Our son's wedding at this venue was everything we hoped for, and more! The venue itself is literally spectacular! Adriana, the event coordinator, helped us throughout the entire process, negating any need for an outside planner. The preparations were so seamless that I often felt like I was missing something. The food was what one would expect from a fine dining experience. The wedding went off without one hitch, which is unheard of. We have heard from many of our guests that this was the most beautiful wedding they have ever attended. Our son and new son in law now have a lifetime of memories of a perfect night to start their lives together.DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay's reply:

Our wedding reception at the DoubleTree was absolutely amazing. The catering manager, Adriana, was truly the best and walked us through every step of the process from beginning to end. She and the assistant manager, Katlyn, were incredible, and we honestly could not have asked for anything better.
Every question we had was answered quickly, every email was responded to almost immediately, and every phone call was handled with kindness and professionalism. Adriana and Katlyn made sure our night was special, stress-free, and perfect.
We also want to recognize the banquet manager, Ani, and our captain, Delimar, for their exceptional service throughout the evening. The entire reception staff was attentive, accommodating, and always willing to help with a smile. They never said no to anything we needed and made both us and our guests feel so welcomed.

Kirstie Sent on 03/31/2025Best view, best venue and best event planning team ever - DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay.
We married at the DoubleTree Hilton, Biscayne Bay on 16 March 2025 and it was the best day of our lives. I cannot recommend this venue enough. The view of the bay from the terrace where we got married was just stunning. We had a lot of guests from overseas who were looking for that Miami experience and this view and venue delivers. The food was absolutely delicious. We went for the Wedge starter, bacon wrapped filet mignon and the salmon for our mains and wedding cake (which is included) for the dessert. The food was delicious which is not easy when you cater for a lot of people. The ballroom has just been recarpeted and the view from the ballroom is the marina so it's the perfect backdrop for your main event. All the boats light up at night making it extra special. Aside from this amazing venue, it's the people involved that make it so fantastic. Adriana was my event coordinator, with almost 30 years of experience, she guided me through the planning from beginning to end, giving me advice and ideas. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but in our case, it wasn't and that is because Adriana has it all under control. Aileen works with Adriana and was with us on several tours of the venue with different family members, walking us through the tastings and the menus. They start to feel like friends through the process. Alexandra was our banquet manager on the day of the wedding, also amazing. We wanted to add some greenery at the last minute, and she arranged for that to happen. Everything went according to plan, and I didn't have to worry about one thing. I honestly don't have the words to be able to adequately thank each of them for what they did in making this the best night of our lives.DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay's reply:

Our wedding on February 23rd was everything we had hoped for, and I want to share our wonderful experience.
After struggling to find an affordable venue that included essential services, we were close to giving up—until we found the DoubleTree. Adriana welcomed us warmly, and we immediately fell in love with the space. When she told us their packages included food, drinks, tables, and chairs, we were amazed. Even better, the pricing was within our budget!
Seamless Planning & Perfect Vendors
Planning with Adriana was effortless. She provided clear questionnaires and a list of trusted vendors for DJ, flowers, and photography. We chose her recommendations, and they were fantastic—professional, coordinated, and familiar with the venue. Plus, the cake was included!
An Unforgettable Wedding Day
The entire team was outstanding. Since Adriana was off, Alexandra took over, and she was incredible—thank you, Alexandra! The food was delicious, the cake was perfect, and every detail exceeded our expectations.

Everything about this venue is absolutely fantastic. The entire staff is caring, helpful, and overall very nice to work with. The views from the terrace are stunning, and the hotel itself is very elegant modern. From the moment we toured the venue, we knew we had to have our wedding here.
Adriana Rader and her assistant, Ayleen are very responsive and keep you informed every step of the way. They were such a pleasure to work with.
The food at the venue is incredible, and our guests loved all of the hors d'oeuvres, midnight snacks, and of course, all of the cocktails.
On our wedding day, the wait staff had a platter of food and cocktails waiting for us following the formal portraits. I thought it was such a nice gesture. They were so attentive and always made sure we had a drink in our hands.
Overall, I cannot recommend this venue enough. From the pricing, scenery, service, food quality, and communication, everything was absolutely amazing. If you are looking for an affordable, beautiful wedding venue in Miami, THIS IS THE PLACE!DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay's reply:

