Penni is INCREDIBLE. We worked with her as our wedding day coordinator, and she is truly the best. She is so much more than a “day of” coordinator. In the months leading up to our wedding, she met with us multiple times to discuss and plan our big day. She is extremely knowledgeable and kind. She was always willing to provide advice when we asked her for it and assist us in crafting our perfect wedding vision. She was so easy to work with. She created our day-of timeline, communicated with our vendors (including participating in additional planning calls with other vendors), and frequently made sure we were on the same page for all details. She also led our rehearsal the day before our wedding and ensured everyone knew what they were supposed to do (which was a big task for a large group). On wedding day, she made sure everything ran smoothly and our vision was executed perfectly. She coordinated with vendors, family members, and bride and groom, to make sure everything fell into place. Penni is exactly the kind of person you want by your side at your wedding — she is extremely trustworthy, kind, and knowledgeable. She knew when to handle things on her own (to protect the bride and groom from billions of questions) and also when to ask questions (if needed). She is extremely attentive and easy to work with, and she did not miss a beat. Penni ended up becoming more like a friend than a coordinator, in all the best ways. I can’t imagine not having Penni to assist us in our wedding. Hiring her was the best decision we could have made! We highly recommend Penni!!!! She is extraordinary!!!! Thank you, Penni!!! -

Tami was one of the most amazing things about our day! In the lead up, she helped me plan and think of so many details. She coordinated our day to run smoothly, crafted a timeline and executed it to perfection. She went above and beyond to help setup our wedding decor and design placement. She was such a pleasure to work with as well and so thorough and classy. We had our wedding at the Arts district mansion and she helped make it perfect. Tami thank you thank you! -

Dream Day Details is worth every penny! You won’t regret choosing this vendor to be a part of your wedding day. We had planned what we thought was most of the details for our special day. Tami helped bring light into areas for consideration including timeline. Being the type A bride, details were reviewed thoroughly. She coordinated with other vendors to ensure things ran smoothly even though we had to flip a few details around. Tami is professional, calm while being flexible during times of change, and friendly. If I must complain, I will have to say she didn’t let me help clean up. She is too spectacular at making you feel extra special on your wedding day! We are beyond grateful for Tami Rosas! -

Penni is the absolute best and we truly can't thank her enough for being our day-of-coordinator!!! She is everything you could ask for in a wedding coordinator and just a beautiful person in general.
She helped make my vision come to life and allowed my husband and I to truly enjoy our day. Without her, we would have all been so lost and stressed.
Because of her, we wouldn't change a single thing about our day if we could do it all over again.

Dream Day Success!
Penni Davis helped us with our wedding in Dallas in February. She was amazing from start to finish. Penni was proactive throughout the months of planning by taking the initiative to reach out to me with regular updates and collaboration. She assisted me by managing my vendors, reading through their contracts, attending vendor calls, coordinating day-of deliveries and strike as well as creating the “run of show” document to keep everyone on track throughout the wedding festivities. As the bride, it was nice to know someone had my back and that I would not have to worry about everything the day of my wedding. Penni’s expertise, knowledge and experience contributed to her very creative suggestions throughout. You can trust her to ensure all important details are covered and that your day will go smoothly and beautifully. I wholeheartedly recommend her for your wedding! Penni is absolutely worth every penny!

We had the privilege of having Tami as our coordinator for our wedding. Needless to say, she was our FAVORITE person on our big day! Tami is very attentive to details, personable, and will get things done. She was closely involved in the details of the wedding timeline and ensured all the vendors were well informed of their responsibilities. She relieved any and all burdens on the day of the wedding, so that we could just focus on getting married. We were able to enjoy the event because of all the behind the scenes work she did for us. There would have been many things we would have missed without her. Her help was worth every penny and we couldn't recommend her more to any future couples! -

My husband and I got married at the French Farmhouse this past June, and we hired Penni Davis as our day-of coordinator after finding her through The Knot. We had high hopes for our coordinator based on our positive planning interactions with Penni, in addition to her amazing reviews. Unfortunately, the actual day fell short of expectations. Despite our clear communication beforehand, several agreed-upon tasks went unfulfilled, including the distribution of vendor tips (leaving my husband running around throughout the night doing it himself). Additionally, she was neither flexible nor supportive with last-minute needs; rather than stepping in to manage issues as they arose, she often remained on the sidelines, leaving us to handle these details ourselves—despite the fact that we were paying her specifically for this support.
The biggest thing we were concerned with was that on top of her not fulfilling the things we had discussed, Penni’s interactions with our family and photographer were unexpectedly disrespectful, which added unnecessary tension to what should have been a joyful, stress-free day. Multiple family members mentioned that they felt she was rude or dismissive, and my husband and I experienced this firsthand as well.
I genuinely wish things had gone differently, as our day would have been much smoother with proactive and respectful coordination. I typically give people the benefit of the doubt, and it takes a lot for me to leave a less-than-positive review, but based on this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend Penni Davis.
