  DJ Wesley Is the Best!

  DJ Wesley was the perfect choice for our March 2023 wedding. He coordinated the music in our ceremony seamlessly, set the tone during the cocktail hour and dinner, and got the party started during the reception. He was great at reading the room of what songs he should play and for how long. We can’t imagine our reception without him!

  Thank you Wesley!

  I always knew I wanted a DJ that would keep the party going but not break the budget. That's exactly what Wesley from DJ Cuttlefish did! I want to have another party just to have him DJ again. This company is very affordable especially for what you get! From the unlimited hours to the personalized monogram on the dance floor, I loved every minute of working with this company. We didn't talk to our DJ until the week of our wedding which was different, but it didn't affect the day at all. Wesley was very personable and did a great job of reading the room. He kept the party going all night, I didn't want it to end! You can do no wrong by booking him for your next event or wedding!

  Rylan was so much fun to work with! He was super professional but also felt laid back in the sense that I felt like we’d hired a close friend to DJ our wedding. We felt so well taken care of in his hands. He was great about following our preferred list of songs, cued them expertly, and even went above & beyond working with the last-minute livestream vendor we hired. One of my absolute favorite moments of the night was turning around and seeing he’d popped onto the dance floor for a second to salsa with one of my best friends. It was incredible – above & beyond! Look no further, hire DJ Cuttlefish & Rylan.

  So fun and professional

  Our DJ (Day) ended up being so wonderful! The process of booking was easy; once you book, you open up a questionnaire. Your DJ contacts you a few weeks before to iron out details. He was professional, used my playlists, and integrated songs together beautifully. We had a violinist for our cocktail hour and he reached out to her to coordinate equipment/etc. Once cocktail hour was over he read the vibe of the crowd great and made it so much fun. He was a great emcee and set the tone for the night. The lighted name on the floor was a total hit with all of my guests (people couldn't stop commenting on it). Overall would highly recommend their team!

  Day saved the Day!

  We had such a good experience with DJ Cuttlefish and our DJ, Day. Day was extremely professional, personable and did a great job with the ceremony music, announcements and keeping the dance floor going. I didn’t have a huge budget for a DJ and DJ Cuttlefish had some of the lowest prices I saw around Atlanta, plus they gave a discount because my wedding was on a Friday. They are SUCH a great deal for everything you get – the DJ who will act as your MC, extra mics, their own sound system, awesome lighting AND your own logo! You don’t get to pick your DJ, but I was really excited when they matched us with Day because of all the positive reviews online mentioning him—so here is one more!
  
  The booking process and online portal with questionnaire were both really smooth and thorough—I talked to Schellie on the phone before booking and she was able to answer all my questions. Once I was put in touch with Day, he was very responsive and able to find and download basically any song I wanted no matter how obscure. I didn’t make a playlist beyond a few “must plays” but gave some general ideas to Day and he really killed it with the songs he played!
  
  To top it all off, the power went out at our venue near the end of our reception. DJ Cuttlefish comes with their own backup power, so after a few moments of complete darkness and silence, Day booted up the sound system and the music was back on! It was like a miracle. If we had been hooked up to the venue’s sound system, we would have been out of luck. The dance party continued until the end of the reception thanks to DJ Cuttlefish and Day!

  We are SO happy with our decision to hire the Far Out team for our wedding @ Foxhall Stables. Day was our DJ & he was a boss! We filled out a simple questionnaire ahead of time & Day was able to answer all of our questions over the course of a couple of phone calls & text exchanges and made us feel very comfortable! I was initially nervous about not having a live musician for our processional/recessional music, but Day's setup made it feel as though an entire string quartet had filled the room; it was amazing! We had sent him a pretty large Spotify playlist for reception inspiration (this was completely optional), and somehow he managed to play all of our favorites. In fact, I didn't leave the dance floor the entire night, and I'm pretty sure my guests didn't either! Would highly recommend DJ Cuttlefish for anyone who wants to make sure your guests get (and stay) movin' & groovin'!