Amazing! Highly Recommend!
Never did we think to have an affordable beautiful wedding in Miami, but Adriana Rader and her assistant Ayleen proved otherwise!
Adriana took her time with us to go over in detail all the specifics of having our wedding at The Doubletree.
The venue speaks for itself with a ceremony terrace on the second floor and a beautifully updated ballroom adjacent.
Adriana and Ayleen were always prompt with follow up and there were never any communication issues. Both of them were very patient with the multitude of questions we had.
The vendors they recommended, i.e. DJ and party designers, only enhanced the overall experience.
As we went through the process, I kept saying, 'this is too good to be true' and that phrase held true to the very end of our wedding event.
Even in Adriana's absence, Ayleen was right there to fill in the gaps.
Our guests started raving about the event, the night of our wedding and the days followed. The food and service were superb. Liz who was our wedding liasion the night of the event was calm, cool, and collected and guided us most appropriately throughout the night!
We highly recommend The Doubletree Hilton Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay! -

I can not recommend this venue enough! We celebrated our wedding on September 16, 2023 and it couldn't have been more perfect!! Adriana and Ayleen were always so helpful. They would answer any questions or concerns instantly. They food was great! Lis was there on the day of our event making sure we had everything we needed in regards to the reception and getting ready. After working with many vendors the staff here exceeded our expectations. During our wedding, we had our own individual waiters. As soon as we arrived at our reception they provided us with appetizers and drinks. After entering they would constantly make sure my husband and I were taken care of. They provided us with drinks and their services all night! When I was changing my shoes, even one of the girls asked if I needed assistance. For past events we have worked with different venues, and have never received the service we received at the Double Tree. I can not begin to express how fantastic the service, space, views, and FOOD is at DoubleTree Grand for your wedding day!!! There are not many spaces that have the picturesque water views like the DT Grand does, and the food is absolutely amazing! The planning team on site at the hotel is phenomenal to work with, and Ayleen and Adriana take exceptional care of couples during the planning process! On the night of your event, the staff ensures your event runs smoothly and is just fantastic with service! A huge plus the guests can retreat to their rooms right after. It is one of my favorite locations and I highly recommend this location for your big day!! -

There are so many reasons to recommend the Doubletree - food, location, staff, venue. the food was exceptional. We had the Filet Mignon and the Mahi Mahi. They were both delicious. You could cut the Filet Mignon with a fork, it was so tender. The Mahi Mahi was flavorful and delicious. The staff was professional and so accommodating. I could not be happier. We also had the ceremony there, though we originally had the terrace in mind with the threat of rain we had to move it inside. The staff was ready with backup and it worked very well. I can't say anything bad about it and it definitely is worth considering. -

I cannot say enough about the Doubletree events and its leading lady Adriana Rader. She went above and beyond every step of the way. Between my insane allergies, the Coronavirus pandemic, and all the normal changes that go along with a wedding, I couldn't have asked for a better Manager. Little things always go wrong on your wedding day, and she fixed them all in the blink of an eye. On top of all that, the Doubletree really gives you great bang for your buck. My event was elegant and beautiful, which is saying a lot on a teacher's salary. To top it all off, the view was everything we could have asked for. Best Affordable Prettiest Location
The Doubletree by Hilton, located at 1717 North Bayshore Drive, was THE best decision Jason and I did as a couple. The venue itself is amazing, located at the heart of Miami.
The service, their ballroom, the food and everything in between made our wedding day absolutely amazing. Adriana is simply the best, and her 20 years of experience are no joke.

