Amazing Wedding Party Bus

We had a 30 person party bus for our wedding over labor day weekend and it was great! They were early for the pick-up which we appreciated, followed our itinerary to a T, and were very accommodating. Couldn't recommend more!

Go with Elite Chicago Limo. Best fleet.

My wedding was on a Saturday in fall. I booked about 6 months in advance because I wanted the best deal and service. When booking, you should know the number of people. Estimate around 2 less then the max capacity. Know how long you need it for. Know your locations. Talk to your photographer if they will ride with you.

Their fleet is nice, I stopped by to see their options and really liked the White Mercedes mini bus-luxury van. Spacious and fun. Thank you Elite.

Very Good - Five stars

Here’s my two cents. Setting up the reservation was easy. I needed to pay a deposit to secure the spot. Not a big deal. All my vendors required it. The lady emailed me the contract. Read it twice. No issues there. Customer service was good. They answered all my questions and phone calls. Elite was one of the easiest vendors to work with. The price was good too. They were not the cheapest, but, hey, I’m not getting the cheapest bus that may or may not have insurance or license. Elite has it all. The driver was on time and everything was clean. There were no delays in my schedule and everything was just as planned. Good job and thank you.

I decided to go with Elite party bus because my group had

I decided to get elite party bus because my group had over 20 people. I wasn’t sure if the photographer and my in-laws would ride with us so I chose to go bigger. I got the 30 passenger party bus and boy did I make a good decision.
Fist, the ride was great. It was colorful and fun, the bus having two coolers really helped to get my group going with the drinks. So thank you for that. The driver was friendly and easy to work with. A huge plus was the extra time I had before the ceremony. I added 30 minutes extra for my arrival (after the boys were already dropped off at the church) and that really helped me keep my cool.
With good planning and coordination your wedding day can be perfect. Trust me.
Oh, Elite also offer in-house fleet viewings, which I didn’t do, but it’s good to know that there’s an option for that. After all, when in doubt, go see the vehicle in person. Easy. You will see exactly what you are getting. And oh boy, you are getting a nice, spacious, fun Party Bus.

Excellent service.
They had availability on short notice (3 weeks). The representative was easy to talk to, she explained how everything works and how the prices are calculated. I had to put down a deposit and they sent me the contract via email.
On the day of my wedding, the driver was on time and the limo was clean and conditioned. And even we didn't stay on the limo for a long time as we had to get on get off driving around for pictures, the ride was great. We played some music and had some drinks. We brought a cooler with liquor and used the ice from the ice chests for a few cocktails. Good experience.

I would recomment them to a friend!

My hubby and I are very happy we chose Elite Chicago Limo for our wedding!
They were very accommodating, professional and friendly. The Party Bus took our wedding party to multiple locations around town. Started at the hotel, then to the church, then for some pictures at the park and back to the hotel (that’s where our reception was).
The driver was super friendly and always greeted us with a smile. He even decorated the Bus. A very nice touch!
Thanks to all the staff that helped with our wedding! We had an extraordinary time!

Legacy Bus 5 Stars

The bus (Legacy) was absolutely phenomenal - our wedding party couldn't believe how nice it was, yet was not overly expensive! The night before our wedding we had a snow storm and I was worried that the transportation wouldn't make it on time or have difficulty driving to locations, but they were great. Our driver arrived early, and was flexible on timing with us with the snow. Everything went perfect!

Very reliable and great price!

Everything worked out perfectly with the limo, we got the Mercedes sprinter and it was great. Driver was friendly and on time and got us to each of the destinations for our wedding.

Great service!

I'm here to share my experience with Elite. Simply put - it was great. I booked it about three months in advance and they gave me a great price (no hidden fees too).
My wife was pleased with the driver - he arrived early, was courteous and helped the bridal party as much as he could.
We made it on time to every picture location and our photographer took some incredible pics.
If you are looking for a company that is easy to work with, is transparent with their pricing and will provide tremendous service - look no further. Elite is the answer.

