  Highlight of the weekend

  I used Elevate Bartending for my sister-in-law's Bachelorette Party in Austin, and I cannot say enough great things about them. From the minute I submitted a request, they were communicative, professional, listened to my requests, made great suggestions and made everything so seamless. The day of, our bartender (Kendra- who was the literal best), was on time, organized, prepared, fun and engaging, we all learned something about cocktail making, and we felt like all the drinks were a little more elevated than just a typical cocktail that we normally make at home. I 100% recommend using them for anything you need throughout the wedding process. Outstanding experience from start to finish.

  Awesome bartenders that go above and beyond

  We love the Elevate team! They were our bartenders for our rehearsal dinner at our family home - they were on-time, very professional, super friendly, and helped our event run smoothly. They went above and beyond for us when our caterers ran late and they helped the other vendor's team set up so that our guests wouldn't notice the caterer's delayed arrival. The elevate team made our guests feel taken care of & we were happy to have them there. By the end of the night they felt more like guests than vendors because they were a part of events and helped everything run so smoothly. Set up and clean up was a breeze - we would highly recommend them!

  Best vendor we used for the wedding

  Rachel and her team at Elevate Bartending are the absolute best if you are planning a wedding or any event in the Austin area. As the mother of the bride, this was one vendor I did not have any concerns with getting everything handled correctly. Rachel was able to look at the number of guest and recommend and second bar and bartender which was exactly what we needed for our venue.
  Thank you so much Rachel, you were a pleasure to work with. Edward and Nina, the bartenders, were on top of their game and we had a blast with them!

  Great Bartending!

  We were recommended Elevate Bartending through our wedding coordinator (Saulnier Weddings). We had a great experience working with them. They took care of drinks, bar, food service, and we have only good things to say about them! They are a great help for weddings!

  Wonderful Experience!

  I had the pleasure of working alongside Elevate Bartending this past weekend! It was a true pleasure! Kevin was professional, courteous, and very efficient. He kept the party going all night with drinks and smiles! An overall EXCELLENT experience with them! Highly, highly recommended!

  On of the best additions to our wedding.

  Hiring Elevate was one of the best choices we made for our wedding. The signature drinks and keeping my champagne wall full were just icing on the cake. I have spoke to guest and they know the bartenders by name because they were so nice and engaging. Thank you so much for an amazing night.

  Mother of the bride

  We can not say enough great things about this Elevate Bartending team.
  We just love them every one who works for them became a part of the wedding from our daughter and son in-law (now) .
  From setting up, moving tables chairs even planters they did it all.
  The served all the right cocktails beers wines champagnes and food it was all ready to go all the time.
  Even when they had to move the bars from upstairs to downstairs nothing was to much.
  I love to give them 5 stars and 5 smiley faces
  Will definitely use the again.

  Everything was awesome! They were on time. Service was great. Everyone loved the drinks (especially the margaritas). And the bartenders were professional and friendly. Clean up after was like they were never even there. Would definitely use for future events.

  We loved having Elevate Bartending as our vendor. They were super helpful right from the start and everyone loved the quality of service and drinks and they easily felt like fast friends. We will be using them again for our next event without a doubt!!!!!

  Elevate was amazing! I was able to provide all my own liquor, which is a hard fine with most bar services. Rachel and Taryn were so helpful and accommodating. The bartenders were professional, fun, and provided amazing service. I highly recommend Elevate!

  Elevate Bartending created custom Harry Potter-themed cocktails for our wedding and did an amazing job. The drinks were great, and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend them for anyone's wedding.

Rachel and I had multiple consultations over phone, email, and text in the months leading up to our wedding. She provided us great recommendations and advice for our bar service, and took me changing my mind a thousand times with great stride. Rachel made the hour long drive out of Austin to our venue for a walk through and to plan our bar set-up a few months before the wedding, and Taryn jumped in to help us curate some awesome specialty cocktails for our big day. On the wedding day they truly did not disappoint. They all showed up on time and finished setting up our two bar areas with more than enough time to spare and we're smiling friendly faces the entire night. Everyone at our wedding told us they were AMAZING vendors (and we had a boat load of service industry staff as guests). I even saw some of them walking through the venue and cleaning up empty cans and glasses throughout the night. If you are looking for bar staff for your next event look no further. Book them!
