The Eggwhites' team, particularly Ann, was very helpful throughout the entire planning journey with great suggestions, timely responses, and much patience. They were the first vendor that we interviewed and were left so impressed that we decided to hire their team for our big day. The quality of the food and service on our wedding day was excellent and beyond our expectations. They did not miss a detail of what we asked for. All our guests commented on the food selection, presentation and tastefully created menu. We are very happy we chose to work with Eggwhites. It was such a pleasure working with Eggwhites as our caterer. They were flexible, detail oriented, and true professionals. We know the difference they made because the day before at our rehearsal dinner, we had to manage everything w another caterer but the day of, Eggwhites seamlessly managed every aspect of the food, the catering, the drinks, the cake. Ann and her team didn’t leave out a single detail. They made sure to execute our floor plan perfectly. When we asked for a bigger portion and a less sweet cake, they delivered on those adjustments and more! We are so deeply thankful to the Eggwhites catering team for all the work they did to make our wedding beautiful, and we give them our absolute highest recommendation! We first heard about Eggwhites through a recommendation from The Historic Walton House. When we first started planning our wedding, COVID-19 hadn't completely turned our lives around. There was a lot that we couldn’t control for our 2020 wedding, but Eggwhites helped with so much and really played a key role in making our day special. It began with a fabulous tasting – which included not only samplings of the food we were interested in, but also a brainstorming session that helped us pre-plan some aspects of how the event would run smoothly – and this experience convinced us that Eggwhites was absolutely the company we should hire. An amazing evening thanks to Eggwhites! Sarah the Sales & Operations Director was highly responsive, detailed and always available to answer any questions we had. Nicole the Event Manager and the on-site chef/team did a wonderful job and everyone only had great things to say about the food and presentation. If you are looking for a one-stop-shop caterer to handle everything from the tables and chairs to the food I can't recommend Eggwhites enough. -

We hired Eggwhites for our wedding on July 4th. They prepared one buffet styler dinner on Friday night and an amazing 3 course meal served meal on our wedding day. We were very happy with the service, quality, and overall experience working with Egg whites!
I reached out, met, and received quotes from multiple catering companies since it was such a huge part of my budget. I thought Egg whites gave me the best value from the start. The quote was reasonable, the services and options to choose from extensive, and the food during the tasting was delicious.
They were flexible working with our venue's kitchen, helping with a quick room flip during the cocktail hour, and serving the alcohol during the dinner service even though it was provided by a different vendor (required by the venue).
Leading up to the wedding and the day-of they worked more closely with my wedding planner, however, I can attest that throughout the night the servers were very attentive and all the guests really enjoyed their food. As far as I'm concerned everything went perfectly, which is exactly how a bride should feel!
Overall, I highly recommend and am very thankful for Egg whites.

We hired Eggwhites to cater at our wedding in September. Their menu selection was absolutely amazing. Everyone loved the appetizers, main dishes and everything in between. Sarah and staff are the BEST

Where to begin?
First, to leave a review is not a requirement- and to be writing this now, for me, means that we have something to say and we hope more people book and enjoy the excellent services provided by EggWhites.
From the many personable phone calls and emails between the EggWhites team and myself/husband, to the exceptional day-of service provided, we can tell you without a doubt that EggWhites is your caterer if you want excellent food, excellent service, excellent execution of your event.
We worked with Jill to select our cocktail hour menu (landed on refreshments, bubbly, the CHARCUTERIE with ceviche shots - huge hit with our guests!), provide air conditioning units (outdoor August Miami cocktail hour.... necessary), the carpet for the aisle... and the team was so organized and knew the venue (St. Bernard de Clairvaux) that we didn’t need to worry about adding a day of coordinator.
The EggWhites team will make you feel 100% comfortable with their plan for services before your big day, and will work with you to get you to 100% if you aren’t there yet. They are so flexible, and for reference, we didn’t decide we needed air conditioning units or the carpet until only two weeks (? Maybe less) before the wedding. EggWhites made it happen and for a reasonable cost.

