It’s honestly hard to put into words what Dream Geplant and DP mean to us.
From the very beginning, DP made us feel like more than just clients. There was such a genuine level of care in everything he did. He was always checking in, making sure we were okay, and guiding us through every step in a way that felt calm and reassuring.
Every detail of our wedding reflected how much heart he put into it. He really listened to us and brought our vision to life in the most beautiful way. On the wedding day, everything flowed so seamlessly, every event was on time, everything looked incredible, and our guests are still talking about how much they loved it all.
What meant the most to us was that we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment. If anything needed to be handled, DP took care of it quietly and effortlessly. We never once felt stressed or worried, and that is something we’ll always be grateful for.
From Komal: DP truly treated me like his own daughter. He made me feel so supported and cared for throughout the entire process. There were so many moments where he checked in on me, calmed my nerves, and reminded me to just take it all in. I’ll always hold that close to my heart.

we had a best experience with Divyesh Patel & his team Dream Geplant for our son Rishi & Unjalee's wedding in Santa Barbara CA. Ever since we decided this beautiful wedding venue, as a parent we had lots of question about this and that with the fear that hope everything goes right! And of course, having DP & his team as our wedding planner, it was definitely a stress-free wedding weekend. His hard work, attention and support meant so much to us & I truly believe that we could not have done without him. Divyesh Bhai, Thanks again for all you have done for us, and we truly appreciate your professionalism, kindness and effort in giving us a stress-free wedding for our son. Working with Dream Geplant for our Welcome Night and Pithi (Haldi) was truly one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process.

Our Welcome Night flowed seamlessly. From the overall structure of the evening to the smallest details, everything felt thoughtful, smooth, and elevated. We were able to be fully present—spending time with our guests, enjoying conversations, and soaking in the moment—without worrying about logistics or timelines.
The Pithi (Haldi) event, which can often feel chaotic with so many moving parts, was handled with incredible precision and care. DP and his team orchestrated everything effortlessly—from coordinating the flow of the ceremony to managing family participation and transitions. After nearly two years of planning together, not once did I feel like a client.. I felt like a daughter. You cared for me so deeply and so wholeheartedly, always making it your mission to turn every dream, every detail, every wish into reality. You brought me the moon and the stars, literally on reception night! and gave me a wedding that felt like a dream come true in every way.
From the very beginning, you had my back. Every meeting, every phone call, every text message; you were there with warmth, patience, and unwavering support. Even when I needed to vent, you listened. You were honest and steady, always guiding me toward clarity when I couldn’t quite see my own vision clearly. You balanced the chaos with calm, the emotion with grace, and somehow managed every moving part! From my feelings to vendor logistics to last-minute changes.. with such elegance and ease.
Throughout this journey, you became so much more than our wedding planner. You became family; someone I trusted completely and felt so deeply connected to. You celebrated with me during sneak peeks of the jaw-dropping Welcome Night décor, helped me quietly track down and reattach a fake nail during Pithi (no one ever knew, ha!), and executed every last-minute pivot flawlessly.. like the Mehndi space change that turned out so perfectly it seemed we had planned it that way all along.
Your ability to stay level-headed and pivot seamlessly amazed me. On the morning of the Satak, you orchestrated my grand horse-and-carriage entrance with such precision and flair that it felt straight out of a fairytale. Each evening, when I was caught up in a whirlwind of mingling and dancing, you and your team made sure I had eaten, and somehow always managed to collect my dupatta and shoes when I inevitably left them behind. Because of you, I was able to be fully carefree — present, joyful, and completely in the moment.
And then came the wedding day. Just before I took my first steps on the raised aisle, you quietly helped me slip off my shoes so I could walk toward my future husband. You had done this for me at every event — a small act of care — but this time, it felt different. It was symbolic, emotional, and deeply meaningful. You steadied my veil, held my hand up the steps, and gave me this quiet, wordless moment that said, “You made it.” “I’ve got you.” “You look beautiful.”
It was such a simple gesture, but one that I’ll remember for the rest of my life. You supported me not just as a planner, but as a friend, and confidante who wanted nothing more than to see me happy.