Elite Chicago Limo to the rescue!! Our original limo service was cancelled 5 days before our wedding. In a pinch, we called Elite Chicago Limo to see if they had a similar Hummer Limo to accommodate our large wedding party. They were extremely helpful by contacting another customer to see if they could switch to another limo, so we can have the Hummer. Their price was very reasonable, even with being on such short notice. The limo was very nice and the driver was very professional. I highly recommend Elite to anyone looking for quality limo service.

We booked the Party Bus for a photo shoot drive around service. The Bus was for 30 passengers, but we only had 24. It was very comfortable. It was a fun and unique experience. I would definitely choose it over a limo for a special occasion.

Elite Chicago Limo Provided an exceptional driver and service. I spent about two weeks looking for a reliable limousine company that would have mid-size party buses. Elite had just that. Plus, their fleet is really fun, creative and beautiful. Each vehicle has an individual, different design. Booking was easy. Also, the driver was very helpful with all our bags and coolers and he ensured we had a good time. We went to all 3 spots for pictures and made to the reception on time. Great experience.

Elite was very accommodating with planning our picture routes. We had 4 places to go to and they helped map out the distances and find the optimal route. I booked the Mercedes Sprinter "mini Party Bus" and it's really classy. Lots of space inside for our group of 12 and it has bars, lights and is very comfortable. The drivers are all so professional and courteous. Best service around!

We literally rented a party bus for our wedding party and family to drive around the city for photos prior to the wedding. They were so easy and knew just where to drive with the locations we wanted! It was a very warm day, the bus was very comfortable blasting the AC and lots of water for everyone! Our driver was very accommodating!

I chose Elite because they were the most professional and most reasonably priced Party Bus service provider in the area. I got to come to their store to view their fleet and chose the bus that I liked the most. The contract was transparent, there are no hidden fees or surcharges when you make the reservation. Also, their customer service representatives are very courteous and helpful. I even got to pick the color of the bus decorations - teal and gold. My wifey loved it too.

We truly appreciated the professionalism and reliability from Elite Chicago Limo. From the moment we booked with this company we were very pleased with the fast replies and willingness to change times and locations as we got closer to the wedding. We chose the Royal party bus and it was spectacular. From the decor that matched our wedding colors to the fun lights and high quality interior and exterior of the bus we were very impressed. The Just Married sign on the back of the bus made for some fun wedding photos and I know the entire bridal party had a blast dancing and singing on the way to the reception. Elite Chicago is very reasonable in pricing, especially and I highly recommend their service for your transportation needs.

We realized at the last minute (of course) that we actually did need a party bus to get from the house to the ceremony because it was all the ladies (whose husbands were driving separately) heading down early for photography. Elite Limo was easy to work with, fell within our unexpected item budget and provided excellent service. We had a great one-way ride from Wheaton to Oak Forest and I would definitely recommend them to any bride, especially if you just need transportation from point A to point B.

Elite was absolutely amazing on our wedding day! There was a small hiccup with 2 pick-ups that the driver didn't realize were consecutive, but the driver responded quickly and apologized for it. We had the Sprinter and it was so nice! There's a big cooler in the front and TV in the back. We were able to play music via blue tooth and we had a blast! Our driver was so friendly and made us all feel so special. Elite has the best prices around and it's all inclusive, with many perks like beer and champagne in the bus. I highly recommend booking them for any of your special events!

Booking with Elite Chicago Limo was one of the best decisions my wife and I have made for our wedding. From the first "Hello" on the hone til the last drop off at the end of the night their services were flawless.
We had booked the Hummer H2 for our wedding party to be transported to the church and for pictures. We were driving around for 2.5 hours around Joliet area with our photographer and our driver got us everywhere according to our schedule. We was always helping the ladies getting in and out of the vehicle and opening the doors for us.

Great experience. Elite truly exceeded my expectations.

