  I honestly can't recommend Dombroski catering highly enough! They now have done two of our family weddings and both not only had delicious beautiful food for our guests, but the help they provided both before and after the food was served went above and beyond, and made the special event go so smoothly and effortlessly for us. Margaret gave us great suggestions on details such as table cloths, chairs and decorations, and she and her crew (family!) are some of the hardest working most gracious people you could ever find to work with. Our venue loves to work with them too. It is such a positive when your venue is thrilled to hear Dombroski catering will be taking care of your guests! Thank you! Lynn Raisl

  I would highly recommend Dombrowski Catering to anyone.
  We got lots of compliments on the food, and Margaret made the whole planning process easy and pleasant.
  
  Their online menu builder allowed us to play around with different options, and think through our priorities without any time pressure or bother about trying different options - I just told Margaret our final selections two weeks before the wedding.
  Margaret let me arrange dessert separately (I wanted a wide variety of desserts), and was nice enough to supply a bunch of cake stands to supplement the dessert serving arrangements I had been able to find.
  
  She and her staff were very pleasant and helpful, and helped the day go smoothly.
  And have I mentioned the food was delicious?
  And nicely presented!
  
  Margaret even took photos throughout the afternoon and evening. We got them before the official photographer’s pictures, so it was our first real look at the day! That made for a lovely and unexpected bonus.
  
  We went with a buffet, and there was plenty of food.
  The salmon was wonderful. I was a little worried beforehand - it can be a bit dry, and a large service is not the most forgiving context - but it was delicious!
  The mac and cheese was the surprise hit, though :)
  I had ordered it mostly for the kids and vegetarians, but Margaret told me everyone would have some - and she was right!
  
  Excellent food and excellent service helped make my wedding reception wonderful.

  I loved working with Margret from Drombrowski Catering. As a busy bride I communicated with her mostly via email, for the inquiry, menu, event details, etc. She made it all really easy and was very nice when I called once with questions. I also loved the online menu builder. Everyone has a budget, and I really liked that they had a large menu available online to pick and choose from! It made it really easy to build a menu within my budget and without any pressure to add on more. Margret even let me bring outside desserts from a different vendor and supplied sweet tea at my wedding even though it wasn't on their menu. Overall amazing experience leading up to the wedding, and the day of was just as awesome. We had tons of food (give an accurate quest count. I had way too much food left over. I said there was 70 guests instead of the actual 55 because I was afraid of not having enough food), the food was delicious, and Margret even took photos and video of my wedding. The only thing I wish I did different was supply my own non-alcoholic drinks. Dombrowski Catering picks up the left over food and drinks after their contracted serving time. Which I was ok with since I only wanted to pay for a certain amount of time. However, I forgot this detail and only had alcoholic beverages near the end. Overall amazing vendor though.

  We cannot say enough about Dombrowski Catering. Their food was delicious and beautiful, with many of our guests saying that it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. Although we already had a rough idea of what we wanted, they worked with us to customize the existing food options. They were able to provide hearty gluten-free versions of items on their menu, which was really important for some of our guests. They even provided gluten-free soy sauce, which shows how much care they put into their work.
  
  Their prices were fair and they set up the food so quickly and quietly, we didn't even notice them come to set up for when they took down and left (not that there was much food left). The food was beautifully displayed, with lovely signs and menus as well.
  
  But the final touch was completely unexpected. Margaret, who is a shutterbug, took pictures of our wedding and sent us a DVD of beautiful photos as well! We were beside ourselves when we saw this.
  
  It's rare to get this level of service. You can tell they love their craft and they put care into everything they do. The food and service you get is a testament to that.

  We were so happy we chose Dombrowski to cater our wedding. Margaret and her staff were so amazing and really made our day perfect, down to the last detail. Not to mention, the food was delicious! We had a small, destination wedding, so we had only talked to Margaret on the phone and through email before the big day, and we hadn't been able to taste the food in advance, but we could not have been happier with the food and the incredible level of service they provided. They went above and beyond anything we expected and I highly recommend them!

  I loved the food. There was a wide range to choose from. They worked with me through the whole process. They were able to accomodate me when I made changes close to my wedding date. If I need help with decideing on decorations they gave excellent choices.

  We were very happy going with Dombrowski's for our big day. The food (chicken pasta and lemon dill salmon) was superb and our guests told us so. The presentation of the food was also very nice. The cake we chose was a delicious chocolate raspberry. I only wish we hadn't been whisked away from our table for pictures and socializing so we could go back for a third piece, lol.
  
  The quantity of food was more than sufficient, so our guests came away well fed. The other thing was that we probably saved 20-30% by going with a small caterer. The big Tacoma outfits present a very professional image and I'm sure they do a great job, so we were hesitant at first. But as we worked with Margaret and then on our final day, we couldn't be happier with the job they did.
  
  One thing to note working with them is that for a smaller group such as ours, they understandably have fixed costs to offset and it wasn't clear that since our guest count turned out even lower, that the price per head was a little higher. Be sure to understand their policy if you anticipate having a small guest count. With that said, Margaret worked with us to come to a resolution we were happy with, and again, the cost was significantly lower than the bigger caterers. Dombrowski's for the win!