  So amazing!

  We had Day as our DJ from DJ CUTTLEFISH!! He called us a few days before to go over everything. There was no messups, he was great to work with, everyone told me the DJ was awesome, and it was so much fun! Thank you Day!!!

A simple questionnaire and a follow up call by Day was perfect and stress-free. He also went the extra mile to speak with my cousin to understand the Ethiopian culture and music cues. He was able to keep the guests dancing all night with his music, sound, and lighting! He also assisted our officiant in getting him mic-ed up. Stuff you just don’t think about was taken care of without any hesitation by the whole team. Also, there were so many custom options to choose from for lighting and creating a dance floor space which is a nice personal touch. We could not have been more happy with our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception music! We found our DJ based off their incredible reviews with Six Hearts Photography and everyone was so seamless to work with. They worked together to create an unforgettable day for our families and we can’t thank them enough!

The team really took the stress out of planning for our wedding by having easy to fill out questionnaires that really made us feel like the team was getting to know not only us and our tastes in music, but also what type of vibe and atmosphere we wanted to set. The day of, Day looked extremely professional and his booth set up was exquisite - the perfect blend of awesome DJ booth without overshadowing the decor of the reception venue and wedding theme. The provided lighting setup was perfect for creating the fun club-like scene that we wanted when the food cleared and the party started. Our guests were texting and calling us the next day saying what a great time they had thanks to the DJ services. We cannot recommend this team more for your event.

We also wanted someone who listened to our wants and needs. Day was easy to talk to, and he made sure that he understood what kind of feel we wanted to have at our wedding. Our ceremony was perfectly sequenced with all the songs we chose throughout. Everyone enjoyed the music played at the reception, and he did a great job of getting everyone on the dance floor. We couldn't have asked for a better DJ!

  We loved DJ Day! My husband was pretty picky with what music he wanted and DJ Day didn't care at all! He did the ceremony music as well and it all went along flawlessly! Totally wish we could do it all again to have another dance party!

  DJ Cuttlefish, specifically DJ Day, was amazing. Day showed up early to set up and was very flexible with an odd venue layout and some tricky weather. He seamlessly worked my specific requests into the music and I could not be happier!

  We used Robot Booth for our photo booth and LOVED them! Super professional and fun! They had all types of props and everyone at the wedding couldn't stop taking pictures. I would use this company again!

  My wife and I were getting married, we didn't have a DJ and just wanted something simple and inexpensive. Everyone wanted to charge us an arm and a leg since it was a wedding. We did some internet research and stumbled upon DJ Cuttlefish. We could not be more thankful we found them. They did great and were very accommodating through the entire process and ceremony. They were good at communicating and deal with me. My wife and I let our wedding day sneak up on us, so it was all very last minute resulting in DJ Cuttlefish having to deal with us "flying by the seat of our pants" for our wedding. They were very organized, definitely more so than my wife and I, and their survey online was helpful in preparation of the event. Our wedding was even suppose to be outside but with the threat of a thunderstorm rolling through, we decided not to risk it and move the wedding inside a mere hour before the wedding. They were very willing to move all the equipment last minute. I would highly recommend DJ Cuttlefish and I would definitely use them again!

They were very willing to move all the equipment last minute. I would highly recommend DJ Cuttlefish and I would definitely use them again!

  Great dj, quick thinker

  We used Angela. She was wonderful. We had a slight issue with the power for the ceremony. But she was quickly able to get a long extension cord and get hooked up to the inside location and lead it out to where the ceremony was. We loved having her service for the ceremony and the reception.

  Day did a great job at our wedding. My husband is a musician and completed the online questionnaire regarding music. There was very little communication between the submission and the wedding day, but we were glad that everything was clear. During the reception my husband said "Oh wow. This is the song I might have it played at my funeral." I guess that meant good selection of music :)
  
  Overall everyone had a great time and the music and atmosphere were perfect!
