I don’t know where to begin but as someone who doesn’t have a lot of self confidence, after Elaine was done with me, i felt like a fairytale princess walking down a super model runway! My hair- perfect! Makeup- beautiful and still looked like me! I recommend her to everyone! -

Elaine did such an amazing job with my hair and makeup on my wedding day! Everything looked so elegant and classy. The makeup she did for my bridesmaids and mom looked so beautiful as well. I highly recommend her for both hair and makeup! -

Made me feel beautiful as myself!
As a make up artist Elaine created beautiful looks - I also really enjoyed working with her as a professional though! I was looking for a natural but enhanced look for 5 bridesmaids and myself, and everyone came out looking like the most beautiful version of themselves! The hand application and individual false lashes gave a more natural look that looked amazing in photos and in person. My ceremony was at 2pm, and through all the outdoor photo sessions, dancing, and eating, my face was set for photos all through the night. During the trial, Elaine allowed me to try a couple different ideas for lip color and even proposed some things I hadn't considered to ensure I loved my look. I was so completely happy with the result, I felt amazing! Can't recommend highly enough :) -

Elaine did my hair and makeup for my cousins wedding in May. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she gave me exactly what I was looking for. She made me look so beautiful and I could not recommend her more! She is so sweet, kind and so interesting to talk to. She’s travelled to so many places and has a huge heart. She will make any woman, or man, or child look their absolute best! She came to our home too so we didn’t have to go anywhere. So many good things to say here. Make sure you book her for your fancy night out :) -

Beautiful work from a wonderful person
Elaine is simply the best! She made my bridesmaids and I feel so gorgeous and was so personable and easy to talk to. I forgot my engagement ring on our wedding day at my house (I know) and she even drove there and brought it to me! Elaine was so sweet and I'm so glad I found her for my wedding hair and makeup! -

There are not enough words to describe how incredible Elaine’s work is. She is extremely skilled in her trade and an absolute delight. I came in from out of town and had no idea who to hire for a family wedding and Elaine was such a blessing. The make-up lasted well through the night and my hair held the curls for over 4 days. She did a fantastic job on me as well as 2 others. One being my 87 year old mother, who also raves about Elaine. Raleigh is lucky to have such a skilled makeup and hair artist. I wish she was closer.
Look no further and rest assured Elaine is your person for hair and makeup, and even a lovely conversation. -

A true gem!
Elaine was fantastic for our wedding on 09/17/2021! She provided hair services for myself (bride), 3 bridesmaids and my mother-in-law. Along with being a great communicator; she was flexible and SO patient! She is greatly talented and it is shown in her work! I am so thankful to have worked with her! I would recommend to any future brides!! -

Elaine is truly worth hiring for your hair and makeup for day of your wedding! Don't waste your time and energy looking elsewhere. She does a great job and I felt so stress-free knowing I would look amazing on my wedding day! She did my makeup (Bride), my mothers, and my mother-in-laws! My wedding hair and makeup turned out fabulous - was exactly what I wanted! On the day of the wedding, while we were getting ready we had a few hiccups with the power going out for a short time -- Elaine was so calm and steady and flexible. She came prepared and didn't think twice. She helped me feel confident and calm on the wedding day. It's nice having someone easy to talk to in the makeup chair on such a big/stressful day. She not only helped us three get ready but she also helped some of my bridesmaids with their false lashes. She didn't have to do that! I am SO grateful for all her help. HIRE HER! You won't regret it. -

Elaine and her crew did an amazing job! She did my hair & makeup and my bridal party’s hair & makeup for my wedding on 5/13/21. She was so accommodating/flexible with everything! And to top it off she’s did an amazing job, and she’s the sweetest. She made our getting ready process so joyful even during stressful moments! I highly recommend Elaine and her team for anyone looking for hair & makeup for a wedding or event! -

I cannot thank Elaine and Krista enough for the amazing job they did on hair and makeup for my wedding day. They know exactly how to enhance each individuals best features and make everyone feel their absolute best. Elaine’s personality is outgoing, kind, and fun! Throughout the entire morning getting ready for the wedding she had myself and bridesmaids laughing. She will take every single extra necessary step to make sure you love your look and feel your best. I appreciated how she was willing to stay a little longer after hair and makeup was done to help with my photos and making sure we properly put on my veil! As mentioned, she will go the extra step to make her clients feel amazing. Can’t recommend her enough!! -

