Perfect for your jewelry needs
Interacting with the Edwin Novel team has been nothing but helpful for my wife and I. Planning this ahead of time, I called the customer service team and exchanged emails with them too. I ordered a simple solitaire ring but in this time frame I learned so much about diamonds and all that and eventually settled for something beautiful and complicated... lucky I had the budget for it! I been going to them for years.
We purchased our engagement ring from them ten years ago and we purchased many more since then. Now I see them all over the place and I want to write something about them.
They are a very large manufacturing company in Los Angeles. They have a lot of crazy equipments and huge 3d printers making hundreds of designs.
They have a walk in safe filled with diamonds. All kinds of diamonds are inside the safe. I was able to go inside one time.
I purchased many diamonds from them and I am very happy with them. -

This company is amazing
My experience was perfect and easy. I selected my ring. Waited for a confirmation email and tracking number. It took a little time but it came eventually. the production team had to finish my ring before they were able to send a tracking number. Once shipped, it came pretty quickly. I exchanged a few emails w the company and they are very responsive. They responded to email in 2-3 hours. Once I got my package, I opened it and was completelly speechless. It was a beautiful, flawless, shiny, flashy, expensive looking ring. I couldn't believe the product I got for the amount of money I spent. There was a slight bargain. I saved a few hundred bucks shopping from this site. So thank you!!!! I will remain a loyal customer. I highly recommend this compANY. -

Edwin Novel Jewelry Design IS THE BEST - Beautiful ring!
These people truly saved my proposal!! I planned an entire day out with my fiancé so that I could propose to her by the end of the night. All our reservations and activities were set in place and I had to propose to her on this specific day because it was her birthday. Unfortunately, the original ring I purchased from another company had so many issues. It was nowhere near the image I had in my head and I knew for a fact my wife would be disappointed. The company offered to fix the ring the way I'd like but I was already stuck in a time crunch. They were a slow company, I couldn't risk sending it back, waiting for them to finishing fixing it and having to wait for them to ship it back to me. Thankfully I reached out to Edwin Novel and he promised he could produced a better ring and have it to me in 12 days. It was a risk considering my gf's proposal was in 13 days!!! I got engaged last July and was fortunate enough to be able to pick my own stone and setting. I came across Edwin Novel because they were having some insane sales during the pandemic. Because of our smaller budget, I wasn't able to buy a bigger rock, but I found the most perfect setting that compliments the diamond size wonderfully. We placed the order in July and was able to receive the ring by the end of the month. Could not be happier with the decision to go with this company! my fiance proposed to me with a rose gold diamond engagement ring from here, and from what he told me this place is it!
the ring came in a textured box and for the clarity and color he ordered it looked like a higher quality stone. the rose gold part of the ring was well-polished and suit the stone well. aside from the quality, this team of jewelers gets very close and personal with your order! they'll go back and forth with your needs if you reach out to contact them about your order and no matter how much questions you ask or whatever adjustments you make, they will go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied. they sent my fiance progress pictures whenever he asked and you can tell they care for their customers.
lastly, this also made him realize that looking for rings in local jewelers is a suuuuch as pain. having to go back and forth between crowded stores (during a major pandemic too!) was not only risking but very impersonal. i really don't think he would've gotten as nice of a ring if he decided to buy one on the spot instead of working with the Edwin Novel team. -

Legitimate Jewelry!
I have been with my partner for over 10 years and it is time to propose. Did not want to go the local jewelers because the Pandemic makes me nervous to go out. I chose to order from Edwin Novel because their selection is large and the designs looks beautiful. I purchase a three stone diamond ring. In less than two weeks, the package arrived and inside was an authentic diamond ring that looked exactly like the picture.
Edwin Novel is legit. The website is easy to navigate and the sliders by each product online help out so much. The ring is very sturdy and the authentic diamonds are set in well and are not loose. First off, the craftsmanship of this ring is spectacular. My fiance immediately fell in love with it. She loves how the main stone shimmers so much and it's the "most beautiful ring she's ever seen". The customer service is unparalleled. Every time I had a question regarding the order, they have responded to me in a timely manner.
