Dania and her team were an amazing asset to our wedding day and all of the planning that went into it. I thought planning a wedding from across the country was going to add so much stress to my busy life, but they took all of my visions and executed them perfectly. Thinking back, I didn’t have any worries or questions on where to go or what was happening next because the Dulce team kept us on schedule, told people where they needed to be and handled all the communication with the venue and vendors. They are the sweetest group and truly take pride in their work to create beautiful events for their clients! -

Most amazing day ever!
Without a doubt, Dania and her team created the most beautiful and memorable wedding day ever! From start to finish, everything was perfect. She thought of everything and executed the event so smoothly and perfectly. Her recommendations for vendors were spot on. She was open to a challenging location and brought the dream alive. We are almost to our one month anniversary and guests are still talking about our wedding! Hands down, best wedding planner and we highly recommend her! Dulce did SO much more than day-of coordinate our wedding; they are amazing at what they do! Our rainy day plan required it’s own rainy day plan when a non-stop monsoon flooded our ceremony site.. Dania and her team are truly professionals; Because of their quick thinking, creativity, and optimism, We had NO idea all of this was happening as we prepared to walk down the aisle. If you want to hire someone that you know you can trust will go above and beyond to make your day ABSOLUTELY PERFECT, you’ll hire Dania and her team. Exceptional experience, couldn’t have done it without them!
Dania and her team at Dulce Events are wonderful. Their talent and organizational skills were indispensible in bringing our wedding from dream to reality. From helping with conceptualization and decorations to day-of management, they were professional, communicative, and genuinely helpful. When we were worried about whether we were on track, we got objective answers. When we didn't know what to do or how to handle a situation, we got experience-based solutions. The service we bought from Dulce Events was peace of mind in an otherwise completely overwhelming process. It was worth it! -

Absolutely Wonderful!
At first I didn't think I needed a wedding planner, but when I realized the details and work involved, I hired Dulce Events. They were absolutely incredible! They took care of details such as setting up signs and seating charts, greeting guests, checking that venue is set up properly, delivering items, confirming with vendors, and more. I highly recommend using them! -

Our wedding was rescheduled three times. Dania was patient with each time we rescheduled. We said the third time was the charm. On the day of the wedding at 1:30 just three and half hours before the reception the cater who I hired independently did not show up. Dania and her team saved the day and helped make a reception which could have been a disaster into a reception of beauty. Dania had already decorated for the reception. Her team also did the florals which reflected my personal style and was exactly how I had pictured it. After the caterer did not show up Dania and her team went above and beyond. Dania remained calm and organized throughout the whole day. The wedding truly couldn't have happened without her. I would highly recommend this wedding planner hero!Dulce Events's reply:

As the mother of the bride I hired Dulce Events to make my months before, day of, and night of the wedding less stressful. They worked with our vision for the wedding and added their own touch to area to make the wedding ceremony and reception areas stunning! They are such sweet and friendly ladies and so easy to talk with. They made the whole wedding from beginning to end a smooth enjoyable time for us all. I highly recommend hiring Dulce events for your wedding or celebration. -

Made My Dream Wedding a Reality
Where do I begin? Dulce Events made my dream wedding happen, all while dealing with covid restrictions. While I was somewhat hesitant to hire a planner at first (I clearly had no idea how much of a behemoth this process really is), I was planning my wedding remotely and knew I needed the extra hands in town and local expertise. Upon our first meeting, I was immediately confident I had made the right choice. Their help with vendor recommendations, contract review, site consultations, aesthetic planning, etc. was excellent and they helped steer us in the right direction when we were struggling with multiple choices. They kept us on track to make both big and small decisions in a timely manner while being very responsive to all phone calls and emails. Under pressure, they helped us make a BIG decision the week of our wedding to have a tent on site and helped coordinate the whole thing. The day of my wedding, they were extremely calm, organized and informative throughout the entire day while ensuring every detail was in place. Seeing my vision come to life felt magical. Above all they were kind, professional, enthusiastic and an absolute pleasure to work with. I did not want to use a wedding planner. I felt that I wanted to plan the wedding and I could do it alone with friends. However, the closer it got, friends began to flake out and the event became too overwhelming. I was originally going to hire Dulce with the “Day of Set Up” Package. However after realizing I could benefit from their “whole day of package”, and the price was exceptional, I quickly switched. The Dulce team was so detail oriented and professional. They walked with me through every detail. They called all my vendors and arranged the day of schedule with them. They organized the rehearsal. The day of the ceremony, I arrived early and dropped off everything. I then left to spend the day with my daughter. I arrived back at venue to see they executed everything PERFECTLY! In fact, better than perfect. Having professional eyes was everything!! The entire day, they were every where handling everything. They lined us up, cued the DJ, kept everyone and everything on schedule, I just showed up and enjoyed the day. I had no worries. When all over, I left. They completed pickup, and all vendor exits. I absolutely truly could not have done this day without them. My only regret, I should have called sooner!!!Dulce Events's reply:

I'm so thankful that I found Dania and Christin! They helped me plan my wedding in GA while I live in AK! Even though I hired the team as a day of coordinators, they went above and beyond their scope of work. You even get access to a special website that will help guide you through the wedding planning process. I had know idea how everything would turn out because I was planning my wedding from across the country! Everything came together perfectly and it allowed me to have a relaxing wedding day. Dania and Christin brought my vision to life. If you haven't already, I would highly recommend hiring a wedding planner. It makes the planning so much easier! Best Wedding Coordinators!!!!
BEFORE EVENT
Words cannot express my gratitude for my wedding coordinators, Dania and Christin. They went above and beyond to make sure that my wedding was as beautiful and perfectly as I had imagined it to be. They coordinated with my vendors, had so many great suggestions that complimented my theme and ideas and always made themselves available to me.
DAY OF EVENT
The venue was GORGEOUS. Dania and Christin not only excuted the look I was going for, but they exceeded my expectations.
When unforeseeable events occurred, they handled them calmly and swiftly and kept everything on track according to the timeline. I honestly could not have made it through the day without them.
AFTER EVENT
Dania and Christin took their services a step further by helping with the breakdown and clean up. I cannot thank them enough for making sure that my wedding was a success!
TO FUTURE BRIDES
If you think you don't need a wedding planner/coordinator, think again!! And if you think it doesn't matter who it is, THINK AGAIN! Hiring a wedding planner is the No.1 investment. I highly recommend Dulce Events. You will not be disappointed!Dulce Events's reply:

Best in the Game
I cannot express to anyone how ESSENTIAL + VITAL it is to choose Dulce Events for their wedding planning + coordinating + day of go-getters. Dulce and Events were an absolute pleasure to work with and I'm thankful to them for making working a wedding an actual joy. We had the pleasure of working with Dania (DAHN-yah) and her entire staff. From day one, we knew she was the one for us when it came to coordinating and setting everything up. She even had some great recommendations for florists and photography too.
On the day of everything went according to plan. She really stepped up and helped us with some of our custom decorations and improvised like a genius when we thought it wasn't going to look the way we wanted.
Being that it was an out door wedding and having many guests attending - her semi-circle layout for our ceremony was so perfect...everyone had a great seat.
Thank you so much for helping us with our special day. You were a pleasure to work with and everyone you brought on board were really nice as well. It was perfect! -
