely do not have any regrets or remorse. We highly recommend Erica and Elite Eventz. Will do it again. Well worth the $. Erica and the Elite Eventz team are FABULOUS!!! Houston brides, if you're looking for a team to help you prepare for your special day, look no further. Erica was my sister's planner for her recent wedding and when I tell you she left no detail unattended to, believe me. When my sister mentioned that the planner she selected was a member of another Greek organization, I thought, she has to be good!! Erica was very easy to work with and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that Tiffany & Marcous' wedding day was one to remember. Not only was she great to work with, but her entire team was as well. When we couldn't find a missing bouquet, they made one. When a family member had a health emergency during the reception, they made sure that he was taken care of and that the newlyweds weren't aware of the situation. I could not have been more impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail, and friendliness of the entire team. By the end of the reception, I felt like the entire Elite Eventz team was part of our family.

I highly recommend Erica and Elite Eventz for your next event. You won't be disappointed!

I was a bridesmaid in a wedding this past August that Elite Eventz coordinated. Erica Gordon was so wonderful. She is the perfect mixture of being professional and authoritative, but also approachable and down-to-earth. The wedding was absolutely stunning and occurred without any stress and meltdowns from the bride. The fact that Erica did not get to eat until 10 PM did not phase her one bit!

I will without a doubt have Elite Eventz as my wedding coordinator!

Ms. Gordon is professional and an excellent wedding planner. She can certainly be an investment to any wedding. She made sure the wedding went off without a hitch. She walked both me and my wife through our wedding step by step and made my it my wife's day. I would recommend her because she is professional, experienced, has knowledge of the industry and comes at a very reasonable price.

Ever seen "The Wedding Planner" with Jennifer Lopez??? Whereas J-Lo was only acting, Erica and her Elite dolls, are your personal/friendly drill sergeants on your wedding day. The one thing that drew me to her was her knowledge of weddings and vendors. She has lists of vendors that she's worked with in the past that are reputable and professional and loyal!!
I was Erica's first Bell Tower bride, but you never would've guessed it. It looked like she does weddings there every weekend. Lol!! She knew the building inside and out!!! Her passion is her driving force, and from the moment that you meet her, it's evident. Thanks Elite Eventz for a flawless wedding day!!!!

Erica did a wonderful job planning our wedding. Everything went off without a hitch and we were so thankful not to have to worry about anything on the night of our wedding. Erica Gordon was an excellent wedding planner. Very organized, proficient, and she kept everything under control. Even when things went terribly wrong, like when the decorator/flower provider never showed, she was able to find a replacement at the last minute. I would recommend her to anybody. Great job!

As a groom, I took a hands off approach to planning our wedding. When my bride mentioned she hired a planner I was skeptical & didn't see the need. Boy was I Wrong!!!!!

Every time my fiancé mentioned Erica's name her eyes would light up! She always had good things to say & all sorts of "Homework" to do that she enjoyed. I slowly started be sold on Elite Eventz as well. It wasn't until the rehearsal when I saw her in action that I too was glad we hired her. Somehow she kept all 25 members of our wedding party in line, attentive, & fully prepared.

The true test of her ability came into action when the Event Decorator/Florist (Erica did not refer her to us...... Bad mistake on our part) DID NOT SHOW UP!!!!!! We had no bouquets, arrangements, centerpeices, Or anything!!!!!!! I honestly thought my bride was going to have a melt down & that Erica would walk out!! I was wrong!! She stepped up & took over. She got on her phone , walkie talkies, and headset and made miracles happen. She directed our hostesses, bridesmaids, & willing guests who wanted to help out. Within the hour we had bouquets and linens at our reception. Many of our guests commented on how nice our wedding was. Oddly enough, the few people who knew of the problem couldn't even tell that things were going wrong.

She is blessed & must be an angel!! I don't know how she did what she did but....... She did!!! We owe our entire wedding experience to her!

This post will be lengthy but all brides must hear what I have to say..........

First I start by saying I fell in love with Erica at our first meeting. She was so bubbly but very thorough. She had her stuff together & was excited to work with me. She never made me feel like just another bride but instead she treated me like a friend. She asked tons of questions about me and my fiancé and really tried to get to know us. After 10 minutes I knew she was the one. The only mistake I made was not booking her for full service planning, instead I chose "Day Of".

Despite the fact that I only had her for day of service she went above and beyond! We talked all the time & she sent me homework to guide me. She led a detailed rehearsal & kept my large wedding party in order. She is truly a class act. Any bride that doesn't choose E & her dolls is missing out!!!! Have an EliteEvent & go with Erica!!!

Erica was simply amazing! The wedding turned out more beautiful than anyone could have ever imagined. There were a few snafus that could have easily turned into disaster, but Erica was there to save the day. She seamlessly created and executed an incredible Plan B. Erika is one of the best, if not the best, event coordinator I've had the pleasure of working with. With her "homeworks" we were able to avoid the stress of having to book vendors or buying items at the last minute and it was smooth sailing from day 1. The day of the event, she was the drill sergeant we wanted her to be and everything went like clock work. Not only was she very professional when we needed her to be, she also was extremely friendly and had a fun and warm personality that made it easy to talk to her.I will never recommend anyone else but Elite Eventz to our friends and family when it comes to weddings or any other professional event.

Great planner very hands on, came with me to all my appointments, bridal shoot, and engagement pics. She is very engaged at all times through out the wedding process. I am so glad I picked Elite Eventz because Erica did a good job in helping me now stress out. I told her what I wanted and she did more than what I asked for my wedding was absolutely beautiful. Also during the process we had homework assignments that we had to do that kept us on track with everything, although I hated doing the homework assignments I understand how it helped in the end. She is definetely the best wedding planner to work with!
