Beautiful Bridal Gown

The experience at Elegant Lace was much more personal than my experience at other bridal shops. When we arrived, we were given rings to identify which dresses we were interested in trying. The staff also helped identify additional dresses that may have the look I wanted. A staff member helped me try on each dress and stayed with me for the duration of the appointment. I highly recommend Elegant Lace to anyone who wants a personal dress shopping experience.

Fantastic!

Elegant lace did an amazing job helping me find the dress of my dreams and then getting me in contact with a seamstress to do the necessary alterations once my dress arrived. They were great at working with me to also find vests for the groomsmen to wear as well as half of the dresses for my bridesmaids!!! I highly recommend you go to them for any wedding attire needs!

Found my dress!

I found my dress here and the whole experience was great!! The shop was very honest about order deadlines and how long realistically a dress takes to order, and their selection was really extensive. I had Brenda as my consultant and she was very knowledgeable (and found my perfect dress!). I also liked that before the appt, I could go around and select some dresses to start with!

I came here both alone and with my bridal party and both times it was a great experience. I felt very listened to, and all her selections were really responding to what I was looking for (so no wasting time pulling or trying on dresses that I didn't like!).

I am VERY happy I went with elegant lace for my dress. It was an easy, enjoyable experience and I couldn't be happier with the result. I wish they had in-house alterations but am happy to use the seamstresses they've highly recommended. Overall, I'd recommend them to all my friends who are getting married.

My Dream Experience

I was lucky enough to be paired with Elise and all I had to say was that I wanted lace, an open back and definitely not strapless. Elise brought out the dress of my dreams by dress #2. I felt so comfortable and heard with Elise asking what I did and didn't like about each dress. By the time we put dress #2 back on, it was like they somehow went in the back and sewed together all my favorite parts of each dress. It was like magic. All of the staff are friendly, the atmosphere is so welcoming and the quality of dresses are incredible. Bottom line, you'll find high quality and affordable dresses with unmatched customer service. I'm so, so glad I came here for my wedding dress shopping experience.

Amazing Sample Sale & Awesome Staff!

I went to Elegant Lace Bridal's 1st ever sample sale in May 2019. I expected it to be a crazy fight over dresses like you see in the movies, but everything was super organized!

Mickey, the owner, personally checked me and my ladies in and gave us rings to put around dresses that we liked. Maria, our dress specialist, was AWESOME. She also found me the perfect veil and headpieces to go with my dress. The sale itself was also insane - I ended up saving almost 75% on my dress and accessories.

Additionally, they partner with Elegance Preserved dress cleaning services and if you mention their name, you can get $50 off cleaning & $50 off preserving!

Azi found my dream dresses - thank you!!!

So, just 3 months before my wedding, I had 3 dresses - none of which I was happy with. Panic-buying is not a plan w/ wedding dresses. One bridal salon even asked me "have you considered botox? And maybe losing a few more pounds?". I was in despair. In stepped Azi and the other lovely folks at Elegant Lace Bridal. They were patient, they were kind, they know their (extensive!) stock backwards and forwards. Of the 10 dresses I tried there, I'd have been happy to get married in 8 of them. That's an 80% success rate! I ended up buying 3 (1 for ceremony, 1 for reception, and 1 for later Catholic ceremony), and Azi found me the perfect accessories as well (2 veils, 1 hair clip, 1 belt). Because the wedding date was so close, I had to buy 'off the rack' - Elegant Lace Bridal hooked me up w/ a seamstress who was able to make the alterations in a short time, and I looked AMAZING on my wedding day, thanks to Azi & Elegant Lace! And when I tell people the price they're shocked - many have paid more than what I did for just 1 dress, and I got 3 as well as the veils & other accessories!

I said YES to the dress!

Great service and variety of dresses. I found my dress here and I'm very happy with the information and outcome I got buying from here. Maria helped me and she was not only extremely helpful, but extremely friendly. This bridal shop was the only one to carry Essence of Australia (I actually got to meet the designer). Overall, very pleased with Elegant Lace!

We had the best experience at Elegant Lace Bridals! Haley helped me try on different styles of dresses but also gave me colored rings to pick styles I thought I would like. She was patient, informative, and kind, which was really helpful. She didn't pressure me to buy a dress, and after visiting two other places, I found the dress I loved but chose to return to Elegant Lace because she was such a sweet person.

The dress came on time, and even though the extra buttons I ordered were the wrong color, they took care of it right away. The selection at this store is excellent. Would highly recommend to any bride at any stage of looking, but definitely make an appointment!

I went along with a friend for a fitting and we had a wonderful time. There is a great selection of dresses and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I already had my dress, but I did find a beautiful head piece to wear! Highly recommend!

Bought my wedding dress here, and everything was amazing. I love that myself and the people I brought with me were able to look through all the dresses to pick them out ourselves. Other stores wouldn't let us look through them, just grabbed what they thought I might like.
My dress was supposed to come in around September and it actually arrived early in July, so I'll be going there soon to try it on and take it home!!!

This was my first and only bridal shop that I went to. Honestly, I didn't know what I was getting myself into and didn't have expectations of finding my dress on the first try since I've heard other brides going to 5 or 6 bridal stores before finding "the one." I mainly went there for the Maggie Sottero trunk show to try on this dress I saw on the knot. Ala gave me a set of plastic rings and gave me and my MOH a quick tutorial of where everything was in the store. I also showed her pictures I found online of styles I liked. Ala was very knowledgeable and she was able to direct me to the sections of the store she knew I would like. She let us browse the store at our own pace and she checked in with us to suggest some dresses to tag with the rings.