We worked with DP to plan our fusion Indian-American wedding, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. He was very professional, responsive, and always available when we had a question or needed to catch up.
DP was incredibly detailed and organized. He kept track of all our vendor contracts and managed communication with each vendor, which took a huge load off our shoulders as we got closer to the wedding date. He also had great connections with a lot of great vendors which was helpful as we planned our wedding in Austin while living in New York. On the wedding day, everything ran smoothly without him needing much input from us given all of the details (big and small) he had collected from us beforehand, allowing us to fully enjoy the celebration without worrying about logistics. The bottom line is he is incredibly thoughtful and detailed.
We were also unsure about a lot of decisions throughout the process, but DP was incredibly helpful in guiding us. He understood our vision and gave us practical advice that made decision-making easier. DP always prioritized our vision while also creating an inclusive environment/process for our families, which made the process smooth and fun for everyone. There’s always going to be stress during wedding planning but DP does everything in his power to make you feel very little stress. He was great at keeping us calm and breaking tasks down into smaller milestones which made the whole process more approachable.

Let’s talk about professionalism, punctuality, expertise and (most importantly) a stress free wedding.
If you’re anything like us (a recently married couple) the above will mean everything to you. And when I mean everything I mean absolutely everything. From entrance planning to seat co-ordination to exact timings.
Having used DP for our special day, we can now say we had absolutely nothing to worry about. One of the biggest stresses a couple can have in their wedding day is making sure everything is done on time and the guests are attended to. Overthinking becomes a massive problem and stressing about little things such as where people sit and what guests will do in between events is a massive deal. Thanks to DP, that was all in our head.
Attending regular sessions with him to discuss dates and times and our vision of what we want meant from day one we had support and clarity. There wasn’t one thing DP didn’t cover in these session and to say he had perfected the art of planning is a serious understatement.
I could write an essay of every detail DP covered and how smoothly such a sophisticated event had gone.. but I won’t. However, what I will say is this. If we had the chance to re-live this moment, there is NO other person I would choose other than DP. That man is non-stop and he will make sure you have the PERFECT and PEACEFUL wedding or event you choose him for.

He initially starts working with you early on in the wedding planning process consisting of several zoom meetings - he takes the time to get to know the couple, adjusts his schedule based on your schedule so you are not forced to give up personal time, he'll make sure all your questions are answered.
He is extremely capable, trustworthy and passionate about wedding planning and specifically your wedding to make sure your day, week or weekend goes EXACTLY as planned!
What made me happy about DP was that he had a solution for every detail for our wedding making it a seamless process!! About a year ago my mom made the first call to DP to discuss planning our wedding. He was driving and actually pulled over to get the details he needed regarding starting our wedding planning. He contacted us (Hamish and myself) that same day to start the wedding planning process. That one day and first phone call made it so evident to us that he genuinely cared and was so dedicated before any of the planning actually began!
We are beyond grateful for the exceptional work of DP from the start of planning to phenomenally executing every major and minor detail of our wedding weekend! There were so many moments where we weren’t sure who would handle this or that and DP took that stress away from us by either finding a solution promptly or in some instances said he would take care of it. Hamish and I both have stressful, time consuming careers and DP was very understanding of that oftentimes working around our schedules and being so flexible in rearranging zoom meeting times. From the moment we began working together about a year ago, he displayed a level of professionalism and dedication that truly exceeded our expectations. DP meticulously planned all six events of our wedding weekend, ensuring that every detail was perfect. His expertise and creativity transformed our vision into reality, and the result was a celebration that surpassed our wildest dreams. Some aspects of our wedding that were very involved planning wise were the bridal walk, a very large number of group photos after the wedding and a country western Texan themed reception with a car entry! DP managed all these more involved aspects of our wedding so incredibly well. We (including our guests) were so impressed by DP’s organization and most of all his ability to keep start and end times of every event ON TIME! Our guests really enjoyed getting to know DP throughout our wedding weekend and repeatedly told us how great he was at multitasking and truly just getting the job done one event after the other! DP was on site during our entire wedding weekend as well which was the biggest relief to us! He also took such good care of us during our wedding weekend from ensuring we were able to enjoy some of the food by having plates of food prepared for us to truly making sure we weren’t stressing out over anything!
Throughout the entire process, DP remained so attentive and always had our best interests at heart. We cannot thank DP and his team enough for their hard work, passion, and commitment to making our special day truly unforgettable. We highly and wholeheartedly recommend Dream Geplant Event/DP’s services to anyone looking for a wedding planner who goes above and beyond every step of the way. Best Wedding Planner
DP is by far the best wedding planner there can be!! He is very easy to work with, very professional, honest, flexible, detail oriented, and much much more. He made us think about the things that wouldn't have occurred to us otherwise. We felt so much at ease ever since we hired him and had our very first meeting. All the functions went so smoothly that we could actually enjoy all the festivities without any stress. We hired him a little later in the process but were amazed at how well he knew all of our vendors and had such a great rapport with all of them, be that the banquet manager at the venue or photographer, videographer, caterer etc...
His calm and warm personality along with his passion for wedding planning is a perfect combination for success. We would very highly recommend him to any and everyone who is looking for a wedding planner!

