    Loved our wedding and it all came together with our chairs and decor! Juanita is so sweet and her price is hands down unbeatable.

    She can get busy but you can reach her by email if she does not pick up right away.

    I was a little wary of ordering chairs for this price but my planner (Kristeen LaBrot Events) assured me she had worked with them a lot. The chairs were fantastic -- you can't beat the price!

    I <3 Juanita.

    I originally found Juanita on PW, but my Coordinator referred her to me too. =)

    Her prices are by far the BEST prices that's I've seen in L.A. and Orange County. We paid $4.00 per chair with the cushion! Some places were trying to charge $8.00/chair- RIDICULOUS! She has fruitwood, white, black, gold, silver. We picked the gold chairs. Some vendors may try to say " well for $4 I can bet they are flimsy." ( Yes I had a vendor tell me that). I can assure you they are NOT.

    We didn't want to have the hassle of storing and shipping 150+ chargers, so we rented them at $.50/each.

    The only problem I had was she was kind of "forgetful" at times. I went to orange county from my home and was told by her that she would be there. She wasn't, needless to say I was irritated by this.

    In all I would recommend Elegant Chiavari Chairs. However, make sure you follow up with her as sometimes emails and voice mails will go unanswered for a while.

    I love Juanita! She is amazing. Everything I rented was beautiful. She is so helpful and her staff is super great. They got there on time and they did a perfect job in picking up everything. I got Chivari Chairs, Pintck Table Cloths, China, Glassware and great service. She recommended a Cater that was amazing with resonable prices.

    Juanita is an absolute sweetheart and the prices and services are unbeatable. I did extensive research on pricing for the chiavari chairs because they really change the image of your wedding and found these to be the cheapest. The wedding coordinator at our venue could not believe the price. This is a family-owned business and you can get anything from chairs to linens to manzanita trees. Juanita is very flexible and great to work with!!

    I recommend Elegant Chivari Chairs to most of my brides as it really does transform any event to a much nicer one. My brides have been very happy with this referral :)

    This was one of the best purchases that I had during my wedding and what a wonderful company to work with. Juanita was very helpful, kind and very responsive. We coordinated through email and everything that I asked and expected on my wedding day I got!

    The chairs were beautiful! I made a seating chart in the foyer and also in the reception area (some tables had chairs with 8, 9 or 10 chairs) and everything was delivered and set up the exact way I asked for it.

    Juanita was GREAT to work with. I used her for my table linens, chairs, charger plates, our sweetheart and cake table!! She works well with your budget and you will not be upset!!!

    I highly recommend renting your chiavari chairs from Juanita. I rented her white chairs for a baby shower yesterday and they were gorgeous! Great value for the money and great customer service.

    I found Elegant Chiavari Chairs on the weddingbee boards when I was evaluating whether to go with satin chair covers or spring for the chiavari chairs. My venue offered chiavaris at around $8/ chair through a 3rd party, but when I contacted Elegant Chiavari Chairs they offered the chairs at $4.50/chair and no setup or breakdown fee. They only required this one time cleaning fee - which was pretty nominal.

    Juanita was also very flexible when it came to our fluctuating guestcount. She held aside extra chairs "just in case" and scaled back when we received our final count. The chairs were beautiful and in perfect condition. We were so glad we paid for the chairs because they really made the tables look very elegant and beautiful.

    Wonderful company! The chairs were amazing and beautiful. Jaunita can be a little difficult to get a hold but other than that I loved the chairs!

    Hands down the best prices for chiavari chairs. If you love the look but not the price tag, do yourself a favor and call Juanita. $4.50 in LA and $4.00 in OC and it includes set up and take down. We just had our wedding on 10/10 and the chairs totally made the ballroom look spectacular. Thanks Juanita!

    I always wanted chiavari chairs but didn't think it would fit in out budget. At the last minute I found elegant chiavari chairs and found that it was incredibly affordable. But!!! Don't let the price intimidate you-- Juanita of elegant chiavari chairs was te sweetest and most wonderful vendor. She delivered everything she promised. I am extremely impressed with how beautiful the chairs made our reception!! And they were very comfy, clean and new! Juanita was so considerate and the delivery and breakdown were all seamless. Why spend double the price???? Elegant Chiavari chairs was so great!