Transportation arrived one time and had alcohol in the limo so we didn't need to worry about bringing any or planning for that, which was helpful. We had a small wedding party so there was enough alcohol for everyone. Our driver was nice and was able to drive us around the block while guests left for the reception (which wasn't originally planned) - and he was funny! Pleasant and easy experience. Also, the most affordable I was able to find!

After hearing all these horror stories with wedding transportation, we were very selective before booking our limo. For our wedding transportation, all we wanted was a standard limousine transportation in-between reception and ceremony to be on time and for the driver to be polite. On the day of our wedding, we received a beautiful white limousine with a driver Paul who seemed to understand his craft to perfection. He was very courteous in helping all of the guests get in and out of the limo, and he was mindful of smoothly driving 9 passengers through traffic. We were very satisfied with the service and professionalism of Elite.

This is an amazing limo service! Their prices are reasonable and the driver was great! A week before my wedding I called them several times to make some changes to the schedule and they were very accommodating. We rode the Royal Party Bus and it fit all 22 of us in the bridal party plus 3 additional guests with plenty more room if needed. The bus was very clean and comfortable especially since we were in it for several hours driving around taking pictures. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for great transportation on their special day.

Elite Limo was the most reasonably priced and professional Limo company I spoke with out of the many companies I talked to. There service did not disappoint either, although we ended up being unable to stop at one of our locations for pictures due to rain (my decision) the driver obliged our request to "drive around" so we could spend time with the bridal party and relax before the cermony. The Hummer Limo was well appointed and modern. We also used them for a towncar rental to take my husband and I back to the hotel that evening. The driver was polite and very patient with us. Enjoyed the ride and would book with Elite again!

The two limos that we ordered for the wedding were in pristine condition and came nearly 20 minutes early. Our drivers were friendly, courteous and well-dressed. The ride was extremely comfortable. Elite Chicago Limo was great!! We got a fantastic deal and great service! We decided not to do the whole party package, which saved a lot of money, and we opted to still get a bus to take us downtown from Beverly. We just bought our own champagne and didn't have the bus decorated in our wedding colors, but I really don't think anyone (including myself) minded  Our driver was on-time, professional, safe and our wedding party had so much fun on the ride! Having had a great experience with Elite before during my cousin’s wedding, I thought I’d give them a try for my own wedding. They were prompt and professional. Our driver, Denny, drove us around for three hours all over Chicago. He was very patient with us as we were running behind schedule and had to extend our limo charter. Elite made the reservation process simple and convenient. We viewed the vehicles in person and were on our way within an hour; transportation was the easiest vendor to find thanks to Elite.

The first three stars are for pleasant personnel and the cheapest price we could find. The fourth star is a party bus that can put some of Chicago's hottest night clubs to shame. The fifth star is for their driver Adam who went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly while we were transported to take pictures in Millennium Park and for helping setup a toast outside the limo bus.

Prompt, reliable, and relatively cheap. We were picked up in a beautiful Navigator with an interior to die for. The vehicle had a perfect balance between subtlety and class, which was perfect for my wedding. Stan, our driver, was also very pleasant and polite.

I found Elite through a friend who recently got married. She showed me pictures from my wedding and I was simply blown away. The party bus looked amazing. I had done a little bit of research on limousines myself prior to that and could not find something even CLOSE to what Elite had to offer. Since I mentioned my friend as a referral, Elite even gave me a discount on my wedding.

On my wedding day, "Starry Night" showed up decorated in purple, stocked with drinks, and most importantly clean. Our driver Paul seemed like he had done weddings a thousand times. He was polite, professional, and fun. He did not hesitate to help us get off and on the bus and roll out the red carpet. He even helped our Best Man setup a champagne toast as we got off the bus.

Elite went above and beyond for my wedding. I was able to easily beat my budget for transportation and received fantastic service. Thank you!