After placing on all the plastic rings, I tried on that first Maggie dress that I was in search of and fell in LOVE. It was like a mystical force drew me to the dress and I just had this feeling. However, just to be sure I tried on several others (5 dresses) to see how other silhouettes fit my body. Ala even pulled out a surprise dress that I would have never thought of selecting for myself. Her surprise became a competitor with the first dress I tried on, but after putting on the first one again I knew which one I had to get. Ala was a great sales consultant! She was very straightforward and to the point about which dresses looked good/bad on me. I appreciated her honesty because it helped me make my decision more easily.

She even set me up with a beautiful cathedral style veil that compliments the dress for 20% off AND I got 10% off my dress since it was a trunk show event. It was such a quick, fun, and painless experience. I wish I could do it again. Thank you to Ala and to all the ladies at Elegant Lace Bridals!!

Vania is amazing! She helped me find my wedding dress and gave suggestions that were very helpful. She also helped me pick a veil that matched perfectly with my dress. I went to tons of bridal shops searching for my dress. All the dresses I liked from the other shops, Elegant Lace also carried. This worked out great because I was indecisive on two dresses and I was able to try them both on and compare them in one place. Big thanks to Vania for helping me try on tons of dresses on different days until I finally found the perfect one!

Look no further!!! This is a perfect place to buy your wedding dress and bridesmaids' dresses. We had superb customer service from Cynthia and she was such a blessing! I described the kind of wedding dress I was looking for and she said "I know just the right dress". She was correct, it was the dress and we purchased it! Later we came back to look for bridesmaids dresses and Cynthia again helped me and my 5 bridesmaids. If the bridesmaids all prepay for the dresses, they give you a 10% discount off each bridesmaid dress, good deal. The dresses came in about 3 1/2 months. Mines took 5 months, but worth the wait!

This is the place to go for excellent customer service and the best dress selection!! The staff was amazing and taking the time to care and make sure dresses arrived on time with a very small window of time given. Several of my friends has success with finding their dress here, so I made an appointment. I was very happy to work with Synthia! She listened to what I was looking for, and also brought some amazing dresses that she thought I might like. I think the appointments are supposed to be an hour but I was there for closer to 2 hours. I didn't feel rushed, and probably tried on 25 dresses. It was such a fun experience, and I'm happy to say I found the dress. They have a wide range of pricing, fabrics, styles, etc. I can't imagine not finding a winner here.

I could not have more positive things to say about this location and the person who helped me (Synthia). First of all, every dress I had drooled over in photos and wanted to try on when I came in turned out to be exactly what I didn't end up wanting after trying dresses on. Synthia asked me a few qualifying questions and then showed me a dress she thought would be perfect (spoiler alert: it ended up being exactly the dress I chose) and pulled several more based on my likes, dislikes and body type. The two dresses I was torn between were the two main dresses she had selected. I even decided to go try on dresses at another bridal store (Trudy's) having never been anywhere to try on dresses before Elegant Lace. Although Trudy's may have nicer decor and seem more like what you envision when you imagine dress shopping aesthetically, the difference in the help from one store to the next was incomparable. The girl at Trudy's couldn't have been more than 20 years old. She asked me questions also but they didn't seem to impact the types of dresses she pulled (or maybe I just didn't describe it as well? I don't know). But their process there is much different... they take your answers and your associate goes around picking dresses for you (at Elegant Lace, you're given a certain color of rings and YOU walk around flagging the dresses that interest you). The girl at Trudy's proceeded to have me try on only dresses that were super huge on me and totally unflattering. I didn't walk, I RAN back to Elegant Lace and bought my dress. Haven't had an ounce of regret and I'm fairly confident I could have shopped in every dress store in the silicon valley area and still wanted to go right back where I started. This woman has a gift and Elegant Lace is lucky to have her!!

Elegant Lace Bridal is the first bridal shop I went to try on wedding dresses. I came in with an idea on what style and silhouette I wanted (lace dress with a mermaid or trumpet cut) and they have a LOT of options available for me. I decided to go on my own because I didn't want my decision/choice be swayed by the reactions of the people I bring with me. I wanted it to be my own choice because I feel good wearing it.

The ladies at Elegant Lace Bridal were really sweet and they really made me feel at home and comfortable. They helped me pick dresses based on the style I wanted and within my price range. They also gently suggested that I try on other styles that they think will look good on me coz I may be pleasantly surprised. I tried on 5 other dresses before I finally chose my dress and it was actually a suggestion by one of the ladies helping me. It was so beautiful, elegant and lightweight - perfect for my beach wedding!

Thanks Elegant Lace for making my wedding dress shopping a very pleasant experience!

I love this place. I had heard so many great things about a different bridal shop that I had a not-so-great experience with, but this place is a gem! Dee is wonderful. From the very beginning of our appointment she was warm and friendly and she really understood me. I would try a dress on and she could tell by my face that it wasn't for me. Instead of making me parade around in something I didn't like, she just simply said, "yeah, I didn't think so... let's take it off". Every time I've been in since to see her she is always excited and happy to see me. They also have a ton of dress options in many styles and price points. Dee recommended that I order a custom length for my dress (I'm only 5'2") to save on alteration costs. I went in to pick up my dress and it fit like a glove! All I will have to do to it is get it bustled. I am thrilled with the customer service and end product at Elegant Lace. Ask for Dee!

After falling in love with a dress in a magazine, I called a handful of stores carrying the Stella York line within the area and Elegant Lace was the only store to have received it days earlier. They were great in advising me to rush order (since my wedding was three months away), as well as providing me with bra cups and a list of local seamstresses. As close as my wedding date was, they were still great about allowing me to pay in installments. My dress arrived ahead of schedule and it perfect condition. Even though my wedding is now over, I still dream about wearing that dress and what a princess I felt like. Know that you are in great hands here!

