You never know how much detail goes into planning a wedding until you begin. My husband and I live in California and got married in Westchester, NY so Keya helped us with all of our wedding planning, provided vendor options that met our style and budget, liaised with the vendors to ask the questions we didn’t know to ask, reviewed our contracts, and eased many of our concerns and worries. What I appreciated the most was that Keya was always accessible and very responsive to any inquiry that I had and was flexible. This was very important to me since we live on the West Coast. Keya made me feel like ours was the only wedding she was planning. Not only did she help with the details for the ceremony and reception, but Keya worked tirelessly to find us a rehearsal dinner and welcome party venue that met our needs- which was very last minute. When it came to the wedding, I knew we were in great hands, as her presence kept me calm throughout the day. She's truly a wonderful person to work with- even our venue coordinator praised her professionalism and warming personality. -

I read the other reviews and decided not to get my hopes up, just in case my wedding day wasn't as beautiful as the other brides who have worked with EDE. I was optimistic, but skeptical at the same time. Well my goodness I can say I WAS BLOWN AWAY! When I walked into the room, Keya asked me "So, what do you think?" and honestly, I couldn't even freakin speak!! My husband turned red and was like WOW!! I just stood there speechless, with tears in my eyes because I was AMAZED at how Keya and her team really brought my vision to life. That moment will forever be special to me, just me, my husband and a room filled of amazing beauty- ALL thanks to Keya!

We choose the Day of Coordination package with Elegantly Done! Events & Affairs, and Keya was so great, that I wish we would have booked the full wedding planning package with her instead. We had several challenges and last-minute changes, and Keya handled them all perfectly, as well as all of the typical wedding-planning tasks. She took so many responsibilities off my plate (including those I probably I didn't even know about) and made our wedding day as perfect as could be. Keya was AMZAZING throughout the entire wedding process! We hired Keya in winter of 2019 for our 2020 summer wedding. She was there for us when our wedding was postpone to July 2021. During 2020, she helped me moved our wedding with all our vendors, she stayed in touch to make sure we were doing ok throughout 2020. When our wedding was finally happening, she was there every step of the way. She was there for us with our bridal party drama, vendor drama. She went out and beyond for us the entire time. I am on my Baby/Honeymoon and had to take a few minutes to thank Keya and her team for an AMAZING intimate wedding experience. I am laughing now but she actually made me cry with such appreciation because she managed to pull off my impromptu wedding in 5 days- LITERALLY!! We came into some extra money and my hubby said, let's get married this weekend. I knew I wasn't going to just have any shindig ,so since Keya was located a few miles away, I gave her a call on Monday, May 3 and told her I wanted to get married on Saturday May 8 in my backyard and she instantly made me feel like this could actually happen. Well let me tell you, she made it happen! She even provided suggestions for an inexpensive trip (Keya, we are loving Cancun!!). All I can say is she's an awesome person and decorator! -

Seriously, where do I even begin???! Wedding planning started out ROUGH FOR ME! I was so overwhelmed and felt like I was planning this entire wedding by myself with the help of only a few people. Like other brides, my wedding day plans changed. With the money we saved for our wedding, we decided to take advantage of the housing market and buy a new home. I was complaining about the stress of planning even the littlest details of what was now my small wedding and my co-worker whose sister used Keya and her team for her wedding suggested I give her a call. About two minutes into our conversation I started crying and she just let me vent about Covid destroying my wedding, the stress of working from home with a dog and a baby and on and on. She listened to me rant about my problems for about TWO HOURS!! No advice, judgement or interruptions, she just listened and it was an amazing connection from there. While our first call was more like my therapy session, after a few emails, by our second call, Keya had already finalized the details for my at home wedding and just like that, my day (which was on a Monday) was planned. Keya and her team came to my home and decorated it beyond what I could ever have planned on my own. I can't say thank you enough to her. I really can't! -

Keya and her EDE team were amazing! We originally only wanted day of coordination but due to the extent of our wedding planning, we hired EDE for the entire wedding. We had no idea how much planning was involved and how many decisions we had to make. We have two kids and where already overwhelmed with our daily lives to say the least. Thank goodness for Keya and her team, she held our hand tightly through the entire process and told us things we would of never thought to do ourselves and would of been totally screwed the day of. Not only did Keya and her team know what they were doing but they had so many ideas and were so creative with a lot of the details and décor for our wedding. I had a vision and she was able to put it all on paper and make it become our reality. I would definitely recommend (and have) Elegantly Done! Events & Affairs to any bride because they make you feel more like friends then your planning team and we were always comfortable going to them with anything, very accommodating. My Professional Best Friend! I am a planner myself and was surprised how overwhelmed I was planning my own wedding. Too many tasks, timelines, responsibilities and endless phone calls that I didn't have time for because I was also planning other clients' weddings and events. I met Keya while trying to figure out what décor to purchase for my wedding in Michael's. She saw me struggling to make a decision and offered her opinion. To my surprise we chatted in the wedding aisle for almost 45 mins and I knew from that conversation I needed her assistance IMMEDIATELY! So my theme was pretty wacky-I love buttons and was struggling trying to figure how to incorporate them tastefully into my pink wedding theme. Once our contract was signed, Keya took over the creative design for the wedding and I was very impressed and excited for what she created. Keya provided all the details from the stationary to the centerpieces. She and her team decorated and made my wedding day decor look GORGEOUS- buttons and all! -

Great Service!
EDE exceeded my expectations! I started working with Keya about a year before my wedding. She was extremely professional and accommodating especially during my move from California to NY. I first hired her just for Day of Coordination but quickly realized I needed her for much more and she delivered! From my wedding décor to my preserved dress she picked up for me, Keya was on point with it all! I have no idea where she gets the energy to handle us brides- but I know one thing- she's amazing at it! -
