    Best wedding planner!

    Where do I start? E&ED is the reason I remained sane while planning our wedding. Planning a postponed COVID wedding isn’t something girls dream about. Wearing masks and gloves while trying on dresses isn’t ideal. But, E&ED took the reins and made it all happen while also supporting me mentally & emotionally. Wendy & Megan are not only extraordinary wedding planners, but they are extraordinary humans. These two women truly have the biggest hearts. They offered me their support & shoulder to cry on way more than they needed to. That support made me feel like I wasn’t alone during a time that was surprisingly lonely. Wendy & Megan were able to handle the old fashioned tendencies that came from the MOB with an immense amount of grace. I couldn’t be more grateful for that.

    They handled all of the COVID rescheduling, contract changes & extra charges for postponement. Only two vendors were not available for the new date, but E&ED already had other vendors ready for us to review. Also, during such an uncertain time for the wedding industry, E&ED did not add an extra charge for postponing our wedding. That was such a selfless thing for them to do for us and it did not go without great appreciation.

    I would recommend going with the planning package that provides the greatest amount of assistance from your planner. It is worth every single penny, but it’s actually a very reasonable price for everything that they do for their brides. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day. Not one thing. Everything was executed perfectly. If there were any bumps in the road, I didn’t have a clue because they took care of it all. We were all able to focus on making memories & having fun.

    Megan killed it on our wedding day/night. Absolutely killed it! This girl worked her butt off (while always seeming like a cool cucumber) and made our wedding dreams come true. She listened to all of our concerns & addressed everything immediately. Megan also gracefully tolerated my procrastination when it came to planning, making decisions, and responding to emails. I’m sure that was super annoying, but she never made me feel like she noticed.

    My parents can’t stop talking about how amazing of a job Megan did. They were over-the-moon with how the wedding planning came together. All of our guests loved “every little detail” that went into our wedding. It was such a happy day/night and it is 100% because of Megan at E&ED. She also had an amazing assistant with her that totally kicked butt too! I could go on and on about how amazing the ladies of E&ED are. I can’t thank them enough.

    Wonderful!

    Wendy was wonderful to have planning my wedding! She took my vision and altered it a bit because she saw a way to turn what I wanted into something even better. She helped put together an outstanding vendor team, which I truly felt so fortunate to have as part of my day. Our wedding day turned out beautifully and was even more than I could have ever imagined. I didn't have to deal with any stress on my wedding day because of Wendy and her team. The day was truly seamless. Also, Wendy made the planning process so easy with clear tasks that I needed to complete and good communication about what decisions I needed to make. So thankful for Wendy!

    Absolutely amazing! :)

    Wendy helped us through everything! I cannot recommend her enough. She assisted us through all the major hurdles and ensured the day-of went as smoothly as possible! Additionally, she provided so much relief throughout the whole planning process and ensured our vendors were all on the same page before the wedding date. Honestly, cannot recommend her or Each & Every Detail enough.

    Couldn't have done it without them!

    Wendy, Megan and the full team are wonderful, smart and they get things done. We worked with Wendy to plan our dream wedding and were pretty much done until COVID-19 showed up and stuck around. With just a few weeks, we had to overhaul our entire wedding from 200 people to immediate family only. Wendy was so great about recommending high quality vendors from the start and helping us find a couple new ones when we had to reimagine the wedding ceremony. Wendy answered all our text, calls and emails quickly and with patience and expertise. We were so grateful to have Megan onsite day of. She was skilled at coordinating the various vendors onsite, directing family members and making sure the trains ran on time. Highly recommend Each and Every Detail to all brides!

    Highly recommend- Megan was awesome!