Elegant Lace is where I got my wedding dress and my bridesmaids dresses. I was happy with the service. Everything came in within the window they said it would. I liked that out of town bridesmaids could call in with their measurements and not have to make another trip out. They also had great recommendations for an alterations place and dress cleaning place. I highly recommend Elegant Lace!

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The consultants were SO nice and SO attentive. The prices were excellent - they had the least expensive price on my Maggie Sottero gown. I shopped here twice, another boutique three times, and a third botique once. While my experiences at all of the bridal botiques were positive, I felt the best Elegant Lace because the consultants really took the time to listen to me and address my wants/needs/concerns/etc. I absolutely LOVE my gown and would highly recommend this place for any girl to find her dream dress.

This store was the only store in Northern California that had my dream dress in stock for me to try on. I searched for my wedding gown for months and finally came across Elegant Lace Bridal. So my girls and I set out for a road trip to San Jose, CA. The service was absolutely amazing and I totally felt that they made it all about me. This was the first time I had tried on any gowns and it took me only 3 dresses to get to the "One!" I purchased my gown that same day. I would definitely recommend this store to future brides.

My Mom and I went bridal gown shopping in January 2012, and the first and only shop we went to was Elegant. My co-worker referred me to this shop -- and I'm glad she did. There's another more well-known store in Campbell (and I've been there -- to get a bridesmaid dress), but I think Elegant is even better than that Campbell store. Why? Because they had enough variety and styles to compete with "bigger" stores. But, their personalized service was what got to me and my Mom. I didn't really want a wedding gown - I wanted to get a simple white dress, but my Mom insisted. And now, I'm glad she did. Our consultant (whose name escapes me now since it's been so long ago) listened carefully to what my Mom and I wanted, but better yet, she saw Mom's reaction with each dress I tried on. And the final dress I tried on was the consultant's choice -- not mine or my Mom's. And her choice was spot on.

The dress had everything my Mom wanted. But, it also had everything I wanted too. So to achieve that right medium and hit a home run was a major accomplishment. When our wedding date got moved (we didn't even have a date when we went shopping for my dress back in January 2012), Elegant was so accommodating and flexible. They answered all of my questions promptly, and anyone I spoke to at that shop was very professional and understanding. Thank you, Elegant, for making me look so good on my wedding day!

Elegant Lace was very accommodating to me while I chose the most important dress i'd ever wear! I hated dress shopping-just wanted to get in and out of stores and hurry up and find the one! When I came to elegant lace and told them my budget and wishes, they delivered! The third dress I tried on was the one! The lady who helped me suggested since I wanted mermaid without the heavy price tag, to consider an a-line i could alter. My dress came in sooner than was promised and they recommended an excellent seamstress who altered my dress from a-line to mermaid for a very reasonable price. For $399 I found an awesome dress that people swore looked like it was $3,000!

If you decide to go to Elegant Lace, I highly recommend working with Dee or Maria. My sister who got married in 2008 worked with Dee and I worked with Maria. They are both wonderful and treat you like family. Elegant Lace has a great selection of dresses with many designers and price ranges. I live in Sacramento now but am originally from San Jose. My mom, sister and I found my dress in a store in Sacramento, however I did not buy my dress there because they were so rude. Although I love my sister, I found it so distressing that the consultant at the Sacramento store focused all her interest and attention on my sister versus me. Not to mention they didn't even help button, lace or zip up the dressed I tried. My sister did. I'm glad I waited to buy my dress because I found the same exact dress at Elegant Lace for at least $100 cheaper plus they gave me an additional 15% off because they were doing a little bit of construction and revamping the store. All I can say is that Elegant Lace is the place to go. My 2 cousins and best friend also got their dresses there and were also very pleased.

I could not be happier with my purchase from this store. Since day 1 everyone was so helpful, even though i stumbled in 20 minutes before the store closed just to try on one dress, vania my consultant was very patient and kind. I ended up coming back 2 more times before purchasing my dress, and the dress that i decided to order they did not carry in store, but since they did carry that designer they were nice enough to order the dress for me. ( i had already tried on the dress at another store, but did not like the service there, and i was able to save $200 by ordering the dress from elegant lace).
And even when I called vania 6 weeks before my wedding asking if it would be possible to still order a veil, she made it happen!

i originally wanted a maggie sottero dress so i called all bridal stores in the bay area for the best deal. elegant lace bridal had 15% off deal for everything on the month of november if you donate certain number of food items. this saves you a lot on your dress and other accessories. stacia found me a dress that was similar and even better than the original dress i wanted for a better price. i chose a literally "elegant lace" casablanca dress with lots of beading. stacia event helped me in and out of dresses. she asks you what your venue and theme is to get an idea of what your style is. it's a good idea to look at more than one bridal shop and compare all of them. take time to find the perfect dress.

I was very pleased with all of the employees here as well as their customer service. They placed an order for a custom made veil for me that went just beautifully with my gown which was purchased at another bridal store.
They had the veil ready for pick-up in less than half the estimated time frame. And, if needed, they offered to steam the veil - free of charge, the day or so before the wedding.
Nice, helpful staff. Great value for a custom veil - only $60!

I loved my dress and got an awesome price!! I saw the same dress at Trudys and it was $500 more, same designer EVERYTHING! Elegant lace was friendly and accomodated to me. I was very happy with my dress and the services.

I had a great experience at Elegant Lace. I can remember the first day when I came into the shop looking for a dress. I had several pictures from magazines to which the girls at the shop said that I could go ahead and look for those styles but that they had envisioned me in another style of dress that would compliment my body type more. At first, I didn't know what to think. I thought that I knew what was best for me. So, I tried on ones that I picked out and I also decided to try on some of the dresses that were chosen for me. I worked with Amanda and I was a bit surprised what was chosen for me. To make a long story shorter, she picked better dresses for me than I did for myself and although I did go out to several bridal stores after this initial visit, I eventually came back and purchased one of the dresses that Amanda had chosen for me that initial first day. My dress was gorgeous and all I received were compliments. To those in need of help and who enjoy an honest opinion and good service, you should stop by and visit these guys. I highly recommend them!