As we were planning our wedding for months we were nervous about all the details involved in the big event. From the beginning Sarah Lampner helped us feel at ease with the decision making not only for menu choices but also the decorations associated with our table settings. When we walked into the venue we found all our decorated tables just as we had described we wanted and the buffet table, bar set up and garden cocktail hour bar ready and beautifully set. Our guest loved the appetizers chosen by Eggwhites and they loved the dinner! The food and staff were amazing. During the wedding the event manager was in constant contact with the mother of the bride for keeping everything on schedule with the time frame. I am very satisfied with the quality, punctuality and staff of Eggwhites. -

Sarah and her staff from Eggwhites Catering is that person who will make sure that everything goes according to plan. She catered a wedding I planned at the Deering Estate in Miami. Not only was the food spectacular, but she also helped coordinate the other vendors and rentals to make the process seamless. As in any event, there were hiccups over the course of the night. Sarah and her staff were there to help at every step of the way. Her great relationship with the venue allowed us to streamline load in and load out, and she was always generous in sharing her experience to alert us to unforeseen pitfalls. There’s no doubt that this wedding wouldn’t’ have been as successful without Eggwhites Catering. I highly recommend them for their quality, service, and professionalism.

Janice Sent on 05/06/2018From start to finish, Sarah went above and beyond to make our special day perfect! She was INCREDIBLY patient and flexible working with us (we changed our minds... A LOT). And her staff was so ON POINT day-of, it was incredible.
Guests left our wedding commenting on how attentive/sweet the wait staff was (our friends were on a first name basis with the bartenders, and my mom had non-seafood hour'devours chased down for her by a waitress who noticed she wasn't eating any of the options she had brought her). There were h.d's and our drinks of choice waiting for us in our private suite during cocktail hour, and always someone ready to help anyone who needed something. Both the steak and seabass were melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and everyone we've spoken to since the wedding rants and raves about the food. Professionalism was top-notch, and if there were any issues day-of, we had no idea.
I even had my dress bustled at the end of the night by Sarah, and found the top tier of our wedding cake sitting waiting for us in our fridge when we got home because she found my parents to get it home safe for us. <3
Food was definitely our priority for our wedding, and we were so grateful that Sarah and Eggwhites were able to give us everything we dreamed of and more!!!!

It was a pleasure working closely with Sarah Lampner and I was relieved to learn how flexible they were and the scalability of their service offerings which allowed me to customize our event and make it our own. Other preferred vendors were quite unaccommodating therefore making Eggwhites the clear choice. Their attention to detail, service and food were all extraordinary. Many of the guests were delighted with the quality of the food and exceptional service and I received positive feedback throughout the night and weeks after the event. Eggwhites demonstrated professionalism and when combined with amazing food, it really elevated the experience for the guests, bride and groom. It is clear that Sarah Lampner is very experienced and knows how to run an event successfully. She is able to resolve issues that pop up along the way quite expeditiously and was invaluable the day of the event. Sarah is amazing and I look forward to working with her again.

Liz Sent on 07/25/2018We could not have been more pleased with the food and service from this team! We began wedding planning with the intention of doing tastings with various companies, but when Sarah and the rest of the Eggwhites team waited patiently for three hours while my fiancé and I battled Miami traffic to get to our first appointment, we cancelled our other tastings and sent in our deposit! Throughout the planning process Sarah was beyond accommodating, working closely with our venue, who had never hosted a wedding before, and helping us to decide on a delicious but fairly priced menu. I mean it when I say delicious, all of our guests raved about the "tasting-station" style spread which included a giant roast and excellent tamales. We chose to provide alcohol ourselves, but the Eggwhites bartenders were excellent and Sarah helped us to come up with a great welcome drink that guests received as they arrived. Beyond the amazing food and detailed planning, the Eggwhites team was willing and ready to step in when last minute set-up plans went awry. They truly saved the day, and were in many ways the most critical component of our wedding day. From the servers, to the bartenders, to the chefs, this is a hardworking and professional team. We would not hesitate to work with Sarah and her team again and could not recommend Eggwhites more highly.

You always need to have Lindy there at the event because she is so perfect that will be taking care that all the team of bartenders and waitress work at the neccesary speed. Price was a little high but it was so good that we are glad to paid for it. -