    Megan with Each and Every Detail was truly a blessing!! She was so helpful, answering all of my questions and concerns and such a pleasure to work with. From our initial meeting, to planning, changing the Wedding Date and making many last minute changes with the current COVID conditions. I was able to sit back and relax the day of my daughters wedding knowing she was actually handling “each and every detail.” She was amazing! At the end of the night, she made sure everything was packed up and ready to go very quickly. We would highly recommend! Thanks for everything Megan! I couldn’t imagine the day without you! ❤️

    Holy moly... where do I begin? I am the director of events at my venue so I am in the industry to some capacity and when I began my wedding planning process I thought I could do it without a wedding planner. HAH. My only regret during the planning process was that I didn't hire Wendy from Each and Every Detail sooner. Every bride needs to budget for a wedding planner, especially if you want you and your family to enjoy this special day. Once I hired Wendy I automatically felt this huge weight taken off my shoulders, I fully trusted her and her amazing team to make all the ideas and dreams of my wedding come to life. She helped me with the design, gave me ideas to set my wedding apart from the weddings we see every day and recommended so many great vendors. Wendy is a lifesaver - one of the main things that happened that will prove how amazing she is and that you need to hire wedding planners sooner rather than later is the following. I was working a wedding 2 weeks before my wedding and I got my bridal pictures back... I was already extremely iffy on who I hired (before hiring Wendy) and when I got the pictures back it just proved that she was not the right fit. I immediately e-mailed Wendy (knowing I probably wouldn't hear back from her for a day or two because it was Saturday night) and she called me maybe 5 minutes later. I of course, was crying. She said "why are you upset? This is my job, let me fix it" the next day I had two quotes within my budget and set a date for my trial run. Wendy offered to come to the trial run to make sure I was taken care of and they came to my house for it! I mean - WHAT? I just can't say enough good things. Hire Wendy, thank me later and CONGRATULATIONS!!!

    Where do I start??? From day one until day of they did not disappoint and it was the best decision I made. Wendy and Megan planned and designed the wedding and Megan was the lead planner day of. From talking to my daughter and her now husband to see what they were looking for they were spot on. My daughter had the wedding of her dreams and I didn't have all the stress of planning the wedding. They found the vendors and contacted and dealt with all of them, they dealt with looking over the contracts (we only had to sign them), they set up the wedding website, they did all the design, they handled all the responses, they kept track of the budget, they made the rehearsal and wedding day timelines and sent emails to everyone involved. they did all the set up and breakdown the day of, they were in charge and took care of any issues that came up the day of (my daughters dress ripped after her first look and Megan jumped right in and kept her calm and sewed her dress and no one there even had a clue it had ripped). They were so easy to talk to and communicate with. When we contacted them they got back to you right away and were always so friendly. They were organized and on top of things from day one. They were always personable and professional. I can't say enough about Wendy and Megan We are very thankful and blessed that we had them as our planners for Kaitlyns wedding. We couldn't have made a better choice when we went with them. I will truly miss skyping, emailing, and talking to them. They made my daughters dream wedding come true and I can't thank them enough. Every person at the wedding told us how beautiful it was and that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. When you are looking for a planner for your event you only need to make one phone call and that should be to Each & Every Detail. Trust me. It will be the best decision you make and you won't be disappointed.

    100% worth it! Brooke helped turn my Pinterest ideas into the real wedding of my dreams! She was on top of everything and always had recommendations that worked within our budget and experienced advice when we were struggling with decision making. Having Brooke and her team throughout the planning process and the day of allowed me (and my mom) to enjoy such a special day without any stress or worries.

    My wedding planner was Sarah White. I do not know what we would have done without her. She was professional and very knowledgeable. We did the month of service and it did not disappoint. My mom and I planned most of the wedding but when it came down to the little things, that's where Sarah came in. She ran the rehearsal with the efficient, set everything up on the day of, and made sure everything was executed according to the schedule and timeline we created together. The wedding started right on time, and the reception ran smoothly and in the order we planned it too. She lifted a huge weight off our shoulders so my Husband and I could really enjoy our day without worrying about what time we were going to cut the cake, etc.. Thank you each and every detail for making our day, the best day ever!

    I can't even put into words how thankful I am for Sarah Varnau! My wedding could not have happened without her. She is so organized and on top of everything. She asked questions that I never would have thought about, so it was impossible for anything to fall through the cracks. My wedding day truly could not have gone smoother or more perfectly! It was so amazing to just be able to relax and enjoy the day while knowing Sarah had everything under control. In the month or two leading up to the wedding, she definitely helped me keep my sanity. After each meeting, I breathed a huge sigh of relief that she was on my team! From being the first one to arrive at the venue to help set up and style décor, to being on her hands and knees blotting out red wine that was spilled on the bottom of my wedding dress – there was nothing she didn’t do with the upmost professionalism. I am so appreciative of everything Sarah did to help me have the wedding of my dreams!