Elegant Lace helped me find the exact dress that suited my desires and my budget. The sales people were helpful and the dress came in a timely fashion. I received a call as soon as the dress arrived and all I needed to do was have the hem put up. I appreciate that the owner not only runs a quality business, but she also is interested in helping the community. When I was ordering my dress she was offering customers a discount if they brought food in for the local food bank.

Was an excellent experience. They found the perfect dress for me, and it was the most reasonable price in the area. They allowed me to come back 3 times to show various family members and allowed me to take photos. Dress was amazing and they took care of my order. I worked with Wafaa at Elegant Lace. She was great! Everyone in this store is super-friendly and very helpful, totally different than the snobbish attitude I got at Trudy's (where they would not even let me browse through the dresses and had a 3 dresses max you can try on and you need an appointment). At Elegant Lace, you can just show up and they let your browse for hours. I ended up trying on 4 dresses and one of them was the one I bought. It arrived in 3 or 4 months, I don't remember exactly. They offer free pressing of the dress you buy, so I brought back my dress a week before the wedding and they pressed it. There was also a stain on the dress probably from the many times I tried it on and they removed it for me.

We also ordered our invitations through Elegant Lace Bridal. They arrived in a matter of days. There was a problem
with 20 invitations; they were printed on the wrong side. It was not a problem with Elegant Lace, but the
printing company and we got the correct invitations only days after the mistake was made.

I've used this dress shop for several friends weddings, and they were excellent for mine as well. I found a dress on that rack that was "last season" so I got huge discounts for last seasons and buying directly off the rack. What a price savings! We got beautiful bridesmaid dresses there too, also at a good price; they had a large selection. Only bummer is they don't do alterations on site, so we had to find our own alterations elsewhere, it would have been more convenient to do them there. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. I totally recomend this place!

I came in with plenty of time until my wedding so I don't know how their rush order goes. Took about 6-7 months for the dress but I planned on that. I feel that the dress we found is so unique and beautiful. I wanted Maggie Soterro so the consultant got me what I wanted yet a different style than I thought I was wanting. We started with exactly what I thought I wanted and then evolved from there to the end dress so the whole process was really nice. Glad she didn't keep me in my comfort zone! It's your big day but don't get stuck in your ways. I went for my fitting and could not have felt more beautiful when I put it on again. I think the whole store was staring at me. Found out my dress was discontinued later so now I love its uniqueness even more! We came in with a budget and they were happy to work with it. We even came under! They have great tailors I am sure but I got super lucky and the size we ordered does not need any alterations. Took it home that day! My cousin in law to be went here as well and got her dress which is why I went here. Glad I did, probably would not have otherwise! Kind of an odd location but it's like a little gem.

Unlike other wedding gown stores, they actually want to help you find a dress that meets your needs, not their quotas. I found Dee to be very easy to work with and help you find the dress of your dreams while staying within your budget. Same with men attire.

I had a very specific idea in mind for a wedding dress so I spent a lot of time looking online at designers. I went to Elegant Lace Bridal because they carried a large number of designers and dresses. I was able to look at and try on as many dresses as I wanted and Connie, the lady who helped me, offered suggestions of what she thought I might like too. I probably tried on 15 dresses and spent over 2 hours there that day. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy either. At the end I was torn between two dresses, so I made an appointment for the next day and was able to try on both of them. I loved the personal attention and that I wasn't pressured to spend above my budget or to make a purchase.

I had a great experience at Elegant Lace. I had gone to a larger chain store earlier in the day and felt like I wasn't receiving the attention that I needed to find the right dress. They never once asked me my price range or anything, so I headed over to Elegant Lace.

Elegant Lace was amazing! Connie welcomed me and asked me my budget, what styles I liked and when I needed the dress. She showed me the sections I could look to ensure that I could find a dress that fit all of my requests. She not only helped pick out options, but was so fun to work with and made it a great experience for me, my mom and maid of honor.

I went to the store looking to try on a specific designer, but they were having a trunk show for another designer and I ended up finding a great dress and getting a discount. It was my first time trying on dresses, and it can be pretty overwhelming so I was grateful that my consultant, Dee, was able to help guide me in the decision making process. The staff was very friendly and they were able to accommodate my schedule when it was time for me to pick up the dress. They had a good selection and the timeline they provided for the arrival of the dress was accurate.

Elegant Lace was my last stop in my bridal shopping experience. I lagged on starting the whole wedding process and after a few bumps/stress because of it, Elegant Lace made me feel at ease about it without pressuring me even though I knew time was of the essence. I went back for a second time and knew that dress was the one.

I decided to go with Elegant lace after the same dress at Trudy’s was almost $300 more plus they would require me to pay an additional $200 in a rush fee (without a guarantee if it would get here in time). (Although it was the complete opposite for my veil way cheaper and faster at Trudy's than Elegant Lace). They did change the date on me 3 times on when my dress would arrive so that made me worry as it was just a few weeks before my wedding but it got here on the first date that they had told me and that was a big weight off my shoulders.

The sales consultant at Elegant Lace was Synthia and she was amazing!