The best venue ever!
We couldn't have picked a better venue. Adriana Rader was amazing, friendly and kind, from the beginning not knowing if we were going to have the wedding there or not and until the day. She was with us along the way helping us and giving us ideas. The venue itself is gorgeous with an oceanfront view. The staffs service for our wedding was incredible they and Adriana - the catering manager, went above and beyond for everything to go smoothly and perfectly for our wedding. Adriana and her staff even helped my mother and I when we were struggling on attaching my wedding dress train to the buttons and loops in the back. I am forever so grateful for their help so I could feel more comfortable walking around and enjoy the reception. The cake was delicious! We had so many compliments and it was one of the vendors that was part of the venue package - Sweet Art by Lucila. The main entrees and salad were delicious! Me and my husband were dying waiting for our wedding just to try the delicious food again. The open bar was stocked with a great selection of bottles the d’oeuvres were fantastic!! Great ! Amazing
The best place in Miami with the best prices. Amazing location.Adriana was an amazing planner. She helped me with the process from the beginning until the end. Everything was cleaned and very organized.The food was great. My guest still talk about the hors d'oeuvre and the drinks. The ballroom has gorgeous chandeliers, very elegant. The pictures were great with the bay view. I was very happy and Im glad I did my event at the Double tree with Adriana. -

Best wedding venue in Miami!
I couldn't have picked a better venue for my wedding day. It was very elegant and timeless with beautiful views of Biscayne bay. I loved that I was able to have the getting ready, ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all in one place. That was a big selling point for me. It was super convenient that my bridal party was able to get ready within a few steps of the venue. Adriana Rader the catering manager was very attentive and responsive to all our needs. The vendors that she recommended that were included in the wedding package were great and I was very happy with how the day turned out. -

We got married at the DoubleTree by Hilton Grand in March 14, 2020.
From the beginning, the team there (especially Adriana) was amazing every step of the way. From the initial meeting, to the food tasting (my new husband’s favorite part!) to the actual wedding. They really delivered an exceptional service and were always on hand with any questions or concerns we had throughout the planning stage.
It wouldn’t be a wedding without a few hiccups and glitches. Like I mentioned previously, we got married on 3/14 of this year.
The day before our wedding, there was so much talk of event cancellations and the city (and practically the country) shutting down. Adriana did an extremely great job of keeping me calm and assuring me that our wedding was going to go on.
Long story short: the wedding was the wedding of my dreams and I have the team to thank for that. The food was amazing, the timing and care they took was exceptional and really, the most important, the way they treated my family and I was something I will never forget. The bridal suite provided was also a highlight and they surprised us with some goodies.
I highly recommend them.

It’s been just 2 days since we celebrated at the DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay and we are trying to make an excuse to do it again!
Not only that the venue location is a privilege one, with breathtaking views of beautiful Biscayne Bay and Miami Beach in the background, is also that you will count with an amazing team of experienced people with Ms Adriana Rader, Senior Event Manager at the head of it.
We look at different places, some really beautiful, but you can beat all this place offers for such an amazing price.
After a couple conversations I realized that letting them do their part was ok, I just needed to do mine, and it was fun! They reply almost immediately to every email and phone call, answer every question and cater to all our requests. The list of vendors they offered is on point, we use them all except the DJ (we used @soundcrashersc )
The day of the party, Michelle the event manager follow the timeline impeccably. The person in charge of the ballroom rearranged the cake table and some of the seats just minutes before the party, they set up the tables beautifully together with Beatriz from A Blooming Touch. And the food! The chef did such an amazing job our guests are still talking about it! Special mention to the bartender, pleasant and willing to custom the mixes, he actually pulled all the Mojitos from scratch even grinding the mint individually in each glass!!
We were able to enjoy the party worry free and at the end we were welcome with champagne and chocolate cover strawberries in the most beautiful suite (included in the package) All in all I highly recommend this venue. And hope to celebrate again there soon! -

Adrianna & her whole team we’re exceptionally wonderful, patient, helpful & kind. I don’t have enough positive words to write about them. My wedding day started off stressful before i even got to the venue, however the minute i stepped foot in the hotel, they were extremely accommodating and made me feel at ease. The food was absolutely everything. I wish i could have taken some home. The staff, the food and the willingness to make sure our day went smoothly is something my husband and i will never forget. I honestly just want to come back so the chef can whip me up a good meal LOL. The space was very open and spacious but it also felt intimate at the same time. (Our Party was about 80-85 people). Definitely highly recommend getting married here! Thanks team for all your wonderful help!