    We worked with Brooke a couple weeks ago on a beautiful wedding at The Grove. Brooke did an amazing job communicating not only with the couple but also with all the vendors as well. She has a great attention to detail and was a delight to work with. She made our job (as the caterers) so much easier with how helpful and on top of things she was. I would love to work with Brooke again.

    I cannot imagine my wedding day without Wendy Kidd and the team at Each and Every Detail! Before I met Wendy, I had already found a few vendors on my own and was trying coordinate everything myself. Boy was that a huge mistake. I spent months stressed out and dreading for nothing. Once I met Wendy, she helped coordinate a wedding of my dreams – and within our budget! She is great listener and able to make all your jumbled thoughts/wants into a reality. Wendy also set me up with some amazing vendors that made our day look and feel extraordinary! I cannot recommend Each and Every Detail enough! There were definitely some unexpected issues that came up leading to the day of our wedding, and Wendy stepped in and took care of all the issues. The day of our wedding was an absolute dream. If something went wrong, we didn’t know – everything was absolutely perfect! I have gotten so many compliments from friends, family, and vendors about how well organized everything was and how much fun they had at our wedding. I cannot thank Wendy and her team enough!

    We absolutely loved working with Brooke at E&ED! After going through the whole process, I cannot imagine doing it without her. From the planning stages all the way to the night of the wedding, she ensured everything ran smoothly and that I had to worry about as little as possible! She recommended every single one of the vendors we chose, and we would not have found them without her! She was always there when we needed anything or had questions, and was great at talking through pros/cons of things when I needed help making a decision. I truly cannot say enough good things about Brooke and E&ED!

    From the first day we met Wendy Kidd, my daughter and I knew we were in good hands! Words can't explain how awesome she made the wedding planning experience for us! She was with us from day one and my goal was to have a wonderful day for our family and friends....hopefully stress free and Wendy delivered that and then some! She exceeded our expectations and we had the most amazing celebration! Wendy and her team at Each and Every Detail are the best of the best. She's so creative, positive and such an amazing calm in any storm! We worked with the most amazing vendors and had the best experience I could have hoped for.     Brooke was such a blessing to us during the months leading up to our wedding! She was readily available to handle any issue, big or small, and to answer the random questions that constantly arise during wedding planning! Her priority was always to make the wedding reflect what my husband and I envisioned, and she did so with great professionalism. She was great at making valuable suggestions but always respecting the choices we made for our own wedding. Her organization and responsiveness made the month leading up to as well as my wedding day as stress free as they could possibly be! We are so thankful that she was a part of our planning process, and consider her to be one the greatest "investments" we made for the wedding!

    Brooke was absolutely amazing. She's one of the most genuine people I've ever met. My husband and I can't thank her enough. She went above and beyond to make our big day perfect. She is super personable and productive, and I wasn't stressed out once. Everyone in my family clicked with her as well! We booked the first vendors she picked for us. Not only was she a brilliant planner, but she was an amazing friend during this whole process too. She constantly checked up on me during the entire process and it meant more to me than she knows!

    Look no further! You will never get more bang for your buck then with Each and Every Detail. And how that names fits them so perfectly. From our first meeting there and through the end of the wedding, there is nothing that they have not thought of. We had Brooke and absolutely loved her. She is so efficient and took hold of any problems that I had. We did the plan where I find all the vendors but at about 4 or 2 months out, we meet and then again as we got closer like 1 month, and then 1 week before to hand over a lot of my boxes. I can promise, you will not find a better bargain than here. Everything that came up, Brooke was there to rescue us. Forgot the vows they had made. Found them and had them texted to my other daughter where she and a friend frantically were writing them out, when Brooke walks in with a copy of them. She had gone to the upstairs office at the venue and had them printed out. I can assure you she has super powers. I usually do not do reviews but I had several vendors that I just had to brag on because as Mother of the Bride,,,,anyone that makes my life easier when planning a wedding, is tops on my list. Thanks!