After reading so many lackluster reviews, I visited Elegant Lace without high hopes and only because it was close to home and available for a same day appointment. It was the first place on my bridal gown hunt and I definitely lucked out with my consultant, Patrice! Most of the women at the store that I interacted with seemed nice enough, but Patrice was the most patient and friendly, from what I could see. I was given a few shower curtain rings to place on dresses I liked, and we went from there. They have a pretty good selection! Patrice let me try on a few dresses in different styles and silhouettes to get a sense of what I liked. Each dress I tried on made me feel pretty, which I think had to do a lot with what Patrice selected. Ultimately, I went with a dress that Patrice chose for me towards the end of my first visit, which suited me perfectly.

What I loved about the experience was that Patrice took the time to chat with me and made me feel very comfortable, asking me about my family, fiance, and wedding, so that I actually felt cared about as a person rather than a potential sale. She was also extremely patient when I brought 3 of my bridesmaids back the next time to try on a bazillion bridesmaid dresses before we finally found one for everybody.

I loved my bridal gown/bridesmaid shopping experience here because everyone just seemed really happy and I felt beautiful when trying things on. Granted, each time I went was on a weekday, so it is considerably less busy than on a weekend, leaving more time for customer service. Picking up was just as smooth of an experience, and my dress and accessories arrived just when they were estimated.

Maria helped me with my dress. She was exceptional!! I never felt rushed or uncomfortable changing infront of a complete stranger. Before we started I told her what I liked and didn't want. We tried on a thousands of dresses. She said after dress 10,001, What about going out of your comfort zone? I think there is a dress your might still like... OMG that was the one!! She has exceptional taste and an honest opinion. She wont be the typical sales person that says EVERTHING look perfect on you. And Ladies try on everything. Even the dress you think you'll hate. These women are FAIRY GODMOTHERS. I'm serious. I could not have walked away with a better feeling about the whole experience.

The first dress shop I went to was David's Bridal, I was pretty despondent and down on the whole wedding dress shopping experience when I walked in the door here. I met with my consultant Ala, who briefly asked me what I was looking for and then gave me a bunch of colored rings to put onto dresses that I was interested in trying. Once we had done that (truthfully, we were kind of sticking rings on blindly), Ala pulled them and brought it back to the dressing room. After trying on a few, Ala, got an idea of the things that we liked and didn't like and went off to pull some dresses on her own. She found me a GORGEOUS Casablanca dress that was THE ONE. It made me look like a I had a knockout hourglass figure. And I do NOT have a figure.

We placed the order the next weekend and were already panicked that it would arrive SUPER close to the wedding date (we started planning at the end of February for an AUGUST wedding...I know, stupid us). The owner assured us that she had NEVER missed a wedding. The dress arrived on time (EARLIER than they told me, in fact) and fit PERFECTLY--like a GLOVE (the owner had double checked my measurements, looked against the size charts and even though I was mildly in between two sizes, she picked JUST the right one for me!). When I took it to the seamstress, the ONLY thing that had to be done was for the skirt to be hemmed (I'm a shorty so I already was expecting this) and for the bustle to be put in. The shop even said that they would press my dress and steam my veil for me FOR FREE if the seamstress didn't include that in her services!! Awesome awesome awesome.

I had Alison help me try on dresses and she was amazing and super nice. Miki helped me choose my dresses and picked out a few that she thought would look nice on me as well. I loved my dress and it was a great price. The only thing was that my dress came in late. It took 6 months to get my dress in and left me with only 3 weeks for alterations. I had it ordered special because it has a special lace on the bottom and I am very short. So it was extra to get it a shorter length. When it came in, the left side of the dress was the correct length. The right side of the dress was too long and the seamstress cold not make it shorter due to the special decorative lace on the bottom. I don't think it was the stores fault but they should make sure where they get their dresses from the do a good job of making it. I just had to make sure I didn't trip on the right side of my dress. We also got our suits there for the guys. Miki was a great help with picking what style and look we wanted. She knew what she was talking about. Although all the cufflinks fell out of most of the guys shirts. My husbands jacket sleeves were too long when he went to pick up the jacket. He said they did a quick hem that was sloppy, but I guess it got the job done. Couldn't really tell unless you looked at it. So that was fine. Overall it was a good experience. All almost fixable.

I thought this place was great. I called around a few vendors to see who had the dress I wanted and to find the best price. Elegant lace had it and at a slightly lower cost than other vendors. It was the first dress I tried there because I had already seen it online and knew I wanted it.

The way they categorize the dresses is helpful and I found it easy to narrow things down. Of course I ended up falling in love with a display dress anyway. (Kenneth Winston 1816)
I absolutely adore Maria. She will take great care of you and is a veil expert. Moments after I said yes to my dream dress she came back with a perfectly matching veil.
I cannot rate all 5 stars because my custom dress was ordered too long for even my tallest heels, but everything else was perfect and they did their absolute best to remedy the situation. The dress arrived on time and it fit just fine everywhere except in height. I ended up using a crinoline/petticoat which gave me a few inches back and filled out the gown beautifully. I definitely recommend Elegant Lace, just make sure to triple check measurements for custom orders.

I booked a weekend appointment here, because they had a dress that I had tried on previously in Australia and loved. It was busy (a Saturday morning) but not overcrowded and I got lots of attention.
Suzana was my consultant and she was fantastic. I can't give her enough praise. She listened to what I liked, asked my budget and was good at sticking to it, and once she had an idea of what I liked, she started bringing in other similar dresses to try.
She had such an eye for detail as well. She found a matching belt and a beautiful headpiece to go with the dress (which I loved immediately). Everything came in well within my budget, which was a pleasant surprise. I'm a REALLY picky shopper, to the point where I usually go on my own because I never find things that I like. Which is why I'm so happy that the experience of ordering my wedding dress was so great!
I honestly would recommend Elegant Lace Bridal and Suzana to every bride!

