We have been fortunate to have three fantastic experiences with Erin - maternity, newborn, and wedding photos. Erin made every experience incredibly comfortable. Honestly, it felt like we’d been friends for a decade. She was excellent at capturing us and our personalities, and who we are together as a couple. We also have a nephew for whom the standard wedding family portraits were not going to work, and she went out of her way to find his moment to shine and capture gorgeous, unforgettable photos with him. When our wedding day ran into some unexpected road bumps, she helped distract us with an outdoors photo shoot that helped us stay at ease. Erin just so seamlessly blended into each of our photo experiences and effortlessly captured the most beautiful photos that truly showed our love and light. From a technical standpoint, she really understands lighting and framing and you never have to worry about her missing a moment. We cannot say enough positives about working with Erin - we will be using her for all future big events! -

Erin was EXCEPTIONAL. So easy to work with, very good at communicating, and omg the product. Our wedding pics were absolutely beautiful. From photo directions to editing to professionalism, she's the whole package. I wish she lived closer so I could use her for all my professional photos!! She's not the cheapest, but that's because her product is top notch quality. Trust me - she's worth it. All our friends and family agree that her photos were absolutely amazing. -

Calm, Supportive, Amazingly kind
We loved working with Erin for our classically-hectic Indian wedding. She was lovely to have by our sides, was not phased at all by our awkwardness, and captured everything perfectly despite the wild range of settings (indoors, outdoors, evening, very hot, very dark, etc.). Our photos are beautiful and we couldn't stop smiling as we looked through the collection. You won't go wrong hiring Erin for your important events! -

Erin is incredibly empathetic and kind and her approach will make you feel at ease throughout the entire process. Erin went above and beyond in making sure we had the engagement shots and wedding shots that we had dreamed of! She is helpful and caring and lent a hand more than once on the big day, making her feel more like family than our photographer! She is wonderful to work with and her photos are bright, cheery, and individualized. We are in love with our photos and can't thank Erin enough for capturing our special moments. The absolute best!
We cannot begin to describe how unbelievably grateful we were to have Erin as our photographer. Her reputation as not only talented, but compassionate, thoughtful, and fun definitely lived up to our expectations. Every single guest commented on how wonderful Erin and her team was, many people requesting her services moving forward. She not only made us feel special, but everyone else in the room. Less than 24 hours after our wedding, we got a sneak peak and we are in awe of her magic and cannot wait to see all the photos. Thank you, Erin! We are eternally grateful! -

I just got my wedding gallery back and all I can say is HIRE ERIN!!! She is the best in the business with a knack for capturing bright, beautiful moments. Going through the gallery, I am transported back to the greatest day, with all of the people I love most. She truly captured the energy, love, and joy of the day and I am 100% satisfied. All of my communications with Erin were timely and easy. Her pre-wedding questionnaire kept our wedding day on track not once did I feel stressed or overwhelmed in her care. I am not originally from Michigan and Erin has vendor recommendations for certain packages that were game changing. It enabled me to hire the best vendors that I knew would deliver the highest quality work. My husband and I had only been in front of the camera a couple times before and with Erin we felt the most comfortable. She truly is incredible and I will cherish these photos for a lifetime! -

Erin is truly one of a kind. Based on her previous work, I knew her photos were going to be beautiful, colorful, and authentic. We got that in both our engagement and wedding photos -- and so much more! Erin was kind, understanding, and flexible when we had to reschedule our wedding not once, but twice, due to COVID-19. When our day finally came, she worked her magic to ensure we got great photos (even through cold and rain). Her energy and expertise totally calmed my nerves. If you're wondering if you should hire Erin, stop overthinking it and just do it. This should be the easiest decision of your entire planning process! -

Erin was my wedding must-have. I had followed her on instagram for several years, even prior to planning my wedding just for the light, fun, and happiness that was always portrayed.
Erin is so much more than just your photographer. She spends the time getting to know you as a couple and what is important to you! She has boatloads of resources for other vendors. She will help with your timeline. As we waited patiently to see how COVID restrictions would impact our day, she was also a cheerleader for making sure whatever our day looked like, it would be captured beautifully.
When we entertained the idea of traveling to Columbus for our engagement photos, she was on board without hesitation. She asked for our ideas for photos (doing the crossword and making pasta) and then also added additional ideas for shooting. Her personality puts you at ease, even if you are someone who doesn't like having photos taken.
And I have to give a shout out to our second shooter Lynsey who helped capture our special day. She was equally awesome!
Finally, the speed with which she turns around sneak peeks is unbelievable. By the afternoon after our wedding, we had 70+ photos to look at!