Elaine was amazing. She came to our house to do the trial make up and hair for my mother and I. She listened intently on what we were both looking for, did research and even practiced on a friend to make sure she got it right for me. Elaine is professional and always responds quickly to any questions you may have. She's been in the industry for a long time and it shows. I looked amazing on my big day and wouldn't change anything. I’ve used Elaine multiple times for production at work, and because she always does such a great job, I automatically hired her for my wedding.
She knew exactly how to do my hair and makeup, so it looked beautiful but still natural. Both the hair and makeup lasted all night!
I would highly recommend Elaine. You will not be disappointed! -

AMAZING Hair and Makeup !!!
My sister found Elaine on this website and I am so glad she did. She did a run through with my sister's (the bride) hair and makeup so she wasn't going in blind the day of the wedding. Then the day of, she had to set up her equipment twice and was early each time to ensure we had enough time to do everything. She did everyone's services in such a timely manner and it lasted the WHOLE DAY! I was the MOH so at the venue, I was running around doing lots of things so I was happy I didn't have to worry about my hair falling down or my makeup smudging. It lasted so well! She was also so personable with our family and the members of the bridal party...also our cat and dog who were helping with the hair and makeup haha Whenever I get married I will totally be using her and recommending her to others. She made the day so special!! -

During my "trial run" appointment I showed her pictures of the look I was wanting and she was able to create it perfectly. Elaine is very professional and responsive when I communicated with her. She is also very friendly and fun to have around. I would certainly hire her again and recommend her to anyone I know. So glad I found her!

She made arrangements to accommodate nine of us the morning of the wedding with Hair and Make-up in a rather compressed time schedule. It was probably the most relaxing part of the day. Everything with her and her team went off without a hitch. I strongly recommend her.

Thao Sent on 07/05/2017Elaine is amazing! Elaine did my hair and makeup, hair for my 4 bridesmaids, and then had no trouble adding on hair for one of my flower girls last minute. She also did individual faux lashes for me and my bridesmaids. She was very conscious of my budget and accommodating. Elaine includes a hair and makeup trial for the bride at her home salon and will travel to your location on the wedding day. She is very responsive and will quickly address all of your concerns. As soon as Elaine starts working on you, you can just tell that she has been in the business for a long time because she is very experienced and professional. I loved working with her because she is so fun, relaxed, and really just feels like one of your girlfriends as you get ready. I spent maybe 20 seconds flipping through pictures on my phone of hair and makeup I liked and Elaine nailed it! She is completely open to making adjustments and giving you the look you want but will also offer suggestions and tips. After my trial, the faux lashes were making one of my eyelids fold more than the other (I'm honestly the only person to notice this), but Elaine wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied and comfortable and had me come in for a second trial to make sure everything was perfect for me. On the wedding day, Elaine met my bridesmaids at the hotel to start on their hair and then came to the wedding venue to do my hair and makeup. With so much that goes on on the wedding day, Elaine was one of the few people who really kept me calm and focused on myself. The only time I had to eat was while Elaine was working on me but she didn't mind at all. Elaine is not just incredibly talented but she is so sweet and caring and truly makes you feel special on your wedding day. My hair and makeup lasted all day and our wedding was outdoors. My bridesmaids and I received so many compliments and we felt so beautiful! I highly recommend Elaine and would hire her again in a heartbeat! She is the absolute best!! -

Heather Sent on 04/11/2013I just got married March 30, 2013 and Elaine did my hair & make up, plus my 2 bridesmaids for my wedding...she is AMAZING! I've never felt more beautiful, my hair and make up was FLAWLESS. Not only is Elaine a true artist at her craft, she has the best attitude and professionalism. For example, the country club I got married at was having a huge Easter function the day of my wedding (which they failed to tell me about) so they had to move us around while we were trying to get ready and I know that was a big inconvenience for Elaine and everybody but she was so kind and understanding about it. She made me feel more relaxed b/c I was freaking out at first! She doesn't rush you and she gets her job done efficiently. Plus, I was a bride on a budget and she doesn't overprice you, even though her work is over the top amazing. I HIGHLY recommend her!!! -

Freda Sent on 08/09/2011Elaine was amazing! My daughter did not have a trial due to the fact we lived in another state, so she was a bit nervous of how her makeup would look. However, my daughter was totally pleased with her bridal makeup. She looked radiant and ever though it was hot and humid outside, her makeup lasted all night.
Elaine also did my make up, the make up of my two other daughters and the hair of the junior bridesmaid. She worked fast, efficient, and we all looked beautiful.
Needless to say, I was a bit stressed on the wedding day. I had told everyone to arrive at the wrong time, but Elaine handled it like a charm. Even when the bride decided to change the look of her eyes, she made the change with a smile, and never lost her cool.
All in all ,Elaine was professional, friendly and accomendating from the very first contact, and we were so pleased with her work.
