Janie is the best!!!
Janie is not only a wedding planner but a friend! I grew up with Janie and even if you didn’t, you’ll feel like you did when working with her! Planning a wedding is a lot of work and Janie is there to help you every step of the way! She’s extremely positive, easy-going, impeccably organized, and works hard to make sure all the little details are in place for your big day!! Janie helped make our wedding dreams come to life with her eye for design, knowledge, and excellent communication skills! She organized all communication between our vendors and helped us find the best videographer!! Everyone worked as a team to help us have the best day ever!!
Last of all Janie and her team go above and beyond! They drove all the way from the venue to my house to get things that had been forgotten. My husband and I can’t thank Janie and her team enough!! Hire them and you won’t regret it!!! ❤️

Janie is one of the kindest, funniest, most meticulous, and endlessly reliable people I’ve ever met. She is so good at her job, sometimes it feels like she can crawl inside your head and see exactly what you’re trying to describe. She is a professional to the umpteenth degree and a great judge of character in everyone she chooses to partner with. It’s very easy to trust her opinion on something because it’s so obvious how thoughtful she is about everything she does.
Janie creates a bite size structure out of the wedding planning process, breaking decisions down into their component pieces and building a strong foundation in the beginning to make way for a smooth process all the way through. My husband and I were wedding planning from out of state, but Janie made it feel like we were there every step of the way.
On our wedding day itself, Janie and her team were somehow everywhere at once. They made magic happen right in front of our eyes. My only regret is that Janie hasn’t actually been cloned yet so that she could have been both a wedding guest and the wedding planner. I hope that someday science makes that possible for us all! We are so grateful that we got to meet Janie through our wedding, she made it an amazing experience full of positive memories. -

Best planning experience!
I don't even know where to begin to talk about Janie, as my words will never express just how incredible our experience was. While wedding planning can often be considered overwhelming, we had the best time (and an even better wedding weekend!). Janie is a calm presence that eased my type A anxiety - she is always available for anything I would think of, but was also always 2 steps ahead. She recommended the most amazing vendors, helped develop my vision (which started as next to nothing), and then executed an event that was beyond anything I could have imagined. The day of the wedding, we did not worry about a single detail and had more fun than we even thought possible. We were in great hands with her incredibly supportive team, and our bridal party loved them. Over the last year of planning, we absolutely came to see Janie as a friend and will miss our frequent communication! I cannot recommend Janie enough for any of your wedding planning needs. -

I would give Edin Events 100 stars if possible! Janie is the absolute best at her job. She made our whole wedding experience non-stressful, organized, and (surprisingly) very fun to plan. Janie was very personal while also being professional. She had everything organized into check lists which made it extremely easy and comfortable for me to follow her lead on how to make my vision of our wedding come to life. Our day would not have been what it was without Janie and her crew, and I can't say enough good things about this business and Janie herself! -

Look no further than Edin Events for your big day. Janie is creative, organized, calm and extremely knowledgeable on all things wedding. She made sure my big vision came to life perfectly, and asked great questions along the way to make sure no stone was left unturned and every detail was documented. Our wedding was at a family property, which meant that we had to hire all of our vendors and staff externally. Janie made sure they all knew what was going on, when they needed to be onsite and what they would be responsible for. She kept the day on track! On top of that, she acted as decorator, coordinator, seamstress, and personal wedding therapist to me and made the entire weekend go so smoothly. She truly goes above and beyond to get to know you and your family and make sure that everyone is happy. Our wedding weekend would not have been possible without her! We will forever be grateful! -