I had a great experience here. I love the way they let me browse the dresses with my party and pick out as many as I liked to try on. GREAT selection. So many options and they carried so many amazing mid-priced designers. The dresses were all very reasonably priced. I ended up purchasing a gorgeous Essence of Australia Lace Ballgown for $1500. That was a good value but I gave 4 stars because alterations were not included in the price and that was not made clear beforehand. I had previously visited a David's where they did inform me about alterations. Just know that going in and there is no reason you can't find a beautiful dress here.

We went to several places to find a dress. David's Bridal was huge, and all their dresses seemed cheap. And the mall spots we went to seemed full of themselves, pricey, and not very good selection.
Elegant Lace had more classic and elegant gowns and a huge selection. They were having a Casablanca trunk show when we went and the woman who helped us was just adorable and so very sweet. I loved her.
They were head and shoulders better than the other shops we went to.
I was disappointed that their dresses didn't come with any of the sizing when ordering. They took time measuring me and then just ordered me a standard size. They also have a pretty rigid timeframe for ordering and receiving dresses, I called several times to check on whether my dress had arrived and I don't remember them calling me when it finally did. Also, I found the same dress online at bestbridalprices for less, so they may not be the cheapest. But they were a great shopping experience and I was happy with them.

Synthia from elegant lace was great! She paid attention to what I wanted and in the end it was actually her who picked out the dress I ended up wearing! She also gave me the ideas for the alterations in order to make it into my perfect dress, and she was very patient with me! My dress was beautiful and everybody kept complimenting me all night! Their prices are affordable and my dress appeared much more expensive than it was!

The person who helped me pick out a dress was really great. She knew exactly what type of dress I had envisioned and helped me pick out the right one. I found it odd that her personality changed after I chose a dress different than what she had favored even though they were the exact same price. In any case, people are hard to read sometimes. The important thing is knowing what you want no matter what other people tell you. It's YOUR wedding, not theirs. As long as you have the help of finding your dress nothing else matters. I must say the dresses they had at Elegant Lace were by far of more superior quality than others in the area. Their dresses are not cheap but still not the most pricey as some designer dresses either. They have a great variety and any bride should be able to find something she likes.

I really enjoyed my appointment at Elegant Lace. I had gone to David's before and didn't have a very pleasant experience. I am a plus sized bride and nothing that they put me in made me feel good. Nearly every one of Elegant Lace's gowns made me feel like a princess, and my stylist really listened to me and made me and my entourage feel special. I also had a nice surprise and my dress came in early! YAY! Overall, I was really happy with my experience.

After having a horrible experience at David's Bridal, I was referred to Elegant Lace by my friend's sister as well as a few other friends of mine. My consultant Danielle was amazing! Every dress I had pinned on pinterest was there and I was able to try them all on and finally narrow it down to my dream dress! (Nothing from pinterest but perfect none the less.) I ended up ordering a custom length to minimize my alterations in the end and it came out perfect and arrived earlier than expected. My mom, future MIL and bridesmaids also purchased their dresses here as well. They even have tuxedo rentals. The only negative I will say is they didn't call as promptly as I would like to let my bridal party, mom and MIL know that their dresses were in. They called me and I ended up spreading the word for everyone to go get their dresses. Other than that, I was very happy with my overall experience and would recommend them to anyone who asks where I purchased my dress!

I chose my bridesmaids dresses here, so when I could no longer procrastinate and needed to shop for my wedding gown, I came back to Elegant Lace. I am a plus sized bride first and foremost. I had been very afraid of shopping and honestly tried putting it off because I was afraid of getting stuck in dresses that were too small, or being pushed into buying a dress I didn't love just because it came in my size. I even had nightmares! I can honestly say that my consultant Kim put all my fears to rest right away and made me feel at ease and actually (dare I say) excited to shop. Kim was beyond wonderful. I came in twice and was so glad to have worked with her both times. The first time I came in she really listened to what I had to say and picked dresses that looked great on me! I came back a second time to revisit my original favorites, since I was torn between two dresses that looked amazing on me- something I never thought would happen! She had them ready for me before hand and pulled some new ones for me to look at as well. The very first dress she picked for me had everything I had said I wanted with absolutely NO compromises! I teared up when I put it on and I knew. That was MY dress. She never rushed me and always made sure to not just ask me if I liked a dress or not- but why I did, or what about it I didn't. It helped make it so much easier to figure out exactly what I wanted and in the end I can not imagine wearing any other dress on my wedding day. It is hard to imagine putting so much trust in a stranger to help you pick out the most important dress that you will ever wear but I know that there will be no dress regret for this girl! My dress is perfect and I will never be able to thank Kim and the wonderful people at Elegant Lace enough.

I had a great experience buying my dress here, however, my bridesmaids had a bit of trouble getting dresses ordered, which is why it's not all 5 stars.

Cynthia at Elegant Lace was great. She was fun to work with and she gave great advice. They have a great selection of dresses and they don't rush you.

I do think they try to get you to order bigger sizes so that you have to pay extra, but all in all it might be my only complaint.

I love my dress and I felt like a princess on my wedding day.

Elegant Lace was where I bought my dress, shoes, jewelry, mother's dress, mother's shoes, invitations, bridesmaids gowns, and it is also where we rented our tuxes. Because I bought my dress here, they gave deep discounts on all the other services they provided! We did have a few grouchy salespeople, but we were able to do business mostly with the person who sold me my dress (Maria), who was AWESOME! She is very attentive and shows how much she loves her job!

I got my wedding dress here as well as my bridesmaids� dresses, the flower girl's dress as well as my invitations and the groomsmen and grooms tux�s. This was truly a one stop shop and It was great for me! There were times where we had to wait for a while to be helped but when we were helped it was good service. My dress was fantastic and fit me perfectly as did my bridesmaid dresses. When you get everything here like I did you get discounts on certain things so if you are watching your budget it definitely helped!