Elite was extremely easy to work with. We were able to pick out the limousine we liked, see the vehicle in person, and meet with the driver all in four days. Everything went smooth and perfect, including our wedding day limousine service.

Really exceptional service! The driver was fantastic - cordial and easy going, familiar with the desired routes. The limo was perfectly clean and stocked. They had beautiful decorations in our wedding color (purple) which made us love it even more. I thought their prices were extremely reasonable and it was very simple to book the limo. I chose the Navigator Limo for a party of 10 and it was the perfect size, even with our formal attire and a very large wedding dress! I was really impressed and happy with my experience.

As we had something else lined up that fell through, I decided to call around. After a few calls I spoke to Elite Limo and after going over the details, they were the right fit at the right price. They arrived on time and got us to where we needed to go without issue. Red carpet treatment, decorations, and just married sign were included in the normal price. The limos were very clean and the drivers very professional. This company will get my business in the future for sure.

I celebrated my wedding with Elite this winter. My husband and I took our time to pick out a vehicle and contacted more than a few companies before finally booking. They were one of the few companies in Chicago that scheduled an appointment to see the vehicles before we made our choice. Everyone from their staff to their drivers were very professional and we were lucky to meet our driver beforehand!

We ended up picking out the Hummer H2, since we wanted a mix between party and extravagance theme in our wedding limousine.

On the actual wedding day, I was very pleased with the service, simply because we received exactly what we wanted. The Hummer was clean and looked amazing in our wedding pictures; and the driver knew exactly what he was doing, following our itinerary flawlessly. And for a bride, I believe that's the most important thing during her wedding day - to have a worry-free service.

This company is professional and keeps their promises. The value of service we received well-exceeded the price we paid and we are very thankful for a fantastic wedding experience.

I don't normally write reviews and even if I do voice my opinion, I am not the most generous when it comes to criticism. With Elite though, I felt like I had to review them and let other couples know that this company is truly fantastic. Professionalism, punctuality, and price- those are my three main criteria, and Elite met all of them above my expectations.

We booked the Hummer H2 stretch limousine. It came with a fully stocked bar and decorations which seemed to be HAND-made! The car was clean and polished- I don't think our photographer will have to use much photoshop on any of the pictures with the hummer.

The ride was incredible. There is nothing more pleasant than to see your nephew, little Frodo the "ring-bearer", to stroll around the vehicle dancing to Lady Gaga. Our party had a blast and the driver was always courteous and helpful. Given another opportunity, I will be using them again.

My best friend (bride) decided to get a party limousine for the wedding only 2 weeks before and after calling a couple of companies, we thought that we were out of luck until we came across Elite. All other companies were charging us over $1400 dollars for 5 hours or had no party limousines available, whereas Elite offered us a wedding package for a bargain. After setting up an appointment, we ended up choosing a Hummer H2 limo, which we thought would be amazing for photos.

On the wedding day, the driver showed up early with the decorated limo and helped everyone get in the vehicle. He also showed us how to setup our own tunes so we could rock out on our way to Millennium Park.

I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a truly hassle-free, inexpensive service.

My mom and I spent awhile searching for a reliable limousine company at an affordable price. Elite Chicago Limo truly exceeded our expectations. We were able to not only see the amazing limo bus before-hand, but also plan out the limo bus decorations to match the bridesmaid dresses! Their representative Kathy also helped us pick out the best route order to take our pictures at in the short time we had before the reception. During the wedding day, the driver was very friendly and offered to help out take pictures of us and made sure that we were on schedule.

They were on time on the day of and the driver was very professional and nice! The party bus was spacious and clean. I would have given the full five stars, if they had called to confirm that my day was all set. Just to ease the nerves. I did call the Monday before my wedding to confirm myself.

It was easy to book with Elite over email. I was a little concerned at first that over doing everything over email since details may get lost in translation. Our driver, Damien, was on time. He did have to enter the zoo parking lot where we were taking pictures, but we were done before we had to pay for parking there. He made sure we were comfortable. It's partially my fault, but I wished he would've confirmed our stops with me before we were on the way. We had to make a slight detour.