    If I had to go back and do it all over again, I would absolutely hire E&ED again!! We handed our planning over to Wendy prior to booking any vendors and I am SO glad that we did! We booked every single vendor she put in front of us without having to see any second vendors. She matched us up perfectly with photographers, florists, DJ, linens, venue/catering, drink packages and more. Knowing whether you picked the right vendor or whether they charged you a reasonable price is very overwhelming and intimidating when you're paying for your own wedding. Wendy took all those fears and anxieties away because she only presented us with the best and vendors there were in our budget, we never felt pressured to spend more than we could or make sacrifices to get what we wanted. We absolutely loved every single one of our vendors and feel that we got our monies worth and then some! Wedding day went so smooth and anything I needed was addressed immediately. We ran on time and didn't have to worry about a thing the whole reception! We got to enjoy every moment and it was perfect!     Brooke Millis was our wedding planner. I can't say enough good things about her. She is top notch, and because of her, my family and I were able to enjoy every moment of the wedding with no worries.

    Brooke Millis was the absolute reason our wedding was amazing. She introduced to all of our vendors and connected ys with them based on our vision and personalities. From planning to execution our wedding day was flawless! There is not one thing my husband and I would have changed. That is such a difficult thing to pull off and Brooke did it effortlessly. We had tons of wedding guests say it was the best wedding that they had ever attended. Brooke kept track of every detail and communicated with us at every turn. When a bride can say her wedding was not only perfect but stress free...you can rest assured that is due to a phenomenal wedding planner. I would recommend Each & Every Detail to everyone and especially after working with Brooke. We are so grateful!!

    I cannot recommend this vendor highly enough. We pretty much had all of our vendors selected and booked by the time we found them, so we were really planning to use them as a Day-of-Coordinator. However, over the course of several meetings and numerous emails, Sarah was amazing at helping us visualize the day (and setup) as well as helping us figure out a missing detail and vendor. She was incredible on the day of the wedding, always there when I needed her (even putting glasses of champagne in our hands when we needed them). They really made me feel like a major sense of relief because I knew she understood my vision, had my back, and handled every thing for us.

    Brooke Millis helped my mom and I plan my June wedding and she was WONDERFUL! She is SO organized and so helpful. We couldn't have done it without her! I highly suggest using Each and Every detail if you are planning a wedding!

    First of all, if you're questioning whether or not to hire a wedding planner, DO IT. Hiring E&ED was the best thing we did for our wedding. Brooke was our wedding planner and she was simply awesome. We hired her for the day of, which includes a few meetings in the last month of planning, as well as one upon hire. She took care of every single detail of the ceremony and reception. She is so incredibly organized and knows her craft so well. She asked me about details I hadn't even considered and things that really tied the whole event together. I was stressed with anticipation the week or so before the wedding, but I never once worried about a specific detail. The day of our wedding was perfect and I didn't give a thought to any detail. Brooke was constantly there to check on us, remind us of an upcoming dance or the cake cutting and really took care of us. I highly recommend Each & Every Detail to plan your wedding. You definitely will not regret it!

    We were in a pinch, in need of a new wedding planner ASAP and Wendy stepped up to not only meet but exceed our expectations. She was like a ninja on our wedding day -- always around and making sure things were running as planned yet she stayed out of the spot light and left the focus on us. Each and every detail (pun intended) was as it was planned. Minor hiccups were avoided or resolved prior to becoming an issue - I honestly cannot think of anything that Wendy or her team missed.     Best decision ever made was to hire Brooke Millis!!!!!! She went above and beyond to make our special day PERFECT. She listened to every detail and made sure we were always within budget. She provided us with wonderful suggestions (the Gelato was a huge hit) and led us to some amazing vendors. We cannot thank her enough for everything that she did for us.     Each and Every Detail is the perfect name for a group of wedding planners that do exactly that. Brooke Millis and her crew of recommended vendors made our vision a reality, taking care of every single item on our list. We were all amazed at how well they worked together! The photographer helped the bride into her gown and the officiant steamed the wrinkles out of my (mother of the bride) dress. The DJ called tables to the buffet and the wait staff and florist helped flip the room from the ceremony to dinner reception.

    Many of our guests have told us it was the best run and fun wedding they’d ever attended. For the bride and groom, it was a dream come true!