Oh boy, where do I even begin? Working with DP was like having a secret weapon for our wedding! He was not just a planner; he was our wedding superhero. We embarked on this crazy adventure of wedding planning a whole year before the big day, and it was nothing short of amazing.
First off, DP is a true champ when it comes to being compassionate. He didn't just plan our wedding; he became my wedding BFF. I swear he could've started a therapy session, and I'd spill my wedding worries. He genuinely cared about our big day, and it showed.
Now, let's talk about DP's ability to listen. Seriously, he has superhuman ears. He didn't just hear what I said, he heard what I didn't say. He transformed my vague ideas into a wedding masterpiece. Words can’t express the feeling our families experienced during our wedding week! DP supported us before, during and after the wedding! His attention detail was amazing and he handled every single problem! It was because of DP our wedding was amazing! We had 5 events across three days! Our parents were both out of town and he arranged all the details that we needed extra help with. Our wedding events were from June 29 to July 1st! It was the best week for both of our families. We had a modern Bengali and Gujarati wedding! So even after our wedding DP was very helpful.... we had a family emergency and my father passed away 72 hours after my wedding of a sudden unexpected death and DP got the video vendor to create a tribute video for my father’s funeral, all the images were from the wedding and it was beautiful! I will forever have this footage of my father! DP is the top wedding planner in Dallas Texas! Hire him!!!!!❤️

As a bride having a fusion wedding, I and my husband had a lot to learn and DP was there with me every step of the way. I knew I wanted a planner who had worked with couples doing fusion weddings before and could work around my husbands and my crazy work schedules to meet with us. He helped my now husband and I figure out everything (including all the things we didn’t know we even needed to know like certain rituals!) and met with us anytime we had questions. He took the time to explain things, walk us through each piece of the plan multiple times, and even answered questions for our family (and we had a lot of questions!). We felt very comfortable and knew that even if we missed something in planning he would have it covered. The day of the wedding went wonderfully and he ensured everyone was setup and there on time! DP pays very close attention to detail and has everything organized. He was extremely responsive through text email and calls, which was exceptionally helpful! He went out of his way to make sure that as a bride I felt that I was getting the exact wedding I wanted, and he did a great job with making both of our families comfortable and a part of the event. We are extremely thankful for all of his hard work and his teams and highly recommend them! -

We started the planning process with DP about a year before our wedding, and we quickly realized how easy it was to work with him! From booking the vendors, to communicating about details, and to actually executing the event, we were extremely happy with the results. DP’s close attention to detail and accommodation to our preferences was something we really appreciated. He considered things related to the rituals that might’ve intially slipped our mind, and we’re so lucky he filled in so many gaps for us. As for communication, his responses were always so quick! We never had to worry about talking to him because he was very attentive. During the actual weekend, he went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty! We didn’t have to worry about anything. He and his team were so on top of everything. He also went out of his way to make our friends and family a priority and built a connection so quickly with them. He became the most popular amongst all of them :)
In conclusion, we felt this event was extremely successful and easy to enjoy because of DP’s services. He has truly become like family to us and we can’t thank him and his team enough! -

Best experience you can ever have for a beautiful stress free wedding week
We had a great experience with Divyesh Patel & his fantastic DG team! He was recommended to us from the girls side of the family and we are so thankful for the recommendation. Through the whole process DP was very friendly, professional and very well organized. He was very attentive at all of our monthly or weekly zoom meetings and made sure every small detail was accounted for. During our last meeting, he went over the entire wedding week time line and made sure that all of our vendors were lined up to make sure everything was stress free.
If you wants to have a stress free wedding, he is truly the best wedding planner! He will be always a phone call away though the whole planning process.