I got my bridesmaid and flower girl dresses here. I went with some of my bridesmaids once, found the dress from a magazine in the store. I made an appt. to bring all my girls back and they took us in a timely manner. The only problem was the the flower girl dress did not have a part of the dress I asked for. It had to be sent back and fixed. They did this without a problem and at no cost to me. Everyone was friendly, unlike Trudy's bridal. I also found my purse there.

I bought my wedding dress from Elegant Lace- they were the only bridal store that actually listened to what I wanted and they found the PERFECT dress for me and in my price range! They have a really great selection and their staff are nice and knowledgeable. While they don't do alterations in the store, they have a list of some trusted seamstresses and even a recommended cleaner for getting my gown cleaned and preserved afterward. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about their bridal department!

My husband and his groomsmen rented suits from their tuxedo department. Each one came in to get fitted and measured (although they did say that if the guys wanted, they could go to a tailor and get measured there and call their store with the measurements- since we had 2 groomsmen from out of town). The price was right, and my husband got his suit rented for free because so many groomsmen rented from them (I think it was if 6 rent, the groom is free!). The guys all looked really great in their suits! The ties, however, were like clip-ons which they all thought was funny ('We're grown men! We can tie a tie!") but that is probably just the way the company they rent form works. Dropping them off the day after the wedding was a little hectic, but the staff was very understanding and told me just to call if I thought I might be late and they would figure something out. All in all, I was very pleased with both the bridal and the tuxedo departments!

I went to 7 or 8 different places and finally found my dress here. The attendant was very helpful and even let us take a few pics on my phone to send to my mom, who could not be there. She then spent MORE time with my sister while she tried on an hours worth of bridesmaid dresses. I loved my dress and it even came in early
(not sure they had much to do with that). Price was standard. They are much more flexible than say Trudys.

I searched forever for a dress that wasn't too expensive and wasn't strapless. On a fluke, I stopped in here thinking that their dresses would be too expensive for me but what the heck. Surprise, they had a rack of floor models, samples, discontinued, etc. that were quite reasonably priced. After months and months of searching, I tried on a dress that fit me like a glove and was the style I was looking for. Because there was some make-up on it from people trying it on and the stitching on the zipper was coming out, I got the dress for a steal. I barely needed any alterations. We fixed the zipper and had the dress dry-cleaned and it was stunning.

Staff there were patient, but found that not everything I had looked at had been written on my card, so when I went back in for my veil, they couldn't find notes on the ones I had looked at. Ended up buying veil online as it was much much less expensive.

We also rented tuxes there and their pricing was very competitive. We also got a discount because I had bought my dress there. They were easygoing about pick-up and return.

The service was amazing but they ordered my dress in the wrong color! Be very careful with the sample color you tried on and the color on the order form. I ended up with the sample size which was in the correct color but had to be altered way down to my size. They have great alteration people they send you to so it worked out but we only got a small discount. Still a great place but this was my biggest wedding stressor!

Ellie is very sweet and nice to work with. We had a great time with her at our engagement shoot, she made us feel at ease and we loved the pictures she captured! Our wedding photos were even more beautiful. Ellie has a true talent for capturing natural expressions in a beautiful composition! Unfortunately, after having seen my friend’s gallery and other galleries in her portfolio, I was disappointed with the amount of coverage we received. There were 3 main points we seemed to be lacking:

Family Portraits - I was getting ready to email Ellie with the list of family photos I needed, when she emailed me! She sent me a form, saying it would go smoother if I fill this out for her. Great! Filled it out, sent it back, thought we were ready to go. But on the day of the wedding, Ellie did not bring the list and did not know the list. I was left trying to remember off the top of my head, resulting in a great deal of photos being forgotten. I was very confused why she emailed me the form.

Lack of detail - No detail shots of attire, such as boutonnieres, my groom’s custom cufflinks, my jewelry. In more than half our portraits my veil is falling off - after I showed her what it is supposed to look like. Reception details such as favors and our handpainted mailbox for cards were not taken. I realize we did not spend thousands on our decorations, but I feel our details are important to us and worth documenting.

Wedding Portraits - I had to ask to get pictures of just me, bridal portraits. She didn’t take any pictures of just my groom (I would have asked for that too but he thought had some taken.) Others have said she helped them with posing, but I could have used more direction.

The pictures we did get are truly stunning, we are very happy with them. There were just a number of photos we did not receive that was surprising from her portfolio. I am sure if you go over your expectations with her clearly she will be an excellent choice for your wedding!

I originally went to Elegant Lace Bridal because that is where my aunt got her wedding dress in 2004. I was struggling to find dress that I was comfortable in. I ended up getting my dress and my bridesmaids dresses at Elegant Lace, primarily because of how awesome the service was, especially the girls who work in the bridesmaid department. They were also quick to respond to emails and phone calls.

If I had any advice I would say to make sure you have plenty of time for your appointments. The first time we went in with my bridesmaids to try to find them dresses, our appointment was at 6:30, because of our work schedules. We couldn’t come to a consensus before they closed at 8, and had to come back another time. It worked out in our favor, because the second time around we found an amazing dress that looked good on everyone.

When i first came to pick out my dress, the woman who I worked with picked dresses exactly what I wanted. However I wasn't liking how they looked on me. She made some suggestions and I ended up finding a dress I never thought I would wear! Great service and speedy delivery!
I would have given this review all 5's however when I went to pick up my veil, I did have a lady (different than my dress) be a little pushy with the veil. However she did end up being flexible with me and brought out veils that were more my style.

This store has beautiful dresses and I fell in love with my dress the moment I put it on! The staff there are great but there is one old lady at the front counter that is really rude, beware! I went in to make a payment and the old lady made me feel as if it was an inconvience for her to help me.