    I seriously can't say enough about how much I love these women. Brooke was reading my mind before I could even ask her a question. She even sent me a picture for my bridesmaids hair after knowing what our theme was. I immediately went and bought those beautiful butterflies. Brooke you are amazing. Wendy you too are amazing. I seriously love you guys. You made my daughter, son and law and my dreams come true with this wedding. You went above and beyond to settle my nerves about the horrible weather.     I was so fortunate to have received a recommendation from a co worker. My co worker had used Each and Every Detail, and owner Wendy for her daughter's wedding and sung her praises. At first I was not certain I "needed" a wedding planner but I and my husband are firm believers now. The smartest wedding decision I made was hiring Wendy. Wendy has a large knowledge of wedding vendors. She listened to my daughter's vision, made short lists of vendors, that match my daughter's ideas, and guided us through the maze. She kept us on track with timing and budget. My daughter lived out of state, but Wendy included her via Skype on planning meetings. The wedding was PERFECT which was due to her hard work, expertise and strong advice. Her knowledge of vendors is priceless and she was spot on with her recommendations to match the couple's vision!
    The ceremony was set up exactly as the couple had imagined. The party was well orchestrated and never dragged for one moment thanks to Wendy and her assistants behind the scenes "magic". The guest enjoyed themselves and commented on the seamlessness of the evening. We are very grateful. Don't hesitate, hire this professional. Don't go it alone. Enjoy the planning with confidence!

    Each and Every Detail was the wedding planning service we used for our wedding. Joy was our lead planner and Wendy helped a lot. They had several interns at our wedding as well. They made everything SO much easier - helped with coordinating vendors, were on top of everything on the wedding day itself, helped me with decor (which I was really, really overwhelmed by), helped me calm down whenever I was stressed about planning, etc. They made the process so much easier, and on top of all that were incredibly reasonably priced - definitely worth it for all the services they provide. Joy and Wendy are super duper friendly and fun people, just really, really fantastic to work with. I have been telling everyone I know who has gotten engaged that Each and Every Detail is the absolute best.

    It's hard to completely put into words just how amazing Wendy Kidd is. I first met her at the McKinney Bridal Show in January of 2012. I'd just gotten engaged two weeks prior, but told myself that I didn't need a wedding planner. Silly me. :)

    Fast forward to May, when I was just beginning to rip my hair out. My wedding location (both ceremony and reception) was held in a small town, with hardly any wedding-related resources. Thank goodness Wendy was available for our October date because I really don't know what I would've done without her.

    She's completely in-the-know and paired us with some incredibly amazing vendors that we would've never found on our own. Her personality and spirit is so warm and inviting that you end up wanting her to be your very best friend. She took each of my annoying emails and phone calls in stride, immediately going to work solving all of my problems (which, in the end, weren't really problems).

    Our wedding day went off without a hitch, as they say. Wendy and her team made sure that the entire day was perfect for us and our families and we are so, so happy that we chose to work with her!

    Wendy and Each and Every detail, was amazing, I loved working with her. Wendy listened to what I wanted for my wedding and made it happen. My wedding was everything I dreamed it would be & more and I owe it all to Wendy and other vendors. She was quick to respond to emails, easy to communicate with, very accommodating and handled everything I needed her to. I gave her everything she needed for the ceremony and reception a week before the wedding & I didn't have to worry about a thing the day of my wedding. We had originally planned on 225 but realized towards the day of wedding, our head count was going to be closer to 280. I let her know & right away she started contacting vendors & getting everything we needed for the increase of guest. She has great relationships with other vendors which makes for a great environment. Wendy has great recommendations for vendors & is happy to find someone else if you need a different vendor. If I had to do the year & half planning over, I wouldn't change a thing, everything leading up to the wedding & The day of the wedding was perfect. Thank you, Kaylee