If you are seeking a wedding planner do not look any further. You are exactly where you’ll want to be at Edin Events. EE is arguably the best event planning business in the United States. I cannot elucidate how positive and refreshing my experience with Edin Events was. Consider this the short version! The owner of Edin Events, Janie, is truly one of the most remarkable people I have ever met which makes her that much more of an outstanding wedding planner. From the time I first communicated with Janie via email I instantly had a great feeling about her. Her personality is simply magnetic. I am very particular and wanted to be informed of each and every detail that the wedding planning process would consist of. Janie thoroughly and professionally answered every question I asked and went above and beyond to provide more information regarding aspects I didn’t even think to ask about. There were many points at which I felt overwhelmed due to our wedding timeline and all of the tasks that led up to the date. Especially because we chose to have a destination wedding which can be tricky at times. Wedding planning can be so stressful! However, Janie took her time and energy to comfort me each and every time I expressed feelings of being overwhelmed. She went above and beyond the entire time she worked with us to accommodate our busy schedules when it came to communication about the wedding. She always offered to do any and everything she could to help make decisions, complete tasks, etc. to make things as smooth as possible. Janie values the fact that wedding planning should be fun and takes pride in one of her many responsibilities being to take as much stress away as possible. That meant so much to me being that my fiancé and I had an extremely busy schedule as healthcare workers in the middle of our planning. When Janie agreed to work with us, I didn’t know we’d be getting a wedding connoisseur, counselor, personal encourager, and the sweetest friend all in one. She even took time out of her busy schedule while preparing for her own wedding to attend my first dress fitting which spoke volumes on her dedication to me as a client. Janie is BEYOND detail oriented which is exactly what you want in a wedding planner. From contract verbiage and negotiation to focusing on the finest of details that I will let you experience for yourself (don’t want to spoil all of the fun) I never once worried about an aspect of our big day. Janie is an absolute God send and I will recommend her until my very last breath. Thank you from the very bottom of our hearts for everything Janie! -

If I could give 100 stars to Janie and her team at Edin Events I would! She went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend nothing short of amazing! She and her two assistants were so friendly, professional, and organized as they kept the entire wedding day running smoothly. They stayed so calm, cool, and collected, and made sure every single one of our wedding guests was enjoying the evening. Edin Events had absolutely everything I needed on wedding day, like a cleaning kit to help tidy up the bottom of my wedding dress after it got dirty from outdoor portraits, some pins to help tighten one of my bridesmaid's dress straps, and an assistant that travelled with me during my first look photos to hold my bouquet and dress as I walked around. Janie made all of our wedding dreams come true and added special touches to our wedding decor exactly like we imagined! Her floating candle centerpieces were absolutely stunning, her easels were perfect displays for our signage, and she even designed the most perfect bride and groom chair signs for the back of our seats at the reception! Janie and her team always had smiles on their faces throughout the entire day, and made my parents, family, friends, husband and I feel extra relaxed and loved on what could have been a very stressful day. My husband and I are extremely grateful we found Edin Events and were able to have her and her team help plan our special day! I highly recommend her to all the future brides out there searching for wedding planners!! Thank you Janie and Edin Events for EVERYTHING!! -

Clay and I could not recommend Janie enough for anyone looking for a wedding planner who will truly go above and beyond to make sure your day is perfect! Coming from a gal who stresses over everything, Janie took so much of that stress of Clay, my family, and I and made sure we were able to enjoy the whole process. She contacted/booked vendors, helped us stay in budget and on top of payments, was an active part of all vendor meetings, and had weekly check ins with us as the wedding date got closer! She answered texts and questions I had about anything and everything and was there for me as more than just a wedding planner but a support system anytime I was feeling overwhelmed. On the day of our wedding Janie and her team made sure everyone had everything they needed, carried my train, decorated, shared many laughs and happy tears with Clay and I, and so much more. We were truly so blessed and thankful to have had Edin Events as a part of such a special time in our lives! -

Janie exceeds all expectations!
I can not say enough nice things about Janie and Edin Events! She continually went above and beyond throughout our planning process. Her responsiveness was timely and she communicated efficiently with all other vendors. Janie's attention to detail provided smooth transitions throughout the wedding day and her creative mind allowed for efficient problem solving while managing mandates during a pandemic wedding. She continuously eased my mind by going the extra mile and thinking outside the box. She comes highly recommended and you won't be disappointed in the effort that she puts forth for you and your wedding day! I could not be more pleased with our big day and it would not have been possible without her and her talent! -

I couldn't have planned my wedding without Janie! She was extremely helpful in all aspects, from centerpiece design to contract review, finding ways to cut costs and bringing advice for a bride who doesn't know what she's doing. I cannot recommend Janie enough for all your wedding planning needs! I worked closely with her while planning an out-of-state wedding at the Cincinnati Art Museum. Not only is she a true JOY to work with, but she went above and beyond to execute a flawless day for my husband and I. She was quick to respond to my million and one emails/calls throughout the planning process and was extremely helpful when coordinating with outside vendors. She truly knows her stuff!! She helped to cut costs for us where possible and maintained a professional and calm demeanor despite my ocd-ness. She thinks of the tiny details that can be often overlooked! Hire her asap, you won't be disappointed! -
