Eleni & Co. worked a miracle in only 4 weeks! We were waiting out to see what would be possible for our October wedding since there was a lockdown due to COVID. We had a 350+ wedding planned that couldn't happen anymore. We re-planned to have a more intimate backyard wedding with close family and reached out to Eleni for help. As a bride that had already planned a wedding that couldn't happen, my spirits were very low and I didn't want to be coordinating the day while trying to enjoy it. I think the most important thing about that initial conversation is that Eleni listened to our whole story and dilemma and showed more excitement for us regardless of all the adjustments we had to make. We met, talked more, and then got to work right away. There was complete transparency during the whole planning process, total coordination with my family who played different roles for the wedding and she even worked when on vacation. We had also agreed what I would be responsible for as I could not be 100% hands off. We basically revamped the theme to really highlight my husband and I. It did not feel like you were in a backyard at all! Eleni got to know us in a short time and the wedding truly reflected that with the flowers, food, vibe, music, a vespa (yes a vespa) and even a gelato truck! Eleni & co took care of everything- the tent, floor, table, chairs, linens, plates, utensils, decor, cake, invitations, day of coordination, making sure my dress, train and make up were on point. You name it, it was done. And not to mention all the safety measures necessary due to the pandemic. They did not take safety lightly of course, wore masks the whole time and set up sanitary stations. She even got us custom face masks with our wedding date on them. I truly would not have been able to do this on my own. It was a great comfort knowing you have this team handling every moment of the day. I have received so many compliments from the wedding and I cannot take all that credit. I am beyond grateful to have worked with Eleni & Co. and to have made friends with great people. -

Eleni and her team are incredible. As a wedding photographer, the relationship you have with the planner and other vendors is very important to the flow and success of the day. Eleni and her team were a dream to work with from start to finish -- they were extremely organized, kept an eye on the timeline and gave time checks so I could focus solely on the photos, worked collaboratively with everyone and were a calm and steady force, and overall were fun to be around for the entire day. It's clear that their top priority is making their couples happy.
Eleni has a great personality and sense of humor and we clicked immediately, and she made everyone feel comfortable which created a positive and fun atmosphere. My team and I are looking forward to working with Eleni and her team in the future. If you're looking for the real deal wedding planner, look no further. Eleni can do it all! -

We are truly at a loss for words to express how incredible our wedding was, and it’s all thanks to Eleni & Co! Hiring Eleni for our wedding on 8/31/24 at the Vanderbilt Mansion & Museum was the best decision my husband and I made during the planning process.
As someone who tends to be a bit of a control freak, I was initially hesitant about bringing in a wedding planner, thinking I could handle everything myself. How wrong I was! From our very first call to our final planning meeting, Eleni and her team were exceptionally communicative, organized, and proactive. Eleni held our hand throughout the entire process, guiding us through vendor selections and truly bringing our vision to life. It felt like we were planning a wedding with a best friend—it was genuinely fun!
Every detail was meticulously managed—many of which we hadn’t even considered. On our wedding day, we felt nothing but happiness, relaxation, and love. Our guests were absolutely blown away by the attention to detail and continue to rave that it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended.
Our day-of coordinators, Maria and Jen, were phenomenal. They were always one step ahead, providing everything we needed within moments. Thanks to their incredible support, we were able to enjoy every moment without a single worry.
We cannot recommend Eleni & Co. highly enough! Thank you for making our dream wedding a reality!

Best wedding planner everrrr
Eleni & Co is the epitome of professionalism. Having Eleni & co be a part of my planning process from start to finish was a BLESSING. I hired them for my entire wedding weekend for rehearsal dinner, wedding day of, and morning after brunch. Without them, our wedding day would not have been as special and fantastic as it was. My experience with Eleni & Co felt so personalized and they really take the time to make their brides feel comfortable personally and creatively. Eleni was ON TOP of everything every step of the way. I HIGHLY recommend if you’re hiring Eleni & Co for planning, you use them for day of coordinator as well. Eleni will make sure your day if full of nothing but positivity and will handle everything and do it to perfection. She is meticulous and pays attention to detail like no one i have ever seen. Her and her sister Maria are the DREAM TEAM and it’s not just them. Eleni has a large team of professionals who also made me feel at ease and had every corner covered. I leave my experience with Eleni with not only fond memories, but with friends i now think of as family. I will definitely be using her for any and all future events. Thank you Eleni & Co. -