We had an AMAZING experience making our wedding at the DoubleTree. I am very grateful to everyone on the team for giving us a wonderful time.
I did not hire a wedding planner, my sister, being my maid of honor, helped me a lot. Together with my parents, we found the DoubleTree, we had our first talk to Adriana, the senior catering manager, and it just felt right, she is very organized and loves to keep on track with details, and trust me, you need someone who takes care of details because there is so much to do the day of the wedding that you get lost. She made space in her agenda to show the ballroom to my fiance, which was the last step to say yes to the venue.
Adriana is very kind and would help you as long as she can. My husband to be and I decided to change the menu and added a dessert table last minute, Adriana always listened to our requests and never gave us a no as an answer, she spoke to the chef and suddenly everything was approved. Later on, we met Michelle who was going to be the catering manager on the day of the wedding, her punctuality and professionalism were incredible, she also had a smile on her face all the time, inspiring confidence, so you feel relieved of any chaos. We hired a decoration company outside their suggested vendors and Adriana and her team got along with them with no problem.
Let me tell you! Everything was stunning! Once, we entered the ballroom we were surprised, the dessert table was gorgeous and the taste was amazing. The cocktail area was beautiful, nobody complained about not having the change to try the appetizers or drinks before dinner. Dinner was delicious and the different kinds of cocktails and drinks surprised our guests. The cake was made by Todo Dulces, one of their vendor, I LOVED IT. Our guests were very excited and satisfied.
On the day of the wedding, we got lucky to be served by Luis Felipe, he is such a sweetheart plus he took care of us so amazing, always making sure we ate and drank water or cocktails before anyone else, our glasses were never empty. He treated us like royalty, I couldn't stop thanking him.
Also, if you are having family coming out of state like us or a destination wedding, Jessica would be more than glad to help you, she even helped me to reserve the suite for the night before the wedding to get ready with my bridesmaids in the early morning, and if you don't want to book a room, don't worry! They give you a Hair & Makeup Bridal room.
They also give you a suite for the night of the wedding and set champagne and strawberries with chocolate for your new hubby and you.
The process was not as stressful as I thought it was going to be, the team at the DoubleTree make it pretty easy, whether you have a wedding planner or not, they would be very happy to help you.
I just remember feeling glad and grateful for choosing the DoubleTree, I still feel that way. I would highly recommend them, not just for weddings but for any other events you would like to celebrate.

Adriana and the staff was truly amazing. They took my vision and made it come to light. The event from the decorations to the food, the staff, was truly superb. The lunch buffet was awesome and the food was delicious. Words really cannot describe how beautiful it was. I highly recommend this place for weddings or any formal events. -

Excellent service by Adriana from day 1 until 3 months post wedding! If you're not sure where to book, look no further, this is the best in Miami! Best food, best location (you can't beat that sunset over the bay), amazing service and I'm talking about above and beyond! The cake options are from Miami's very best cake makers! Adriana showed us the location as many times as we needed prior to booking till I was satisfied, went over every detail of the contract without hesitation, was responsive to answer every question any given day throughout all of our planning EVEN when she was off work. I never once felt unattended by her. She was tremendous help with layout accommodating every request. The tasting was exquisite the VERY BEST food I've tried at a wedding! We opted for the filet mignon & french chicken as the two offerings and the fondant cake from Divine Delicacies. Chivari chairs were included which were perfect and elegant, lots of fantastic linen colors to choose from. The cheese table was so delicious that it quickly disappeared bc our guests loved it so much I have no pictures to prove it existed but it was fabulous, the hors d'oeuvres were so amazing my guests can't stop speaking about it. Drinks were also FABULOUS the bars wouldn't stop flowing with alcohol! Nothing broke everything was in order beautiful and done in a timely manner, exquisite. The ballroom looked perfect and my guests had such a wonderful time that they're asking me when the next party will be. As far as us as a couple, Adriana had our fave drinks ready upon arrival and a selection of all hors d'oeuvres for us to try prior to opening the ballroom for our guests. The room included was a beautiful left corner on the 7th floor, spacious, comfortable, and a bottle of champagne and strawberries with a loving note from Adriana was left for us. We received Hilton Honors points for our event as well and for the rooms we booked for our families. All my vendors had a pleasant experience with the hotel. Any small discrepancy or question throughout the year I spent planning or day of the event was dealt with the upmost professionalism and solved in an efficient manner. I will certainly highly recommend The DoubleTree Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay and most importantly Adriana Rader as the very best location for a wedding reception in Miami. They give you the best value for your money and their customer service, quality of food, beauty of venue, quality of service by every waiter and person in this team is 100% 5 stars. I would choose them over and over again! It was a pleasure doing business here! I look forward to referring others so that they can enjoy this great venue too! Forever thankful! Our wedding was a dream come true! -