Colorful, fun, and awesome photos!
Erin is amazing! She was the first vendor we hired during the planning process because of her outstanding photos. I love color and knew she'd be a great fit. When we met her in Detroit for engagement photos, she helped us feel comfortable and have fun. The photos turned out great and we couldn't wait for the wedding... then COVID hit. Despite two postponements and last-minute pivoting to an outdoor minimony, she remained supportive, helpful, positive, and flexible throughout. On the day we got married she captured beautiful photos of our Detroit rooftop ceremony that we will cherish for years to come. I highly recommend Erin if you want a great vendor and awesome person by your side taking pictures of your special day! :) -

In a sea of muted and black and white pictures, Erin is a true STAR!!! When I started looking at photographers for my wedding, everyone's work almost looked the same and then I came across Erin's insta page and it was sooo colorful, full of life and joy! Although she was out of my price range, I filled out her survey and got on the phone with her and it truly left like I was talking to my long lost bestie about my upcoming nuptials. She helped fine tune my timeline and gave me ideas on receptions after my initial wedding venue couldn't host us due to COVID. She was the first one to tell me to start thinking of Plan B because Plan A was not looking good. Erin was with me every step of the way and she will make sure you feel like a million bucks!! -

Erin and her assistant Kerby were an absolute DREAM to work with on our wedding day. Our wedding was on 3/14/20, exactly one day after the 250 person limit due to COVID-19 and exactly one day before the 50 person limit. Erin checked in with me and reassured me she was there to help with whatever I needed, and she truly was. She helped develop the whole timeline for the day so that pictures went smoothly and we got plenty of pictures even without doing a first look. She also double and triple checked my list of "must have" photos throughout the day, and those came out just BEYOND what I even dreamed they would be. The day of, she frequently asked me if I needed anything. It was so comforting to have her there to help with whatever. The day after the wedding, Erin posted 50ish images that I couldn't help but look at on repeat for an hour. They were THAT gorgeous. I chose Erin for her attention to detail and her ability to capture and find COLOR in her images. I cannot wait to see the rest of the images, design our wedding album, and hang them around our home. I would recommend Erin and her team to anyone and everyone. She will capture images you'll cherish for a lifetime. -

Great experience with Erin
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Erin! From the first Skype phone call through the wedding day, Erin was professions, easy-going and overall really enjoyable to work with. We liked her photo style which is why we contacted her and are so happy she was available for our wedding. She had a generous sneak peak of photos available the next day and worked quickly to get us the rest of the photos. I'm so happy we had Erin as our photographer! -

I cannot say to enough people enough times how truly incredible Erin is - as a photographer and as a human being. She was quick to respond to any email or text I sent, answered questions thoroughly, and was super flexible when it came to traveling to Colorado for our wedding. She even gave us a discount because my husband is active duty Air Force. She makes you feel so at ease, so joyful, keeps the laughs and the smiles genuine so nothing looked or felt forced. She catches the sweet, quiet moments without you even noticing. She's honestly such a chill, happy, person that you can't help but feel calm and comfortable in front of the camera. She made our wedding feel so relaxed because I knew I could trust that she was going to catch all the shots that a photographer should catch, but also catch all those lovely candid shots that make you smile all over again when you look back at the photos. I truly can't wait to hire her again for maternity/baby photos! I'm 1000% not kidding either - I'm not even looking for other photographers because I already know that I'm going to book her. So, if your date is available in her book - HIRE HER. Your photos will be so insanely gorgeous you won't be able to stop looking at them and posting them all over social media. -

Oh my gosh, we're so glad we picked Erin to be our photographer! She previously photographed one of our good friends weddings and we loved her photos so much that we knew we had to interview her when we started to plan our own. She's amazing, responsive, kind, and a generally great human. She flew out to San Francisco to do our engagement photos and it was such a good day! She made us feel comfortable and laugh and the photos turned out amazing. Fast forward to our wedding day, and she was even more amazing! She captured every wonderful part of the day, wrangled our families into group pictures, and in general was just a delight to have with us on our wedding day. She kept everything on time and we couldn't be happier with everything. The photos of course turned out fantastic. She's so great at capturing the perfect light and flattering candids. We almost want to get married again just to have a reason to hire her again! -

Where do I even begin? Hiring Erin was one of the best decisions we made with regard to our wedding. Besides being one of the coolest people I've ever met, Erin was always super responsive with communication, a very helpful resource when it came to planning our timeline, and an overall calming and supportive presence on our big day. And I haven't even gotten to the pictures... oh my goodness. The moment I saw our wedding picture preview, I burst into tears. She had managed to perfectly capture our special day and I am forever grateful that we will have these stunning images to remind us of our wedding. We knew that we wanted more than just your standard posed portraits, so we were looking for someone that would take a more editorial approach at documenting our day. Erin totally nailed it! She captured the emotion and the details of our wedding perfectly. As my husband and I scroll through our library of images now, we actually feel as if we are reliving the entire day all over again. It’s amazing! The day went by so quickly, but Erin’s photos allow us to relive all of our favorite moments over and over again.
Erin was quick to respond to our emails, willing to accommodate our requests and overall very easy to work with. On the day of our wedding, she captured so many special moments without us even realizing that she was shooting. Additionally, she worked well with the videographer we had hired separately and worked alongside him to make sure both people were able to capture the footage they needed.
I highly recommend hiring Erin to photograph your wedding. You will not be disappointed!