If you follow Eleni, one of her catchphrases is "Get yourself and Eleni" and that could not be more true for how PERFECT and STUNNING she makes every single event! My mom had hired Eleni to plan my bridal shower and every single detail included during the event brought my vision to life (Fall in Love). Every phone call we had with each other made it seem like I was talking to a friend, not just an event planner. Everyone that attended my bridal shower kept repeating how this was the most stunning shower they had ever been to and all the credit goes to Eleni and her team.
The dessert table was not only aesthetically pleasing with all the fall colors, but so so so yummy! We had a hiccup with the baker that was initially going to do my event, in which she had to find a whole new baker in less than 48 hours! Needless to say, it was the yummiest, two-tiered, Ferrero Rocher filling, cake that I have ever tasted! Each table was elegantly set up with menu cards that matched my invitations and stunning pumpkin centerpieces that had the most beautiful flowers coming from within it.
Without a question of a doubt, I will be hiring Eleni for any event going forward! She's an absolute angel and I am so grateful to have met her and worked with her! -

Get yourself an Eleni. That's all I can say!
After working with Eleni and her team for 3 YEARS to plan our dream wedding, it finally happened, and it was EVEN MORE AMAZING THAN I COULD EVEN DREAM OF. Eleni knew what I wanted, but couldn't verbalize or explain. She knew exactly how to help and what I needed before I even knew what I wanted or needed. As far as the big day, we had a wedding of 250 people with many different locations involved and vendors from all over NY state. I literally did not lift a finger or worry about ANYTHING the day of the wedding. Everything went off without a hitch. I cannot emphasize the passion, professionalism, and pure talent of this woman and her team. If you have any doubt about reaching out to her and sharing your special day with her, I implore you to do it. You won't regret hiring Eleni. -

Eleni & Co. New York planned my wedding in 3 WEEKS! I really could write an essay on Eleni & Co. as I always knew for any type of wedding, that a planner was going to be needed. I simply had no idea on how to get things rolling. When I found Eleni I was blown away by everything she was able to do and her understanding as to why my wedding was so short notice. Nothing was too serious which made the wedding process 100x better. Her personality (and those within her company) are beyond fun which makes her insanely relatable. When I say Eleni and her team WILL get anything done, I really mean it. Again...3 weeks to plan a micro wedding. It was a dream come true to have the ones I love around and to feel a weight lifted off my shoulders to have someone with insane experience help me along the way. Eleni & Co. Eleniiii, I don’t even know where to begin to thank you for planning our wedding, a day so incredible we couldn’t have fathomed it even in our wildest dreams. When Andoni and I got engaged who would have thought it would reunite us in the most amazing way lol! Getting ourselves an Eleni was the best decision we could have ever made. We are still in awe when we look back on everything you did for us before, during and after the wedding. My only regret when it comes to Eleni is not hiring her sooner… When I think about the unnecessary stress wedding planning brought on even before the pandemic, I laugh thinking about how it really all worked out in the end. Eleni came in the picture about a month before our big day to prepare for day of coordination. If she came in sooner, especially during the depths of the pandemic, I would’ve saved myself a lot of frustration and anxiety. Once Eleni was there to help, my pre-wedding stress dissipated. I was warned about how the weeks leading up to my wedding would be horribly stressful, but all I felt was relief and excitement—exactly how a couple should feel before the biggest day of their lives! From following up with vendors, to answering any and every question, from thinking through logistical complexities, to problem-solving any imaginable issue, to adding small details to make our weeding unique to us, Eleni transformed our vision to reality, even in just one short month. We can’t even imagine how we would’ve been able to accomplish had Eleni not been the superhero she was. Not to mention, the actual day of our wedding was seamless and flawless! Even with typical issues that can throw off a wedding, Eleni and her team saved the day and simply left us to enjoy our special day… We’re not kidding when we say several people told us our wedding was the best they’d ever been to, and we have Eleni to thank for that! -