We used Elite for our bridal party bus to take us around the day of, for pictures in the downtown area. They showed up on time, and had a stocked bar! We used the Starry Night limo bus, and it didn't fail to impress! All our friends thought it was great and we did to. The driver was very nice as well. It's a little pricey I thought for one day, but for your wedding it's totally worth it! Thanks guys!

I used Elite Chicago Limo for my wedding on May 27, 2016. The driver was on time, very professional and friendly. The limo was very clean and we really appreciated the service. I think the pricing was a little excessive considering I paid $350 for a ride home - only one stop and it only took about an hour total, but I was happy that everything went smoothly and we had a very good experience with our driver. I would have expected that wedding decor on the limo and such would have been provided at that cost, but was told that it was not possible. Overall, I was very pleased and would definitely use this company again/recommend them to a friend.

We used Elite Chicago Limo for our wedding in June and had a fantastic experience. Not only were they incredibly affordable, but the limos were really nice inside and stocked with plenty of alcohol, all 3 drivers arrived right on time, were very friendly and courteous, and made it so fun to drive around the city in a limo! We hired Elite Limo for our Party Bus rental for our Wedding. The actual process was very easy, and the staff there was great! Their prices were hard to beat in the city of Chicago (and I called and compared 5 different companies). The day-of, the driver was on time and very helpful to me and my group especially during our rainy weather. The only problem I had was that our party bus was leaking pretty badly from the emergency latches in the roof, so much so that no one could remain by the back seats because our suits and gowns were getting very wet, which kind of ruined our ride. And when I addressed the company about this- they apologized and offered a small discount on our next rental. While the service was good otherwise, I feel as though my complaint was not taken seriously and that they did not make an effort to make-up for this inconvenience. Just make sure that the vehicle you rent has been inspected and is working perfectly before the big-day- and you should be just fine!!

Elite Chicago Limo had great prices but our limo driver was a little on the unprofessional side when it came to dealing with my bridal party. He passed our destination and was told to please turn around our hotel is on so and so street, well after taking 5 minutes to actaully turn around he got a bit cocky with us and said " I passed it 3 times, I think I know where I'm going now". Also, the radio did not work in our limo when we were on our way back to the hotel after our ceremony. Overall, Im glad we had transportation but it wasn't that enjoyable.

Elite Limo was very reasonably priced and the limo was clean and nicely decorated. The only issue we had was with our extremely rude driver. He was snarky the whole time he drove us around and made various rude remarks. It felt like we were a burden to him even though this was our wedding day. Just left a bad taste in our mouth.

Elite Limo was on time and the driver was professional and pleasant. The two errors were that they did not roll out the red carpet which was included in our service fee and also the driver did not know where we were going. When we booked we didn't have the address but we did call them to update the details and they apparently did not get that info to the driver. We were very disappointed that they did not pull out the red carpet.

We were provided with a 26 passenger party bus that was clean, lit to our standard and containing champagne and beer. My only complaint would be that the driver was 15 minutes late for the initial pick up and attempted to obtain payment twice!

We used elite for our wedding transportations. We used the stretch hummer. They decorated it nicely and it did seem clean. However, the air condition was terrible. There were 19 people in the car, and the air was not circulating well. They also assured us we would have a fully stocked bar. We informed them that we had 19 people that would be in the hummer. They stocked it with a 24 case and a bottle of champagne. Not really fully stocked.. The music and tv did not work in the car either. When ever we tried to change the station or turn the volume up, a loud buzzing sound would start. They also charged my husbands card twice, and took a long time to take off the second charge.

20 minutes late to my own Ceremony!

