Andrea was great to work with. I rented chair covers, sashes, napkins and ceiling drapery for my wedding. Before the wedding, Andrea contacted me to suggest black and white drapery instead of the white I had originally wanted. Everyone commented how elegant the room looked. Thanks Andrea for helping to make my wedding day perfect.

Andrea is truly wonderful! I booked her early on in my wedding planning for chair covers, bows, and table cloths, and am so glad I did! She flawlessly decorated our 45 tables, 7 heard tables, and 400+ chairs (at a price point found no where else)! She was always so easily accessible by email, which is so helpful when you are a busy bride. I would definitely recommend Andrea and her team!

We used Andrea for our 11/14/15 wedding.
If you are in the Pittsburgh area and looking for linens and/or chair covers, scroll no further. You are seriously crazy if you don’t book this woman. You have my word that you will not find anyone better. I would actually give her 7 out of 5 stars. There is no one like her.

We actually met her while touring our venue, shortly after our engagement. She was actually setting up for another wedding and we loved how she made our venue look. She gave us her card that day, and I kept it over a year….14 months later we called her and booked her. We got our chair covers for I think for $2 or $2.50 each…this is WITH the sash. We could not find prices anywhere else that came anywhere near this. She also provided napkins, linens, and ceiling drapes.

Andrea arrived the day before the wedding to begin setting up, and stayed long after we were gone finishing. She consistently sent me pictures of the hall, so I could see the finish product. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated this, as I had been curious about how the finished product looked. She even went over and above and set out all of our coaster favors and menus on the table. There is a calmness that she gives off that makes you think everything is going to be alright, as crazy as everything is the eve of the wedding.

If I ever get married again, Andrea will be the first vendor I call! :)

Andrea provided the chair covers for our June 2015 wedding. We ran into a few hiccups with our vendor and what time we could set up, but Andrea took care of everything for us. She contacted the vendor, sorted the confusion out, and did a beautiful job. Her covers were clean, pressed, and beautifully set up. The covers gave the room a completely different look and transformed out venue!

I cannot say enough good things about Andrea and Elegant Events By Andrea. We found Andrea at a Pittsburgh Bridal show a year and a half before our wedding. After seeing her booth, pricing, options, and speaking with her I knew she was a perfect match. Her prices don't even compare to others at the show-- and her items are far better quality. Our wedding was a purple ombre theme, which I wasn't exactly sure at the beginning-- how I was going to execute. Andrea provides samples of all chair cover ribbons offered which was wonderful for us! After booking she sets up a meeting where she helps you brainstorm exactly what you want. This really helped us as we weren't sure exactly how to make ours look ombre. But after some discussion with her, we agreed to do certain tables each shade of purple. Anyway, Andrea is very creative and super flexible (especially when you dont know 100% what you want!) She has samples of everything at her bridal shows-- and even more in her studio space. At the end of the night, I didn't have to worry at all about cleaning up or making sure all the pieces were accounted for-- she and her team did that for us. She really was a dream to work with and has a wonderful personality. I have already recommended her to friends and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone.

I found Andre through a Wedding Wire search and was so lucky to have come across her name. I ordered chair covers and sashes and napkins fir my wedding. She is not only professional and responsive, she also worked tirelessly to deliver what I wanted--chair sashes that matched my wedding color. She sent me several color swatches until we found one that worked. I was very impressed at her commitment and flexibility when, due to a last-minute conflict with our reception site vendor (at no fault of Andrea's), she coordinated with our other vendor and returned to the reception site to finish the job. Anyone who is getting married understands the value of having a vendor that you can rely on, and Andrea was one of my favorite people we worked with.

What a fabulous women to work with. Andrea met us at our venue had samples, swatches and ideas. Andrea talked with us, she knew what we looking for and our budget. The day before the wedding she was there at the hall had everything perfect. We even had an issue where the bridesmaid’s dresses came in the wrong color 5 weeks out and she made it work. Worked with the hall coordinator, caterer, bakery and florist and it was beautiful. She provided us a time set up and tear down and it was as she stated. It was exquisite!

Andrea was absolutely amazing! We had issues with our linens from another company, a month before our wedding, I called Andrea and she made sure we had the linen we needed. The day before the wedding when we came to pick our linens up the supplier shorted us 15 chair covers and sashes, Andrea came to our venue the day of our wedding to ensure that the last 15 chair covers were put on during our ceremony before anyone got to the hall. She was so great, and I absolutely recommend her for any event!

Andrea was a pleasure to work with. I found her through a bridal show event. I rented table runner's for my reception. Her prices where a fourth of the other vendors and I was shocked at the selection! I was able to rent beautiful satin and organza embroidered table runners, it wowed my guests. Andrea was professional, flexible and her location is so convienet. I would highly recommend her services to anyone planning an event!