    Juanita was very nice and her prices are very resonable but her communication is next to none. At one point it took 3 months for us to hear back from her and that was after 3 phone calls, 3 emails and the final email asking if she was no longer renting chairs. The chairs and linens arrived in beautiful condition and were exactly what we wanted. We also rented candy jars from her - if you do so take her up on her deal to pick them up a week in advance they need to be heavily cleaned prior to our wedding, so glad i opened the boxes up!

    I rented chiavari chairs from Juanita for my wedding and they arrived 3.5 hours late! Seriously... 3.5 hours! WTF!! They arrived as guests were on their way to the reception and only made it in time because we had guests hang around awhile after the ceremony.

    Yes, it's true that Juanita's rates are the cheapest you will find in all of LA and OC, but it comes at a cost. Although Juanita is a nice lady, she is so unorganized and scattered. Completely unreliable. I had so little confidence in her (even prior to our wedding) that I specifically asked my wedding coordinator to contact her a few days before the wedding to confirm the date and time. Obviously that was real helpful.

    Even our first meeting was a disaster. I had an appointment to meet with her at her "show room" to see the chairs and she was over an hour late. I was sitting in my car and had to call her multiple times to see if she was even going to come. Looking back, I should have known better. However, I was on a tight budget and she had also waived the $25 cushion cleaning fee for her tardiness. Also, a good friend of mine had used her for her wedding and didn't experience any issues so I thought it would be okay. Lesson learned.

    We never even got an apology from Juanita, but I honestly didn't expect one anyways.

    I had a HORRIBLE experience and would not recommend Elegant Chiavari Chairs to anyone.

    I spoke with Juanita (the owner), she sent me a contract, I signed it and paid for the chairs up front.

    After making numerous calls the week before and day of the wedding, my wedding coordinator wasn’t able to reach Juanita or anyone at Elegant Chiavari Chairs. Since my friend recommended Juanita and I signed a contract, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and hoped I could depend on Juanita and her company to deliver.

    On the contract, I listed an earlier set up time to ensure they would deliver with ample time. Right before I walked into the reception site for the first time, before introductions, my coordinator told me it was beautiful in there, all the vendors arrived on time EXCEPT for the chairs - they didn’t come. My heart dropped. My PICTURES and the whole once-in-a-lifetime experience that took months in the making was ruined! I had to use the hotel’s ugly chairs. The BC of the hotel said the chairs had finally arrived but it was too late. Guests were already walking into the reception.

    During my honeymoon, I called Juanita and demanded a refund. She apologized and said she’d refund me. I checked my Amex statement online to find that I was DOUBLE CHARGED! I called her again. She apologized and said she’d refund both charges. Weeks passed and no refund. I called AmEx the entire time, they told me to wait to see if she’d make the reversal first. W/ American Express you must pay it off in full every month. I was out about $1,400! I would call, text, and email Juanita with no response. Thankfully, Amex has excellent fraud protection and after about 2-3 months, the charges were reversed.

    No one has to go through this, especially during one of the most important times in their lives. Paying the extra buck for a chair is worth it, if you can find a vendor with consistently great reviews. Saving the extra $1 was not worth all this trouble!

    The only reason there is even one star is because they were reasonably priced ($4/chair) and as a blissful bride with a great team around me, I was not aware of the issues and the chairs looked nice for my event.


    1.) According to my wedding coordinator the delivery was late (so late she started setting up the venue's in-house chairs), the chairs were the wrong color, and there were several that were not in condition to use. The delivery men told her that they were getting new inventory soon, which is why they were damaged. They went back to the storage facility and brought new chairs just as the guests were arriving.

    2.) You have to pay the balance in full 30 days in advance of your event. Anyone who has ever been involved in a wedding knows that you have no idea how many people are coming a month before your wedding. Why is it that all other vendors let you give final head count 7 days in advance and they need 30?? When I spoke with Juanita and paid my 50% deposit about 35 days out, she said they would just charge the card on file next week to cover the rest. Well 28 days out I got a nasty angry call (I believe from her daughter-in-law) saying I had a past due balance and they were going to cancel my contract if I didn't pay. Totally unnecessary

    3.) About 3 weeks after my wedding I got an email from the site coordinator that they have video of the Elegant Chiavari Chair people stealing a chair cart from the venue the following morning when they picked them up. I emailed, called, and texted Juanita about it and have heard nothing. The venue is incredibly upset about this and will not stop calling me. I do not know what to do now.

    I would not recommend this vendor to anyone.

    I am a wedding planner and I never experienced such bad service!!! I don't recommend this company to anyone!!!!!