Not happy with the services provided. Our wedding was September 1st and my ceremony started over 20 minutes late due to the driver when we were scheduled to be at the church 50-60 minutes early. The limo-bus driver picked up the groomsmen and my husband, dropped them off at the church and was supposed to pick up me and the girls. Instead, he parked in the church parking lot and went to sleep. We were trying to get ahold of someone, anyone as we were waiting to be picked up and everyone at church thought we were already there! A bridesmaid finally got ahold of a groomsman who told my husband we were still waiting to be picked up. My husband went outside, saw the limo, knocked on the door to get the limo drivers attention to see why he didn't pick us up. The driver, looked at his phone, responded 'crap!' and took off. After he finally picked us up, he went the wrong way. We were headed to the exact place he just came from. Me and my bridesmaids were 20 minutes late to the ceremony and everyone was waiting to get started. We were rushed, I was stressed, and had no time to breath. We were heading out of the church to get on the bus and the driver was sleeping again! This is actually on my wedding video; a groomsman knocked on the door and he jumped and opened the door to let us on. Someone did call the company and said we needed the limo a half hour longer since we didn't get time to do pictures due to the incident. The company did apologize and offered us 20percent off our bill. They didn't decorate our bus and apologized for that. Later they said it wasn't decorated due to weather forecast. It was sunny and didn't rain when we needed the bus. The salesman we booked with said the driver had a headache, that's why he was sleeping . . . . I wasnt even going to give a review. . . . Today, I responded on a comment that the salesman commented on saying I wish our experience was as great as others have experienced and he deleted the comments.

I would not recommend this limo company. The limo for my husband and the groomsmen showed up an hour early. The videographer had just arrived to shoot some footage. The limo driver was screaming at them to hurry up when they still had plenty of time. They ended up leaving much earlier so the videographer basically wasted his time being there.

The air conditioning in my limo was not working which is extremely unpleasant when you are in a giant wedding dress. Some of the vents were completely ripped out. And one of my poor bridesmaids was pregnant. We were all so uncomfortable. Luckily it was a short ride.

We got an escalade limo for our Sep 6, 2015 labor day weekend wedding, under reservation name Valdez(my fiance at the time). It was 97 degrees outside, and we had an outdoor wedding + outdoor pictures. We were really looking forward to the limo as a bastion of A/C and comfort, but it was actually hotter inside the limo than it was outside, due to the A/C being busted.

We had one working AC blower, except it only blew hot air. We focused this on my bride so that we could keep her from fainting in the heat of the car. The rest of us sat in our full suits sweating it out. I tried to put the windows down but all of them were broken so they were stuck in the UP position. We tried turning on the radio, but the speakers were mostly blown out so the music sounded warped.

The limo service didnt bring enough gas for the event so we had to stop at a gas station half way and stew while the driver filled up the limo. All in all, it was the worst money spent on the wedding and I would never use them again. They actually made my wedding significantly worse as everybody in the bridal party got a dose of heat exhaustion before the reception.

One plus: The limo driver was a very nice guy, and did his best with the crappy car he was given. This wasn't his fault.

We called and filed a complaint around Wednesday, Sep 9, and the manager there said he'd get back to us about some kind of refund on Friday. He never called, so I called back on Saturday and we got a different guy who told us a manager would get back to us again. We imagine at this point we will receive no refund, and our wedding was significantly worse because of this service.

Followup Edit:

After calling them twice, and getting shown around the bush, and them saying they'd call us back, we published this review on Saturday the week after the event(Sunday, Sep 6). Today, Monday as I write this, they have promised to send us half of the cost of our limo back to us.

We had an absolutely beautiful wedding day with all but one exception - our bridal party transportation on a party bus from the church to the reception. We hired the bus for 1 hour to shuttle the group for a 45 minute ride

Here were are issues:
He was supposed to meet in a parking lot near our chapel, but said he couldn't meet there because it was too small. I'll partially concede to this as it is a small lot when it's filled with cars. However, when I first set up the ride, I discussed this with the booking agent who was familiar with the parking lot, but explained that almost all of the cars would be gone and there should be plenty of room. He agreed to have the driver meet in the chapel lot. It wouldn't have been too difficult to turn around, but the driver clearly didn't want to be inconvenienced at all. So the bridal party traipsed down the street to where the limo was parked.