My daughters wedding reception looked beautiful. I would recommend Andrea whole-heartedly. I would use her again if I had another wedding (thankfully I do not)! She is a perfectionist and her work had to meet her standards. I was very distracted and was thankful for her help! GREAT JOB!

First off, I must say that planning my wedding had some serious snags. Several vendors I met treated me like garbage. From the very second I spoke to Andrea, she set my mind at ease, and I instantly trusted her.

She did the ceiling drapery for my reception hall which made the entire room just look breathtaking. She also did the backdrop behind the head table.

She spent countless sessions at my venue practicing the set up with/without the lights, with/without the chandelier. She just went above and beyond in every aspect of what she was hired to do.

If you are looking for ANYTHING this woman can provide you, I urge you to hire her. You will not regret it!

Andrea and her staff did an absolutely amazing job at my wedding. It is 3 weeks plus since my wedding and I'm still receiving rave reviews on how everyone loved the decor of my wedding. She took special care with all the small details that meant so much to me and my husband. She turned the sanctuary at my church into a whimsical garden of love while being reverent. The decor set the atmosphere for a moving and spiritual wedding ceremony. The reception tent mimicked the same theme. The table decor, center pieces, and chandeliers just added that intimate touch to my wedding day. She was professional, punctual, and easy to work with. Andrea was an absolute joy to work with for our wedding. We chose her for all our linens and tableware. She special ordered the colors we wanted and set up everything beautifully. She even thought to bring more place settings than I had requested, as it turned out we needed to set more places than we had guests in order for everything to look right. She also anticipated that table runners would really enhance the tables, which they definitely did. She took great care in ensuring that everything was perfect. Her prices were the best I could find, and she was very flexible. I would definitely recommend Elegant Events by Andrea and should I ever have need of event rental services again, she would be first vendor I'd call.

Andrea was a key part of making my wedding event a huge success! After researching many places to rent chair covers, I was frustrated and ready to do without this service that I really wanted, then Andrea was recommended to me. Her prices here reasonable and she was very willing to help me make everything work without a hassle! She was extremely easy to work with and really put me at ease! I HIGHLY recommend Andrea to anyone planning a wedding! Andrea truly enhanced my wedding with chair covers, table overlays, and renting champagne glasses! She also set up everything beautifully, and came to tear down after the wedding. Other places that I had worked with required my friends and family to tear down and hand deliver or pay for shipping to get the used linens to them within 2 days. We rented our chair covers, bows, and centerpieces from Elegant Events by Andrea. I met with Andrea at her business to check the colors to make sure they would match my daughters wedding colors. She was absolutely wonderful. She provided such great suggestions and was so helpful with all of our needs. She was very professional while being kind and was so pleasant to work with that I felt much better after talking to her. She is very affordable and it was well worth the money. She had everything done on time and the hall looked absolutely beautiful when she was done. The bridal tables were stunning. I would highly recommend her to everyone that has rental needs. Andrea was great! I rented chair covers, sashes, and napkins and was ecstatic when they matched the table runners I rented from another vendor. She had been running late the day before the wedding but made it and was able to set up the covers in no time. She was also able to pick up the items the next day. I was not there during pick up but she left directions and everything went smoothly!

10-9-16 Update - I had contacted Andrea for our return of the security deposit and difference for the number of items we prepaid for vs. what was actually used. It has been two weeks and I have still not heard from her. Making me regret prepaying for the items.

Wedding linens

She was horrible. Didn't hold up to her end of the contract. Called the groom swear words and made rude comments. Linens were stained and not delivered when they were suppose to have been. She told lie after lie about why, she was triple booked as it turned out. She was paid in full! Do not use her!!!!! Caused so much stress!!!!

Caused wedding to start 35 min late

I used Andrea for my wedding on October 13, 2018 at the Sheraton in Station Square for Chiavari Chair rentals and cushions. Andrea was extremely unprofessional. Not only did it take her weeks to respond to emails, but she caused my wedding to be A HALF HOUR LATE! Andrea showed up to the Sheraton around 2pm to set up for my wedding reception which started at 6pm. Andrea arrived with the chairs but not the seat cushions. The cushions did not arrive until 6:20pm but she had no one to help her put them on. All guests and our entire bridal party had to stand in a hallway for 35 minutes, waiting. It was horrific! Thankfully the Director of the Sheraton had all employees on staff to put the cushions on the chairs to allow us to start at 6:35pm. Andrea caused my entire wedding timeline to be adjusted. We didn’t get to do certain dances that we wanted to, photos with guests were eliminated, all food was brought out at once because it was going to get cold, speeches were cut short, SHE STOLE MY NIGHT FROM MY HUSBAND AND I. My wedding planner demanded a refund and it was never received, not even an email apology. DO NOT USE HER, she deserves to be turned into the BBB.