These guys are great! Being a bride on a budget, I was really concerned about being able to find dresses within my price range. I called in advance, asked about pricing, and set up an appointment. Day-of I had a representative work with me directly, helping me find dresses in the very specific style I wanted but still within my price range. I was really impressed with all of their options!

Clothes shopping is NOT my thing, but they made it really an enjoyable experience. Other stores I visited seemed snobby or only had super small sizes, and as a I curvy woman I was able to find many options at Elegant Lace. They are professional, but down-to-earth. They even helped talk me through things when I had a dress-related freak out. Ultimately I was so happy with the lacy, Allure dress I ended up with.

The only thing I will say is that when buying my dress I was under the impression that they did tailoring in-house, as the owners gave me a quote for what they thought the dress would cost to tailor. But, ultimately they referred me to an outside vendor (who met me at the store), which was unexpected. So, if you're on a budget, it might be worth figuring out what your tailoring costs would be before making a purchase!

I will admit that I was on the fence about whether I would be able to find something here in advance, but it worked out perfectly and they are definitely worth checking out!

What made this place good was working with Maria and her personal attention she provided to the Bride. Prior to dress purchase she took quite a few calls for Q&A and though the groom thought i was pricey (it's a guy thing) the bride totally had a great experience while finding and finally saying "yes to the dress" like she wanted to do just as seen on tv.

Over all I had a good experience at Elegant Lace. The store is a bit outdated when you walk in and depending on when you go, be on notice that it could potentially be very crowded with not enough sales people but they do their best to be attentive to everyone. My sales gal was Dee who was super friendly and I appreciated her honest opinions about some of the dresses I was trying on. I narrowed my selection down to two dresses at Elegant Lace and one at Rin's Bridal in San Mateo so I had to think about it for a few days. When I made my appointment to go back to Elegant Lace I chose the day Dee was working and when I went, she wasn't there. They didn't even have me in their appointment book! So I had Micki (manager?) help me and she assisted me with the final decision between the two dresses there. She then measured me and all was well. The gal who ultimately rang me up screwed up the price and I didn't notice until later, but a call to Micki cleared up that problem. That same gal also tried to get me to order a dress size way bigger than what I thought it should be and I held my ground with the size that I was measured for and I am glad I did because when the dress came in, it fit like a glove and only needed to be taken in in the bust.
I did have my bridesmaids order their dresses from here. Two of my three bridesmaids were out of state so the dresses were sent to them directly. The quality of the bridesmaid dresses were horrible. When my out of town bridesmaids took their dresses to their respective alterations people, both of their alterations people said these were some of the most shoddy dresses they had seen--like pieces jumbled and sewn together. One bridesmaids top of her dress was so big they weren't even sure they could remove that much material without damaging the dress (luckily they were able to) and the other one was okay after alterations, but the inside of the dress had strings and loose flaps of material!?! rather odd when you pay almost $180 for a dress that is custom made.
My wedding dress came in early and I was pleased with that. I also appreciated them letting me take pictures of me in the dresses I was trying on because my mom lives out of state so I had to email her pics of all the dresses I was trying on and alot of places won't let you do that. So aside from the bridesmaids dresses, I had a good experience here.

I was very happy with the dress that I got from Elegant Lace but I have to warn you that you better order it early. My wedding was in July and I ordered my dress the 2nd week of January. They assured my my dress arrive sometime in May. However, my dress did not come in till the 2nd week of June so I was kind of freaking out that that there wouldn't be enough time for alterations once it arrived. It all worked out and I had my dress altered and ready a good 2 weeks before the wedding, but it would have been nice to have had one less thing to worry about when your already worrying about everything else. They do have good quality dresses, but keep in mind ORDER SUPER EARLY!!

I had such a good experience with Elegant Lace. Patrice helped me find my wedding dress and she was incredible! I worked with a few other ladies as well and all of them were very helpful and seemed genuinely interested in making everything perfect. I took advantage of their Second Harvest Food Bank donation deal and it helped out with the cost of the dress. They even held onto the dress for me until I got the alterations done. The only reason I didn't give a 5/5 score was because I also got our invitations from Elegant Lace as well and had a few hickups. I chose them even though they were a little more than some of the other options I had reserched becsue they sold me on the one on one service they would provide. They didn't take American Express which was ok but since my only other option was my debit card, I was not thrilled to get home and find out I was double charged. When I had them look into it, they said they didn't see a double charge on their end. It was just a little incovenient since I had to do the leg work with my bank to get it straitened out and the lady I was dealing at Elegant Lace with wasn't overly helpul. In hindsight I probably would have just saved the money in the end and gone online. Everyone else I dealt with seemed to go above and beyond to make my experience special.

I got my dress and bridesmaids' dresses from here. Synthia, the store owner, helped us. I brought a photo of a Watters WTOO dress I wanted, but was told it wouldn't arrive for a few months. Synthia pulled some dresses off the racks similar in style and I ended up falling in love with the first one she picked out for me (WTOO Alberta). Good experience overall.

I had went to Elegant Lace because I was buying a bridesmaid dress for a wedding I was going to be in. After my fitting for that dress. I took my mom the next day to look at wedding dresses for me. It was so simple. I walked in found a few that looked good in the picture and one that my mom picked out. I didnt like the way it looked on the picture tag. I tried it on with all the accesories that were offered with that dress and I fell in LOVE with it. Our wedding took place on a beach in Carmel, but I was deteremined to get a huge princess dress with a train, because i am simply a princess! The lady that helped us said it would be like a Ralph Lauren ad. I was very excited! I went over my budget for the dress, which i wish now i had found a place to rent a wedding dress...cause now it will almost cost me the same to get it cleaned! YIKES!