Once on the bus, the driver stayed in the driver's seat and didn't help at all. When a family friend came to put 2 coolers on the bus, the driver didn't get out of his seat or help at all. She had to lug everything on board in her nice dress and high heels.

He asked her if she had everything on the bus, and she said yes. So he took off, leaving the bride and groom behind. After exchanging phone calls back and forth, a few minutes later he reluctantly turned around to pick them up. He had to be badgered into doing this and threatened that we were going to have to pay more. I can only assume that when he asked our friend unloading the coolers if she was done loading her things, he was talking about everyone being on the bus. I can concede that this was a miscommunication (no one's real fault), but his reaction was very testy and uncooperative.

The driver did not have a very pleasant personality and did not offer anything in terms of a warm and personal experience.

Booking the limo for our wedding day was a breeze. Everything was handled over the phone and the representative was extremely helpful. On the day of the wedding we were excited to see that the Limo arrived on time. Unfortunately our excitement vanished when we stepped into the limo to find out that the air conditioner was not working in the party bus. 90+ degrees outside, you think they would have sent us a vehicle with working ac. Needless to say, the drive was miserable. The entire wedding party was uncomfortable in suites and long dresses. I had to have the driver pull over and allow me to sit up front with him, where the ac WAS working, just to cool off, missing my wedding party, important photos and some of the days special memory. I contacted Elite Limo after the wedding day and they issued a $150.00 credit. When my husband called them back to ask why the full amount of the drive was not credited, they explained their contract and stated we were lucky we even got a credit. Its unfortunate this happened to us and we know now never to use Elite Limo for future events. We hope you take our advice as well!

My MOH used this limo company for my bacherlorette party and all worked out great with it. So I was super pleased with the pricing and the options. Limo was of course 25 min. late, so it was way later by the time it dropped the boys off at the hall and came back to the hotel to get me and the bridesmaids. I was quit upset as it ruined part of my picture time with my bridesmaids, the driver was clueless, I talked to my now husband and the driver had no idea that he was supposed to come back for us (though we had him for 3 hours and I went over what he was supposed to do when I paid for the limo) I called when the limo was late to check the status and the dispatcher couldnt find me in the system and told me that she was the only dispatcher and she showed nothing in the system, while getting upset on the phone with her since I called that morning to make the final payment so I know it was in their system. While she was telling me that she had no limo coming to us, we recvd a text from the bestman that the limo was their. So i told her it was there and got off the phone. about 5 min. later she called me back to tell me she found it in the system and that the limo was on its way. I was pretty curt with her as I was getting all my girls ready to go and I had told her the limo was there when I hung with her earlier!! grrr. The driver was clueless

Wedding disaster

Ordered a 30 passenger party bus for my wedding and sent a 14 passenger mini bus. I was then blamed for it and they still haven’t given my money back for the mistake on their end. Extremely rude on the phone!

So the booking and emailing process is great! Tina that works there is so nice, and helps you out with everything!!

The drivers on the other hand are AWFUL!!! We had a party bus and a limo, and the limo driver that picked us up didn't even offer to help the bride and bridesmaids load the flowers in the limo, or help us unload. He wouldn't turn the a/c on in the limo until ALL of us were in! He was on his cell phone and was extremely rude!! Honestly I don't think this place is worth it at all! The drivers need to be nice and respectful, especially since we have paid so much money and its our wedding day!

My advice... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The limo that was sent to us did not have working air conditioning and almost ruined our wedding as a result. To make matters worse, the owner of the company refused to call me back to listen to my story or try to remedy the situation. Instead, he had a dispatcher call me to inform me that my money would be refunded (thank God!) but this was not even worth the free ride. Keep looking!

