We had our wedding at Dream Bay Resort on March 1st, 2024. The grounds are absolutely breathtaking, and the whole staff was incredibly helpful (especially the property manager Lana!) Some of the rooms could use a bit of updating, but they are actively making updates to the houses and the grounds and views cannot be beat. We were also able to host a welcome reception and day after the wedding games! Our guests couldn’t stop saying how beautiful the location was. We will be back for anniversary trips! Oh my where to begin.... We had our wedding at Dream Bay Resort in February 2024 and it exceeded all of our expectations!!! The property is absolutely gorgeous with views that you only see in movies or postcards. The staff was beyond helpful and accommodating for anything we needed. Lana the property manager was incredible in making sure our weekend was perfect! She was a GODSEND. We rented the whole property for the weekend and had a welcome party Thursday, the wedding Friday, and a Brunch on Saturday. Our events had 100-125 guests and everyone fit perfectly. Our wedding party and immediate families stayed in the cottages on the property which was super convenient. Our guests are still telling us what an amazing weekend they all had. We are so beyond grateful for this beautiful property! Thank you for making our dreams come true!!! We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this venue!!!!Dream Bay Resort's reply:

Magical, Beautiful, fun, easy
We held a small wedding at Dream Bay Resort 30 people and it was perfect. Very laid back and it was the perfect venue for that! The team was very responsive and made adjustments as needed. We had the most fun and relaxing weekend yet it came out so beautifully. We used the recommended vendors and all were very familiar with Dream Bay which made it very easy without a wedding coordinator! And a great venue for kids to attend a wedding they had so many things to do. We could not have asked for anything more! Also the villas worked perfectly for our guests to stay on site they were well kept! -

We recently celebrated our wedding at this exquisite venue, and it was nothing short of a dream come true. WOW - this venue is simply perfect. There were 85 invited to our wedding. We hosted a welcome party on Friday so we could see everyone and we used the tiki bar and the chairs along the water/pier. The wedding day we used the Oasis Beach for the ceremony and it was simply perfect. The ceremony space and the dance floor under the tiki bar gave all the feels. The only thing I could say is that the villas on property could use some sprucing up but they are typical “beach” villas. The Tropicasa house was huge and great for the after party! Absolutely no hesitation on booking this property again to renew our vows. Kim and the staff on property were great and made my dream wedding a reality!Dream Bay Resort's reply:

We rented the whole resort from Thursday thru Monday (sight unseen except for a zoom call) for an extended wedding weekend and it was PERFECT. It's the perfect mixture of laid back and relaxed, while also being clean + put together + on top of everything. The resort managers are the ABSOLUTE best. We initially only planned to have our wedding and farewell brunch at Dream Bay, but ended up also having a Welcome Party, our Rehearsal Dinner, Morning Beach Yoga, The Wedding Ceremony + Reception, AND Farewell brunch. It was perfect! We also saw Dolphins from the pier during brunch and it was the perfect sendoff for our guests.Dream Bay Resort's reply:

Dream Bay Resort was everything I dreamed of when thinking of my wedding! If you want a beach wedding at a good price look no further! There are 5 houses located on the property and we rented all 5 (for a reasonable price!). This allowed us to have the entire property to ourselves (which is around an acre) and it also allowed us to have people stay right on property with their own space. We were able to have a full weekend of fun. On Friday we had people over that were already in the area for a cookout on the beach. We used one of the speakers on property to connect our music to and just had a relaxing time. On Saturday we had our reception and Bryan and Meegan setup the tables and lights just how we wanted them. The reception was perfect - everyone could be spaced out and sit and relax wherever they wanted to on the property; using the hammock, sitting under one of the many tiki huts, at the beautiful bar, or just relaxing near the beach. On Sunday we had people come back by to use the facilities. There are kayaks, paddleboards, and sand toys that we used. We also bought a couple fishing poles and were able to catch fish right off the dock (you caught a fish everytime you threw your line in!). Everyone enjoyed themselves and had a nice relaxing time. We saw a shark, many fish, manatees, and dolphins. We will definitely be back for family trips! Many people that commented that they wanted to rent the whole place out for vacations as well.
Meegan and Bryan did a fantastic job checking in on our needs and making sure everything was going well for us and our guests. If we needed anything they were quick to assist and gave us great advice on where to eat and things to see and do.Dream Bay Resort's reply:

I wouldn’t have had my wedding at any other location. Tanya, meegan and Brian were a dream to work with. There’s no other place that could hold a wedding and a family vacation for the value. The grounds and houses are spotless and the water is warm and beautiful.

Wedding turned out more beautiful than I thought! Everything came together as expected. I was so happy with the set up and how dream bay resort accommodated my family and friends. We chose the card sound package which included food. The food was great, the staff was wonderful. They were there anytime I needed them. I really enjoyed my stay!Dream Bay Resort's reply:

I cannot speak highly enough about Dream Bay Resort. We hosted our wedding here on 6/11/2021 (and used four houses for the weekend for our wedding party and close friends to stay at) and the general consensus from all guests was that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. My boss even told me that if he could re-do his own wedding, he would've done it at Dream Bay.
Literally everything about it was perfect. The owner, Bian (the property manager) and Olivia (their dedicated wedding planner) were all INCREDIBLE AND KIND.
The houses were adorable and clean. The kayaks they offered got a ton of use. The location was amazing. And we hands down had the best sunsets that most of us have ever seen in our entire lives.
I literally cried when we had to leave, and all my friends agreed that they could have easily spent another couple extra days there.
Do your wedding at Dream Bay. Seriously. Your wedding day will be special and there is no where more magical than Dream Bay for such an incredible life event.Dream Bay Resort's reply:

Wow! Where to be again for such a beautiful venue. Tanya and Bryan made the planning process all the way up to the day of the event run very smoothly. Tanya was available at any time to answer any questions that I may have had regarding the venue as I was planning my wedding. I met Bryan upon arrival to the venue and he was so friendly, accommodating, flexible to my needs and also sooo helpful! Any question that I had the entire weekend he answered immediately! The venue is absolutely stunning and has so many options for what you can do to customize your wedding. I am so happy I chose this venue for my wedding. My family enjoyed it as well! Absolutely perfect place for special occasions. We did our wedding at Dream Bay resort and rented the big house for the whole family. It was very special and the place was just perfect! The property manager was so amazing and helpful with everything we needed. We will definitely rent the house again for our anniversary :)

We rented the whole site for 3 nights. It was great to have family and friends stay on site for the wedding and not need to have anyone travel farther. We got married on the dock at sunset and it was amazing, a nice breeze to keep people cooler and a gorgeous sunset. We did our own cooking for the reception and the 4 kitchens were very helpful in food prep. We would recommend this site for the true Keys wedding experience.Dream Bay Resort's reply:

Patti Sent on 11/12/2017Simply magical resort to have a tropical wedding in the Florida Keys. The grounds, the Pier, and the houses were simply perfect to host our daughters wedding. The homes were clean and very comfortable, the staff was friendly and work very hard. We couldn’t of asked for a more perfect venue.

User1528331 Sent on 02/05/2014It was my dream to have a wedding in a private peaceful beautiful outdoor place and that is exactly what we found at dream bay resort. We rented the two bigger houses for the whole weekend. The ceremony was held outside next to the water, we used the tiki bar for cocktails after the ceremony and the reception took place in the courtyard at the Tropicasa house. It was just perfect. Our family and friends loved the venue. The day after the wedding we all enjoy the amenities and the privacy of the facility. As for catering, we used the conch house restaurant. It was really delicious and they are located few blocks away from dream bay resort. Actually, some of our friends want to renew their own wedding vows at dream bay resort. We would highly recommend it!!