    Wendy did an amazing job of bringing together an epic number of vendors for our wedding day. I honestly can't imagine pulling this off without her! She cleverly handled every detail and made the wedding planning process so much fun without any of the stress that I heard my friends were under planning their weddings. Our wedding day was perfect thanks to her and her assistant, Candace, pulling everything together. I was actually able to relax and fully enjoy the day knowing everything was under control. And quoting my grandfather, who has been to many weddings in his long life "I have never seen such a fun, beautiful 'well oiled machine' of a wedding. I, I've just never been to one like this before!" This, he told me as he was telling me how impressed he was with how smooth and well directed everything ran. And that coming from him, is quite a compliment! Everyone still keeps telling us how much fun and how beautiful the wedding was, even my maid of honor and my mom were able to enjoy everything stress-free.     I have been stalking Wendy's blog for ages. My now husband liked her so much, he even offered to chip in for her fee. This was truly an investment on our sanity, since we had to bring in all vendors to our venue.

    She REALLY made my vision come to life. The closer we got to the wedding, the more relieved I was that I had someone in charge of the weekend. I had been in charge for 11 months and was tired of being in charge. :-)

    Wendy and Emily are AWESOME!!! I was in crisis mode when I found out that my wedding reception venue had been foreclosed on 2 months before my wedding. These two ladies were so helpful in my time of need. They are not even my planners, but they were so sympathetic to my situation and eager to help in any way. Emily immediatley started calling arounnd to see if anyone else had my date available and she relayed that info back to me. With her help I had a list of over 20 venues to look at within 6 hours of hearing the bad news. It is wonderful to have people so willing to help when you find out devistating news and are not thinking strait. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

    Being the Groom, I was 100% against hiring a wedding planner, but I retract everything. Wendy was sooo helpful, easy to get along with, and I probably would have looked like an absolute idiot if she hadn't been there. She saved me from overly talkative relatives, a little to tipsy cousins, and gift over load. Got me where I needed to be when I needed to be there. She is VERY easy to get along with, not pushy (Unless some one needs a little pushing). Just over all awesome. If you have any hesitation at all about hiring Wendy, get over it, and hire her, it was worth every penny, and again thats coming from someone who didn't even want a wedding planner!

    Wendy was awesome! I really thought I could do it all myself, but then we had to move out of state. Wendy really stepped up and filled in all the gaps in my planning. And that's not even counting the wedding day where she took all my randomness planning and made it into this amazing beautiful wedding! All while a tornado watch was happening right outside! If you think you don't need a wedding planner, think again. It was the best decision we made in this entire process. And when you pick one, pick Wendy!

    OMG! Wendy is the coolest chick ever! We had already booked our venue when we met Wendy, but she helped us pick all the other vendors, and they were the best of the best! Absolutely fabulous! My partner and I paid for the entire wedding ourselves, so we were on a reasonable budget, but Wendy got us fantastic and amazing deals! And she was really great working with the groom too! My partner definitely had opinions on things and we didn't always agree. Wendy is totally professional and a very good mediator! We were also pressed for time because we both have full time jobs and 2 kids to shuttle here and there! Wendy was flexible with us, and also made some executive decisions when I was too overwhelmed with work and stuff to make another decision on anything. She is so great!
    And when we couldn't come up with any invitations we liked, she searched around and hooked us up with an absolutely fanstic vendor who helped us design and put together our own invitations and who helped us plan and create our wedding favors to boot! Wendy is constantly looking for new vendors and networking and taking education classes. I can't believe how well connected she is.
    I only had to go to one bridal shop as well. Wendy recommended one and I bought the first dress I tried on...off the rack...and totally loved it. And everyone at the wedding commented on how beautiful and unusual it was.
    Wendy took all of our ideas and helped us develop them so that they turned out even better than we expected. Our friends and family are still talking about how fantastic our wedding was! It was truly amazing and a dream come true! Even my partner/husband thought so! He loved it as much as I did. I just loved working with her. Perhaps a renewal of vows ceremony on our 10th anniversary? Wouldn't do it with anyone except Wendy Kidd and Each & Every Detail!

    There are no words for Wendy. She was my saviour! I hired her for "day of" and she did so much more. Her years of experience helped me make decisions I never even thought about having to make. Her professionalism is top notch. She saved me more than once. I was not happy with my photographer and she found me another within 24 hours! I had a horrible experience with my silk florist and needed new flowers with less than two weeks to go and she got me a new one again, within ONE day! I was incredibly happy with both new vendors. She was on top of everything from the get go. If it hadn't been for Wendy I would surely have had a bridal melt down more than once. She's more than worth the money. If you're even teetering on the idea of getting a planner, even if for just "day of", I say DO IT, and make sure you hire Wendy! She cares. She cares about you and your wedding as if it was her own.