The one star earned is only because the vehicles were on time and were clean. Other than that, there was nothing positive with our experience. For our wedding, we booked both a party bus and a limo. The party bus was supposed to come with pop, water, champagne, and beer. When it arrived we only had pop. For the limo, we had it contracted for a set amount of time and in our contract it said that if we went over it would be a certain amount per every 15 minutes. Our timeline was a little behind because of an unexpected stop after our ceremony. The driver informed the passengers (not my husband or myself who the contract was under) that he wouldn't be able to take our photographer back to her car because we were behind on time (this stop to her car was on the way to the final destination). When my husband and I found out about this, my husband told the driver to bill us the additional time per our contract. He continued to refuse, so we had to scramble to find out how to get the photographer back to her car. After the wedding, we reached out to the company and never received a response back.

While the prices are good, don't jeopardize service.

I used Elite Limo for my wedding day. HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE!!!!!! They wrecked my wedding day!! The only positive thing that came out was they actually showed up and were on time. It was 97 Degrees outside and we paid for the 28 passenger limo bus which was supposed to have AIR CONDITIONING! Need I say more, there was NO AIR CONDITIONING! The driver informed me (after asking him about 15 times to turn on the air conditioning) that he had no air in the front and the ac was broken when he left their facility. He claimed they were booked solid and had no back up vehicles. Instead of informing us of the no AC before hand, we proceeded to load the bus with 26 passengers, one being my father who is currently a kidney patient waiting on a transplant and on dialysis with high blood pressure. What more to wreck the day for father of the bride to be ill, all because of a greedy limo company! They could have at least informed us and my father would have chosen a different form of transportation. Also, the wedding package includes a stocked bar (which you would think would be cold) but all the 12 cans of beer, 12 bottles of water and 1 bottle of champagne (for 28 people) were BLAZING WARM! We had stop at Jewel-Osco after the church to purchase our own cold beverages and for my new husband and i to try and cool down in the grocery store. Not only were the groomsmen in tuxes, but my husband is on Active Duty in the United States Air Force and was wearing his mess dress uniform, BOY WAS IT A HOT MESS!!!! As the bride i was a melted marsh mellow, the guys were swimming in sweat, and the girls had water marks of sweat on their dresses. After my mother contacted the owner (since i was on my honeymoon) he offered to refund the amount of the MANDATORY tip! HORRIBLE!!!!! I am in the process of filing a claim with the BBB (Better Business Bureau). DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS COMPANY FOR SUCH AN IMPORTANT DAY!!!! LOOK AT THE REVIEWS ON YELP!!!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Used this company for my wedding June 24th. HORRIBLE!! They gave me a brand new driver for my wedding. He showed up late. Then got into an accident with the shuttle bus that was parked out front the hotel!! Had to file a police report. He completely missed two stops from the itinerary so I had to call him to see where he was. Imagine being a bride sitting in your wedding dress waiting for your ride while he's sitting in the parking lot of your country club. He made me late to my church- then when driving me to the country club had the nerve to ask if I wanted him to drive me around. No! I'm already late because of you! Worst of all for over a week now I have been trying to get a hold of the owners to resolve the situation and cannot get anybody to call me on the phone. Terrible customer service. When I called the day after the wedding the people in the office didn't even know about the bus accident. Do not use this company if you want to get somewhere on time. Not reliable.

Dealing with this company has been a disaster. Showed up 15 minutes late for a pickup, and got the Bride to the church as guests were arriving. Our day of wedding coordinator, who will no longer use this company, contacted the vendor, alerting them to the issue. The President provided a host of inaccurate excuses, even stating that "15 minutes late does not warrant such a drastic measure". I had requested a return of the pre-billed gratuity since service was substandard. I finally got word that it would be refunded if I would remove my post on The Knot. Yep, you read that correctly. Keep your wedding day a lot less stressful, and use another vendor.