Divyesh was an absolute pleasure to work with as our wedding planner. From the very beginning, he was extremely organized and efficient in helping us plan every aspect of our wedding weekend, even though we lived in Chicago and he was based in Texas. He always prioritized our time and needs, was always available for phone and video calls, and scheduled regular meetings to ensure that everything was on track and that all of our questions and concerns were addressed.
On the day of the wedding, Divyesh was a true professional, making sure that everything ran smoothly and that all of the events were executed flawlessly. Because of his in-depth preplanning, he was able to coordinate our schedule with ease, and we were able to enjoy our day without any stress or worries. He even made sure that we had time to take a break and enjoy a comfortable dinner together, knowing how important it was for us to have a moment to relax and recharge before continuing with the rest of the celebrations.

When our wedding venue (Knotting Hill Place) required us to have a wedding planner, we were initially skeptical. However, after having gone through the entire wedding process with DP and Dream Geplant, we can confidently say it would not have been possible without DP and his team. We initially found DP through his glowing reviews, and after meeting him – his uplifting personality had us convinced we had found our planner.
From the initial planning process, we found DP’s guidance helpful. We wanted both our desi and Arab cultures represented, and DP was helpful in guiding us through figuring out what that was going to look like. From multiple vendor referrals, to accommodating last minute schedule changes for meetings, to coordinating all details with vendors the week of the wedding, DP put in a lot of work for us. His experience was also apparent with many of his suggestions during the planning process.
On our wedding day, DP and his team went above and beyond. They helped us navigate inclement weather, unexpected last minute schedule changes, while keeping the wedding moving forward without hiccups. Knowing that DP was there coordinating on the day of our wedding was such a stress relief – he had assured us that he had all the fine details planned and covered, and he did!
Overall, we would highly recommend DP and Dream Geplant! He proved to be an invaluable resource in the planning process and really came through to make our wedding day special and memorable. DP was our first and only choice for wedding planner, after his triumph with my sister-in-law's wedding last year! We had less than a year after our engagement to plan an April Dallas wedding for 350+ with almost half of the guests coming from out of town, blending Tamil and Oriya customs and across multiple venues, but DP made it look effortless. Three specific qualities why you should pick DP and Dream GePlant:
1) Coordinated- DP is a master of organizing and directing multiple vendors, with spreadsheets upon spreadsheets and cc'd emails galore to make sure everyone, from decorator to mehndi artist to DJ to parents are on the same page.
2) Meticulous- DP attends to every detail, even ones you wouldn't think of. My wife and I thought we would be prepared, having just gone through my sister-in-law's wedding, but DP would still bring up things we had forgotten so it wouldn't slip through the cracks. The month leading up to the wedding we had almost weekly Zoom sessions to go step-by-step through the sangeet, ceremony, reception, etc. At times I'll admit it almost felt redundant, but later on found it was necessary to make sure nothing got lost in the shuffle.
3) Savvy- DP should really go into the UN, given his political skills and ability to negotiate competing needs and personalities amongst our vendors. Many times he was able to mediate between our wishes and venue restrictions to reach equitable outcomes. The day of, he kept moving everything along so we didn't get lost in a deluge of photo requests from guests. This kept everything moving and ON TIME, which is a rarity with Indian weddings lets be honest.
If you want a wedding that is polished, meticulously planned, and smoothly run, DP is the first and only choice for you. Thank you so much for making our wedding weekend uniquely wonderful!

DP became our planner/coordinator less than a week before our 2 events (mylanchi/CC and wedding day) and turned our chaos into something beautiful. A weekend we will never forget. It is very hard for me to put into words what I feel in regards to DP. I have been in the hospitality industry for 21 years. My entire career is detailing events, mostly corporate however after the pandemic I was tasked with also detailing weddings. In my position the relationship with the planner is the part that will either make a wedding a success or have you running around the day of the event because of lack of communication.
DP had my heart the first time I met him, he was professional, seasoned and most important he was passionate. We shared the same goal. We both wanted more than anything to make dreams come true and to make everything go as flawless as possible. I have never worked with anyone like him.
Prior to the event DP was extremely hands on, he was my main point of contact and always available to answer any questions. The day of the event he had a team that was exceptional, just as hands on and just as he is and ready to jump in on every aspect event if was not part of their responsibilities.
I would recommend DP at Dream Geplant to anyone looking to have a stress free beautiful wedding. He will walk you through any questions you have, help with anything you need and even be a shoulder to lean on. He works from his heart and it shows. If I have any client looking for a planner then I already know who I am sending them to!