the doubletree hotel is an amazing hidden gem with their beautiful terrace and breath taking ballroom. It screams true Miami wedding with their amazing view of the Bay Area! I fell in love and it made my wedding all the more better. Adriana is a great catering manager she’s very professional fun and sweet. Excellent to work with and she keeps you informed and organized. She answered all the bridal distress calls and I couldn’t be happier about that. She made sure my event went off without a hitch. I would definite recommend this venue!!! 😊 -

Adriana and Mercedes were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were prompt in answering my questions and addressing my concerns via email and phone calls. We had great communication through the entire process and throughout the event. My guests had a great time and the staff made everything during the event as smooth as possible. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. Adriana was helpful and professional throughout the entire process. She answered my emails immediately and was always willing to help. Shahzia Sent on 02/25/2018Now that I've recuperated from the wedding planning, the rehearsal, the wedding and the honeymoon, I want to thank Adrianna for her professionalism.
The DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Biscayne Bay is a venue that provides great perks such as the view, the convenience of having the terrace for a ceremony adjacent to the Grand Ballroom for the reception.
I'm from Miami but now live up north, Adrianna provided the convenience of discussing via email and over the phone.
The package provided by the venue includes many different color polyester linens for the cocktail tables on the terrace, the guest tables, sweetheart table and cake table (provided by International Party Design) but I chose to upgrade the guest table to satin and the sweetheart/cake to sequins (pictured in this review).
My florist (Nellie from Natinel Flowers), my DJ (Miami DJs Ultra) and my coordinator (Events by Carmen) were familiar with the venue which helped!
I also chose to move the dance floor to be under the chandeliers on the higher ceiling side which provided better lighting in my opinion.
We had an open bar, which as great!
The catered food they provided was excellent. The service staff was superb at the wedding which checked on my husband and I to make sure we had drinks, water, any food, dessert etc. However my guests informed me that they picked up/cleaned up the tables too quickly as they were eating.
Jessica provided a room block and my guests stayed with the hotel. The venue is great but the hotel rooms didnt have air working when we arrived to check-in and had to move rooms.
I recommend the venue to anyone who wants a beautiful view to overlook as you're getting married!

I've been using the DTG for many years to host other events, and when it came time for planning my own wedding, I didn't hesitate or look elsewhere. I knew that was the place for me!
They offer a ballroom that's perfect for a small wedding, but can also accomodate a large party. With stunning views of the bay and Miami Beach, it's definitely a romantic and memorable place to host a wedding.
The staff is AMAZING! Adriana and her team are one in a million! Banquet Manager Freddy is a dream to work with. They aim to please and definitely pass that mark. They are knowledgeable and help guide you in the right direction, always making sure that all your needs are met.
The food is INCREDIBLE! We offered a French Chicken or Filet Mingon option to our guests, thoughtheir menu has a lot of other plates to choose from. Our guests did not stop raving about the food. The cocktails were spot on and the bartenders made a mean mojito!
I always reccommend the DoubleTree Grand, Adriana and her team, and their vendors to everyone who asks me for guidance. They have never let me down and my wedding was even better than I couldn have imagined and they made that a reality. -

The price of the venue, views, service, food and drinks were amazing, Couldn't be happier. From the beginning Adriana was wonderful and went out of her way to make my wedding stress free. The customer service is unbelievable including the chefs, banquet staff and the vendors they recommended. Truly amazing!!!!! We couldn't be happier. The place is beautiful!!!!