    Wendy Kidd of Each & Every Detail is my fairy godmother. I always dreamed of planning my wedding and watched all the wedding shows, even before I met my now-husband. But once it got down to it and I realized EVERYTHING that went into the planning, I knew I needed help. I wanted all the fun of planning without the hassle. I had a "vision" of what I wanted for the wedding but little patience for implementing it. During our first meeting, Wendy and I "clicked" and I knew she understood what I wanted, even given a limited budget. My wedding turned out to be exactly what I wanted and had envisioned, thanks to Wendy and her creativity and expertise on what would work and what wouldn't.

    I would have given her five stars for professionalism, but we became friends, so I deducted half a star because we had so much fun :-)

    I should add that my now-husband also loved Wendy, not least because he knows I would have been even more stressed without her. Planning a wedding, no matter how much help you have, is stressful, and I truly believe that building the cost of a wedding planner into your budget is invaluable and was the best decision I made.

    Wendy is the best and I can't thank her enough for helping to make our special day an experience that was memorable, fun, and as stress free as possible!

    Wendy was our "month of" coordinator, but she was available and responded to emails and phone calls anytime prior to the month. Her experience and profesionalism with vendors, contracts, and management of the event made our day more enjoyable and less stressful.
    Wendy was a great match for us--friendly, helpful, great suggestions/recommendations and professional.

    I was very reluctant to use a wedding planner, and even after my husband & family convinced me it was worth it, Wendy’s fee was more than 20% of what I wanted to spend on the whole wedding. That being said, you get what you pay for and Wendy really did take care of each and every detail, and we had some weird details! While I don’t think this service is good fit for budget-conscious people, Wendy made everything easy and my family really appreciated not having to worry about coordinating anything other than their own flights. Over all, the wedding was exactly what we wanted, we would recommend her!

    Wendy and her team are wonderful. Virtually every element of the wedding was well managed, customized to our needs ;land a big hit with guests including: videography (Candle Light), photography (Joseph Marks), site (Hilton Rockwall), invitations (Minted), musicians/band (Sign Sealed Delivered and our quartet), flowers and decor (out of the garden), cake, consulting on look and tone plus the support of an enthusiastic team (Each and Every Detail). Also, there were too many great small touches that the planner recommended to mention them all but champagne at the wedding (outside) and the chair selection (lots of great comments about comfort and style). Things to work on: Minted is a great concept with great designs and very efficient but their execution needs work (they should be told). Ditto Premier Transportation. Great resource with not as great communication skills. We were very demanding in terms of email communication and it was largely handled with finesse. I'd recommend all of our partners (two just need a little coaching). Great work!

    We used Wendy from Each & Every Detail for our wedding on October 5. I cannot say enough about how professional she was. The relationship she built with us was so special - it helped her to better understand how we wanted to create our wedding. My husband had to convince me that we needed a wedding planner and now I can't imagine doing all that she did on our own. Wendy has contacts with other vendors in the industry that also value professionalism as much as she does. Each vendor we used from her recommendations was exceptional. What I think I value the most, though, is the friendship I built with Wendy. She is really a fantastic person!

    Each and Every Detail provided excellent services! I couldn't of been happier! Wendy Kidd did an amazing job and I would without a doubt recommend her to any bride in the area.

    This vendor connected me with the best vendors (though extremely expensive) in the area. She was unbelievably supportive and kind, with a great sense of humor. My wedding was absolutely perfect and it would not have been without Each and Every Detail. God bless you Wendy!

    Wendy was extremely helpful! My husband is still raving about all the help she offered during the wedding. Even when there was a sanfou with the flowers, she was able to take care of it and got 3 new boutineers made in time for the wedding!

    Disappointing Experience with Wendy from Each and Every Detail

    Unfortunately, my experience as the bride with Wendy from Each and Every Detail fell far short of our expectations. While we hoped that Wendy would help make our wedding day special, several aspects of her service were deeply disappointing.

    Vendor Recommendations: Wendy’s vendor suggestions frequently did not align with our budget or preferences.

    Execution of Details: There was an over load of meetings and notes recounting all details for Wendy to “staff” properly and ensure details were executed, despite this she neglected the details. I provided detailed instructions and photos for place settings, however, they were executed incorrectly. The ceremony chairs, which were supposed to be uniform, ended up mismatched (see photo), and the aisle setup was so poorly done that my now husband had to fix it. Despite her claims of full service and design coordination, my mom and I ended up planning, designing, and picking out everything ourselves. Wendy’s team was promised to stay with the bridal party all day, but no one was present with us. With no guidance as to when we should head to the ceremony area or do pre-wedding photos. Wendy’s departure for lunch before the ceremony was not discussed as a plan, and although she mentioned she would not stay until midnight, she never indicated she would leave immediately after the ceremony. Critical details like setting out stepping lights were neglected, with lights left charging from the day before, and furniture for sitting areas was never set up.

    Day-of Coordination: On the wedding day, Wendy's absence during crucial moments added to our stress. When I asked her to bring a program to the photographer, she informed me she was going to lunch with her team and left me to try and find someone else (see text message screenshot). This was especially problematic since we had provided lunch for everyone on-site. Her absence led to a missed cake delivery and placement issues that I had to manage myself. Wendy’s team did not fulfill their promised role, leaving us without support.

    Communication Issues: Wendy’s excessive messaging asking questions (over 200 text messages and countless calls) to our family members, who were not involved in the planning process, caused confusion. She also directed unexpected issues with our rental vendor to be handled directly by me, contrary to her initial promise of being the direct contact for vendors. This disorganization on the day of meant our photographer and videographer had to step in to manage the timeline and coordination.

    Lack of Support: Wendy left immediately following the ceremony, and her minimal presence was noted with frustration by our vendors. The only reason we had our planned dances and speeches was that I had to personally coordinate these with the band’s MC. This lack of support put undue stress on my mom and added to our frustration.

    Conclusion: Wendy’s service fell short in many critical areas. Her lack of organization, poor communication, and minimal presence on the wedding day created significant stress and frustration. I hope this feedback helps future clients make a more informed decision. Unfortunately, our experience with Wendy from Each and Every Detail did not meet the high standards we had anticipated, especially considering her high cost. The only stress on my wedding day came from Wendy and her team.

    Each & Every Detail provided sub-par wedding coordination for my rehearsal and wedding day. The owner, Wendy, did not command any amount of attention during the rehearsal, so many members of the wedding party were unsure as to what was happening. Her demeanor was often condescending and off-putting; far from what a rehearsal should emboy. During the set-up of decor (prior to the rehearsal), Wendy continued to ask me for direction rather than taking an active role in expediting the process. She seemed to be more concerned with making everyone "feel good" than actually completing tasks in a short time span. Because of her "hands-off" approach, she flubbed on several items that had to be prepped on the wedding day that I could not supervise. In fact, she and her assistants were still setting up decor 30 minutes before people were set to arrive.

    On wedding day, Wendy and her two assistants were beyond frustrating. Wendy left me completely alone to figure out the "first look" on my own and hope for the best. She was missing during pre-wedding photos and when asked for help, she blamed me for not sticking to the schedule (which she was hired to create and chose not to). Before walking down the aisle, my groom had to actually ask her to run all issues through him because she was being rude and highly difficult to work with.

    Throughout our reception, Wendy rushed us through various activities (first dance, father/daughter dance, cake cutting, etc) and pushed us out of our venue 30 minutes early! She and her assistants were found in the bridal suite sitting and chatting at one point in time rather than working. They were also "hiding out" in the parking lot throughout the reception. When asked questions or told to do things, she was condescending and unhelpful. She said she did things and then people would come ask me about those things she claimed to accomplish. This was NOT what I wanted to focus on during my wedding.

    Don't be fooled by the "I'll take care of it" line that is so quickly fed. Emails are not returned, phone calls are not made, to do lists are not finished...unless you are constantly staying on top of the situation. If you want worry-free wedding planning that takes the stress off your shoulders, do NOT hire Each & Every Detail.
